    No, thank you.

    Both the Room and the service are high quality. A staff member who happened to pass by kindly provided a plate and fork for a cake we bought outside. I would definitely like to stay here again when visiting Hiroshima.

    The service, convenience, and quality of the Facility are excellent.

    We stayed here while traveling to Hiroshima with two families. Our itinerary included one night in Miyajima along the way. (1 night in Hiroshima + 1 night in Miyajima + 2 nights in Hiroshima) (Reservations on IKYU were made separately.) 1) At our first check-in, they noticed our next Reservation after a one-day gap and kindly assisted with parking and luggage arrangements. Check-in was handled by a senior staff member guiding a new employee, and the senior staff member’s service was spot-on and very pleasant. 2) Directly connected to JR Hiroshima Station, making it extremely convenient for the Shinkansen, streetcar, local trains, taxis, and more. 3) Even considering that it is newly opened, the Room size, bathroom size, and the depth and spaciousness of the bathtub are excellent. In particular, for a stay-focused trip in Hiroshima, being able to recover from fatigue in the bath is important—so we truly appreciated it.

    A clean Hotel with well-organized services at reasonable rates.

    Despite the intense heat, I was very satisfied with the location—directly connected to the station and with shopping, restaurants, and a convenience store all close by. The service was just right and efficient, with no unnecessary extras. Breakfast had everything I wanted to try in Hiroshima and was delicious. There was also a wide variety. However, perhaps because it was a busy time… refills took a while, and the wait for the next items felt long. The Room is a bit small, but it’s newly built, clean, and nice.

    The young staff were very helpful.

    The checkout service was excellent. When I was waiting in line, the staff noticed right away and assisted me without making me wait. Although the staff member was young, they worked efficiently and promptly, which made me feel great and set a positive tone for the rest of my day. It was especially pleasant to see a young person taking initiative and working quickly. Thank you very much.

    It’s conveniently located near the station ticket gates, making it very easy to get around. They also stored my luggage after check-out, which was a great help.

    Convenient!

    I stay here every time to visit my daughter’s family. This time, we used two Rooms. Each time, I feel the service varies depending on the staff member. At check-in, even though it wasn’t crowded, the check-in staff were working on the computer and both we and other guests had to wait quite a while. The staff at check-out and for luggage storage were quick-thinking and pleasant. Overall, the service feels inconsistent from person to person. The location is good, and the beds are very comfortable for sleeping. Although there can be hit-or-miss staff service, I think I will use this Accommodation again.

    The Room was very clean and comfortable. The bath and toilet are separate, and there is also a separate washing area, so I could relax and enjoy a long soak. The Room has chairs made in Hiroshima Prefecture, and they were very comfortable to sit on. The location is excellent—directly connected to Hiroshima Station, making it very convenient.

    Clean and comfortable!

    For my second trip to Hiroshima, I chose Granvia Hiroshima South Gate again. I love staying at new hotels, and I briefly considered a newly opened Hotel that launched this May, but South Gate was so great during my three-night stay 4–5 months ago that I stayed again for two nights. I was also curious about Granvia Hiroshima with its spacious lobby, but carpeted floors are simply more comfortable. Access from the airport is excellent, and it’s easy to use both the Hiroden streetcar and JR lines. With the Tourist Information Center right next door, buying a travel pass was very convenient. The area around Hiroshima Station where the Hotel is located has many new buildings and shops, full of energy—it was wonderful.

    Friendly and attentive service

    The front desk staff were very pleasant, which made for a comfortable stay. It seemed there were some new staff members as well, but they were courteous and attentive, so I felt the senior staff must provide careful guidance. Thanks to that, I was able to enjoy my stay throughout. Thank you very much.

    Excellent location and a luxurious breakfast!

    Even though it was raining, I could get from the station without getting wet at all, and there was everything I needed around the station, so it was extremely convenient. The breakfast was truly delicious across the board, and the fruit selection was luxurious with a great variety! The bath and toilet were separate, and the Room was clean. This is a Hotel I’d definitely like to stay at again when I visit Hiroshima.

