    Close to the station; the subway line starts here.

    Thank you very much for your help. Above all, the location near the station is truly convenient. Since it’s the first departure station, during our Multiple Night Stay we rode the train many times and could always get a seat! We didn’t dine there, but we enjoyed the view from a high floor.

    The breakfast is absolutely amazing!!

    I stayed for one night. The Facility itself wasn’t the newest, but the Room was spacious and comfortable. The highlight of this Hotel is definitely the breakfast. It offers a great lineup of Hokkaido specialties such as seafood, jingisukan (grilled lamb), Sapporo ramen, and fresh vegetables. When you visit Hokkaido, this is exactly the kind of Hotel breakfast you want. However, if you’re traveling on a morning flight, the breakfast start time is quite late, so it’s hard to fully enjoy it. Many guests who choose to stay in Shin-Sapporo along the JR line (rather than along the Sapporo subway) are likely prioritizing access to the airport. Why do people focus on airport access? Because some of us—like me—need to take an early flight. I understand there may be cost and staffing challenges, but I hope you can consider opening earlier with New Chitose Airport’s first departures in mind.

    The location was good, but the front desk service was really disappointing.

    Overall, this Hotel was not a good fit for me. The front desk staff provided insufficient explanations, spoke quickly, and were very businesslike. They did not offer information unless I asked questions. They were young, so it may have been unavoidable, but I was disappointed. I do not think I will use this Hotel again.

    We stayed on a Plan ...

    We stayed on a Plan with dinner and breakfast included. For dinner, we enjoyed a course meal at the Chinese restaurant Senun. Every dish was simply delicious!! The shrimp with mango mayonnaise sauce was especially outstanding. The dining staff were very attentive, and we were completely satisfied. I understand it is currently open only in the evening, but I would love to see it open for lunch as well!! We will definitely be back. Thank you very much to everyone at Senun.

    It felt a bit outdated, and the breakfast was disappointing.

    There is no partition between the toilet, bath, and washbasin area, so the washbasin cannot be used while the toilet is in use. For a Multiple Night Stay, it was a bit disappointing that breakfast was exactly the same every morning. The Facility feels old and doesn’t quite match the price.

    Multiple Night Stay guests, please note.

    I stayed for two nights while visiting my hometown. As a local, I have used this Hotel for many years, including the restaurants, since it was the former Sheraton. Until now, I have chosen it with confidence as a Hotel that offers comfort above a Business Hotel level, and I appreciate how well the property has been kept—so clean that it hardly feels like a 30-year-old building. This time, however, due to SDGs initiatives, housekeeping was not provided for Multiple Night Stay guests until the third consecutive night. Instead, we were asked to place our trash bin and used towels in a basket outside the Room and then collect replenished towels ourselves. I understand the intentions behind staff shortages and environmental considerations, but the service has been simplified too much, and honestly it significantly reduced the sense of comfort as a Hotel. Having no cleaning at all even on a short stay felt worse than a Business Hotel. Also, although maintenance is clearly done with care, I think the guest Rooms are due for a major renovation soon. As someone who has supported this place for years as a local resident, I want it to be a Hotel I can confidently recommend to others—but considering both this operating policy and the condition of the Rooms, unfortunately I do not plan to stay again next time.

    Breakfast was amazing!

    I was a bit hesitant about the extra fee for the bath, and since I usually can only use it around dawn, I really appreciated that there was a morning bath option. However, due to my schedule, the morning bath hours started at the same time as breakfast, so I chose to eat first— and then enjoyed breakfast so much that I didn’t make it in time for the morning bath. What a tragedy. It’s a shame I couldn’t enjoy your renowned spa, but the excellent breakfast completely won me over and turned my entire stay into a wonderful experience. Still, I really wanted to take a bath. It would be perfect if guests could use it until one hour before their checkout time. That said, I was genuinely surprised by how extensive breakfast was. Thank you for such a lovely time.

    We stayed on the Sky...

    We stayed on the Sky Floor. The Room was clean, and the bed was large, so we had a comfortable stay. We also enjoyed the night views of Unzen, and the food in the lounge was delicious. However, we were disappointed with the service at the breakfast buffet. We understand they were short-staffed, but it was still unfortunate.

    Very comfortable

    When I returned from going out, a staff member in the lobby quickly moved to the elevator and pressed the button for me. I was truly happy with their thoughtful attention to even the smallest details. I expected it to be just a Business Hotel, so it was a pleasant surprise to find a chapel and a beautiful, spacious lobby. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and I enjoyed plenty of delicious food at the restaurant with a great view. Whenever I visit Sapporo, I definitely want to stay here again. My room was a Japanese-Western style room on the 5th floor, and since I did not use the large public bath, I gave lower scores for those categories.

