  • Both the Room and the building were beautiful and felt very clean. The bed was especially wonderful—not only spacious, but also with just the right thickness and firmness. The pillows weren’t too soft either, so I was able to fall asleep quickly. When we arrived and went out to explore the town, three of us had sore legs and backs, so we were embarrassed to be walking with canes. At dinner, we were told that our table for the next morning’s breakfast buffet had been set at the closest, easiest-to-access spot. We were all truly touched. The food was delicious as well, and both breakfast and dinner were enjoyed at spacious tables with partitions from surrounding guests, allowing us to relax and chat at a leisurely pace.

  • We stayed in the detached maisonette in the annex. The Room was very clean, stylish, and both the amenities and the bath were excellent. Having two toilets was very convenient! We also used the pool, but perhaps because there weren’t many guests, the changing room and toilets are shared by men and women, so we felt we needed to be mindful about taking turns. The buffet offered a wide variety of dishes and was delicious. Mornings get crowded, and since check-out is at 10:00, we wished it could be 11:00 at least for the detached Rooms. Overall, we were very satisfied and would like to stay again.

Introduction of the Accommodation

Onsen

A natural radium Onsen with free-flowing water from our own private source, set amid a 3,300-square-meter garden.

Our natural Onsen is fed by our own on-site spring and features free-flowing hot spring water. Boasting the largest volume of hot spring water in Misasa, its gentle waters overflow luxuriously from twelve bathing areas. Spanning 1,000 tsubo, our Japanese garden bath is divided into two zones: “Garden Bath,” nestled in a tranquil garden, and “Waterfall Bath,” surrounding a waterfall fed directly from the source. The men’s and women’s baths switch between morning and evening, allowing you to enjoy both atmospheres. *Please note: Portions of the large public open-air bath and portions of the private open-air baths currently available will be discontinued as part of upcoming renovation plans. Use of the current bathtubs is scheduled to end around May 6, 2026.

  • [Information for Guests with Food Allergies] (2)

    Before Making a Reservation
When making a Reservation, please review the following:

    ● Allergens may be present in ingredients such as stock, extracts, binders, and seasonings. They cannot be completely removed, and because meals are prepared in the same kitchen as other menu items, trace cross-contamination may occur. Therefore, we cannot guarantee completely allergen-free meals.

    ● Requests regarding food allergies are accepted at the time of Reservation. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate requests made within 3 days of your visit.

    ● Meals are prepared in the same kitchen as other dishes using shared cooking utensils and oil.
Please understand that it may be difficult to exclude essential Japanese seasonings such as dashi stock, soy sauce, and miso when they contain allergens.

    ● Although cooking utensils are thoroughly cleaned, there is still a possibility that trace amounts of allergens may remain or contaminate food. For this reason, our meals are not fully allergen-free; please keep this in mind in advance.

    ● If symptoms are severe, for your safety we may have no choice but to decline service. Thank you for your understanding.

    ● To accommodate allergy-related requests that require significant changes to meal contents, additional charges may apply. Depending on the specified ingredients to avoid, the number of dishes served may be reduced. Thank you for your understanding.

    ● If meals are served buffet-style (all-you-can-eat), we cannot accommodate food allergy requests.

    ● We do not accept individual ingredient substitutions or changes to dishes due to personal preferences or disliked ingredients.

    ● We cannot accommodate requests made after arrival on the day of your visit.

After reviewing the above items before making a Reservation, please make your final decision at your own discretion.
