    Who would have thought there was such a concept Hotel at the northern end!

    To be honest, I wasn't expecting much and thought the price was set high because it was new, but the level matched the price. It would have been nice if the spa had displayed the temperature and benefits somewhere, but I couldn't find them. The 6th floor is a wellness center with a spa, gym, yoga studio, reflexology, and there were also private Onsen rooms available for a fee. This month, there was a Pink Ribbon campaign offering half-price for breast cancer patients and survivors. There is a lounge with a deck on the sea side offering free drinks. It's open until midnight, which is great because you don't have to worry about the time. From the deck, you can see Mutsu Bay and the Tsugaru Peninsula, making it clear that you are at the northern end. It's perfect for spending time idly. I forgot to ask the staff why there was a Shinto altar in the lounge!

    This type of Hotel is probably the best in Aomori.

    A brand-new hotel that hasn't even been open for a year. It is located on the upper floors of the Aomori Station building. As the name "Medical Spa & Stay" suggests, in addition to the Onsen spa, you can also enjoy a fitness gym and (paid) yoga experience. The lounge offered free drinks and snacks, and even a warm vegetable salad with broccoli and okra. The room was equipped with everything, including a bathrobe, pants press, internet TV with YouTube and Amazon Prime, and a Nespresso machine. The breakfast buffet was also very delicious. I think it was mainly Western-style cuisine. The location is perfect, just zero minutes from the station, and the view of ASPAM and the sea from the terrace was amazing! Perhaps due to the opening celebration, the price for these facilities is unthinkable if it were in the city center. I recommend visiting while you can.

    The breakfast, room, large public bath, and lounge were all very good. The breakfast had a wide variety and seemed quite expensive if not included. It was a good decision to include it, but since I eat lightly in the morning, I wasn't hungry until night. The dinner also seems to have a good reputation, so next time I will consider skipping breakfast. The area near the front desk is simple but somehow stylish. The lounge was quiet and open, but there were small insects flying around the vegetables, which made me hesitant to try the very colorful salad.

    I stayed with a plan...

    I stayed with a plan that included dinner and breakfast. The dinner was very delicious, with all the sauces made using local ingredients and cooking methods that brought out the flavors. I was very satisfied, and perhaps because the fat content was modest, it was easy to digest and led to a good night's sleep. The quality of the Western-style breakfast buffet was also high, with the seafood appetizers, ratatouille, and desserts being particularly delicious. The large public bath had two types of alkaline onsen with different temperatures, and the staff's hospitality was excellent, making it a hotel I would like to visit again.

    It is a really good Hotel.

    This year, I have used about 45 hotels for work, excluding private trips. I traveled to many cities on business trips from Hokkaido to Kagoshima, and without a doubt, this was the number one among the properties I stayed at this year. The interior is urban and sophisticated, with spacious designs in the entrance and corridors. The quality of the onsen water in the bath is elegant, and even after staying for four nights, I enjoyed the breakfast without getting tired of it. Spending time at the bar at night is also appealing. However, what can be most highly rated about this hotel is the staff who work there. Their enjoyment in their work is evident, and their efforts to improve the hotel are conveyed to the guests, allowing for a very pleasant stay. Thank you. I will visit again from Nagoya.

    City Hotel with Extensive Onsen Facilities

    I stayed for the first time. I also used the private bath. Before using it, I thought the price was a bit high... but after experiencing the facility and service, I found it to be a reasonable price. Since wellness is the theme, there were many healthy options for breakfast.

    Beautiful Hotel

    It was very beautiful as it was newly built. Perhaps due to the nature of the area, the entrance area has floor heating, keeping your feet warm. A downside is that the elevator does not require a transfer at the front desk (guests press the destination floor by holding their room key), so it feels slow because general people also use it. Also, there is a booth with an ice machine, but there is no container, which was surprising. I wonder if they haven't noticed because it's a new hotel, but some hotels provide paper cups with the ice machine, and if they don't place ice pails in each room, I question the point of having an ice machine. They said to put it in the cup in the room, so I wondered if I have to go back and forth every time it runs out. I borrowed one as they said they have rentals, but it was as big as a trash can, and although it might be for chilling wine, I didn't want to use it because I could see dust in the black container. At least please place larger paper cups in the ice room. The previous day, I stayed at another hotel that provided paper cups with the ice machine, so it was even more disappointing. Also, I think the price is high for that room. Other than that, it was an ordinarily beautiful hotel.

    It's very beautiful, but...

    Since it is newly built, everything is beautiful and clean. You can see the tracks of Aomori Station below, and the view is excellent. However, the disappointing part is that the route from the parking lot is extremely difficult to understand. It might be okay for guests using the station, but for us who went by car, following the guide to "Lavina Parking Lot," there was no hotel guide at Lavina. We wandered around the neighborhood thinking it must be close to the parking lot, but couldn't find it, and finally found it on the exact opposite side of the Facility from the parking lot. Another point is that when using the bath, there are various complicated things like the locker number, the number to unlock the bath, and the number you set for the individual locker, and I was asked several times by foreigners in the changing room. It was a wonderful Hotel, but the difficulty in understanding was a disappointing point that I had to deduct.

    I was very satisfied.

    I stayed with a plan that included breakfast and morning yoga. The foreign staff's Japanese was easy to understand, and they guided us clearly and politely. The breakfast was stylish and delicious, and the yoga instructor provided careful guidance, which was very satisfying. I would like to add other options and stay at this hotel again. I also want to see the midwinter snow in Aomori, so I plan to visit again to enjoy the conveniently located hotel directly connected to the station.

