Notice Regarding Meal Allergy Accommodations (including disliked ingredients and religious or cultural dietary restrictions)
Thank you very much for your continued patronage.
Basic Policy on Allergies (including disliked ingredients, religious restrictions, and cultural dietary taboos)
For the time being, we will suspend new requests for allergy accommodations, including ingredient removal and the provision of alternative menus.
Please understand that, regardless of whether you have allergies, it is not possible to completely eliminate allergens or prevent cross-contamination during food preparation in our kitchen.
For the safety of our guests’ health, this will be our basic policy.
Request to Guests: Advance Notification
You may bring your own allergen-free food and tableware.
For guests with a history of anaphylaxis, those who use an EpiPen, or those who cannot tolerate even trace amounts due to cross-contact, we will prioritize safety and may decline to provide food and beverages at our property.
In accordance with Japan’s Food Labeling Act administered by the Consumer Affairs Agency, we can provide ingredient information for items subject to mandatory labeling—such as shrimp, cashew nuts, crab, walnuts, wheat, buckwheat (soba), eggs, milk/dairy products, peanuts (groundnuts), etc.—however please note that there may be cases where it is difficult to obtain accurate information from suppliers. Thank you for your understanding.
