    Excellent Facility and Dedicated Service

    We stay here several times a year with a large group (4 families, 8 adults, and 7 children), using 4 rooms. Each time, there is some commotion due to the large number of people, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused to the hotel staff. Thanks to the thorough training of the employees, their response during various incidents is always excellent. The impact on other guests from our group's movements is kept to a minimum as well. We are always grateful for your hospitality. Thank you very much!

    It was comfortable.

    The new facilities and comfortable interior made for a pleasant stay. Both dinner and breakfast were buffet-style, and I enjoyed them. The roast beef and marinated fish with dates were delicious! It would have been nice to have more dessert options. **Points of Concern:** - Some items were not replenished (mineral water in the bath area, takeaway coffee, dishes, etc.). - The water in the room was in a bottle for some reason! As someone with weak grip strength, this was inconvenient. - The restaurant staff cleared plates too quickly—several times while there was still food left on them. This happened even though I signaled that I was still eating by using my cutlery. Overall, it was a comfortable stay. I look forward to staying again. Thank you very much!

    Stay Amidst Lovely Fragrances

    This was my third stay. As with the previous visit, it was a comfortable experience. The large public bath on the wellness floor (2nd floor) was crowded due to being a weekday during the holiday period, but it was convenient to check the congestion status from the room before entering. One difference from last time was that the amenities in the public bath were no longer Refa products, specifically shampoo and conditioner. Last time they were Refa, which felt special, but it seems they have changed. However, the showerheads and hair dryers were still Refa products. The breakfast was hearty and delicious, leaving me completely satisfied with everything.

    Stay only

    I booked a Hotel just for an overnight stay on my way to Mie Prefecture, but it was incredibly clean, stylish, and satisfying! Since I had to leave early in the morning, I didn’t include breakfast, but I wish I could have tried it—it looked great! The dining area was also very chic. The kids' toothbrushes were rainbow-colored and even made adults excited! I’d love to visit again!

    A very comfortable Hotel.

    I finally had the chance to stay at the Hotel, which I had been wanting to visit for a long time. From the moment I entered, the front staff provided kind and pleasant service, making me feel that I would have a wonderful time during my stay. The Room, restaurant, and wellness area all had a great atmosphere, and as expected from my first impression, I enjoyed a comfortable and satisfying experience throughout. I hope to visit again soon!

    Great value for money! Highly recommended!

    I initially thought it would be just slightly better than a typical business hotel based on the price range, but I was pleasantly surprised. Perhaps because it is relatively new, the rooms were very clean. It also had a futuristic feel, and even though I stayed only 30 minutes away from home, it felt like I was on an overseas trip. The large public bath was great as you could check its occupancy status from your room. I would definitely like to use this accommodation again for a refreshing stay.

    Novotel Nara is the best!

    I traveled to Nara with my daughter. The Hotel was new and very stylish, allowing us to enjoy a relaxing time in the Room. We had a wonderful experience and were very satisfied. The breakfast was excellent. I would love to stay at this Hotel again.

    Healing trip for three women celebrating their 60th birthday

    We had a very relaxing stay. We often enjoy short trips with three people, staying in club floor rooms nearby (as our parents are around 90 years old and we avoid long-distance travel). Since there are three of us, we usually use an extra bed. This time, we stayed in a Japanese-Western style room and assumed one person would sleep on a futon. However, there was no futon mattress—just a single thin futon—which surprised us a little. It was slightly disappointing, and the lack of even one sofa or chair was something we hadn’t experienced much before. The food at the club floor lounge was delicious; while the variety wasn’t extensive, it tasted great. The selection of alcoholic beverages seemed plentiful as well. Although I don’t drink alcohol myself, I enjoyed the coffee—it was excellent for someone like me who loves black coffee! However, several guests seemed to be inconvenienced by the absence of fresh milk for their coffee. Breakfast offered plenty of variety and tasted wonderful too. The staff were polite and engaging, making our stay very pleasant. Spending time on the terrace enjoying the night view under perfect weather conditions made for an enjoyable evening that lasted late into the night. Thank you very much! We did not use the public bath facilities during our stay.

    Everything is comfortable.

    ① The hostess at the breakfast restaurant is exceptionally charming. ② Cheese was no longer available on the breakfast menu. ③ The sparkling wine at the breakfast buffet is delicious. ④ The four bottles of water in the room's refrigerator are much appreciated. ⑤ The sofa's backrest is too low, making it uncomfortable to use.

