    First-time Use

    We stayed here on the second day of our trip to Hiroshima. Being a hotel located inside the station, it was very convenient for getting around. It was helpful that they stored our luggage both before check-in and after check-out. The view from the room was beautiful and enjoyable. The room was clean, and the bathroom was spacious, allowing us to relax comfortably.

    Pleasantly surprised

    Visited Hiroshima and stayed in a Room on the 12th floor. Breakfast only. I didn't have high expectations considering the price, but I was pleasantly surprised. First, I was happy to find that the bathroom and toilet were separate—couldn't help but say "Oh!" out loud. The Room itself was standard, but it was thoroughly cleaned with no discomfort at all. The breakfast buffet exceeded my expectations; it was simply delicious. As for service, there was minimal interaction with staff during check-in/out and meals, as everything is self-service via touch panels. The location is very convenient—on the south side of Hiroshima Station near the Hiroshima Electric Railway stop, just a short walk from the Shinkansen platform to Hotel's entrance. Being right above the station, you can hear faint train sounds like "clack-clack," which added a nice travel ambiance for me. If I visit around Hiroshima City again, I'll definitely stay here again!

    The breakfast was very delicious. I used the sofa bed, but it was already set up as a bed from the beginning, leaving no space to relax. It was unfortunate that the Room became just a sleeping space during my stay. I hope for a little more consideration in this regard.

    A New Hotel at Hiroshima Station

    This was my first Reservation, made to coincide with a conference in Hiroshima. The Hotel was very clean and attractive, and the breakfast offered was of a very high standard and absolutely delicious. With the new Hiroden station located within the building, I rode it for the first time in decades, which brought back nostalgic memories and made for an enjoyable experience. Due to time constraints, I couldn't explore shopping within the building this time, but this is definitely a Hotel I would like to stay at again.

    Hotel with Delicious Breakfast

    I chose this Hotel for my trip to Hiroshima after seeing online reviews about the delicious breakfast. This time, I stayed in a Superior Twin Room, and I enjoyed the view of Hiroshima city and the streetcars from the Room. The breakfast met my expectations, featuring plenty of seafood and was very delicious. I would recommend this Hotel for those who prioritize breakfast during their stay.

    Thank you for your hospitality the other day. Although it was just a one-night stay, the staff's service was excellent, the Room was clean, and I would love to stay again when I visit Hiroshima. I especially appreciated the separate bath and toilet with a washing area. Additionally, having water dispensers on each floor was very convenient, as I didn’t need to go out to buy mineral water. When I asked for directions to the live venue, the staff kindly and thoroughly looked it up for me, which was very helpful. If I may suggest one thing, there were no skincare products like lotion in the Room, and since I didn’t bring any this time, I had to rush to a store to buy some. Later, I noticed they might have been placed near the front desk, but I didn’t realize it at all. It would be helpful if this could be mentioned during check-in.

    A highly convenient and clean Hotel directly connected to Hiroshima Station.

    Directly connected to Hiroshima Station, making it extremely convenient. Dining and shopping options are abundant at the adjacent station facilities Minamoa and Ekie, allowing for a nearly complete experience without leaving the station if city sightseeing is not planned. With the extension of Hiroshima Electric Railway streetcars into the station premises, access to the city has become even easier. The Hotel rooms retain a fresh, newly-built feel and are exceptionally clean. Though compact, they do not feel cramped. The bath facility features a spacious tub and washing area, making it very user-friendly. The separate toilet adds to its convenience. Overall, this is a highly satisfying Hotel choice.

    Not just about the location.

    Stayed for a business trip. I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptionally kind service, which was not overly business-like. The Room was, of course, clean, and I was amazed by the bathroom with a separate toilet and washing area. The amenities were a delightful touch.

    Everything is excellent!

    The hotel staff were truly pleasant, and the housekeeping staff always greeted us, making our stay very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and absolutely fantastic. The hotel's entrance is right in front of a tram stop, providing excellent access to the city. The staff also kindly suggested several travel plans and ways to get there. I would definitely like to stay here again!

    Hospitality could be improved.

    I recently stayed at your accommodation and had a few concerns. 1. Regarding the parking service: Since I heard that Ekie and Minamoa were partnered, I parked there. However, when I asked for a parking ticket upon leaving, I was charged 1600 yen. Considering the parking fee there is 1600 yen for 24 hours anyway, it felt unnecessary to get the ticket from here for the same price. If it's advertised as a partnership, it would be better if there were some discount offered. I used the free-flow service but felt that replenishing light snacks took quite a long time. As for amenities, despite staying with two people, there was only one skincare set in the room. When I called reception about this, they mentioned that they don’t provide them in rooms and guests are free to take them from near the front desk instead. Honestly, it didn’t make sense why one set was placed in our room at all under these circumstances.

    Direct access to the station is incredibly convenient.

    Although it was unfortunately raining, we truly appreciated the convenience of being directly connected to the station. My elderly parents, who were worried about carrying luggage and using umbrellas while moving around, found it incredibly convenient and perfect. We use this Hotel approximately once every two months when traveling from rural Hiroshima for medical appointments. After arriving at Hiroshima Station by express bus, we can check in or leave our luggage right away and enjoy shopping or dining in the station building. What used to be a dreaded trip for medical visits has now become enjoyable. It's all thanks to this Hotel. Thank you very much!

    The Newly Renovated Hiroshima Station

    You can enjoy sightseeing on the Hiroden streetcar, and once you arrive at Hiroshima Station, it's convenient to head straight to the Hotel. The Hotel overall was average, but it had a bathtub and a spacious washing area, making it enjoyable for bath time with children.

