The location was good, but the front desk service was really disappointing.

Overall, this Hotel was not a good fit for me. The front desk staff provided insufficient explanations, spoke quickly, and were very businesslike. They did not offer information unless I asked questions. They were young, so it may have been unavoidable, but I was disappointed. I do not think I will use this Hotel again.

As you mentioned, our Hotel offers excellent access to JR lines, the subway, and local buses, making it easy and convenient to travel in many directions as a base for sightseeing and outings.
