We had a wonderful time surrounded by exceptional hospitality. First, the Shuttle Service from Odawara Station to the Hotel—and of course back from the Hotel to Odawara Station—was excellent. The view from our Room was also stunning, and we were delighted by how delicious the French course dinner was in the dining room. The Onsen water quality was great, leaving our skin moisturized and smooth. My wife has had treatments at many spas, and she said the body treatment at Spa IZUMI was the most relaxing and enjoyable she has ever experienced. The staff’s high level of service and attentiveness truly reminded us why it’s Hyatt. Everything—the Room, meals, Onsen, and service—was outstanding. Thank you very much for such a happy stay.
興部 7/16/2026This Hotel feels like a private villa that always welcomes you home. There is no open-air bath, but the Onsen is quiet and relaxing. The tasteful design makes it easy to unwind. We’ve been having more meals and drinks in the living room, and it would be even more enjoyable with a bit more variety on the menu. The Shuttle Service from Odawara is very convenient.
