    This was an accommodation worth repeating.

    We stayed for two nights and three days. The Zen Room was compact yet modern and very comfortable. The attention to detail, such as the Nambu iron teapot and mulberry leaf tea, was impressive. Being able to use the restaurant and lounge in the provided loungewear was also a great convenience. We added a spa menu separately, which was incredibly relaxing. I heard that this spa has won the World Luxury Spa Award—well deserved! Overall, the hospitality of all staff members was outstanding, making my stay exceptionally pleasant even though I usually pay attention to small details. I will definitely be returning!

    Convenient for those traveling by Shinkansen.

    At the end of October, I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay. The staff at the front desk, bar, and evening restaurant were attentive and polite, making my stay pleasant. At the bar, they recommended several wines from the Shimokita Peninsula, which turned out to be a delightful discovery. The arugula and Aomori salmon salad I ordered as a light meal exceeded my expectations with its quality and paired wonderfully with wine. The dinner at the restaurant had a gentle flavor and felt healthy. Conversations with female staff members were enjoyable and left good memories. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options; however, I felt that the selection and taste of bread could be improved. Overall, this Hotel might feel lacking in terms of room amenities or size, luggage assistance to rooms, service sophistication, or lounge quality for those accustomed to luxury hotel stays. It may be better considered as an upscale Business Hotel instead. Additionally, compared to urban restaurants, the evening course meals at this Hotel's restaurant seemed relatively expensive. During my stay, there was an overwhelming number of foreign tourists from China or Southeast Asia such as Thailand; Japanese guests were quite few in comparison. Elevators often became crowded like rush-hour trains due to guests boarding with multiple large suitcases even when others were already inside—this was quite stressful every time it happened. It would be helpful if large luggage could be managed by Hotel staff using service elevators for transport to rooms. I also found it unpleasant when some foreign guests behaved inconsiderately—for example wearing bathrobes around lounges or speaking loudly on video calls during breakfast in the restaurant—and strongly hope that such behavior is addressed by Hotel management without overlooking these issues. While it's wonderful that both the city and this Hotel are bustling with many international tourists bringing vibrancy to the area—it would enhance everyone's experience if more consideration is given toward providing quiet spaces for those seeking peaceful relaxation during their vacation stays here!

    I stayed in the Tour...

    I stayed in the Tourist Room for the first time as the Zen Room I previously used was fully booked, and it was a comfortable room with a great view. After arriving at the hotel, I enjoyed drinks and snacks in the beautiful lounge while gazing at the sea—a truly pleasant experience. The lounge is also nice because all guests spend their time quietly. Since the hotel's meals are delicious, I made a reservation for dinner this time as well. The dishes were wonderful and tasty, not heavy on the stomach, leaving me satisfied every time. The restaurant staff's explanations of each dish were enjoyable too. At night, I attended a yoga lesson, making it a fulfilling day. The next morning, we used a private Onsen which was perfect for my elderly parent who moves at their own pace—it allowed us to relax comfortably without any rush. After bathing, we could unwind in our room with drinks and snacks provided while sitting back in chairs wearing bathrobes. Following that, we enjoyed a leisurely breakfast with various options along with IKYU benefits included—making this stay another excellent experience. Thank you very much!

    Wellness × Excitement for a Wonderful Stay

    I was truly amazed to discover a Hotel in Aomori that offers an incredible customer experience while pursuing wellness with excitement! From the moment you step inside, you are greeted by delightful scents, captivating artwork, delicious meals, soothing Onsen, heartfelt hospitality, a comfortable sleeping environment, and even health check-ups and counseling—all of which can be experienced in just one night's stay. It's truly a rare find. Even my 11-year-old son enjoyed all of these experiences during our stay. I’ve now found my go-to accommodation in Aomori. The hospitality of the bar staff was also exceptional—I already feel like going back tonight to relax with a glass of wine there!

    The private bath Plan was wonderful, warming both body and soul. The apple juice prepared after the bath was excellent! It was so delicious that I ended up having several glasses in the lounge as well. It made my trip to Aomori many times more enjoyable. Thank you very much!

    I stayed with my hus...

