    For my daughter's birthday

    We stayed at the Fauchon Hotel, which we had longed for, to celebrate my daughter's birthday. Upon entering the room, we were moved by the surprise of a birthday cake made of towels. The gourmet bar had many stylish sweets, and since we couldn't finish them all, we took some home. The dinner and breakfast were luxurious and extremely delicious. The room was clean, and everything was completely satisfying. Thank you very much.

    Wonderful Hotel

    This is a hotel I frequently use. I always make a reservation at the dinner restaurant, and having a wonderful dinner while enjoying the night view of Higashiyama is the best! I will continue to use it in the future.

    Comfortable Hotel

    The rooms are equipped with new and clean facilities, and the interior design is very beautiful and luxurious. The bathrobes, pajamas, and slippers are very comfortable, allowing for a pleasant stay. The meals were beautifully presented and delicious, and I was extremely satisfied with everything. I was also impressed by the high level of hospitality from the hotel staff.

    Stays at Fauchon Hotel

    I am very satisfied with being able to stay in a suite room with an affordable Plan. Furthermore, during cocktail time, there was a free flow with simple snacks, allowing me to have a happy moment. I look forward to similar sales again.

    A comfortable and lovely Hotel

    Thanks to IKYU, I was able to stay for two nights at an exceptional price. The Room was also upgraded, and it was truly a wonderful Hotel. The only thing that bothered me was that the water pressure in the washbasin was slightly weak, but the bathtub and shower were perfect.

    It became my wife's favorite.

    A very beautiful Hotel, and my wife's spirits lifted as soon as we arrived. The Room was decorated for a birthday, which made her happy. The meals, both dinner and morning, used a lot of vegetables, making them easy to eat, and we were satisfied with both the taste and the quantity. It has become a Hotel we would definitely like to stay at again.

    Disappointing

    Before staying, I called to confirm some details, but I was addressed by my name without any honorifics, which made me feel uncomfortable. Since the cancellation period had passed, I stayed, but because there is a restaurant on the upper floor, the sound of moving chairs echoes around 10 PM and 6 AM. I think the price is higher than the service provided, and employee training should be improved.

    The Hotel exceeded my expectations! The gourmet bar was excellent with plenty of sweets and tea, and I enjoyed it in the Parisian atmosphere. Everyone at the Hotel was very pleasant, making it a Hotel I would want to visit again!

    It was very good.

    The hospitality of the staff, the cuteness of the room, everything was very satisfying. The indoor slippers were fluffy, and the room's hairdryer was Dyson, allowing us to enjoy an extraordinary experience. The gourmet bar, which changes with the seasons, featured Fauchon brand yatsuhashi, cheese pie, madeleine, and cream cookies. The eco-bag also changes its design with the seasons, so I would like to collect them each season. At breakfast, the croissants were large and very delicious, which was impressive. It is a hotel I would definitely like to stay at again. Thank you very much.

    We enjoyed both the food and the Room.

    I stayed with a Superior Twin Room plan that included dinner and breakfast. Overall, I was very satisfied, but there were two points that I had to deduct. 1. Amenities such as lotion, emulsion, and bath salts were not provided in the room, and I had to call the front desk to have them brought to me. If this is done from the perspective of SDGs, I would like them to be placed at the front desk for free take. (I found out that I could get them by calling the front desk because I looked it up online...) 2. The breakfast was delicious, but I might have wanted a little more variety if possible. The drinks, bread, salad, eggs, sausage, bacon, yogurt, and coffee/tea were sufficient, and the bread was large and filling, but it felt somewhat monotonous... However, the bacon was incredibly delicious. I wouldn't write this as a request if the price was reasonable, but at this price, I feel a little more would be desirable.

    First Stays

    Thanks to the room upgrade, I was able to spend my time elegantly, comfortably, and leisurely, and I am very satisfied. The room's interior is stylish and cute. The amenities are irresistible for pink lovers. There was a hair iron available for rent, so I didn't have to carry a lot of luggage. What surprised me the most was that the water from the room's faucet was drinkable as drinking water, and since it was soft water that goes well with tea and meals, I was able to enjoy Fauchon's tea. The stay included access to the executive lounge, and all the dishes were delicious. It was great to have Yatsuhashi, a specialty of Kyoto. Fauchon's beer was easy to drink and delicious. Breakfast was hearty, and I recommend the omelet. The jam was carefully selected, and it was so delicious that I wanted seconds. It was a property I would definitely like to use again during my next stay in Kyoto.

    A lovely Hotel in pink and gold

    It was a Hotel that Fauchon lovers would find irresistible, wrapped entirely in Fauchon. The only disappointment was that the wet tissues handed out everywhere were plain. It stood out because everything else was perfect.

