    I will stay again!

    We had a wonderful vacation. However, I would like to point out three areas for improvement: ① It was difficult to figure out which road leads to the hotel parking. If the only entrances are from the pedestrian bridge near the city tram or from the corner of what I believe is a Nissan dealership, there should be clear signage at these points. We ended up circling around under an overpass, mistakenly entering a commercial facility's parking lot, and trying unsuccessfully to enter from a one-way street in front of the hotel. Please consider addressing this issue. ② The family bath was too hot. Although we had 90 minutes allocated, it was too hot to use—likely around 43°C? The large public bath seemed set at 41.5°C, but there were no thermometers or equipment to adjust the temperature in the family bath, which made it very challenging for us as our child couldn’t enter at all. ③ Breakfast buffet: There were long lines and staff didn’t act unless prompted by guests. It’s easy enough to anticipate which dishes will run out by observing them; however, they only brought refills after being told—and even then, they ran out quickly again due to insufficient quantities prepared relative to guest numbers. After 9 AM especially, desserts could have been replenished in double portions as they were overwhelmingly insufficient. These are areas that could be improved upon; however, we truly enjoyed the hotel's atmosphere, facilities, and room comfort—it was excellent! If these points are communicated clearly upfront next time, guests can also prepare accordingly on their end. We would love to visit this hotel again as our entire family left feeling satisfied!

    City Tour and Soccer Match

    Stayed for 2 nights; the location was convenient for sightseeing, being close to Nagasaki Station and the ropeway. Also attended a soccer match at an excellent stadium with great views and thrilling gameplay. The Hotel's large public bath was relaxing. The breakfast venue was spacious, offering delicious Nagasaki-style dishes, which were very enjoyable.

    The Hotel exceeded expectations, but the staff was disappointing.

    I am not a soccer fan, but I chose this Hotel because of its location and price, especially since it was affordable even during Golden Week. I didn't have high expectations due to the price, but surprisingly, the view of the soccer stadium from the Room was spacious and gave a sense of openness. At night, the night view was beautiful. Around 8 PM, there was a sudden projection mapping event called "Night Mirage," which we enjoyed. The Room was relatively spacious with a long desk, making it easy for us to place our many bags as we dislike using suitcases. The balcony added extra space and made it feel more comfortable than its actual size in square meters. Breakfast exceeded expectations; I had two bowls of "Ryukyu-marinated rice bowl" because it was so delicious. The bread items like croissants were soft and tasty without needing reheating. For dinner, there were various affordable options inside the stadium where you could eat while enjoying views of the soccer field—though they close early (around 8 PM). However, one disappointing point was that in the morning we noticed that part of our Room's wooden floor area was very dirty with visible scratches and seemed uncleaned. The biggest downside though was the staff service—there were significant communication issues. We walked from a local train station but couldn't find the entrance to this Hotel within Stadium City despite calling for directions multiple times; we ended up wandering around for over 20 minutes after arriving at the stadium itself! This confusion could have been avoided if there were clearer signs within or near the stadium or if pre-arrival emails provided detailed instructions on how to locate their entrance beforehand. Additionally, using elevators in this Facility wasn't intuitive either—and again no explanation about them came from staff members. While both Facilities and meals are excellent here—it’s unfortunate that poor staff service detracts from what could otherwise be an outstanding experience!

    The facility is excellent, but there is much room for improvement in hospitality.

    The asset itself is excellent, but there are several complaints. It seems to be due to unfamiliarity with operations during peak periods. 1. Regarding the restaurant on the 7th floor: Although I called from my room to make a reservation, the accommodation discount for guests was not applied or even mentioned. When I inquired the next day, I was told that the menu differs from regular pricing and refunds cannot be issued since meals were already served. I understand that, but if that's the case, isn't it misleading for the front desk to display "5,500 yen → 4,500 yen for guests"? It should correctly state that there is a special menu at a discounted price for guests. That said, even at 5,500 yen it was delicious and had good volume—but that's not the point here. Improvement is needed. 2. Handling of multiple night stays: Since I made separate reservations by mistake and had to change rooms despite staying multiple nights, I understand it became complicated; however, on my second day no breakfast ticket was provided until I inquired about it myself. On top of that, they said only 6:30 or 9:00 slots were available as others were fully booked. While I originally planned for before 9:00 so this worked out fine—it’s still not ideal hospitality-wise and needs improvement. 3. Breakfast service: There weren’t enough plates available and many dishes ran out frequently—indicating unfamiliarity with breakfast operations during busy periods which left an underwhelming impression overall. Personally speaking—on match days—I think prices could be raised further without issue (though perhaps tougher in J2?). If promoted back into J1 league charging up to 1.5x higher rates would likely fill rooms while enabling better customer service investment too! However current pricing attracts many families leading sometimes questionable manners among guests—a tricky balance indeed requiring thoughtful solutions akin perhaps towards Japanet-style improvements? Despite these issues though—the total asset including stadium remains truly one-of-a-kind making revisits inevitable! Surely opportunities exist creating systems encouraging greater spending potential overall?

