Apology and Notice Regarding a Potential Leak of Guests’ Personal Information
Thank you very much for choosing our Accommodation.
We have confirmed unauthorized access by a third party to the reservation management system “Temairazu” used by our Accommodation, and it has been found that some guest information may have been leaked externally.
We sincerely apologize for the significant inconvenience and concern this may cause.
At this time, the affected scope is believed to include some Reservations that meet the conditions below, and we have confirmed incidents in which suspicious messages were sent to Reservers.
- Reservations completed on or before September 21, 2026
- Reservations with stay dates on or after September 21, 2026
- Reservations where the Reserver uses “WhatsApp”
If you receive any suspicious contact (email, SMS, etc.) regarding your accommodation Reservation, please take extra care with the following:
- Do not open any URLs or links included in the message
- Do not enter credit card details or personal information
- Do not reply to suspicious messages
- Do not make payments or transfers as instructed in such messages
- If you need to Check Reservation details, please contact our Accommodation or the official support desk of your accommodation reservation website
We will never ask you to re-enter your credit card information.
If you have entered credit card details on a suspicious website, please contact your credit card company immediately.
Please note that the system involved in this incident does not handle or store credit card information.