    Kyoto's Paris, accessible without a passport

    We, the siblings who are usually fans of spontaneous and budget domestic trips, thought of taking our mother on an overseas trip for her birthday, but with the unstable situation and weak yen, it seemed impossible. However, we heard that there is a Paris in Kyoto. So, we decided to splurge. In conclusion, it is worth it, and even for ordinary people, if you visit with respect, the threshold is not high. Let's make a reservation immediately. For those who are not ordinary and want to experience something extraordinary, it is recommended. Please make a reservation. [Planning Brother] It is better to make the reservation early. You can share the travel image in detail. They responded with meticulous care and politeness throughout. They also offered wonderful surprise suggestions for the commemorative trip. Everything went well, and tears came to our mother's eyes. Thank you very much, Mr. H and Mr. K. [Guiding Sister] By the time we arrived, we were visibly tired, but the young lady who greeted us came to the taxi and called our names with a smile, which instantly lifted our mother's spirits. From this moment until our farewell, the staff's response was impeccable. Besides their consideration for visitors, we felt their attachment to the hotel, which was very pleasant. The pink in the buttonholes and the back of the uniforms was very lovely. The interior was not as girlish as expected and felt like a mature adult France. As soon as we entered the room, there was a cute surprise! (It's a secret for future guests) We were overjoyed despite our age. The surprising thing about the bathroom was the size of the showerhead. The large, wide shower was so relaxing that we wanted to stay under it forever. For those who prefer bathtubs, the water fills up quickly, so no worries. The direction of the faucet for hot and cold water in the washroom was very exotic. It really felt like we were in Paris! The glass door of the bathroom might be a Parisian style. (You can lock it to make it opaque, so no worries) There was everything from a vanity mirror, hairdryer, to stylish umbrellas. The clothes steamer was especially appreciated for our once-in-a-lifetime dressing up. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, as expected from a place that boasts of gourmet food. They brought out unknown charms of familiar ingredients, and we enjoyed every bit of it. The tea party was even more delightful with Tea Master Mr. Y's enjoyable chatter. Ah, I regret my lack of writing talent. The rest is in the photos. If I were to add a word, what was meant to be a one-time luxury became a property we definitely want to revisit. At least for shopping.

    It was a gourmet Hotel!

    I stayed for two nights and had breakfast and dinner at the hotel. I was secretly worried that the menu on the second day would be the same as the first day, but they prepared different dishes from the previous day, and I enjoyed all of them. They also provided various options for breakfast, which was satisfying. Thank you very much. There were two things I found disappointing. First, I thought the selection at the gourmet bar was considerably less than what was mentioned in the reviews. Second, I almost slipped when I placed the bath mat at the step entering the bathroom. However, the welcome drink and macarons were as delicious as the reviews said, and above all, I got the impression that all the staff were always thinking about providing pleasant service at the hotel. As for the location, I felt that access to Kyoto Station was a bit inconvenient, but whether for a walk or exploring Higashiyama and its surroundings, it was an exciting and enjoyable area.

    The service, the cle...

    The service, the cleanliness of the Room, the hospitality sweets, and so on were all very good. The meals were delicious, and I was happy to have a seat with a nice view. However, there was one thing... A group of three young men and women who came to the restaurant after us had such a strong perfume smell that it filled the restaurant, and I couldn't taste the latter half of the course meal at all. They walked around the restaurant taking pictures and started a live SNS broadcast on their phones at their table. What do you think about such behavior? I understand that there are many international guests, so it might be difficult, but I would like to request at least that excessive perfume and live SNS broadcasts be declined.

    Delicious Smile

    It was my first time using Stays, and I was soothed and healed by the bright smiles and heartfelt, friendly service of all the staff. The dinner we were looking forward to was a series of wonderful creations that delighted all five senses from the first dish to the last, leaving both my sister and me deeply moved. When I conveyed this to the woman in charge, she introduced us to the chef, and we took a commemorative photo. It was a delicious, joyful, and fun time. When I clumsily stained my clothes, the male manager quickly provided first aid, and the aforementioned woman in charge recommended a delicious ramen shop, for which I am very grateful. The breakfast was also very satisfying, with the quality of the ingredients clearly conveyed, but it would have been nice if we could have added the salad dressing and yogurt sauce ourselves. I appreciated the detailed consideration when they suggested that if my sister, who is not fond of dairy products, was okay with yogurt, she might also be okay with the cream that brings out the texture of the omelet. However, it was a bit disappointing that they became slightly curt when we declined the suggestion. Regarding the Facility, the only disappointing point was the difficulty in adjusting the temperature of the washbasin and the poor water flow due to the reverse turning of the faucet, which made it inconvenient to use. After checking out, the earnestness and smile of the female staff member who took our photo lifted my spirits, and I would like to express my gratitude for her prompt and cheerful assistance every time we asked for help during our stay.     It was very nice to have the bus stop right in front of us for the return trip to Kyoto Station.

    The hotel I wanted to stay at for a long time. I had the pleasure of staying. Bathrobe. The length for women was a bit short. It was cute and I really liked it. Breakfast. It was delicious. The chocolate bread was very tasty. I thought the taste truly lived up to the name of Fauchon. Of course, the gourmet bar. Close to the Kamo River (up to Gojo Bridge), you can take a walk. It was a very comfortable hotel. Thank you for your hospitality.