    I stayed with my husband, mother, and daughter under 4 years old during our trip to Aomori. The location was very convenient, making it perfect for sightseeing and getting around. The family room was spacious, and the double-sink vanity was a truly helpful facility for families. The private onsen was relaxing, and the complimentary cold tea and freeze-dried apple service were delightful. However, the 50-minute time limit felt a bit rushed with a child. The view from the lounge was fantastic, and the gentleman who assisted us was incredibly kind. He interacted warmly with our daughter and shared information about Aomori's specialties and tourist spots, which made our trip even more enriching. Breakfast was particularly outstanding, with made-to-order entrees and a buffet for other items. The freshly squeezed orange juice and soy milk cream showcased attention to detail and quality. The only downside was being woken up at 7 a.m. by an alarm set by the previous guest, which disturbed our entire family.

    Directly connected to the station

    Take the elevator from the station concourse and get off at the front desk floor. After completing check-in, you can use the same elevator to move to your room, making access from the station extremely convenient. The room was a "Zen Room," which was just the right size for two people, such as a couple. The interior was clean and well-maintained, allowing for a comfortable stay. Being directly connected to the station also makes it an excellent choice as a base for sightseeing. On the other hand, while check-in at the front desk is done face-to-face, check-out is handled by a machine. It would be nice if machine-based check-in were also available as an option during check-in. (When I checked in, it was slightly crowded, and I felt that staff seemed overwhelmed with their tasks, which made me feel slightly uneasy.)

    A Pleasant Hotel

    This was my third stay. The hotel is directly connected to the station, making it very convenient. Both the interior and rooms are stylish, creating a relaxing atmosphere. This time, I stayed with my grandchild, and I appreciated that they provided in-room wear and slippers for them as well. Thank you for your thoughtful consideration. The bath was filled with apples this time, which added a lovely fragrance and made it even more relaxing. The lounge deck was also exceptionally pleasant again. Although the elevators during the day can be a bit slow to arrive, the breakfast is always elaborate and delicious, making this a highly satisfying hotel experience. Thank you for your hospitality!

    Stylish, clean, comfortable, and convenient

    The purpose of the trip was to drive to Oirase Stream and Cape Tappi, and enjoy sushi. This Hotel was chosen as the base, and it was the right choice. The cost-performance ratio is top-notch. The selected Room had adequate space and met all needs, perfectly suited for this trip's purpose. Both the Room, lobby, and large public bath were new, which was a great feature. Breakfast included delicious local dishes that felt gentle on the body. Dinner was not experienced during this stay. The service struck a perfect balance—neither lacking nor overly formal—and felt very comfortable. However, due to structural reasons, the parking Facility is old and slightly inconvenient in location; direct access to the entrance by car wasn't possible. Being directly connected to Aomori Station makes it extremely convenient for train travelers. Overall, it was a satisfying stay—thank you for your hospitality! If staying in Aomori again, I would definitely choose this Hotel once more!

    The rooms are clean and user-friendly (featuring double sinks and separate bath and toilet). The property offers a relaxing environment with a Japanese Onsen and lounge. The restaurant (breakfast only) provides well-thought-out menus and excellent service. However, the front desk and cleaning services lack attention to detail (perhaps due to unfamiliarity with diverse guest needs?). Access to tourist spots is decent, with plenty of dining options nearby. Overall, satisfaction for a one-week stay is high, considering revisiting next summer for a cool retreat.

    The perfect Hotel for an escape from everyday life!

    We stayed as a family of three, splitting into two rooms. In one word, it was incredibly liberating! From the moment we stepped into the accommodation, I thought, "This is going to be a great stay." The purpose of this trip was to stay at Relabo, so we didn’t do much sightseeing. However, we enjoyed walking from the hotel to A-Factory and relaxing on the lounge deck while watching the sunset. It was an extremely peaceful experience. My sons also enjoyed the private Onsen. The room arrangements and overall comfort of the accommodation were excellent, allowing us to have a pleasant time from start to finish. The staff greeted us warmly wherever they were, and other guests seemed considerate in respecting each other's time. Breakfast was high-quality; I tried almost all of the dishes little by little and thoroughly enjoyed an exceptional breakfast. The machine for making freshly squeezed orange juice was fun—I ended up having two glasses! My son even complimented me by saying, "You chose such a great hotel for us." I feel like there’s still more I could write... but I highly recommend everyone experience Relabo's world firsthand by staying here. To all the staff members—thank you for an amazing two days!

    As many times as you like

    The location is excellent, allowing you to relax without worrying about train schedules. The Onsen leaves your skin smooth, and the amenities are perfectly equipped. The Room size is just right, and the fragrance and music within the hotel are soothing. It was a rejuvenating experience for both body and mind. This is a Hotel I would love to visit again and again.