    It is a clean Hotel.

    This Hotel is directly connected to the station, making it very convenient and clean. The breakfast felt a bit stylish and was delicious. I became unwell and had to stay an extra night, and they handled it right away. However, what I told the front desk was not always communicated to the staff, they tried to seat foreign guests at the table I had been shown in the breakfast area, and the service sometimes felt unfriendly and unclear—I hope they can improve a bit more. Also, I was looking forward to the Onsen, but there was no open-air bath, and there was no view from the women’s bath. As others have mentioned, there wasn’t much space to put your belongings, and I was surprised every time that inserting the key card turned on the TV when entering the room.

    I would like to have a Multiple Night Stay next time.

    This is a hotel that I have been interested in since its opening. It has good access, is clean and quiet, and the pleasant aroma at the entrance was calming. Although it seemed that the staff might not be fully accustomed yet, everyone provided courteous service. In particular, the restaurant staff's service was excellent, and I was satisfied even when dining alone. Next time, I would like to have a Multiple Night Stay and experience activities like yoga. One disappointing point was that the mineral water in the refrigerator was already opened (I think the previous guest opened it and drank a little). When I picked it up, I thought the amount seemed a bit low, and when I tried to open it, it was already loosened. I discarded it as it was and checked out. It was at a level that was not noticeable without proper checking, so I didn't mention it to the staff, but I thought it necessary to confirm.

    Directly connected to the station, very convenient. The Facility is new, so it's very clean. It would be appreciated if there was a sauna in the women's bath in the large public bath. The staff at the front desk were very kind, and I had a very pleasant stay. I would like to repeat if the price were a little lower, but considering the location, it might be unavoidable.

It was fine because I brought my own equipment for the stay, but the breakfast was good, although it was disappointing that the apple juice had a slightly musty smell.

    Overall satisfaction is high.

    The meals (breakfast) were highly satisfying in both atmosphere and cuisine. The Room, a triple room on the sea-side corner, was wonderful in terms of space and view. However, while it was simple and had a high sense of cleanliness, it felt like there was a slight lack of thoughtful touches.

    This is a nice accommodation with a great view of Aomori city. It is close to the station, and the facilities were new and clean.

    Very clean and convenient.

    As it is a new hotel, everything is clean and functional. I would definitely like to stay again. However, after taking a bath, I went to the lounge and saw a foreign guest directly filling their own plastic bottle with detox water and taking almost all the snacks with them. I am concerned about the hygiene of filling an empty plastic bottle, so I think it would be good if there was a staff member in charge of the lounge at all times.

    A new, clean, and conveniently located hotel directly connected to the station.

    This time, due to my itinerary, I only used the accommodation for sleeping. It seems that the management is run by a medical corporation, and they offer health-conscious programs like yoga. Ideally, you would use these to truly appreciate the place, but it was a sufficiently comfortable stay. Since it opened in July this year, it is very new and clean. The building is directly connected to the station, making it extremely convenient. The room is just the right size, with a nice view and is comfortable. Above all, the bath was pleasant. I believe it was a hot spring, as the water was soft and I felt like I could soak in it forever. It seems to be set up as one of the spa services, and having to go through the spa reception to get to the large bath adds a sense of luxury. There is a lounge with detox water and a coffee machine, which is a nice touch. I was told at check-in (around 10 PM) that there were snacks available, but when I went, it seemed the snacks were only available until 10 PM. I think the explanation could be improved there. Overall, I was very satisfied, but I have two minor points. One is that the "glasses" for cold drinks in the spa lounge were plastic, and the rim was roughly finished, making me worry that I might cut my mouth on the edge. The glasses in the room were proper glass, so I think it would be better to have glass or disposable cups here as well. Another point is that there is an ice machine on each floor, but there was no ice bucket in the room, nor were there paper cups or bags provided at the ice machine, so I ended up carrying ice in the electric kettle (apologies if I overlooked something). I was given a hotel guide paper, but although it mentioned the presence of an ice machine, there was no explanation on how to use it, which was unfortunate. The explanations overall seemed quite abbreviated. I plan to visit Aomori again, so I would like to stay here again next time. I hope to enjoy the various programs more leisurely on my next visit.

    The hospitality was excellent.

    Due to a typhoon, my trip was canceled, and I had to change my destination at the last minute, so I booked this hotel that I had been curious about. I was able to spend a relaxing time while taking care of myself with activities like yoga, bathing, and sleep tests, and I was very satisfied with the wonderful concept. Above all, all the staff (receptionists, restaurant staff, cleaning staff, yoga instructors, test and counseling instructors, everyone!) were polite, pleasant, and enjoyable to talk to. Since I like traveling alone, it's nice when the hotel staff are approachable. The only slightly inconvenient thing was that it was difficult to see the TV from the chair in the room, and it was easier to see when on the bed. This was a bit disappointing as I spent a lot of time in the room during the day watching YouTube and such, without much sightseeing. It's a minor issue, though. I would like to visit again when I want to relax!

    I stayed for three nights at the new hotel and had a very comfortable experience. The location is great, making it convenient to go anywhere.     A new hotel above the station

    This is a new hotel built in the station building. It's nice to have access to the large public bath and lounge. The room is modern, and it's great that the bathroom and toilet are separate and spacious. However, it's a bit inconvenient as there is no desk in the room to place things. The customer service is excellent.
