    It was a great trip.

    I stayed with the opening anniversary plan, which included a breakfast plan on the upper floors. The location was excellent, making it perfect for travelers with short stays. The room was 20 square meters and a bit small for two people, but it had a bathtub with a washing area, an easy-to-use sink, and amenities that were more comprehensive compared to recent business hotels. The stay included free-flow welcome drinks, which were satisfying in content. Breakfast offered variety but most importantly was delicious, and the staff's hospitality made for a pleasant experience. It was truly a wonderful stay. I would definitely like to use this accommodation again on my next trip to Hiroshima. Thank you very much!

    I don't think I will use it again.

    I sent my suitcase in advance, but when I checked in late at night with many bags in hand, I was surprised to be handed the suitcase instead of it being delivered to my room. Even business hotels deliver luggage to the room. There wasn’t even a simple offer like, "Shall we deliver it to your room?" At that time, I was the only guest present. No consideration at all despite the accommodation not being cheap. Additionally, when I asked for directions because I was unsure of the way, I was given incorrect information and ended up having to ask several people around the station area for help. Please reconsider your service standards. Honestly, I'd like a refund for my accommodation fee.

    We had a great time.

    The newly opened Hotel provided a clean and comfortable Room for our stay. Being located above the station, it was convenient to leave our luggage and head out for sightseeing right away. However, the Hotel entrance was a bit hard to find. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, which we enjoyed both deliciously and happily. There were alcoholic beverages available as well, which we indulged in even in the morning! We appreciated having free access to the lounge, though it got lively at times with groups present, making conversations slightly difficult to hear. The bathroom had bath salts available but only one packet, so we shared it among three people. It would have been nice if there were enough for everyone. Overall, we had a relaxing and enjoyable girls' trip thanks to this experience. We look forward to staying here again when visiting Hiroshima! Thank you very much!

    Since the accommodation was newly opened, it seemed that the staff were unsure of their responsibilities. I look forward to seeing improvements in the future. I will use this accommodation again.

    Brand new and exceptionally clean!

    The hotel is newly opened, so naturally, the bathroom, toilet, and sink were very clean and comfortable to use. The floor is not carpeted, so small dust or debris might be noticeable and could bother some people. The meals were delicious, especially the roast beef—it was exceptional! You can tell the quality of the meat with just one bite. Since it’s located within Minamoa, having dinner outside is also a great option. Shopping is convenient, and access to the Shinkansen was excellent. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Hiroshima.

    The staff's service, location, and rooms were all perfect!

    We stayed here as a couple during the Golden Week holiday. The location was extremely convenient, directly connected to Hiroshima Station Shinkansen Exit. Despite our late-night arrival, there were three staff members at the front desk who welcomed us with warm smiles. The front desk staff provided excellent service, making our stay truly wonderful. The Room was clean and lovely. Great value for money! We will definitely stay here again!

    It was a comfortable stay.

    Located directly above JR Hiroshima Station, the facility offers excellent accessibility with covered walkways ensuring you stay dry even on rainy days. Convenience stores and restaurants operating late at night and early in the morning nearby also added to a comfortable stay. The staff left a great impression by greeting guests warmly and providing equal hospitality to international visitors. The facility is brand new and impeccably clean, offering an exceptional level of cleanliness. Basic amenities are provided in the room, while additional items can be picked up near the front desk—a thoughtful balance between environmental conservation and user convenience. One concern was the shared slippers. While understanding the importance of sustainability, using shared slippers barefoot felt uncomfortable. Providing disposable paper slippers, even thin ones, would enhance comfort significantly. I look forward to staying here again when visiting Hiroshima!

    Convenient location

    The Hotel was newly opened. The location was initially a bit tricky to find, but I got used to it quickly. Check-in was my first experience with a self-check-in machine—seems like modern Hotels are simplifying processes like this. My Room was on the 20th-floor concept floor, but it felt slightly smaller than what I had imagined from the photos. When I tried placing my phone on the table or the shelf above the bed, dust was noticeable, which was disappointing for a newly opened Hotel. The view of Seto Inland Sea islands and mountains in the distance was decent and pleasant. Breakfast offered a variety of dishes, though fish items were not very flavorful; however, the roast beef tasted great. As for free-flow drinks, while alcohol options were available, there were only nuts as snacks to pair with them—not ideal for enjoying drinks fully. Ice cream had various flavors but everyone used the same spoon to scoop them out, which made it feel unhygienic and unappealing. Overall, while its proximity to the station made it convenient in terms of location, I found that staying on an expensive concept floor didn’t provide much added value or satisfaction worth its price point. If staying again, opting for a more affordable Room without breakfast would suffice for me.

    It was newly built and very comfortable.

    The new Hotel was very comfortable. There was drip coffee, but it would have been even better if complimentary water had been provided. Although the Hotel is new, it lacks a sense of luxury, so the price felt high.

    The accommodation was without meals, but the clean guest room, bathroom, and toilet were very tidy and easy to use. Above all, it was very convenient for shopping and dining as it is located close to the station.

    The Hotel was new and clean. The elevator was fast, making it a pleasant experience to use. Each floor had water dispensers, irons, and other amenities, and coin lockers were available before check-in, which was very convenient. The breakfast was excellent—featuring roast beef, sukiyaki, freshly baked bread—absolutely no complaints. One thing I found odd was the disposable slippers in the Room; they were already taken out of their packaging. It would feel better if they were left in the bag. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Hiroshima!

    I chose this accommodation because it was newly opened and seemed clean. The room had wooden flooring, but there were piles of dust and trash in various places, indicating insufficient cleaning. The washbasin area was very narrow and inconvenient. For breakfast, I have a shellfish allergy and could not eat the miso soup as it contained clams. I would appreciate it if regular miso soup without shellfish could be provided. The variety of dishes was also limited, which was disappointing.

    Directly connected to Hiroshima Station, making it super convenient. Being new, it's naturally clean, and from the Room's window, you can see the buses in front of the station, which made our kids very happy.

    There was only one tissue left in the tissue case on the desk. The location of the ice machine on the emergency exit map posted behind the door was hard to see. The papers on the desk were easy to understand.

    Stayed on the second...

    Stayed on the second day after opening. Initially, it took about 15 minutes to find the hotel entrance as the station building was newly renovated, but the staff were very kind and welcoming. The meals, made with ingredients from Hiroshima, were extremely delicious. The facility was user-friendly and overall excellent.

    A Hotel That Meets Overall Expectations

    Self check-in and check-out make the process smooth and time-efficient. All rooms have separate bath and toilet, offering great convenience. Despite staying on a weekend (likely fully booked), there was no noise from adjacent or upper floors, ensuring a comfortable stay. Meals can be easily managed at the station building or nearby areas for both dinner and breakfast (accommodation without meals). One concern was cleanliness; upon entering the room after check-in, dust in the corners of the flooring was noticeable due to its wood-like design. This might be attributed to labor shortages in the tourism industry or simply because such flooring makes dust more visible. However, as it wasn’t excessively dusty overall, it wasn’t a major issue. Still, considering this is a brand-new hotel opened just a week ago, it stood out more than expected. Other aspects like bed-making were well done. With its direct connection to the station and overall positive experience, I would likely visit again.

    New and clean with an excellent location. The staff were all kind and pleasant. Just one point: for a Multiple Night Stay, while linen replacement is not necessary, it would have been nice to have the room vacuumed and the cups replaced.
