    Comfortable yet simple, gentle, and warm.

    A visit to Aomori for the umpteenth time. First time using this place. The hotels and ryokans I used during previous visits were memorable in their own ways, but LeRabo stood out for its convenience and comfort. Directly connected to the station, it is surrounded by plenty of dining and shopping options, and on the same 4th floor as the front desk, there is a small museum-like space that piques curiosity. The hotel interior is unified with calm and sophisticated decor; although I didn't use them, there are facilities like a gym along with lounges and large baths. The staff placement was appropriate, welcoming us with smiles and respect which made it pleasant. At night at the bar, I had apple juice from "Tamura Farm" which was astonishingly delicious—a new discovery of natural taste. The next day I promptly bought some at a nearby shop for personal use and as gifts for friends. Breakfast used good ingredients; particularly as mentioned in other reviews, you can choose freshly made egg dishes—I found the Eggs Benedict especially delicious. On my way to the elevator after breakfast, one staff member kindly spoke to me with a smile which seemed to reflect on the hotel's overall dignity. Perhaps it's still ingrained in their DNA—the simplicity and kindness of Tohoku people that have long been forgotten somewhere in urban areas remain strong here. With life's motto being an adventurous journey, I travel whenever circumstances allow; this time it was a conditional flight depending on weather conditions at departure point—though we arrived safely despite heavy snow due to cold waves hitting Aomori hard upon arrival—meeting many patient yet warm-hearted locals working under harsh natural conditions taught me much too—perhaps that's why I'm drawn towards Tohoku so much?

    Breakfast is excellent. Onsen is excellent.

    Western-style seasoning not found in other hotels in Aomori. Not too strong, but with the best umami.

    A comfortable and environmentally friendly Hotel.

    It was a truly comfortable and wonderful hotel. I enjoyed the train view along with the Kogyoku apple juice, and appreciated the environmentally friendly amenities provided, making it a delightful stay. I am grateful for the warm hospitality of the staff. I also learned that in snowy regions, safe and reliable train operations begin not with snow removal by snowplows but with station staff shoveling snow from the tracks at dawn. I express my gratitude to all those who work to support everyone as their day begins amidst beautiful white scenery. During my next stay, I would like to take my time and enjoy breakfast as well.

    It is very beautiful.

    All the Hotel Facilities were very clean. The wellness floor on the 6th floor, in particular, incorporated a Japanese concept and was wonderful. I would definitely like to use it again.

    To say the least, it...

    To say the least, it was amazing! Especially the breakfast. I was all set to try the Eggs Benedict after reading a review about how delicious it is, but with so many tempting options like salad, scallop carpaccio, Aomori salmon and that stylish bread dish (I can't remember its name...), I never got around to trying the Eggs Benedict. However, everything was delicious and I was very satisfied. The morning yoga session allowed me to move my body gently and work up a pleasant sweat, and the apple smoothie afterward was tasty as well. The onsen and room were clean and nice. I wish I could have tried dinner, spa treatments, or night yoga too. One day wasn't enough; next time I'd like to have a multiple night stay.

    I was able to relax.

    The Room had large windows, providing a sense of openness. The absence of carpet on the floor added to the cleanliness, which was reassuring. (The wooden sandals were also nice.) There was a speaker in the Room, so I could connect my smartphone and play my favorite music, allowing me to relax. The bathroom was clean as well, with towels and detox water available. There were drinks, snacks, and apples in the nearby lounge. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options with meticulous selection; it was delicious and left nothing to be desired. Being able to enter the Hotel without going outside from the station was convenient since it's a snowy region. I would definitely like to stay again.

    Winter in Aomori

    I stayed for a 2-night, 3-day birthday visit. It would be helpful to have more detailed explanations for those using the spa. I felt it might be a hassle for frequent users that you can't enter the Onsen without going through the reception. I opted out of room cleaning, but the cleaning staff kindly collected the trash and added more water. Such thoughtful attention to detail. I would like to use it again. Thank you very much.

    The breakfast was delicious.

    This was my second stay. The convenience of being directly connected to Aomori Station is excellent, especially appreciated in winter. I only used the breakfast, but the restaurant was good in terms of both staff and meal content. The Room was not very well cleaned, which was disappointing. The IKYU Diamond Member benefits were also provided, making the stay more fulfilling.

