An adults-only all-inclusive Onsen accommodation chosen for its cuisine

We offer a "Full Order Style Dinner," where you can enjoy freshly prepared dishes served one by one, unlike buffets or all-you-can-eat options. Each dish is crafted with the quality of fine Italian cuisine by our former Executive Chef of Palace Hotel Tachikawa. You can savor your favorite dishes freshly made each time, creating a unique dining experience tailored just for you. The onsen features the renowned Sarugakyo Onsen water, known for its skin-beautifying properties. Enjoy it as much as you like during your stay. From rooms with semi-open-air baths to casual accommodations, we provide guest rooms suited to your preferred style of stay. Immerse yourself in the tranquility of nature while indulging in exquisite cuisine and relaxing onsen. *Please note that we do not accommodate guests who are preschool-aged or younger.*

  • This was my first time visiting Sarugakyo Onsen, and to be honest, it didn’t feel like there was much sightseeing, but this Accommodation was so wonderful that I’d come back just to stay here again. The staff were all very hospitable, and the food was excellent. The pizza in particular was truly delicious—I ended up eating far too much. I’d love to visit again! Thank you very much.

  • The view from the Room is simply outstanding.Through the large windows, you can enjoy a beautiful panorama of Lake Akaya and the surrounding greenery, with nothing to obstruct the scenery. After soaking in the Onsen, cooling off on the terrace completely refreshed us with the pleasant lake breeze and birdsong. The Room is spacious, simple, and relaxing. If I had to ask for more comfort, there are a few amenities that would be nice to have. One would be hooks or a coat stand for hanging bathrobes and bath towels.Because the Room is large, it would also be convenient to have one tissue box by the washbasin and another in the living area. And a chair in the powder room—having a chair at just the right height for using a hair dryer or doing makeup in front of the mirror would be appreciated. That said, this Facility has more than enough charm to make up for it.Dinner was so appealing that just reading the menu raised our expectations, and every dish was generously decorated with edible flowers—beautiful to look at as well as enjoy. For breakfast I chose Japanese-style while my husband had Western-style; from how perfectly grilled salmon was prepared to details like salad dressing and even ketchup served with an omelet, we could really feel the chef’s dedication in every delicious bite. Of course, edible flowers were used abundantly not only in Western dishes but also in Japanese ones.Thank you as well for having both dinner and breakfast greeted by your chef. The staff were also wonderfully warm—service that didn’t feel rigidly scripted—and it left us feeling truly at ease.We also had great fun at the casino after dinner, which is not something you often get to experience in Japan. We’d love to return during autumn foliage season.

Remarks
The Onsen is Sarugakyo Onsen, also known as a “beauty bath” for smooth skin. Its clear, colorless water has a gentle feel and is easy to soak in for longer periods without feeling tired, allowing you to warm up slowly and comfortably. In fact, some guests have traveled from far away specifically for our Onsen after experiencing skin concerns, and have even stayed for a Multiple Night Stay. Many guests with delicate skin conditions—such as minor cuts or easily dried skin—often tell us it feels “mild and easy to bathe in.” Enjoy this high-quality water with an excellent pH balance as many times as you like during your stay, without worrying about the time. Spring quality: Sodium/Calcium Sulfate-Chloride Spring (Hypotonic Mildly Alkaline High-Temperature Spring) Benefits: Beautiful skin, neuralgia, muscle pain, joint pain, frozen shoulder, sensitivity to cold, fatigue recovery, and more. *From 22:00 onward, the baths switch between men and women.*
