    Spacious and comfortable stay with direct access to the station

    I stayed for two nights in a Standard Twin. The luggage storage service before and after check-in was very helpful. There are two options: return-type coin lockers and racks where you secure your bags with a wire. I used the locker without hesitation. An early 2:00 PM check-in time was also convenient. The Room is spacious, and since the clothes rack is placed by the window, there is plenty of space in the walkway after you enter. Having the clothes rack at the very back may come down to personal preference. I only used breakfast on the first day, and because I had registered with the WESPO app, I received 10% off. Breakfast offers both Japanese and Western options, plus unlimited refills of three types of sake. For some reason there was no regular drinking water—only lemon water or sparkling water—which was disappointing. There are no workspaces outside your Room. Depending on your schedule and preferences, using the Starbucks connected directly to the station might be a good option. Each floor has a water dispenser and an ice machine, which were very useful. You can refill your Room pitcher and use it in your room. The bathtub is fairly large and comfortable, but there is no bath additive service. Overall, the Room was comfortable, access from the station was excellent, and it felt like an ideal base for sightseeing centered around Hiroshima Station.

    不思議大好き

    I’d like to stay here again when I visit Hiroshima.

    The breakfast here is incredibly delicious. The seasonal melon and watermelon are outstanding, and there is also a great selection of other fruits. Even though many guests are Western, there is plenty of Japanese cuisine as well. There are so many options that I couldn’t try everything. Mornings can feel a bit hectic, but the breakfast venue is spacious, and once seated at a table I was able to relax. It’s conveniently located near the station, and all the staff are kind and courteous. This is a Hotel I’d like to stay at again when I visit Hiroshima.

    I stayed here becaus...

    I stayed here because it was new and directly connected to the station. It felt more like a Business Hotel than I expected, but I appreciated that the bathroom and toilet were separate. The breakfast, which I was most looking forward to, had fewer options than I expected, but there were several dishes using Setouchi citrus fruits and seafood, so I enjoyed it. Next time, I’d like to stay on a concept floor. Thank you for your hospitality.

    It was very good.

    With direct access to the station, the location was excellent, and since it is new, everything was very clean and comfortable. The triple Room was spacious, and above all, the view was amazing. The Hotel staff were very kind and welcoming when we left our luggage and during check-in and check-out. The amenities and in-room items were well stocked, and breakfast was delicious with plenty of local Hiroshima ingredients. Thanks to you, our sisters’ trip became a memorable one. Thank you very much. We would love to stay again.

    My daughter had fall...

    My daughter had fallen asleep, so I was trying to check in while holding her. A staff member kindly asked, “Is there anything I can help you with?” and watched my daughter on the sofa in the entrance while I completed the check-in. It was a huge help—thank you!

    Excellent convenience!

    I checked in around 9:00 PM and had given up on sightseeing at that hour. However, there was a streetcar stop right in front of the 2F Hotel entrance, and when I checked, the last streetcar was around 10:30 PM, so I was able to visit the Atomic Bomb Dome. In the morning, ekie next to the station ticket gates opened from 8:00 AM, so I could take my time choosing souvenirs before sightseeing! If you are visiting Hiroshima, I highly recommend Granvia Hiroshima South Gate.

    We were extremely satisfied!

    Thank you for taking care of us for two nights and three days. Even though it was before 8:00 a.m., you kindly stored our luggage, which was a great help. The Hotel is directly connected to the JR station, so there’s no worry even on rainy days, and with plenty of convenience stores and shopping facilities nearby, it’s extremely convenient for meals and buying souvenirs. Above all, I was impressed by how smoothly we could get to the city center thanks to the streetcar stop being almost directly connected to the Hotel. The Room was clean and very comfortable throughout our stay, and having a separate bathroom and toilet was also a big plus. All of the staff were friendly and efficient, and we truly appreciate your help. Thank you very much. When I visit Hiroshima again, I will definitely stay at this Hotel.

    Directly connected to Hiroshima Station for exceptional convenience.

