We stayed on the Sky...

We stayed on the Sky Floor. The Room was clean, and the bed was large, so we had a comfortable stay. We also enjoyed the night views of Unzen, and the food in the lounge was delicious. However, we were disappointed with the service at the breakfast buffet. We understand they were short-staffed, but it was still unfortunate.