    I stayed for one night nearby as my plans changed unexpectedly on my birthday. The Room was very clean, more spacious than I expected, and there were four bottles of water per person, which was great. However, the meals were a bit disappointing. I had both dinner and breakfast here; dinner was buffet-style with various options imagined, but when I saw the actual selection, it felt overpriced. The pizza could be ordered at the table with no limit on how many you could eat, but it's not something you can eat a lot of... Breakfast felt similar in quality. While I'd like to stay again in the future, I might skip adding meals next time. That said, the location is convenient as it's close to the station with good access to places; I was able to visit Kasuga Taisha Shrine early in the morning and left satisfied overall. Thank you!

    A new and clean Hotel

    It takes about 5-6 minutes to walk from the nearest station, Kintetsu Shin-Omiya, but it is an excellent Hotel with no complaints. During my stay, most of the people in front of the reception desk, in the hallways, and inside the elevators were from Western countries. It almost felt like I was not in Nara but in a foreign land. The Room was spacious, clean, and equipped with functional Facilities. The staff provided top-notch service. It was a very satisfying stay.

    It was a wonderful stay.

    This will definitely be my go-to accommodation in Nara from now on! Smooth check-in, parking available, a large public bath, reasonably priced lounge access, and a delicious breakfast buffet. Located by a river lined with beautiful cherry blossoms, it made for the perfect stay in Nara. Thank you so much for your hospitality. I’ll visit again soon!

    The service was plea...

    The service was pleasant, and I felt comfortable and secure in the new and cozy Room. The lounge was also great. The dinner buffet featured freshly baked pizza, and breakfast included persimmon leaf sushi, which was very satisfying. It would have been even better if the dessert selection were more extensive. In the morning, I took a walk to Heijokyo on foot.

    This was my second stay, but this time the neighboring Room was noisy...

    I stayed for two nights this time because I found the location convenient during my previous stay. Last time it was quiet, but this time I could hear noises of running or jumping, possibly from the next room or upstairs, which made it hard to sleep. Previously, I had breakfast and dinner here, but they didn’t suit my taste much, so this time I opted for takeout from a nearby hotel or ate out. The location is great, so I might stay again in the future; however, for leisure trips, I would likely choose another hotel. That said, as it’s a newly built Hotel, it feels clean and pleasant.

    A Hotel with Everything You Need

    The Room was spacious and clean. If you don't plan to have dinner at the Hotel, it could be a good choice (I didn't try the dinner, so I can't comment on it). There is also a large public bath, making the stay comfortable. Although the location is slightly distant, Kintetsu trains are easily accessible, and Naramachi is within walking distance if you're willing to walk a bit. It was a satisfying stay. Thank you very much!

    Great value for money!

    The Room offered a view of the cherry blossom trees, creating a relaxing atmosphere as we admired the blossoms stretching into the distance. Everything was new, and the Room was spacious and excellent. We used tickets included in our Plan to enjoy the bar, where thoughtful considerations regarding last orders and menu options allowed us to relax and enjoy our time. The touch panel for checking the crowd level at the large public bath was convenient, and breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. Perhaps due to being one station away from Nara, I found it extremely reasonable considering the Facility and service quality. Having previously stayed near Nara Station, I realized this short distance is not an issue at all. I would love to stay here again if given another opportunity.

    The hotel was closer...

    The hotel was closer to the station than I expected. The hotel is new and clean. As mentioned in many reviews, the staff's service was not great. I arrived at the hotel at 2:30 PM, completed the check-in process, and waited in the lobby until 3 PM. At 3 PM, I went to the front desk but was told that my room was not ready yet and asked to wait a little longer. Honestly, it didn’t feel good. After some time, I was guided to my room. However, upon entering the room, I found that although I had reserved a room with one double bed, a sofa, and a desk, for some reason the sofa had been replaced with a single bed instead. This is my first experience where what I received differed from what was shown in photos of the hotel. I couldn’t understand why it had been changed without explanation—it made no sense to me. Additionally, when I ordered three free blankets as offered by the facility: I was told only two were available at that moment; one of them even had hair all over it! By this third issue during my stay—I felt extremely frustrated. While facilities were good overall—including breakfast—the poor service ruined everything else about staying here. Unfortunately disappointing enough—so much so—that returning again isn’t something I'd consider doing anytime soon!

    The breakfast is delicious.

