Very comfortable

When I returned from going out, a staff member in the lobby quickly moved to the elevator and pressed the button for me. I was truly happy with their thoughtful attention to even the smallest details. I expected it to be just a Business Hotel, so it was a pleasant surprise to find a chapel and a beautiful, spacious lobby. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and I enjoyed plenty of delicious food at the restaurant with a great view. Whenever I visit Sapporo, I definitely want to stay here again. My room was a Japanese-Western style room on the 5th floor, and since I did not use the large public bath, I gave lower scores for those categories.
