My parents and I had a very comfortable stay.They said they would like to come again, which made me happy as the one who gave them this trip as a gift.All the staff were very courteous and attentive to every detail.We relaxed with coffee in our Room, warmed up to the core in the free-flowing Onsen, and slept soundly.Every dish was delicious.The acqua pazza, in particular, was the best I have ever had.
We stayed here to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and it turned into a truly wonderful stay.We don’t drink alcohol, and when we mentioned that, they kindly replaced the drinks in the Room refrigerator with non-alcoholic options. We really appreciated such thoughtful attention.At dinner, they also gave my husband a single rose as a birthday gift. We were deeply moved by this unexpected and lovely gesture, and it became a great birthday memory.From the open-air bath in our Room, we could look out over the lake—the view was absolutely stunning. Soaking in the open-air bath while enjoying the expansive scenery was incredibly relaxing, and being able to enjoy the Onsen at our own pace whenever we liked felt like a real luxury.Dinner was delicious as well—especially the pizza! It was so good that we ended up having two.If I had to mention one small concern, since it’s surrounded by nature there were quite a few insects. When we tried to use the open-air bath at night, many bugs (like stink bugs) had gathered there, so unfortunately we gave up bathing at that time.That said, I think that’s simply part of staying in such a natural setting. More than anything else, what stayed with us were the view from our Room, the Onsen, the food, and the staff’s warm hospitality.We were able to celebrate my husband’s birthday in a wonderful way and made lasting memories. With the arrival of Chef Nakamizō, former Executive Chef of Palace Hotel Tachikawa, the menu has been completely revamped. Enjoy Chef Nakamizō's exquisite creations, backed by his extensive experience on grand stages, as much as you like in an all-inclusive format.

We offer a variety of room types to suit different needs, including rooms with semi-open-air baths where you can enjoy premium natural Onsen, as well as casual rooms for more relaxed stays.
All-Inclusive
All-Inclusive is a plan where meals and beverages during dinner are included in the accommodation fee. You can enjoy soft drinks and light snacks in the lounge, as well as beverages during dinner. (Some paid drinks are also available.) For dinner, feel free to enjoy "as much of your favorite dishes as you like" at your leisure. * Beverages ordered through room service are not included in the All-Inclusive plan. * During breakfast, tea, coffee, and black tea will be served with your meal; however, alcoholic beverages or a selection of soft drinks like those offered during dinner will not be provided.

From Jomo-Kogen Station on the Joetsu Shinkansen, take a bus (about 25 minutes). Take the Kan-etsu Kotsu bus bound for Sarugakyo and get off at “Gakkoshita.” The property is right in front of the stop (1 minute on foot).
