I recommended this Hotel for a business trip stay. Although we made a Reservation for a single, it seems we were upgraded to a twin Room, which was greatly appreciated. Since my colleague stayed at the same Hotel, we were able to hold meetings in the spacious Room, which was very helpful. The breakfast is excellent, so I advised going early; it seems the front desk mentioned this as well. Because it’s popular and gets crowded, going early was the right choice. A park with an ocean view is also just a short walk away, making a morning stroll very pleasant, and I will definitely choose this Hotel again next time. This time we were able to stay within budget and are very satisfied. Thank you very much.

Thank you so much to all the staff at the club lounge for taking such great care of us. Everyone was attentive, kind, and cheerful, and we had a wonderful time. We enjoyed breakfast, afternoon tea, cocktail time, and even after that we were treated to motsunabe hot pot. We also had some sake—it was delicious. Thank you as well for chatting with us even though we’re a couple in our 70s! It was just a short getaway within Tokyo, but we were completely satisfied. Thank you again. The Room and Facility were lovely, but the pillow felt a little too soft for me.

Everything was great—the service, the room, and the breakfast—but the breakfast selection was outstanding! Eel, pickled plums, acacia honey, cheese, vegetable juice, and more. There were so many carefully chosen items that I wanted to try but couldn’t fit in, so I’ll save them for next time (lol). During the busy breakfast hours, a staff member helped me out. They seemed a bit surprised but were happy about it. It’s also close to JR Namba Station and the West Exit of Osaka-Namba Station. You can get to the Hotel without getting wet, and there’s a Life supermarket open until midnight nearby—so there was nothing to worry about.

Given the price, I wasn’t expecting much, but it was cleaner and more comfortable than I thought. It was great to have a large public bath, and I felt the food quality was good as well. The only downside—though it was my fault—was that I got lost on the way there and found the location a bit hard to find. Still, I’d like to stay here again.

We are also truly grateful for your thoughtfulness in preparing a breakfast box for us when we returned from the hospital. A long-established Ryokan in central Kochi City where you can enjoy a natural Onsen. Materials are also displayed so you can learn about Kochi Castle and the history of the Yamauchi clan—so it’s not just for enjoyment, but also for learning. The hospitality of all the staff is outstanding.

The large public bath was a wonderful amenity. Breakfast was delicious too—I ended up eating more than I meant to.

I stayed at Yokohama Tokyu REI Hotel! This was my second time! All the staff responded quickly and courteously, and I was able to spend my time here very comfortably. The Room was also very clean, carefully cleaned down to every detail—perfect! There was an earthquake in the middle of the night and I felt a bit uneasy, but there was clear guidance on what to do in an emergency, so I could respond with peace of mind, thinking “I’ll be okay here.” I really felt their attentive care for guests, which was very reassuring. Once again, I had a safe and comfortable stay. Thank you for a wonderful time and great memories! When I come to Yokohama again for fan activities, I would definitely like to stay here.

Directly connected to Tennoji Station, it’s very convenient, and the staff are very friendly! The Room is clean, and the air conditioning works well! One downside is that the elevator from the 2nd floor is extremely slow, so I recommend taking the Hotel’s dedicated elevator from the 1st floor.

I stayed here because I wanted to visit a well-known nearby izakaya, and I was impressed by the stylish, locally inspired interior displays—it was a real treat for the eyes. The homemade breakfast was warm and comforting, and I enjoyed it very much. Thank you.

It was a very comfortable Hotel. Everything is designed to enhance guest satisfaction. The location is great, the room was very clean, nothing was lacking, and the breakfast was excellent. It’s also reasonably priced, which is easy on the wallet. Thank you for allowing me to bring my bicycle inside the Hotel. Next time, I’ll stay not on a solo trip but with my family.

This was my first time staying here. I had originally planned to visit Nagoya on different dates, but due to the recent heavy rain, my schedule was uncertain and I made a last-minute Reservation. Even so, the staff were wonderful, and since my Room was on the top floor, I wasn’t bothered by footsteps from above and had a very comfortable stay. I didn’t notice when booking, but there was also a large public bath, which helped me feel refreshed. Perhaps because it was during peak breakfast hours, some items were unavailable. Personally, I would have been happy if there had been yogurt. That said, considering the price with breakfast included, the quality was very high and I was satisfied with the meal. It was also great from a hygiene standpoint that rice could be dispensed automatically at the push of a button rather than being self-served. Although it was an unplanned Hotel booking, I’m glad I stayed here. I’d like to use it again next time I visit Nagoya.