    Breakfast with a Great View

    We stayed for three nights. Breakfast at the restaurant with a great view was wonderful. Every dish was delicious and there was a wide variety, so we were glad we stayed for three nights. We were especially impressed by how good the custard pudding dessert was. On our long trip, we used coin laundries at various hotels along the way, but this Hotel’s laundry room had multiple machines and was spacious, bright, and very clean. We used it every day and it was a big help. The parking lot is right next to the Hotel, with staff on site, so we felt safe leaving our car there. The station is across the street, so we could park the car and go sightseeing by train. We would definitely like to stay here again.

    I visited my family. The sunrise was beautiful. When I tried to have breakfast with my family who came to pick me up, I was refused because only guests are allowed. Disappointing.

    I’m satisfied.

    I stayed here for a fan activity trip. It’s a little far from Sapporo, but… the location is almost directly connected to the station, and there are also shopping facilities right next door, so I had no inconvenience. The Room was clean and I was very satisfied. Thank you very much. If I have the chance, I would like to stay here again.

    Unfortunately.

    The price does not match the Room or the service. At this price, I can usually stay in a Hilton Executive Room, but at this Hotel there was no housekeeping, no lounge access, and my luggage was not brought to the Room—overall, the service was low-level. However, breakfast was average.

    A Hotel I’d Like to Stay at Again

    Everyone we encountered, including the parking staff and front desk team, was kind and courteous. At check-in, the front desk staff offered warm birthday wishes, which made me very happy. When we went out, they also greeted us with “Have a nice day.” As soon as the parking staff noticed our car, they promptly guided us into the garage. When we were leaving, they kindly escorted us to the waiting area because it was cold, and I truly appreciated their thoughtful care for my elderly mother. From our corner Room, we enjoyed a wonderful panoramic view through windows on two sides, overlooking Sapporo and stretching from Otaru to the Ishikari area. The Room was spotless and well maintained, allowing us to spend a quiet, comfortable, and relaxing time. Although there was a major earthquake during our stay, neither the elevators nor the tower parking stopped working, so we felt safe throughout.

    Used for an overnight stay before a live concert.

    I stayed here the night before a concert at Sapporo Dome. Perhaps because many guests were attending the show, the Hotel had decorations welcoming concertgoers, which was a lovely touch. It’s very convenient thanks to its proximity to the station and the well-equipped area around the station. Compared with crowded Sapporo Station, I think Shin-Sapporo Station is a better choice for concert stays, with easier access to New Chitose Airport.

    The breakfast was excellent!

    It’s been a while since my last stay, and I’ve been using this Hotel since before it changed its name. My previous visit was in December last year, when the baths were under renovation. I was looking forward to the renewed facilities this time, but I was disappointed to find that even guests need to pay an additional fee to use the large public bath. However, as always, the Room is spacious, the view is great, and the breakfast is excellent. There is a wide variety at breakfast and everything was delicious—I ate until I was full. Thank you very much. Considering how old the building is, it seems very well maintained. I look forward to staying again in the future. The sewing kit was also very helpful.

    This was my first st...

    This was my first stay since the large public bath was renovated, and it was even more comfortable than before. The breakfast buffet is also excellent, and I always end up eating too much. I will continue to stay here twice a year.

    A Hotel you’ll want to stay at again

    The Room was very clean (unlike some Reviews that mention it feels old—I didn’t get that impression at all). All the staff were extremely polite and kind, and their smiles were wonderful. My mother, sister, and I stayed for two nights to attend my niece’s graduation ceremony, and my elderly mother was especially delighted. On the second day my niece joined us. Because it was a Reservation made in advance, we had been assigned a low floor, but thanks to your consideration you moved us to the same floor, which made me truly happy—I was deeply touched by your thoughtfulness. The breakfast we had been looking forward to so much, as well as the Chinese dinner at Senun, were both absolutely satisfying. The staff there were also very kind, which meant a lot to us. It felt like there were hardly any travelers from overseas, but I strongly hope this wonderful Hotel can remain a special reward for those of us working hard in Japan—and that the staff won’t be unnecessarily worn out—so please keep up this outstanding quality for years to come. Next time I will visit with my husband (he is foreign but works hard and pays taxes properly in Japan), so thank you in advance! From now on when I come to Hokkaido, staying at foreign-owned hotels is no longer an option for me. The price is almost too reasonable. I truly appreciate all of your company’s efforts. I know I’ve said it many times already, but we will definitely be back!

    Single occupancy

    The morning buffet was on a high floor with a great view, and the selection was very good. There was a washbasin between the Room toilet and the bath. We were told to fill drinking water there, but since it was right next to the toilet, I felt uncomfortable filling my pot there. I think it would be better to have a separate place to get water, like the ice station. It was also nice that slippers were provided for going to the bath.

