This was a Hotel I’d wanted to stay at for a long time, and it was exactly as I’d hoped—the open-air barrel bath on the top floor and the terrace at night were amazing. I arrived late for breakfast and was told once that the scrambled eggs were sold out, but they quickly made more and brought them to me. Parking was also free for 24 hours per night, making it a great Hotel I’d truly like to stay at again. The only disappointment was that there was some dust left under the window when I opened the blinds. Still, all of the staff were kind, which made my stay even better.

I stayed here the last time I visited Hokkaido and loved it, so this is a repeat stay. Although it’s a bit of a walk from Susukino Station, the price is reasonable and the bath and amenity quality is excellent. The large public bath is especially spacious, and with the open-air bath included there are plenty of baths to choose from. The natural Onsen feels amazing! The sauna also allows you to do loyly freely, and you can adjust the temperature as well. Even the toothbrush was sturdy enough that it felt wasteful to throw away after one use, and the skincare amenities were Sekkisei! The Hotel itself may be older, so there are some inconveniences like slow elevators that take a while to arrive, but overall it’s a very good Hotel. I’d like to stay here again when I come back to Hokkaido.

Both dinner and breakfast were just right in portion size, variety, and seasoning. Having tatami flooring throughout the building was very comfortable. The entire Hotel was very clean and felt well maintained. The very pleasant gentleman on night duty at the front desk answered many of my questions about nearby sightseeing, which was extremely helpful. The open-air bath in the Room was also very relaxing.

I have stayed here many times. The Facilities are excellent, the Room is clean, and I always enjoy a comfortable stay. As I often visit Chinatown and the Yamashita Park area, I chose this Hotel for its convenient access. I also really appreciate being able to use the ReFa hair dryer and hair iron. I would like to stay here again in the future.

This was my second stay at the accommodation, and I had a pleasant experience again. The room was clean and comfortable. Thank you very much. The large public bath was also very enjoyable; however, I noticed that while there were four mirrors and hair dryers in the changing area, there were only two chairs available. Some guests had to stand while drying their hair. Additionally, the chairs were quite low, making it difficult to see one's face in the mirror when seated, so many guests stood for skincare as well. Although this is not a place where one spends a long time, it was the only inconvenience I experienced during my stay. I look forward to staying here again. Thank you very much!

Thank you very much for a comfortable stay the other day. The Room was very clean, and the staff were courteous and attentive. I was extremely satisfied and would love to stay again. There is just one point I noticed. The TV in the guest Room seems to have a maximum volume limit set at 25, which was perfectly fine for regular TV broadcasts. However, when playing streaming services such as Netflix, the audio is relatively quiet to begin with, so even at the maximum of 25 it did not become loud enough, and I found it difficult to hear clearly. I understand that setting a volume limit is likely out of consideration for other Rooms, so I think it is generally fine as it is. That said, if a guest requests to watch streaming content, allowing the volume limit to be raised slightly only during that stay (if possible) might make things more comfortable for many guests. This is just one suggestion, but I would appreciate your consideration. Although there was one small concern regarding the Facility equipment, overall it was still a very satisfying stay. Directly connected to Tennoji Station, it’s very convenient, and the staff are very friendly! The Room is clean, and the air conditioning works well! One downside is that the elevator from the 2nd floor is extremely slow, so I recommend taking the Hotel’s dedicated elevator from the 1st floor.

I’m sorry if I simply overlooked it at the amenities bar, but I believe only toothbrushes were available. I would have liked toothpaste as well. Also, it would have been nice to have small bath salts. Other than that, I was very satisfied! Thank you very much. Please note that the convenience store downstairs closes at 11:00 PM (when I stayed). When I went to buy bath salts, it was already closed.

It was a very convenient location—just steps from Kitahama Station, and you can even walk to Umeda if you take your time exploring the Nakanoshima museums and library along the way. The ceiling-mounted shower was comfortable and convenient since it leaves both hands free. Having bottled water available in the lobby was also very helpful. Thanks to the luggage storage before check-in and after check-out, we were able to fully enjoy three days in Osaka.

I stayed here two years ago and it was amazing. This time, even though it was raining due to back-to-back typhoons, it didn’t matter at all—our stay was wonderful again. I heard the interior was fully renovated about a year and a half ago, and the Room has been updated with a modern feel. It’s stairs up to around the 5th floor, but each step is low, so getting around isn’t difficult. Our two dogs get excited the moment they arrive when they like an Accommodation, and they were thrilled this time as well. They even used the provided toilet just like at home. Since they’re timid, we didn’t use the dog run. I tried three Onsen baths, and all of them were perfect—the temperature was just right. The food is simply outstanding. The sashimi is expertly prepared, and there’s more than enough overall—I couldn’t finish everything. I especially love how Shiki no Kura serves abalone, and it was truly delicious again this time. Even compared with top Hotels and Ryokan across The whole country, this place ranks among the best. Breakfast was also excellent: a selection of side dishes that anyone would enjoy paired with rice cooked in a clay pot. The staff’s guidance and conversation were great, as were their thoughtful touches in the Room. After breakfast I took a nap and checked out at 11:00—honestly, I relaxed even more than my dogs did. The building itself does feel old in places; when I wiped the floor it came up dirty. But everywhere has something these days due to staffing shortages, so it didn’t bother me. If I had to mention one thing, it would be that prices fluctuate quite a bit during Kawazu cherry blossom season and other peak times. If it were always reasonably priced, I’d make this my regular go-to (laugh). I will definitely be back again.