    Room cleaning

    Since I had a Multiple Night Stay, I wanted the Room to be cleaned (such as trash collection), but... I thought I should hang a message on the doorknob when not needed, but it was a system where you hang a message even when needed. I wish this had been explained at check-in. Disappointing!

    Good place to stay, convenient

    Nearest to the station, easy to reach. The room is spacious and clean, with a touch of Muji style. Breakfast is modest but offers more variety than a typical Japanese-style hotel. There is a Starbucks and a drugstore located under the hotel, but they close at 10 pm. Nearby restaurants are limited, but within a 10-minute walk, you'll find many dining options. Close to A-Factory.

    Wonderful Hotel

    I had a very comfortable stay. It is conveniently connected to the station, and the view from the Room was amazing. I would definitely like to stay here again on my next visit. Although the elevator wait time during the station building's operating hours was long, the comfort made it hardly noticeable. Thank you very much.

    It was wonderful.

    I stayed with a friend. The Room was calm and clean, with a warm wooden feel, so I chose to walk around barefoot. I couldn't hear any noise from the neighboring Room, allowing me to relax quietly and comfortably. From the Room, I could also enjoy the view of Aomori's night cityscape. Breakfast was a body-friendly meal centered around organic and vegan menus. The Eggs Benedict was so delicious that I wanted seconds, but all the other dishes were also tasty, and I ended up too full to have more. I will use it again if I have the opportunity. Thank you for the wonderful time.

    Stress-free

    The entire facility smells wonderful. I didn't experience any unpleasant odors during my stay, and I truly enjoyed my time there. The service was very smart and of high quality. There was a lovely bar, and I ended up having more than just one drink... The breakfast was also delicious. This time, I checked in late, so I couldn't have dinner, but I have high expectations for it as well. Due to work commitments, my stay was relatively short, but I felt like my daily stress was cleared. Next time, I want to visit for a relaxing and healing experience. I wonder... it's not just the smell, but maybe there's something beneficial for the ears too? I felt completely rejuvenated. I want to share this amazing experience with everyone living in a stressful society, so I'm posting this review in my spare time. I hope they continue to maintain this quality!

    Convenient location

    Although it was a late arrival, the location above the station provided excellent access, which was very helpful. They accommodated a late dinner from 8 PM, and the dinner, which focused on local ingredients, was very delicious and satisfying. The breakfast, which I heard was a buffet, was also above expectations, and I thought the meals were very good. Regarding the Onsen bath, it was unfortunate to be with some people, such as Asians and young Japanese, who seemed to have slight manners issues, but I decided to attribute this to my own bad luck rather than a problem with the Hotel.

    A higher level of relaxation that lets you forget reality.

    Previously, I was diagnosed with sleep apnea, so I received sleep counseling. The counselor provided detailed advice on sleep quality, and from that night, I started drinking hot milk before bed, which significantly improved my sleep quality, for which I am grateful. Later, I thought it would be nice to be able to view the test results on my smartphone. The Moonlight Relaxation Yoga helped ease my mental tension with its BGM. The instructor sensed my condition and conducted the lesson in a relaxed and harmonious atmosphere, allowing my entire body, from head to toe, to feel liberated. The large public bath was unified in black, and the scent of the sauna's löyly was pleasant, making me stay longer than usual. After bathing, I visited the lounge on the 6th floor, where there were complimentary drinks and snacks, and the sofas were relaxing, allowing me to enjoy the view from there. Afterwards, I was able to slowly care for my mind and body while gazing at the cityscape from the BAR. Upon returning to my room, I quickly fell asleep and was able to sleep soundly until morning. The pillow provided during the sleep counseling was also comfortable. The breakfast buffet had the best selection and delicious dishes among the hotels I have visited, and I ordered omelets and eggs benedict, which melted deliciously in my mouth. Having spent the year-end and New Year in a whirlwind, staying at RELABO was the best reward. Although it was only for one night, I was greeted with smiles on every floor, which made me feel cherished and happy.

    The best stay beyond expectations!