    We stayed as a family while sightseeing in Hiroshima. The Hotel is directly connected to the station, so we got a little confused at first, but both on arrival and departure it was extremely convenient—the entrance elevator is less than a 1-minute walk from the Shinkansen ticket gates. It was raining quite hard when we left, but we didn’t have to worry about getting wet at all, which was great since it isn’t affected by the weather. Also, we really appreciated that they could store our luggage before check-in. Check-in is done by operating a touch panel yourself, but it was smooth with no waiting. Since payment is made in advance, check-out is easy as well. The Room was very clean, and the bathroom and toilet were separate; we could fill the bathtub with hot water. There were three of us, and at many Hotels one person ends up with an extra bed, but here all beds were regular beds, which made us happy. Amenities are placed near the elevator by the front desk so you can take what you need. Some Hotels surprisingly don’t provide makeup remover, but they had toner/lotion (facial), face wash cleanser, and makeup remover, which was very helpful (they may not have had emulsion/moisturizer). Also, breakfast was delicious—both the dishes and bread felt quite authentic and rich. It was completely different from the simple breakfasts typical of a Business Hotel. Choosing a stay with breakfast included was absolutely the right decision for us.

    Satisfied!

    Because the Hotel is located right above Hiroshima Station, the access couldn’t be better! It opened in March 2025, and everything is spotless. I usually drive to Hiroshima every time and end up exhausted. But with the Shinkansen plus this Hotel, there’s no fatigue at all, so I’d like to come every year. I chose a Plan without breakfast, so I didn’t eat at the Hotel, but there was a delicious Hiroshima-only sandwich at the commercial Facility inside the station. I only noticed when checking out that you can go directly to Minamoa from the front desk floor! It’s unbelievably convenient.

    Excellent access from the station! It’s also just a short walk from the tram stop, and we were able to get there without getting wet even on a rainy day.

    I’m truly grateful t...

    I’m truly grateful to the Hotel for accommodating a last-minute change in the number of guests and adjusting the rate for our celebratory trip for my mother and younger brother. Thank you as well for the thoughtful gift and message. The lounge was very comfortable, and the Room was clean. With direct access to Hiroshima Station, we could leave our luggage and get around easily. I would definitely like to stay here again when traveling to Hiroshima.

    Extremely convenient

    This is a new Hotel located above the station. Our family stayed in a twin room and a single room. The single room felt a bit small, but otherwise everything was comfortable. In any case, this Hotel’s location is convenient for everything.

    Very convenient, new and clean

    Directly connected to the station and linked to the new station building as well, which made it very convenient. We didn’t choose a meal plan, but there were plenty of restaurants in the station building, and we enjoyed having cafes that open early in the morning. It’s new and clean, and we were happy that the bath, sink area, and toilet are separate.

    Relax and unwind.

    This is a very comfortable Hotel! The Room interior was lovely, and the doors opened and closed quietly—great! The bed was comfortable, and I slept soundly. There are plenty of elevators, so there was almost no waiting, which made it even more pleasant. I didn’t have much time this trip, but next time I’d like to make a Reservation and look forward to breakfast.

    Simple, functional, and great food.

    I stayed here with my family when it first opened last year, and this time I had a short stay alone for work. The Room is functional, clean, and has no unnecessary extras. The amenities are limited, but I brought my own so it wasn’t an issue. The breakfast buffet is delicious. It’s a bit far from the main sightseeing areas, but it’s directly connected to the station, which is very convenient. I’d like to come back and stay longer next time.

    The location was excellent, and as it is a new Hotel, it was very clean and comfortable. The staff’s timing in offering assistance was subtle and perfect. We used the breakfast buffet; the restaurant was spacious with a wide variety of options, and everything was delicious.

    It was perfect!

    The location is unbeatable, with direct access to the station! As it has only been open for a year, everything is new and spotless. The staff at both the front desk and the restaurant were attentive and quick to offer assistance. Breakfast was so wonderful that I would come back just for it. I highly recommend choosing a Plan with breakfast included!

    I would like to stay here again.

    We stayed for one night with our child. The location was very convenient, just a short walk from the station. The Room was clean and well maintained, which we appreciated. We really enjoyed the lounge and breakfast; everything was delicious. We would like to stay here again.

