  The buffet had a wid...

  The buffet had a wide variety of delicious dishes. The small rice balls seemed easy for children to eat. Many of the dishes had lids on them, but I think it would be easier to serve and see if they were left open.

  Smiling service even when fully booked.

  There were many guests staying. The staff, who are multinational, work together cooperatively, which is pleasant. Seeing the tragic news of the recent Noto Peninsula earthquake, I once again felt the challenges faced by accommodations. I hope everyone stays healthy.

  Almost satisfied wit...

  Almost satisfied with everything. Despite having many guests, the way they handled check-in and the dining hall with many staff members was impressive, as expected from a company with a 100-year history. However, there were some elderly guests who seemed lost on the way to the bath, so I think the signage needs some improvement.

  Very satisfied

  I used this place for my wife's birthday. The bath had a spectacular view and was spacious, and the room was clean and large, allowing us to relax very comfortably. The food was delicious with a wide variety, making it a wonderful hotel that can be enjoyed by both children and the elderly. I will use it again.

  Value for the price is...

  Stayed on the 6th floor of the Sky Comfort Floor with my husband. What bothered me was the endless thumping footsteps of children running around on the upper floor. It was quite loud both in the evening and in the morning. Also, there was no bottled water in the room. I assumed it would be there, so I was disappointed when I couldn't find any upon waking up in the morning. (There was water in a container in the refrigerator.) The room was spacious and nice. The breakfast buffet was average. This hotel seems more like a lively family-friendly place rather than one for a relaxing adult time.

  Invite distant relatives!

  I invited relatives, who always take care of me when I return home, to Suwa. I was looking for a relatively high-level accommodation and found this inn still available for reservation. We chose kaiseki cuisine instead of a buffet for the meals. The price was reasonable, and the hospitality was satisfying, making my relatives happy as they left. Thank you very much to everyone at the hotel. Perhaps because it is a large hotel, the distance to the room and the hot spring was quite far, making it difficult for my mother, who has some trouble walking, to move around. It was unavoidable since we couldn't choose the room.