With the large public bath, massage chairs, complimentary late-night noodles, and breakfast, it was more than satisfying! The only downside was that the TV didn’t support streaming apps.

With construction starting in September, and since we can only travel on weekdays, this was our last stay of the year. The food, the baths, and the Room were wonderful—and above all, the staff’s hospitality was exceptional in every way. What impressed us most this time was how you remembered what we discussed during our previous stay about how to serve chilled sake, and then made it happen exactly as promised. We were able to enjoy it deliciously right to the very last sip. Your prompt response truly surprised us and made us feel that you are always thinking of your guests. This is a special place for us. We are deeply grateful for this encounter, and we sincerely look forward to seeing everyone again next year.

The staff were polite and had wonderful smiles. There were plenty of amenities, especially skincare products and face masks for women, which were very satisfying. It was fun to have a variety of tea bags available. Having water dispensers on each floor was reassuring. Overall, it made for a great trip. Thank you very much!

I returned to Japan on short notice and stayed alone in a single Room. Since I’m slightly claustrophobic, I was worried about the Room size until I checked in, but it was not an issue at all. At 12 m² it isn’t large, but the clean and functional Room was very comfortable. The Facility was also very clean. There is a coin laundry and a microwave, which was convenient. All staff—the front desk team, housekeeping, and the breakfast kitchen staff—provided excellent service. The front desk staff in particular were kind and courteous, and they patiently helped me with even small details; I’m truly grateful. As this was my first time returning alone, their greetings of “Have a good day” and “Welcome back” made me very happy. The area around the Facility is quiet, and although I was traveling alone as a woman, I felt safe even late at night. There is a convenience store right next to the Hotel, which is very handy. It’s also about a 7-minute straight walk to the station, which is convenient. I’m really glad I stayed at Keio Presso Inn Ikebukuro this time. If I have another opportunity, I would love to stay again.

It was a very convenient location—just steps from Kitahama Station, and you can even walk to Umeda if you take your time exploring the Nakanoshima museums and library along the way. The ceiling-mounted shower was comfortable and convenient since it leaves both hands free. Having bottled water available in the lobby was also very helpful. Thanks to the luggage storage before check-in and after check-out, we were able to fully enjoy three days in Osaka.

Both the Room and the large public bath were clean, and we had a comfortable stay. I also appreciated that shoes are not worn inside the Room.

From welcome to farewell, the service was attentive and truly impressive. No matter where we were in the building, the staff noticed everything and took excellent care of us.\nOcean views from every Facility—the Room, the large public bath, and the lounge with complimentary drinks.\nWe also recommend taking a walk down the hill to Mihama Cape.\nThe ocean view from the outdoor lounge was in a perfect location. I stayed here two years ago and it was amazing. This time, even though it was raining due to back-to-back typhoons, it didn’t matter at all—our stay was wonderful again. I heard the interior was fully renovated about a year and a half ago, and the Room has been updated with a modern feel. It’s stairs up to around the 5th floor, but each step is low, so getting around isn’t difficult. Our two dogs get excited the moment they arrive when they like an Accommodation, and they were thrilled this time as well. They even used the provided toilet just like at home. Since they’re timid, we didn’t use the dog run. I tried three Onsen baths, and all of them were perfect—the temperature was just right. The food is simply outstanding. The sashimi is expertly prepared, and there’s more than enough overall—I couldn’t finish everything. I especially love how Shiki no Kura serves abalone, and it was truly delicious again this time. Even compared with top Hotels and Ryokan across The whole country, this place ranks among the best. Breakfast was also excellent: a selection of side dishes that anyone would enjoy paired with rice cooked in a clay pot. The staff’s guidance and conversation were great, as were their thoughtful touches in the Room. After breakfast I took a nap and checked out at 11:00—honestly, I relaxed even more than my dogs did. The building itself does feel old in places; when I wiped the floor it came up dirty. But everywhere has something these days due to staffing shortages, so it didn’t bother me. If I had to mention one thing, it would be that prices fluctuate quite a bit during Kawazu cherry blossom season and other peak times. If it were always reasonably priced, I’d make this my regular go-to (laugh). I will definitely be back again.
