    Before our stay, they kindly helped with various requests such as arranging taxis and pickups, and on the day of arrival we truly appreciated their thoughtful attention to detail, including ticket arrangements and a last-minute pickup during heavy rain. For dinner, we chose the teppanyaki course and enjoyed pleasant conversation along with delicious locally sourced vegetables and meat. The Room also offered more than enough amenities, including coffee and other drinks.

    Early in the morning, the view of the Hakuba Three Peaks from the window was breathtaking.The Room was new and comfortable, and having fas amenities was an excellent choice!The only downside was the hair dryer—it was practical, but its performance wasn’t great.The food was delicious, and the wine pairing made for a truly enjoyable time.Breakfast was also lavish and very high quality.The service was attentive, and we were extremely satisfied.
