    Memorable Hotel

    50 years ago, when I was 15, I visited this Hotel, and I thought the quality might have declined due to my nostalgic filter, but it has been renovated, and there was a beautiful bath and a lovely Room. The front desk staff were all kind people. I hope to visit again in good health in the future.

    Great value for money.

    Three generations, including my mother, daughter, and I, stayed for one night. A large, cute tree was decorated at the entrance, immediately enhancing the Christmas spirit. The staff's guidance was pleasant, and the room was well-cleaned, allowing us to relax. There were many families with small children, perhaps because of the well-equipped kids' room and game corner. The bathroom floor was designed to be non-slip, so my mother could bathe with peace of mind. The open-air bath was spacious, with a great view, and was very lovely. The meals were buffet-style, and everything from Japanese to Western and Chinese cuisine was delicious, leaving us very satisfied. Of course, there were many types of sweets, which was delightful for the ladies. A bit disappointing was the limited nearby parking, which was a bit far away, and the annex we stayed in had many stairs to navigate... Older guests might find it a bit challenging to move between the bath and dining areas. However, with such a good bath and delicious meals at this price, we had a very nice year-end party.

    The Onsen was good.

    I stayed in a riverfront terrace room with an open-air bath. The Onsen was good, but the meals were somewhat lacking. Not bad, but nothing particularly outstanding either. The service was good. I would like to visit again.

    Stays with meals included

    The age of the building bothered me, and I couldn't enjoy my stay. The parking lot is also far away, which is inconvenient. Even if it's cheap, I might not choose it again.

    It is a large Hotel ...

    It is a large Hotel with many Rooms. The front desk at check-in was chaotic. The staff seemed busy and spoke quickly, so I understood with the help of my daughter who had already completed the process. For elderly guests like us, it is recommended to complete the procedure a little earlier. Both dinner and breakfast involved queues to enter the restaurant and to get food. The dishes were varied and tasted good, but it was a pity that there was little atmosphere for a relaxed meal. However, the Facility was spacious with various amenities such as baths and a children's playroom, and the large shop was enjoyable. I feel it is highly recommended for families with children. You can hear the sound of the stream flowing around the Facility everywhere, and you can also enjoy the beautiful autumn scenery with the leaves just starting to change color through the large windows.

    Discrepancy between price and service

    I stayed in a high-priced room, but the price and service were disproportionate. The staff's attitude was also bad. I had to wait 30 minutes just to enter the breakfast buffet. The room was only slightly better than a business hotel. The open-air bath in the room was the only decent part, and there were no other good points. I will never go again.

    I stayed for one night with my elderly parents. I referred to reviews and room photos, but unfortunately, the stay did not bring much joy. Perhaps the expectations were too high... First, the guest room was a renovated Japanese-Western style room, but there were stains on the tatami and walls, which made us feel uncomfortable. My elderly father planned to use the room's bath, but it felt too old-fashioned, so we immediately reserved a private bath. Due to the nature of the area, I suppose it couldn't be helped, but there were fallen leaves on the balcony, and the window frames were pitch black with dirt. When we visited the private bath at the designated time, we were surprised to see a staff member filling it with water using a hose. We were told that the temperature was being lowered because it was too hot, but I wish everything had been prepared before our use. Also, the place where the hose was placed, the changing room, and what seemed to be a diatomaceous earth bath mat were blackened, making it unpleasant to step on barefoot, and it felt like the cleaning was not thorough. Additionally, dust had accumulated in the changing basket. The service was very good, with everyone being earnest and kind. We had a plan with a welcome drink and received coffee, but it was served in a paper cup outside the lounge, and the smell of the paper cup bothered me. I had high expectations for the meal based on the reviews, but unfortunately, there was nothing that suited my taste. However, the cooking staff were earnest and very kind, so I hope this feedback reaches the on-site staff. I thought my elderly parents would be pleased as they were looking forward to it, but I ended up feeling somewhat apologetic. As others have mentioned, there was no service of bottled water, and although there was water in a pot in the refrigerator, I was hesitant to use it. Also, there was only drip pack coffee, and no tea (tea bags). Honestly, for this price, I felt it was expensive and not worth the room, facilities, or meals.

    The buffet had a wid...

    The buffet had a wide variety of delicious dishes. The small rice balls seemed easy for children to eat. Many of the dishes had lids on them, but I think it would be easier to serve and see if they were left open.

    Smiling service even when fully booked.

    There were many guests staying. The staff, who are multinational, work together cooperatively, which is pleasant. Seeing the tragic news of the recent Noto Peninsula earthquake, I once again felt the challenges faced by accommodations. I hope everyone stays healthy.

    Almost satisfied wit...

    Almost satisfied with everything. Despite having many guests, the way they handled check-in and the dining hall with many staff members was impressive, as expected from a company with a 100-year history. However, there were some elderly guests who seemed lost on the way to the bath, so I think the signage needs some improvement.