    Directly connected to Hiroshima Station, with a streetcar stop right in front of the entrance, offering an unbeatable location. As a newly opened property, the Room and Facility are not only clean but also impressive. The breakfast is exceptional, making it regrettable that I could only stay for one night.

    First South Gate

    I used Southgate for the first time with my daughter and grandson. The hotel is conveniently located near the station, and it was helpful to store our luggage before check-in. As mentioned in reviews, the staff at check-in were kind and attentive. The room was modern, clean, efficient, and both the bathroom and bed were comfortable. Breakfast was delicious but not very cost-effective. However, considering its convenience, I would like to stay at this hotel again. One downside was during self-checkout; the male and female staff behind the machine were engrossed in conversation without any greeting—this was disappointing. On the other hand, a cleaning staff member kindly sent us off with "Thank you very much! Please take care," which reminded me that great service comes from people after all.

    It felt like a newly...

    It felt like a newly built Hotel this year, lacking the charm of a traditional long-established Hotel, which was disappointing. Perhaps due to rising costs, there wasn’t much to impress aside from the new interior. I personally prefer the classic and dignified atmosphere of the previous Granvia Hotel.

    The welcoming aroma ...

    The welcoming aroma as I stepped out of the elevator and headed to the front desk was delightful. The size of the Room was just right, and although I often struggle with beds and pillows not suiting me, this time I slept very comfortably. The breakfast buffet was also very delicious. I would like to stay here again when visiting Hiroshima. However, one small disappointment was that the kettle in the Room had noticeable dust on it. Since it is something used for consumption, I hope cleanliness can be maintained better.

    We had a comfortable stay.

    Stayed here for a live concert trip. Extremely convenient! You can reach the hotel immediately after exiting the central ticket gate of the Shinkansen station. Despite the intense heat, I didn’t have to step outside and could leave my luggage before enjoying meals and shopping at Minamoa. The room was new, clean, spacious, and comfortable. The view extended to the distant sea, and the night scenery was stunning. Having separate toilet and bath facilities is a big plus. The breakfast buffet was luxurious and delicious. It included roast beef, sukiyaki, anago rice bowls in the morning—everything I wanted to eat! There were also so many types of bread that it felt like a bakery selection. All staff members provided excellent service with great hospitality throughout my stay. When I needed help replacing batteries for live concert merchandise or retrieving earphones that had rolled under the bed, they kindly assisted me promptly—thank you so much! I would definitely love to stay at this hotel again for future trips!

    The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options and was very satisfying.

    Opened in March 2025, this is a new and clean Hotel. However, it seems that the use of the automated check-in and check-out system is not yet widely understood. During busy times, the number of staff on the lobby floor (7th floor) seemed insufficient. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety and was enjoyable, but during lunchtime, as it becomes a venue for visitors' lunch gatherings, lines extended to the lobby area, creating a slightly chaotic impression. The guest rooms are simplified but include a bathroom with a washing area, making them convenient to use. The only issue was on the first day of my Multiple Night Stay; I found many hairs on the toilet floor in my room as if it had not been cleaned properly.

    Perfect base for exploring Hiroshima!

    I stayed at this Hotel directly connected to the station during a trip to Hiroshima with my mother. The station and commercial facilities were all within easy reach, making it very convenient. We were able to smoothly follow our schedule. We used the breakfast-included plan, and every meal was delicious and satisfying. The staff were also very kind. Thank you very much.     It was comfortable.

    The wooden flooring, separate toilet, washroom, and bath, along with a comfortable bed and Bizen ware coffee cups, allowed us to enjoy both functionality and style. Having stayed at a chain Business Hotel until the day before, the comfort here was especially delightful. If I had to point out one issue, it would be the noise from the air conditioner—a loud "whoosh" sound. I sincerely hope this can be improved. Other than that, I have nothing but gratitude!

    The Room was simply amazing. I enjoyed a relaxing time in the modern Room. Since the Room was spacious, I felt the air conditioning was too strong and turned it OFF from night to morning. Additional towels were perfectly prepared. Although the lack of room service is a downside, there are plenty of takeout options at Minamoa and Ekie, and they even lent us wine glasses, allowing us to enjoy our time in the Room. I would love to stay here again in the future.

    The entrance located within the JR station was very convenient. Above all, the Room was clean, and the view from the window was wonderful. The bed had just the right level of comfort. I would love to stay at this Hotel again when I visit Hiroshima.

    The Hotel is directly connected to Hiroshima Station, and since August, trams now reach the station front, making it more convenient for city sightseeing and local residents. The Hotel is new and has a modern feel, which was great. I only used the breakfast service; while the trendy buffet style was nice, it would be better if there were more healthy options like vegetables and fruits. I booked a corner Room on the 12th floor, but with tall buildings already surrounding it, the view wasn't as impressive as expected. Overall, it's highly convenient and serves as a good starting point for first-time visitors exploring Hiroshima.

    Stayed during Obon from 8/13-16. Despite the large number of tourists, the staff handled everything smoothly. Thank you! ● Highlights: - A humidifier was provided with water already filled, making it ready to use immediately, which was very convenient. - The direct connection to the station was fantastic—easy to access and perfect for going out. ● Areas for improvement: - When requesting a towel exchange, we received four bath towels but no bath mat or face towels. It would be great if these could also be included next time. Looking forward to staying again! Thank you in advance!