    New, clean, and comfortable. The staff were very kind. Two points of concern: it would have been nice to have an air purifier in the Room, and personally, the lighting on the mirror in the bathroom was too dim for makeup. However, I would love to stay again. It was a relaxing experience, and I could see that environmental considerations were well thought out.

    The facilities are excellent.

    We stayed with four adults and a child, so we booked the largest room, and it was the most luxurious room we've ever stayed in, both in terms of interior design and furnishings. The walls and furniture on each floor also had a high-end feel, and the atmosphere of both the executive lounge and rooftop lounge exceeded our expectations. The drinks served at the lounge were all delicious, making it a very enjoyable trip. Breakfast was during a busy time, so we had to wait a bit, but the restaurant's interior was very beautiful. The public bath was clean but felt more like that of a business hotel; however, the bathroom in our room had an upscale feel with bathrobes provided, so you might prefer using your room's facilities instead. While there were some favorite dishes among what we tried, none were exceptionally outstanding—just average. Next time we'd love to try dinner as well. Some staff seemed inexperienced when guiding us to parking or explaining check-in procedures; however, considering its price range, this is still a highly recommended and wonderful hotel!

    Had a great time!

    Since it was a weekday, we were able to enjoy a comfortable stay without any crowds. With the Plan that included lounge access, we experienced something extraordinary, and the kids were thrilled. The adults also had a relaxing time. As mentioned in many Reviews, the dinner buffet was disappointing with almost no pizza or roast beef available... This significantly lowered our family's mood. The variety of dishes for dinner was limited. However, breakfast was great. The staff were kind and helpful—thank you very much!

    A hotel I would like to stay at again.

    I stayed here to celebrate a birthday. The room upgrade was kindly accommodated, and the reception staff were friendly and provided excellent service, making for a very comfortable hotel stay. The room was clean, cozy, and allowed me to relax thoroughly. I will definitely stay here again.

    Pillow Odor

    The room is simple with a good layout, featuring eco-friendly amenities and mineral water, as well as a Nespresso machine, which is a nice touch. However, the pillow had an unpleasant smell that couldn't be resolved even with pillow mist (brought from home). I ended up wrapping it in a bath towel to sleep. It's questionable why the pillows are in this condition just six months after opening. In terms of soundproofing, while laughter and other noises could be heard from other rooms when in the hallway, it was not noticeable inside the room. Regarding service, when I requested a taxi and came down at the appointed time, there was no taxi waiting. Upon checking with staff, I was shocked to hear "We forgot." The front desk had only one staff member wearing a "Trainee" badge; where were the other staff? Since I had a restaurant reservation to catch, I quickly found another staff member who managed to call for one urgently. It might be worth reviewing support systems for inexperienced trainees at such critical points of service.

    Wedding Anniversary

    Stayed on the club floor for a celebration. During tea time, enjoyed cakes. During cocktail time, had some light snacks—everything was delicious! Tried cocktails I usually don’t drink, and they were amazing too. The public bath wasn’t crowded, so I could relax and refresh myself. Everywhere was stylish, the staff were kind, and I’d love to stay again. Thank you for a wonderful time!

    It was comfortable!

    The cleanliness of the room, ease of use of the facilities, amenities, breakfast buffet, and large public bath were all excellent. I stayed in a room with access to the lounge on the 8th floor, and as recommended by the front desk staff, the lounge was fantastic. Beer, highball, wine, cocktails, soft drinks, and light snacks were FREE. On the second night, I was fully satisfied just dining here. Spending time at an outdoor seat when it gets warmer would also be nice. Personally, I really liked that the rental loungewear was a separate-type pajama set. The front desk and buffet staff were all very kind and attentive to details throughout this hotel. At first I wondered about staying in Shin-Omiya area but found it convenient with restaurants and convenience stores nearby as well as easy transportation access. I would love to stay here again when visiting my favorite Nara!

    A Highly Satisfying Hotel

    We stayed here for a girls' trip. The property was very clean and beautiful, allowing us to have a comfortable stay. The staff were all friendly and made the atmosphere welcoming. The food was delicious, and it would be even better if there were more dessert options at the breakfast buffet. The only minor disappointment was that the toothpaste in the room amenities was less than the number of guests, but overall, it was a highly satisfying stay. Thank you for accommodating my friend's birthday celebration as well. We would love to visit again!

    I stayed here for a solo trip. This Facility offers the best value for money. The breakfast was also very satisfying!!