    A Wonderful Stay

    We had a wonderful time during our stay. It was truly enjoyable to relax and unwind. One small request: the instructions for the Onsen locker key were difficult to read due to the dim lighting in the room and the small text size. While we understand that a smaller sticker design may have been chosen, a larger sticker might be more suitable. Please consider this suggestion.

    The Room and service...

    The Room and services were satisfactory. I used the spa, and the staff were friendly, the Room was clean, and the treatment was excellent. Thank you. At Cafes & Diners Verd, I ordered a glass of white wine (Sauvignon Blanc), but it was completely flat and undrinkable. My husband ordered sparkling wine, so we had to ask for an exchange. Later, my husband also ordered a glass of red wine, but it was just as flat as the white wine and in terrible condition. Is there an issue with how the wines are managed? I believe improvements should be made regarding wine handling in the future.

    Very good Hotel.

    I visited for a soccer match. As others mentioned, it was a bit confusing at first, haha. The room and the large public bath were excellent, making it a great stay. I will visit again, so thank you in advance!

    The facility is excellent.

    The room with a terrace offering a great view was clean and very comfortable, and both the pool and Onsen public bath were uncrowded, likely due to it being a weekday, making for a pleasant experience. However, I was dissatisfied with the service. The front desk seemed out of sight, as staff were chatting or leaning against the shelves behind them. At breakfast, staff even crossed in front of me silently while I was trying to get food. While it may be understandable that there are many young staff members, their lack of training is evident. Most restaurants within the Hotel were also closed, which was disappointing. It feels like such a waste for a Hotel with such excellent facilities not to live up to its potential in terms of service quality. Although it says 10 minutes on foot from the station, due to numerous construction sites around the area, it actually took over 15 minutes—taking a taxi would be more practical.

    The facility is clean.

    There are shopping facilities nearby where you can purchase items like Japanese sweets and castella, making it perfect for a short pastime. For meals, there are supermarkets, food courts, and restaurants available, so finding a place to eat shouldn't be an issue. The guest rooms were clean and tidy, with amenities and free drinks that were very satisfying.

    The impact upon arri...

    The impact upon arrival is remarkable, and I believe this is a unique Hotel where the Hotel and soccer stadium are integrated. However, it was disappointing that the check-in procedures and responses to inquiries were handled in a business-like manner, similar to a Business Hotel. With facilities and location comparable to a luxury hotel, I believe that if the hospitality of the staff improves, this Hotel has the potential to become one of Japan's leading Hotels.

    The best Hotel in Japan

    Thanks to the staff, this trip became a truly memorable and wonderful experience. I especially appreciate the flexibility shown during check-in. With so many concepts, I imagine it must be challenging, but I hope this Hotel becomes one for the history books. The tram and airport bus stop are just a few minutes' walk from the Hotel, making transportation easier without needing to go all the way to Nagasaki Station. It was also convenient for sightseeing. Inside the Hotel, the pool and bath changing rooms were combined, making them easy to use. There is also a bag in the Room for moving around. The changing room is equipped with bath towels and a swimsuit dryer as well. Staying here was absolutely the right choice—thank you very much!

    I stayed at this hot...

    I stayed at this hotel to meet my grandchild, who attends a boarding middle school in Nagasaki. My grandchild was very excited about the stay, and although the weather was unfortunate, we were able to watch the match and enjoy Mirage. It's wonderful to be able to watch soccer while staying at an accommodation! When I return to Kanagawa, I plan to recommend this hotel to friends for their trips to Nagasaki. The breakfast was delicious as well. I hope to visit again during a better season next time. One small disappointment was that there were no shower caps available when using the bath.

    Clean Hotel

    The Hotel has a pleasant fragrance. Being new, it is clean and has a fresh feel. The view from the Room was excellent and truly amazing. My husband and I were impressed by the quality and lather of the shampoo provided in the amenities, so much so that we immediately purchased it from Japanet. The breakfast buffet was also delicious.

