Auberge Meson

This was our fourth stay.As always, it’s a wonderful Accommodation and the meals are exceptionally delicious!I’d like to share something I noticed again, as I did last time.Regarding the dinner service timing: while we were still eating the first course of the full-course meal, the palate-cleansing sorbet was served. Dinner had just started, and it didn’t feel like we were running that late—only about an hour in. I understand timing can be difficult, but it felt rushed, which was disappointing. This is the same impression I had during our previous stay. Also, we rented two buildings and were asked whether we would be going back and forth between them, and if so, whether they should leave the lights on so we could pass through. Of course we would go back and forth—especially since it was still in the 8 p.m. hour.If lights will be turned off or doors locked at a certain time (e.g., 9 p.m.), explaining that in advance would be easier to understand.That said, we were very satisfied overall and are looking forward to staying again next time.

This was our first visit, recommended by a friend. After three years, we were finally able to make a Reservation and visited as a couple.We enjoyed a wonderful escape from everyday life, with time passing at a relaxed pace, and we were very satisfied. Ideally, we should have stayed for 2–3 nights to fully enjoy our time off, but we’ll save that for next time. The food and hospitality were excellent—we were completely satisfied.