I returned to Japan on short notice and stayed alone in a single Room. Since I’m slightly claustrophobic, I was worried about the Room size until I checked in, but it was not an issue at all. At 12 m² it isn’t large, but the clean and functional Room was very comfortable. The Facility was also very clean. There is a coin laundry and a microwave, which was convenient. All staff—the front desk team, housekeeping, and the breakfast kitchen staff—provided excellent service. The front desk staff in particular were kind and courteous, and they patiently helped me with even small details; I’m truly grateful. As this was my first time returning alone, their greetings of “Have a good day” and “Welcome back” made me very happy. The area around the Facility is quiet, and although I was traveling alone as a woman, I felt safe even late at night. There is a convenience store right next to the Hotel, which is very handy. It’s also about a 7-minute straight walk to the station, which is convenient. I’m really glad I stayed at Keio Presso Inn Ikebukuro this time. If I have another opportunity, I would love to stay again.

Everything—from the cuisine and the Onsen to the private dining room prepared for our meals—was wonderful, and we were able to truly relax from the bottom of our hearts. The food in particular was exceptional; each dish reflected careful craftsmanship, leaving us deeply satisfied. Above all, the Onsen was truly outstanding, and we enjoyed it three times during our stay. The water felt wonderfully gentle on the skin, bringing a soothing warmth that seemed to melt away tension from deep within. We were able to fully savor the blessings of Yugawara’s hot springs. The comforting afterglow lingered long after bathing—it was a genuinely healing experience. Thanks to you, this became a very memorable stay. We would love to visit again.

I have stayed here several times on my own in the past, and my two daughters always said they wanted to visit whenever I showed them the photos. This time, I stayed here with both of them. The Room was spacious enough even with an extra bed, and even with three of us, having three mirrors meant getting ready was stress-free. Breakfast is always truly delicious. I come here when I want to spend some quiet time alone, so next time I will visit again by myself.

The room is by far the most spacious in its price range. The bathroom and toilet are separate, and the toilet has an Otohime sound-masking device, so my wife was happy. The amenities are more than sufficient, and the Room is clean. Most guests are foreigners, but there’s absolutely no inconvenience for Japanese guests. We stayed for a Multiple Night Stay and had no complaints at all. I’d like to stay again. The nightwear is unisex by default, so it might not fit larger men. I’m 175 cm / 73 kg and it felt a bit tight. They may offer loaner sizes as well. Coin laundry: washing 100 yen; drying 200 yen per 20 minutes. In standard rooms, the hair dryer is a Panasonic model that costs around 5,000 yen. Small packs of cleansing oil, toner, emulsion (lotion), face wash, etc.—the kind that’s fairly pricey (according to my wife)—are available for free. The shower water pressure is good too. There’s also a convenience store just a 1-minute walk away, which is very convenient.

In any case, we were able to spend a truly satisfying time. The staff’s warm welcome left a wonderful impression and felt like the perfect start to an amazing stay. The view from the front desk was beautiful, and both the Room and the bath were great. The meals were delicious, and above all, the scenery while dining was breathtaking—absolutely fantastic. By chance, there was also a fireworks festival that day, and we could even watch it from our Room terrace. It had been a long time since we traveled as a family, and we thought it would be enough just to relax at our own pace—but we ended up having an even more wonderful time than expected. This time, the three of us—my father, my first-year junior high school son, and my fourth-grade elementary school daughter—stayed here. All three of us were very satisfied overall. Here is what we liked most, in ranking format. No. 1: The wide variety at the dinner buffet. The sushi and desserts were especially great. Breakfast was also a buffet, and we left completely full. No. 2: The baths. There is a large public bath on the property called Katata-no-Yu. There is also another bath facility off the property (about a 20-minute walk), and if the timing works out, there is Shuttle Service by HiAce van. We received bathing tickets for each guest, and as long as it was within business hours, we could bathe as many times as we wanted! No. 3: We were given a ride by cart from the front desk to our Room, which made it easy to carry heavy luggage. Getting around the property on foot—to the dining venue, baths, etc.—also let us enjoy a resort atmosphere that felt like staying in a tropical destination. No. 4: It’s conveniently located close to Adventure World, Shirarahama Beach, and Toretore Market. No. 5: All Rooms are cottage-style units, so we didn’t have to wait for elevators inside a Hotel building and rarely ran into other guests. Next time, we’d like to visit again with our whole family—including our eldest daughter and my wife, who couldn’t come this time due to upcoming high school entrance exams. Lastly—and this is just a small wish—we understand that each guest receives one bath towel and additional towels cost extra; it would be even nicer if extra towels were free!

I looked for a good Accommodation in Gunma, my father’s hometown, to travel with my elderly parents. My husband and I have stayed here about twice before, and I really wanted to come again, so I made a Reservation. The Room, the meals, and the service from the staff are all excellent—this is a truly wonderful Accommodation. One thing only: I knew it wasn’t barrier-free, but moving around inside the Facility was still quite demanding for my father, who cannot walk without a cane. The buildings and atmosphere are so beautiful that I wondered whether adding ramps or handrails might spoil the charm… but it was disappointing to feel that this place may be difficult to use for guests who need assistance with walking. Other than that, everything was truly outstanding, and I would love to stay again. This time we stayed in the Room called “Kanho.”
