  Thank you for your response to my grandchild's fever.

  On the night of our stay, my grandchild developed a fever, and we were taken care of. The staff shared our concern and reached out to us, which made us feel very warm. Thank you for your consideration during check-out the next day as well. We stayed in a twin room with a view of the Ferris wheel and enjoyed the night view of Minato Mirai. The breakfast the next morning was also very delicious. We would like to use your services again.

  We stayed in a city ...

  We stayed in a city view room on the 31st floor, and the night view, including the giant Ferris wheel, was spectacular. The breakfast was buffet style with a wide variety, and the omelet made right in front of us was particularly delicious. The hotel staff were also friendly, and we would love to stay again.
