    It was comfortable.

    This was my first stay, and I was well taken care of. From check-in, the guidance for parking and the additional amenities were very kind and courteous, which I greatly appreciated. The breakfast was also very delicious, making for a comfortable stay. I would definitely like to use this property again. Thank you very much.

    excellent

    I would honestly like to give all five stars because it was wonderful. However, I will mention one unpleasant thing. After checking in at the front desk and getting on the elevator, a group of five Asian foreigners got on, making noise, repeatedly pressing the buttons, and talking continuously. Although it wasn't intentional, they kicked our luggage without any apology, which was really unpleasant. If possible, I would like Hotel staff to accompany foreign guests to the elevator hall and explain the usage and manners. Well, other than that, it was really good, so I will definitely use it again when I come to Kamakura. Thank you very much.

    Great location, beautiful Hotel

    It is conveniently located just a short walk from Kamakura Station, and within walking distance to Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine and Yuigahama Beach. The exterior and courtyard are stylish, the Room is comfortable, and I was able to spend a relaxing time. Although it was on the second floor, the Room had a view of the Nino Torii of Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine, but since it was fully visible from the outside when the curtains were open, I enjoyed the view through the lace curtains. I would love to stay at this Hotel again when visiting Kamakura.

    The location was great and convenient as a base for sightseeing. The parking lot was also appreciated. I was able to relax.

    Excellent

    The atmosphere from the entrance was great, and both the hospitality and the room were excellent! The amenities were also so good that I would want to stay multiple times!

    The staff, bathroom ...

    The staff, bathroom and toilet, bed, amenities, and access were all great! Having a MUJI store on the first floor and a supermarket and convenience store nearby was incredibly convenient.

    The level of hospitality, among other things, has been upgraded, making for a comfortable stay.

    I stayed for my mother's birthday. It's close to the station and a new building, so honestly, I didn't have high expectations for the service, but it was significantly improved from last year, and it was at a level that moved me!! The wonderful consideration and lovely greetings were soothing, and thanks to that, my mother was also very happy! The breakfast was mainly healthy Japanese food, with a very MUJI-like simplicity, and there were many delicious options! I will visit again! Thank you very much!!

    It was perfect.

    I have used various places recently, but I was most satisfied with this one. Other hotels were also very good and satisfying, but this hotel was thoroughly clean and attentive, making it really pleasant. I was able to use it with the feeling of being at home when it's clean. The staff were kind, and the MUJI meals were nutritionally considered, not too strong in flavor, and delicious. I would like to try this hotel in a different location. Thank you very much.

    Stable comfort.

    The morning in Kamakura was lovely.

    I stayed overnight in Kamakura for the first time, a place I usually visit as a day trip. The hotel was easily accessible, had a clean atmosphere, and the front desk service was smooth, which made me very satisfied. The free morning walking tour was fantastic as it allowed us to explore places not listed in guidebooks during the early, less crowded hours. Please continue this service. I would love to participate again the next time I visit.

    The entrance is...

    I think this hotel is perfect for sightseeing as it is located in the center of Kamakura. It is by no means luxurious, but the modern and sleek interior makes it extremely comfortable. All the staff members are very pleasant. One thing that concerns me is that the main entrance of the hotel is not clearly defined, and it feels more like a back door or a service entrance. The entrance is the face of the hotel; couldn't something have been done about it in the design?

    The location is excellent.

    I stayed in a room with a view of the torii gate of Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine. It really made me feel like I was in Kamakura, and it lifted my spirits. It's right near Kamakura Station, and the location is excellent. The room layout and interior were lovely, and I felt very relaxed. The amenities were comprehensive, even providing cooling sheets for feet and compression socks. The front desk staff were very pleasant, and everyone wore cute shirts with Kamakura patterns. Breakfast is at MUJI cafe, so it's not luxurious, but each item was delicious and there was a wide variety, which was satisfying. The location is so good that I want to make it my regular place to stay in Kamakura.

    Very good

    I chose this place for its great location, but it felt like I had come to a new, luxurious hotel. The lobby had a nice fragrance, and the room was tastefully designed. I was so satisfied that I wondered why it was so affordable. I think I will book here again.

    Thank you very much for your hospitality.

    Not only was the location excellent, but the hotel was also overall clean and had a calm, elegant atmosphere. The receptionist was very kind, and I felt reassured by their courteous service. The amenities were plentiful, and I was particularly impressed by the foot pads. I was tired from walking, so such consideration was appreciated. Both the bed and the bath were good, allowing me to sleep soundly. The breakfast was also wonderful. I will definitely use this hotel again.
