However, we deeply apologize for the unpleasant experience caused by our staff’s service at the dining venue and the management of the pool, as we were unable to meet your expectations. We take very seriously that, despite this being a special trip for you, it left you feeling that you “never want to go again.” We also apologize for any inconvenience regarding pool safety management and equipment. Regarding the air pump you mentioned, after receiving your feedback we promptly checked it and confirmed that it was in proper working condition. Nevertheless, we understand that you felt inconvenienced when using it. We will continue to conduct thorough inspections and strive to provide clearer guidance and a more comfortable environment for our guests.