    The worst

    I booked because I liked the large public bath, but it was under renovation and unavailable—terrible!! There was no notice on the reservation site, and if the large public bath is unavailable, it should be properly announced!!! I feel like I've been scammed!!!!

    Unfortunately, no bath available!

    I used your service again after a long time and was disappointed to hear that the bath is under renovation. I have already made a reservation for the week after next, but I noticed the renovation sign is still up. However, the breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options, and the view was fantastic. I have been staying here since it had a different name, so every visit feels nostalgic. I look forward to your hospitality again during my next stay.

    Easily accessible to the center of Sapporo.

    I was planning to stay in Sapporo and was looking for accommodation, but everything was expensive until I found this accommodation. It is conveniently located near Shin-Sapporo Station, with easy access to the subway for getting to the Susukino area. The room is clean, comfortable, and offers a great view. The staff at the reception were very pleasant, and the rotary made it easy to park cars, which was convenient for pick-ups. There is also a shop on the first floor, which was very helpful. Thank you for a wonderful time!

    It was a comfortable Hotel.

    We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days. The hotel staff were all very kind. I was especially delighted when I looked at the Christmas tree that had just been put up on the day we stayed, and a staff member kindly asked, "Would you like me to take a photo for you?" A small detail, but I appreciated how the partition in the hallway from the front desk to the guest rooms made it clear which way to go. This also prevented congestion near the narrower part of the hallway, allowing guests to move smoothly—an excellent measure. The bed was extremely comfortable. Although double beds often make it hard for me to sleep deeply due to vibrations, I slept soundly both nights during our stay. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize that the SPA was under renovation when making my reservation. Next time, I’d love to visit again when it's available!

    A Trip with My Mother

    Stayed in 2024 and found the accommodation to be cost-effective and comfortable, so I revisited with my mother. We were informed that the spa was undergoing maintenance, which showed their attentive communication. Enjoyed a Chinese dinner while admiring the night view from the 30th floor. With a combined age of 155 years, portion size is important for us. Despite having a light lunch, we still felt quite full after dinner. However, from the intricate appetizers to seafood stir-fry dishes, everything was delicious. The staff served at just the right timing as well. The breakfast buffet featured Hokkaido specialties such as pork rice bowl, soup curry, salmon roe with corn-rich soup—truly delightful flavors of Hokkaido! My mother is particular about sleeping comfort but seemed very satisfied with the bed and slept soundly. Located about a 5-minute walk from Shin-Sapporo Station, it’s convenient for shopping and sightseeing by train or bus and offers easy access to Chitose Airport too. I would love to visit again on my next trip to Hokkaido!

    Spacious Room

    Stayed with my 86-year-old mother. The corner room on the 28th floor was very spacious, with multiple mirrors and sofas, making our stay extremely comfortable. The double bed was incredibly large, so even sleeping next to each other didn’t bother us at all, and we both slept soundly. While the facility is slightly dated, it is well-maintained and perfectly fine! It was disappointing that the spa we were looking forward to was under renovation this time, but breakfast offered a wide variety of options featuring Hokkaido cuisine, which was delicious. The location was convenient for getting anywhere.

    It was great before the spa renovation.

    The spa here has always been comfortable, but it will undergo renovations from November through December. We look forward to it becoming even more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options, making it hard not to overindulge.

    Disappointing.

    As a Diamond member, I seemed to have received a room upgrade on the upper floors, but there was no set of amenities like lotion, emulsion, or cleansing products. Even budget accommodations often provide basic items, so I naturally expected them to be available. Considering this is a hotel with a relatively high price point, I assumed there would be appropriate amenities provided. It seems the paid spa offers various items, which made me think they expect guests to use the spa for an additional fee. Another issue was that while the room had a coffee maker with capsules for coffee, tea, and herbal tea available for use, there was no bottled water provided. This left me with no choice but to use tap water with its chlorine taste, which ruined the experience of enjoying tea or coffee. I booked my stay at a discounted rate during a sale and wondered if that might explain why nothing extra was provided; however, it still felt subpar overall. Given the positive reviews I had read beforehand and my expectations for an enjoyable stay based on those reviews, I ended up feeling disappointed. I'd like to understand why these items were not provided in this accommodation.

    I had a very relaxing stay. The Room was spacious, convenient, and offered a great view, making it easy to unwind. I could even see a rainbow from the Room.

    Hokkaido Travel Starts Here!

    I first stayed here last September and decided to stay again this year. The hotel front desk staff and parking attendants kindly accommodated our requests, allowing us to enjoy a pleasant trip to Hokkaido. I would love to stay here again.
