Food Allergy Accommodation Policy
At this Facility, we are committed to accommodating food allergies so that guests can enjoy their meals with peace of mind. If you have any allergies, please review the following information before dining with us.
● We use pictograms to indicate the 8 specified allergens (egg, milk, wheat, buckwheat, peanuts, crab, shrimp, and walnuts).
● There is no labeling requirement for the 20 items equivalent to specified allergens. In some cases it may be difficult to obtain accurate information from suppliers; therefore, as a rule, this Hotel discloses only information regarding the 8 specified allergens that are subject to mandatory labeling.
● In our daily kitchen operations, we handle foods and ingredients containing the 8 specified allergens as well as other unlisted allergens. The same cooking utensils and cooking oil are used for preparation. While tableware and cooking equipment are thoroughly cleaned, due to the kitchen Facility environment there is a possibility that trace amounts of allergens may be present in dishes. Please understand that this Hotel is not a Facility able to provide meals completely free of allergens.
● When serving buffet dishes, tongs and tableware may be shared among multiple dishes including those containing allergens.
Please also note that cross-contact may occur if guests use one set of tongs for multiple dishes or if foods containing allergens come into contact with tongs or tableware.
● For guests who require guaranteed allergen-free meals or who are concerned about cross-contact from utensils or equipment: prioritizing guest safety above all else, we may unfortunately decline to provide meals.
You may bring commercially packaged foods (for food safety reasons) other than home-cooked items; however, we kindly ask that you also prepare any tableware you will use (e.g., paper plates).
(Please contact the Hotel in advance if you plan to bring your own food.)
● Please review the above information before use and make your final decision at your own discretion.