    Highly satisfying

    Just steps from Hiroshima Station—an excellent, convenient location. As it’s a new Hotel, everything is clean and well maintained. Having a separate bath and toilet is also fantastic. The water dispenser is another big plus. Breakfast is very good as well! Every stay is relaxing. One request: the luggage rack is too small and not very practical, so I would appreciate an improvement. I’d love to stay again next time—thank you!

    First time in Hiroshima

    My first time in Hiroshima! A new Hotel close to the station. It was great because I could buy souvenirs in the morning and quickly return to the Hotel, making good use of my time! They often store luggage before check-in on the first day, but they also stored my luggage after check-out on the second day!! Even after check-out?! I had to ask again. It really helped that they kept my luggage until after my concert on the second day. Thank you!

    Convenient

    The Hotel above the station was very convenient, with easy access to both JR and the Hiroshima Electric Railway. Both the Hotel and the Room were clean, and the staff were kind. Breakfast was also delicious and satisfying.

    Although it may vary...

    Although it may vary by day, based on the price range on the day I stayed, the breakfast was exceptionally satisfying compared with many Hotel breakfast buffets I’ve tried—I even wished I had a bigger appetite. Everything felt wonderfully homemade, and I was happy with every item: sukiyaki, roast beef, citrus drinks, fruits such as melon and strawberries, pudding, and more. With prices rising, sourcing ingredients must be difficult, but this is a Hotel that made me want to return just for the meals. The Facility is new, so I was satisfied, but the amenities were a commonly seen range, perhaps without any particular focus. I’d like to visit again in the off-season to enjoy the food.

    The only downside is the noise.

    The air conditioner was so noisy that we had to turn it off, and the humidifier-equipped air purifier was also loud when refilling the water. Other than that, the location was perfect, and it was a new, nice Hotel with no issues.

    Spacious for three guests

    We stayed as a family of three. The lounge room also serves as a restaurant, offering items such as pancakes, ice cream, and nuts. We enjoyed local craft beer and more. When using the lounge, my husband had informed the staff that he would join us later; however, when he arrived, a female staff member brought him a menu for general guests. Since we were on an Accommodation Plan that included lounge access and had already mentioned he would be joining us, it felt like there was a lack of coordination. It was nice to have a chair in the bath area. The shower water pressure was weak, but I suppose that can’t be helped. Having two sinks was very convenient, and even with three adults we could relax comfortably. From the Room you can see streetcars, conventional trains, and Shinkansen all at once, so railway fans and children will likely enjoy it too. If you’re coming by car, I recommend using the Minamoa 7th-floor parking lot—it connects directly to the lobby floor. I’d like to visit again at a more relaxed pace.

    Clean and convenient!

    A new, spotless Hotel directly connected to Hiroshima Station I didn’t realize my Plan included free-flow drinks, so I only had a short time to enjoy it—what a shame. There was a great selection of alcoholic and soft drinks, and the fruit and snacks were all delicious—I was impressed! The Room had a wonderful view, and I could relax in the bathroom with a separate washing area. The breakfast buffet was also excellent—especially the sea bream ramen! I’d love to stay again.

    Excellent location

    My daughter and I stayed for two nights on a mother-daughter trip. The location is simply unbeatable. As soon as you step out of the entrance, the Hiroden streetcar is right in front of you. Next door are the JR ticket gates, and Minamoa. Whether eating, having coffee, buying souvenirs, or going anywhere at all, it was truly convenient and completely stress-free. The Hotel was very clean with a great atmosphere, and the staff were extremely kind. The Room was also spotless, and the amenities—such as chairs and cushions made from Hiroshima-grown wood—were wonderful. We also appreciated receiving bottled water every day. The morning buffet had a wide variety of options, looked beautiful, and everything was high quality—absolutely excellent. Both my daughter and I were very satisfied. This is a Hotel we definitely want to come back to someday!! Thank you very much.

    Directly connected to the station for convenience.

    The Deluxe Twin Room was spacious and had a comfortable layout. The room's TV was new, functional, and excellent. However, the hanger rack being vertical instead of horizontal made it inconvenient to use, and the semi-transparent door connecting the bathroom and sink area felt awkward as it exposed changing from the living space—a puzzling design choice.