    Thank you for the two wonderful days. The Hotel located above the station building offers excellent access, and everything about it was exceptional. The dedication of the staff was evident in every interaction, making my stay very comfortable. Thank you so much. The breakfast featured fresh ingredients and many healthy, delicious options that were truly enjoyable. I look forward to visiting again during Hirosaki's cherry blossom season. Best regards. As for the elevator, since it is partially shared with a commercial Facility, it may take some time to move between floors. While this did not bother me much, considering recent incidents involving unauthorized access, I felt slightly concerned when multiple people were present from the 4th-floor front desk area despite floor selection being secured by room keys. However, this Hotel provided such a serene space that I could forget it was located within a station building.

    I had a Multiple Night Stay.

    The staff provided smooth and pleasant assistance when storing our luggage upon early arrival before check-in. The Room was clean, simple, and offered a great view, making our stay very comfortable. As the Hotel's concept emphasizes relaxation and well-being, it would be nice to have amenities like face masks available. The stand mirror was incredibly useful for makeup. Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and had an elegant atmosphere reminiscent of overseas Hotels. We also enjoyed the comfortable lounge facilities. The warm hospitality of all the staff made our first trip to Aomori a wonderful memory. Thank you very much!

    Who would have thought Aomori could be this amazing?

    I stayed for one night, and it was my first time using this Hotel, but both my wife and I agree—it’s excellent. Directly connected to Aomori Station, the scent of cypress in the building, the Room layout, and the bathwater were all impressive. Honestly, I didn’t expect such a stylish Hotel in Aomori! We didn’t try the meals as we dined out, but compared to other Hotels with 15-square-meter Rooms or those with a retro Showa-era vibe, this is far better. My wife, who is from this area herself, even mentioned wanting to bring her parents here. The only downside is the elevator—just plan ahead by about 5 minutes and you’ll be fine. Also recommended is Aomori Shokudo on the first floor of the station building.

    A hotel designed for hardworking individuals who need a break. Initially planned for a one-night stay due to work, but this hotel made me consider staying an extra night just to enjoy it more. While I often use hotels in urban areas, wellness-focused hotels are rare. I wasn’t aware of the "free lounge access," but the front desk informed me about it—it was great, and I visited twice. If there were a similar concept hotel locally, I’d definitely use it; however, adding features like yoga, meals, and massages would cost 2-3 times more and wouldn’t feel as relaxing. This hotel is conveniently connected to Aomori Station—a huge plus! Morning yoga can be reserved the day before, so reservations are recommended. Dinner also requires reservations; if you don’t have other plans for dinner meetings or gatherings, make sure to reserve in advance. To reiterate: this is perfect for workaholics who don’t know how to take proper breaks during their time off. Enjoy the onsen, sip delicious tea at the lounge (even if you’re not sure what kind of tea it is), take deep breaths, and if time allows—try yoga or any other activity that helps rest your mind and body. I regret not having such an opportunity locally myself—so if you’re working hard every day like me—spend some money on yourself and take a well-deserved break!     Delicious dinner

    Conveniently located directly connected to Aomori Station. The standard room felt a bit small. The private Onsen was surprisingly spacious, with water quality that was gentle on the skin, providing great relaxation. I particularly enjoyed the dried apple snacks offered after bathing and even purchased some later. What stood out the most was how delicious the meals were. The low-temperature cooked meat served at dinner was exceptionally tender and flavorful. The staff at both the restaurant and spa were friendly yet attentive, making my stay very pleasant. After enjoying Onsen across various parts of Aomori, staying here for one night before heading home might become a new tradition for me. One downside during this visit was an unpleasant odor from the drain in my room; I hope this issue will be addressed in the future.

    A comfortable Hotel.

    The room is cozy and comfortable. Breakfast is plentiful. The bar is also pleasant. You can experience yoga sessions. Although minimal, the lounge can be enjoyed as well. The apples were delicious. Conveniently connected to the station. It was a Hotel I would like to stay at again. Amenities were great too. It would be nice to have a sauna for women as well, perhaps with a gender rotation system. Private yoga sessions are also available, making for a fulfilling stay.

    For Aomori sightseeing

    We stayed here as a couple during the summer vacation. The hotel was very convenient for sightseeing in Aomori City. Regarding the hotel itself, the room was clean and functional. Additionally, the Onsen and lounge were of high quality, offering great value for money. Highly recommended! However, we felt that there were too few elevators and that the affiliated parking lot was small, which slightly lowered our rating for facilities.

    A home run accommodation.