    I used this place while attending a baseball game!

    I stayed here to watch a baseball game at Mazda Stadium. Even though it was a single Room, the bathroom and toilet were separate, and there was an independent sink. The Room felt very clean, and I had a very comfortable stay. It was also convenient that the station building is directly connected, and there are restaurants on the lower floors, so I could eat and return to the Hotel right away. The staff were very kind as well, and I would like to stay here again when I visit Hiroshima. Thank you very much.

    Conveniently connected directly to Hiroshima Station. Even on rainy days, the streetcar and JR lines are right there—no umbrella needed. The Room was also clean. The bathroom has a washing area, and the toilet is of course separate—spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet offers an excellent variety, with an incredible selection of breads! Freshly grilled seafood, freshly carved roast beef, and a Japanese sake tasting were available—very satisfying.

    The staff were very courteous.

    It was my first time visiting Hiroshima. The front desk and restaurant staff were very courteous. Breakfast offered a great variety, and everything was delicious. My mother was also very pleased.     The breakfast was excellent! I’d love it if you could add a lounge.

    Overall, everything was wonderful. Especially the breakfast—it was so high quality that I’d say it was the best among all the city Hotels I’ve stayed at. What disappointed me was the free-flow service on the concept floor. First, it was located on the lobby level in a restaurant that switches over for lunch guests. While lunch guests were staring, staff were cleaning up—sweeping and mopping while preparing for evening service—so having champagne there didn’t feel relaxing. I kept telling myself it wasn’t a club lounge as I drank, but if possible, I would have preferred a free-flow option on a higher floor with a better view. Also, they only had standard beer. If things stay the same next time, I won’t choose the concept floor. The Club Lounge at Granvia on the north side was great, so I ended up feeling even more disappointed with this free-flow service. All of the staff were kind. The Room was also nice.

    Spacious and comfortable stay with direct access to the station

    I stayed for two nights in a Standard Twin. The luggage storage service before and after check-in was very helpful. There are two options: return-type coin lockers and racks where you secure your bags with a wire. I used the locker without hesitation. An early 2:00 PM check-in time was also convenient. The Room is spacious, and since the clothes rack is placed by the window, there is plenty of space in the walkway after you enter. Having the clothes rack at the very back may come down to personal preference. I only used breakfast on the first day, and because I had registered with the WESPO app, I received 10% off. Breakfast offers both Japanese and Western options, plus unlimited refills of three types of sake. For some reason there was no regular drinking water—only lemon water or sparkling water—which was disappointing. There are no workspaces outside your Room. Depending on your schedule and preferences, using the Starbucks connected directly to the station might be a good option. Each floor has a water dispenser and an ice machine, which were very useful. You can refill your Room pitcher and use it in your room. The bathtub is fairly large and comfortable, but there is no bath additive service. Overall, the Room was comfortable, access from the station was excellent, and it felt like an ideal base for sightseeing centered around Hiroshima Station.

    I’d like to stay here again when I visit Hiroshima.

    The breakfast here is incredibly delicious. The seasonal melon and watermelon are outstanding, and there is also a great selection of other fruits. Even though many guests are Western, there is plenty of Japanese cuisine as well. There are so many options that I couldn’t try everything. Mornings can feel a bit hectic, but the breakfast venue is spacious, and once seated at a table I was able to relax. It’s conveniently located near the station, and all the staff are kind and courteous. This is a Hotel I’d like to stay at again when I visit Hiroshima.

    I stayed here becaus...

    I stayed here because it was new and directly connected to the station. It felt more like a Business Hotel than I expected, but I appreciated that the bathroom and toilet were separate. The breakfast, which I was most looking forward to, had fewer options than I expected, but there were several dishes using Setouchi citrus fruits and seafood, so I enjoyed it. Next time, I’d like to stay on a concept floor. Thank you for your hospitality.