    I stayed again for a birthday celebration trip because I had a very comfortable stay before. The wonderful aspects of this hotel are as follows: - Pleasant fragrance throughout the property - Great location (directly connected to JR Aomori Station) - Friendly staff - Clean and beautiful rooms - Onsen available - Delicious meals at the restaurant - Can spend time in the property in room wear - Well-equipped amenities in the room and onsen This time, I made a reservation with IKYU's point-up, so I was able to stay at a very reasonable price. When I requested a room with a good view at the time of reservation, they prepared a room with the best view, allowing us to have a memorable and wonderful time. A birthday message was prepared in the room, and the restaurant staff were very considerate, making it the best birthday. The room is equipped with bottled water, coffee, and tea, and there is also a lounge (with snacks available from 3 PM), so even if the weather doesn't permit going out, you can relax at the hotel. Coffee that can be taken to the room is also prepared in the lobby, which delighted my coffee-loving husband. The meals at the attached restaurant were very delicious both in the morning and evening. I chose this hotel because I wanted to enjoy the chef's dinner, especially in the evening. We visited twice, and they prepared completely different dishes on the first and second days. Both days were very delicious, with memorable dishes. After the meal on the first day, the chef asked, "Which dish was the best?" but it was hard to choose just one. The taste, appearance, and aroma of the dishes were all appetizing. Also, perhaps because it was my birthday, there was a surprise on the second day with a menu that was served at Christmas, and I was delighted by their thoughtfulness while enjoying Aomori's ingredients. The location is also good, with JR Aomori Station and the bus rotary just a minute's walk away, making it a great base for sightseeing. This time, the train was stopped, so we went to the Aomori Prefectural Museum of Art by bus, but we didn't feel any inconvenience. The fragrance throughout the property was pleasant, and I have nothing but words of gratitude for the hotel staff who made sure we had a comfortable stay. I would like to stay at this hotel again when I visit Aomori next time and enjoy the onsen and meals.

    The parking lot is inconvenient.

    The hotel was very clean, quiet, and nice. I was able to rest well. The affiliated parking lot is a commercial Facility's parking lot, so you can only use the connecting passage inside the building during the Facility's open hours. I tried to check out at 9:30 with the machine and ask about the parking lot, but there were many inbound guests at the front desk, so I couldn't ask. When I checked the official website outside, it was mentioned, but there was no such information on IKYU. (Did I overlook it?) I thought it would have been nice if they explained it at check-in. The commercial Facility apparently opens at 10:00, but waiting outside is a bit awkward... so I walked to the parking lot from outside, which was quite difficult. Also, the hotel has two elevators. You can't use them without a room key, but it seems you can use them from the 1st to the 4th floor even if you're not a hotel guest. Maybe that's why I spent a lot of time waiting for the elevator during my stay. It's not the hotel's fault, but... my husband went to the convenience store at night, and when he got on the elevator, a young girl got on around the 3rd floor and said things like, "Hey, take me out for dinner." Moreover, since it's a place where people gather like Aomori Station, maybe it's inevitable, but when we came back after having dinner outside, there were young people gathered outside the entrance smoking, which was a bit scary.

    A wonderful Hotel directly connected to the station

    This is my second stay following last year. The direct connection to the station is really helpful due to the heavy snow. Thank you for the upgrade this time. Thanks to you, I was able to relax in a spacious room. This hotel has an onsen, and the room's bath also has a proper washing area, which is helpful. The fitness facility seems attractive, but unfortunately, I haven't had the time to use it yet. The free ice cream after the onsen is very nice. It's also helpful to be able to watch YouTube and other services. The breakfast is very delicious and recommended. I think it's a high-level buffet with appetizers like salmon and scallops, salad, and Eggs Benedict served after ordering. The seating is spacious, so you can enjoy your meal comfortably from the morning. The elevator shared with the commercial facility gets crowded during the day, so it's necessary to allow extra time. Thank you for taking care of us again this time.

    Directly connected to the station, yet there's an Onsen, the Room is spacious, the food is delicious, and the view is great... I wanted to have a Multiple Night Stay. We are talking with the family about "coming again in spring."

    I was completely satisfied both in terms of sightseeing and refreshing my mind and body.

    I chose this place for its excellent access and new facilities, wanting to feel the nature of Aomori. I stayed in the tourist room, and when I woke up in the morning, the view of the mountain ridges and the sea from the room window, and the sight of ships moving into the distance, truly cleansed my soul. In a clean room, I listened to music slowly, drank coffee, and enjoyed a delicious breakfast. Since it is directly connected to the station, I could start my day by boarding the Resort Shirakami without going outside, and I clearly remember being amazed by the convenience and comfort. I also requested counseling and yoga, and all the instructors were very easy to talk to, allowing me to clearly organize my mind and body, creating very wonderful memories. As the name ReLabo suggests, I was able to refresh and restart my daily life with a new feeling. I heard that they have also obtained WELL v2 certification, which is impressive. I am truly grateful to all the restaurant staff, reception staff, and all the staff for their thoughtfulness. They also sent me a New Year's greeting card afterward, which made me so happy that I have it displayed in my room. I would like to visit again when I have the chance.