    Due to an unexpected heavy rain warning, a landslide occurred in Oirase, making it difficult to even reach the Hotel I had planned to stay at—a despairing afternoon. After returning to Aomori and desperately searching for a place to stay that night, I found Relabo. Although the check-out was set for 7:00 AM the next morning, it couldn’t be helped. They kindly accepted my same-day Reservation, and out of gratitude, I booked a slightly larger Room. From despair to relief—when I checked in, the smiling receptionist informed me that as a Diamond Member, I could stay until 12:00 PM tomorrow. Have I ever felt such comfort before? The Room, amenities, and hospitality—all exceeded satisfaction beyond expectations. Though my plan was to see the beautiful streams of Oirase Gorge, I ended up witnessing muddy torrents instead. From rock-bottom spirits, the large public bath at Relabo was truly exceptional. May the smile of that receptionist never fade away.

    Comfortable Hotel

    Stayed for two days as a base for traveling in Aomori. This hotel is directly connected to Aomori Station and conveniently accessible from the airport in about 30 minutes. Souvenirs can be purchased at Warasse and A-FACTORY right in front of the hotel. As it has just opened, the facilities are new, and high-quality amenities are provided, making the stay very comfortable. I had breakfast on both days, and it was excellent with a wide variety of options. The lounge offers great views along with drinks and snacks; however, there were only a few chairs available—having more seating would be appreciated. Overall, it was an excellent accommodation experience, and I would love to stay here again when visiting Aomori.

    Even during the Nebuta Festival, paying over 100,000 yen for a small double bed and shower without breakfast feels disappointing, even with complimentary bottled water.

    The private Onsen was excellent.

    Stayed here for the first time a year after its opening. Choosing the plan with a private onsen was the right decision. Enjoyed a relaxing soak in the onsen, followed by sitting in a comfortable reclining chair with cold tea, and time flew by. The breakfast the next morning was delicious, but having a Japanese option would make it even better. However, I understand this might be difficult due to the hotel's concept.

    Third stay, the same relaxing Hotel.

    Stayed on the opening day and fell in love with this hotel. This is my third stay since January. This time, I stayed multiple nights in the Zen KING Room with a bathtub, and the spacious room allowed me to relax completely. The staff were kind and attentive, making my stay at the hotel truly soothing. When I asked if I could have a copy of the hotel's guidebook, they kindly provided me with a brand-new one, which was very touching. Thank you once again for your hospitality! I also opted for Wellness Counseling and Sleep Counseling this time as well. It’s an excellent service that allows you to visually understand your symptoms through data while receiving guidance on understanding and improving your health condition. Additionally, I had the opportunity to try out new services like blood flow measurement and hydrogen inhalation therapy during my stay, which was fantastic! I'll definitely use them again during my next visit. Breakfast featured new menu items alongside its consistently high-quality offerings that are both delicious and exciting to eat. The new dishes—"Omelette à la Vallée d'Auge with Scallops, Calvados & Cream" and "Homemade Ham of Aomori Garlic Pork Croque-Monsieur with Vermicular Toast"—were absolutely delightful! The honeycomb was also amazing; paired with pancakes, French toast, or pineapple made it irresistibly delicious. Dinner included special menu options that left me deeply impressed as well. With unchanging quality and taste, it brought complete satisfaction every time! The Kuwaishi Beef Fillet Steak was so exquisite that I doubt I'll ever find a better steak elsewhere. At the BAR too, I enjoyed relaxing moments while chatting with the bartender over drinks. Although hearing about limited stock of cider disappointed me slightly... the custom-made "Akkeshi Highball," crafted exactly how I'd hoped for—it was perfect! My only dissatisfaction remains unchanged from last time: WiFi access points. For repeat guests like myself having different access points each visit is quite frustrating. Since this is part of JR Hotel Point Partner facilities personally introducing shared JR Hotel Member WiFi would be greatly appreciated! Looking forward eagerly returning again come wintertime!

    Luxurious Stay

    It was such a wonderful Hotel that I regret not having enough time to fully enjoy it. The women's public bath was simple yet clean, easy to use, and relaxing. All the furnishings in the Hotel and the dishes in the Room were beautiful, allowing for a luxurious experience. Next time, I would like to try the restaurant and spa as well.

    It was a wonderful Hotel!

    The staff were all friendly and provided excellent service. The room was perfect with its interior, amenities, and view. The bath was relaxing, and the breakfast was not ordinary but thoughtfully prepared, delicious, and wonderful. With great access, everything about this hotel was exceptional. If it were closer, I would love to stay regularly. This is my first time writing a review.