    It was very good.

    With direct access to the station, the location was excellent, and since it is new, everything was very clean and comfortable. The triple Room was spacious, and above all, the view was amazing. The Hotel staff were very kind and welcoming when we left our luggage and during check-in and check-out. The amenities and in-room items were well stocked, and breakfast was delicious with plenty of local Hiroshima ingredients. Thanks to you, our sisters’ trip became a memorable one. Thank you very much. We would love to stay again.

    My daughter had fall...

    My daughter had fallen asleep, so I was trying to check in while holding her. A staff member kindly asked, “Is there anything I can help you with?” and watched my daughter on the sofa in the entrance while I completed the check-in. It was a huge help—thank you!

    Excellent convenience!

    I checked in around 9:00 PM and had given up on sightseeing at that hour. However, there was a streetcar stop right in front of the 2F Hotel entrance, and when I checked, the last streetcar was around 10:30 PM, so I was able to visit the Atomic Bomb Dome. In the morning, ekie next to the station ticket gates opened from 8:00 AM, so I could take my time choosing souvenirs before sightseeing! If you are visiting Hiroshima, I highly recommend Granvia Hiroshima South Gate.

    We were extremely satisfied!

    Thank you for taking care of us for two nights and three days. Even though it was before 8:00 a.m., you kindly stored our luggage, which was a great help. The Hotel is directly connected to the JR station, so there’s no worry even on rainy days, and with plenty of convenience stores and shopping facilities nearby, it’s extremely convenient for meals and buying souvenirs. Above all, I was impressed by how smoothly we could get to the city center thanks to the streetcar stop being almost directly connected to the Hotel. The Room was clean and very comfortable throughout our stay, and having a separate bathroom and toilet was also a big plus. All of the staff were friendly and efficient, and we truly appreciate your help. Thank you very much. When I visit Hiroshima again, I will definitely stay at this Hotel.

    Directly connected to Hiroshima Station for exceptional convenience.

    We stayed as a family while sightseeing in Hiroshima. The Hotel is directly connected to the station, so we got a little confused at first, but both on arrival and departure it was extremely convenient—the entrance elevator is less than a 1-minute walk from the Shinkansen ticket gates. It was raining quite hard when we left, but we didn’t have to worry about getting wet at all, which was great since it isn’t affected by the weather. Also, we really appreciated that they could store our luggage before check-in. Check-in is done by operating a touch panel yourself, but it was smooth with no waiting. Since payment is made in advance, check-out is easy as well. The Room was very clean, and the bathroom and toilet were separate; we could fill the bathtub with hot water. There were three of us, and at many Hotels one person ends up with an extra bed, but here all beds were regular beds, which made us happy. Amenities are placed near the elevator by the front desk so you can take what you need. Some Hotels surprisingly don’t provide makeup remover, but they had toner/lotion (facial), face wash cleanser, and makeup remover, which was very helpful (they may not have had emulsion/moisturizer). Also, breakfast was delicious—both the dishes and bread felt quite authentic and rich. It was completely different from the simple breakfasts typical of a Business Hotel. Choosing a stay with breakfast included was absolutely the right decision for us.

    Satisfied!

    Because the Hotel is located right above Hiroshima Station, the access couldn’t be better! It opened in March 2025, and everything is spotless. I usually drive to Hiroshima every time and end up exhausted. But with the Shinkansen plus this Hotel, there’s no fatigue at all, so I’d like to come every year. I chose a Plan without breakfast, so I didn’t eat at the Hotel, but there was a delicious Hiroshima-only sandwich at the commercial Facility inside the station. I only noticed when checking out that you can go directly to Minamoa from the front desk floor! It’s unbelievably convenient.

    Excellent access from the station! It’s also just a short walk from the tram stop, and we were able to get there without getting wet even on a rainy day.
