A Hotel I’d Like to Stay at Again

Everyone we encountered, including the parking staff and front desk team, was kind and courteous. At check-in, the front desk staff offered warm birthday wishes, which made me very happy. When we went out, they also greeted us with “Have a nice day.” As soon as the parking staff noticed our car, they promptly guided us into the garage. When we were leaving, they kindly escorted us to the waiting area because it was cold, and I truly appreciated their thoughtful care for my elderly mother. From our corner Room, we enjoyed a wonderful panoramic view through windows on two sides, overlooking Sapporo and stretching from Otaru to the Ishikari area. The Room was spotless and well maintained, allowing us to spend a quiet, comfortable, and relaxing time. Although there was a major earthquake during our stay, neither the elevators nor the tower parking stopped working, so we felt safe throughout.