    First Time in Aomori

    I was looking forward to my first trip to Aomori with my mother, especially since we were staying at a Hotel I had been interested in for a while. The Room and the interior were wonderful, and I was delighted that the skincare set in the Room suited my skin very well. The private spa was extremely satisfying, and the apple cider during that time was also delicious. If I have more time on my next visit, I would love to try other activities like yoga. As for the staff, there were some slightly passive or disappointing aspects, considering they are in the same hospitality industry.

    I made a Reservation because I was intrigued by the fresh concept of a health-conscious Hotel. The Onsen, lounge, and both breakfast and dinner were all excellent, and it’s a Hotel I’d love to return to—if you’re unsure, I highly recommend giving it a try!

    Be soothed by the fragrance from the front desk.

    It was my first trip to Aomori, and after reading the site, I decided without hesitation. The fragrance and cleanliness from the front desk eased the fatigue of the trip. The Room was also a bed, but I was impressed by how clean and tidy it was. The large public bath was indeed impressive, as they put effort into the spa, and the body soap had a pleasant fragrance and was gentle on the skin, while the shampoo & conditioner made my hair silky smooth. It was the first time I encountered such good amenities at a travel destination. On the way back, with only one minute left until the departure for the airport, the staff kindly ran with me carrying my luggage, and I am truly grateful for their help. It was a Hotel I would recommend to friends going to Aomori.

    First Wellness Experience

    The weather was bad on the day, but since it is directly connected to Aomori Station, I was able to check in smoothly. After checking in at the lovely lobby, the room was comfortable, but above all, the wellness center, which offers wellness experiences, the concept of this hotel, was truly wonderful. Of course, the Onsen and sauna were excellent, and in the lounge, you could enjoy juices and sweets unique to Aomori. The gym, yoga, and various counseling menus were well-equipped, making it a hotel true to its name, "Medical Spa & Stay." The dinner was not local cuisine, but each dish used seasonal ingredients from Aomori and was themed around wellness. It was enjoyable to look at and delicious to eat, allowing us to have a wonderful time. One night was not enough, and it was a hotel that made me want to have a Multiple Night Stay to become healthy in both mind and body. The staff were very kind, and I was able to have a comfortable time. I would like to visit next time for a Multiple Night Stay.

    It is a new and beautiful Hotel.

    I used the "Byu-n" service from JR East and ended up at Shin-Aomori Station, so I looked for a property around Aomori and found this hotel to be a good choice, so I stayed here for one night. Since it is a newly built hotel, it was clean, and I was able to spend a relaxing time receiving counseling from a public health nurse and soaking in the onsen. There are no vending machines inside the hotel, no casual restaurants, and no room service, so I recommend buying food and drinks outside before coming. However, the lower floor is a station building with a food section, so you won't have trouble procuring items during business hours. As others have mentioned, the elevator takes a little time, so I recommend planning your actions with some leeway. I would like to stay here again when I come to Aomori.

    The best dinner that makes you want to eat it again

    Directly connected to Aomori Station, it's just a short walk to the left (towards the Ekitabi Concierge) after exiting the ticket gate. The Hotel building is separate from the lobby and restaurant building, which felt inconvenient when using the elevator, but I think it's not a problem once you get used to it. This time, I stayed in the Creative Room, and having a copier available was helpful. The top recommendation is the restaurant. The dinner, made with carefully selected local ingredients, was excellent. Every dish was delicious, and at the end, the chef greeted us, leaving a very good memory. It's nice to enjoy delicious food in a relaxed atmosphere where you can wear room wear. I ended up eating too much at breakfast as well. I plan to stay again just to enjoy this chef's cuisine.

    It's a Business Hotel, right?

    I think it's a Business Hotel in terms of grade. But what is this luxurious wellness-related paid menu? The offerings and the hard level of the bathroom and Room (which were clean, though) were mismatched, and overall, it was a Hotel with a concept that was hard to understand. More than that, let's do something about the small room wear and the cold water in the washlets in both the Room and the lobby (I'm not fat, but they only had M size from the start. They might say they would have changed it if I had asked, but expecting the customer to do that is X). I stayed because it was newly opened, but I think I'll stick to my usual Business Hotel.