    A Hotel You'll Want to Make Your Regular Accommodation

    I stayed at Nagasaki Stadium City Hotel with my wife. The rooms on the city side are slightly more affordable. I was very satisfied with the front desk service, room facilities, and hotel facilities. The large public bath is quiet and has a spacious tub. The room itself is quite large, and the seating area by the window is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. The hallway leading to the room is generously wide. For breakfast, I had a great meal that even included egg-over-rice dishes. There are two points for improvement: First, the elevator signage to the front desk could be clearer. While it stands out in white on an information board, it can be hard to spot at first glance due to visual perception issues—it might need some rethinking for first-time guests unfamiliar with this Hotel layout. Second, in the dining area where food is served buffet-style, having just a bit more space around would make it easier to access dishes. Although I also stayed at a newly opened luxury brand Hotel nearby, I believe Stadium City Hotel ranks as my number one choice! I've already made reservations for my next stay here and plan to use their pool next time. Thank you very much for such an excellent experience!

    The best Hotel

    Stayed at the Property for the J opening match with the kids as an away game! The stadium view from the front is amazing! The pool, Onsen, and breakfast are all excellent! The Room is spacious, and having a separate toilet and bath is a big plus! Next time, I want to book a stadium view Room! We lost the match, but staying at this Hotel allowed us to enjoy various things, so it was worth coming! Even the kids were satisfied! Next time we win, I want to stay here again!

    It was my first time...

    It was my first time using it! I stayed on the 13th floor. The Room was spacious and excellent. I had dinner at a Japanese restaurant, and it was very delicious. The breakfast buffet was also impressive, with delicious bread. All the staff were pleasant, and I would definitely like to use it again.

    Freshly made...

    I was thrilled to hear that such an amazing Hotel was opening in Nagasaki! Everything was sparkling, and as expected from Japanet's Hotel, the electronic appliances and room lighting were top-notch. The front desk staff seemed a bit inexperienced; when I requested a taxi, there was no notification even after it arrived, and when using CLUB NAGASAKI, despite having a Reservation, I had to wait a long time without any explanation. I hope these issues will be addressed in the future.

    Stylish and cool

    Since it is a new Hotel, it was indeed very clean. The standard twin Room was more spacious than expected, allowing for a very comfortable stay. The large public bath is an Onsen with heated water. While it didn’t feel much like an Onsen, it was spacious and offered a great view. However, during my stay, I noticed that the age group of the guests was relatively high, and some seemed to struggle with the latest appliances and Facilities, requiring staff assistance. For instance, some guests appeared to have difficulty using the Dyson hairdryer and the dial-type lockers provided. I thought the small size of the explanatory text might have contributed to the confusion, considering the age group of the users. As for breakfast, while the flavors felt a bit strong, the variety of dishes was abundant, and everything was delicious. The restaurant’s location, overlooking the stadium, provided a unique sense of openness that is hard to find elsewhere. It was unfortunate that the roads around the Hotel were still under construction. Since this was a long trip, pulling a large suitcase along the uneven paths was a bit challenging. I hope the surrounding environment will be improved soon.

    It was wonderful.

    I stayed here because I love soccer and wanted to see the new stadium. The stadium is simply amazing, and I definitely want to come back on a match day next time. If you're a soccer fan, I highly recommend choosing a Room on the stadium side of the Property. Even when there are no matches, being able to overlook the stadium from the balcony both at night and in the morning is fantastic. Although I felt that the guidance and front desk operations were still a bit inexperienced, all the staff were young, had soft expressions, and were very friendly with their smiles. I look forward to seeing everyone further refine their professionalism in the future. One request I have is regarding the access information on the Stadium City website. When looking at the access by plane, it says to take a bus from Nagasaki Airport to Nagasaki Station and then walk 10 minutes. However, in reality, if you take a bus from Nagasaki Airport heading to Cocowalk, there is a bus stop called "Zenizacho Nagasaki Stadium City" after passing Nagasaki Station, which is right in front of the Hotel. This stop is on the backstand side of the stadium. On rainy days or when carrying a lot of luggage, even a 10-minute walk from Nagasaki Station can be tough. I believe more people will be coming by plane in the future. Please consider informing everyone about this bus stop. Thank you.

    The soccer field was...

    The soccer field was right in front of us, visible from both the Room and the pool or Onsen, making it an excellent location. The parking lot was also Reservation-based, so it was smooth and convenient to park. At the breakfast buffet, there was a menu item called "lemon steak." When I tried to hand my plate to the chef who was grilling, he pointed to the pre-cooked ones in the warming machine and said, "Please take from here," directing me to the colder ones. I was surprised and felt a bit disappointed as the steak was slightly cold, which seemed to reduce its deliciousness. If there is a cooking performance, I think it would be better to serve freshly grilled items rather than preparing a large batch in advance. Waiting in line is also part of the fun. Overall, the hospitality seemed to vary depending on the staff. I hope the quality of the soft aspects will improve in the future, and I look forward to visiting again.

    The view from the balcony is excellent.

    For a one-night stay with four people in one room, we were provided with a Room on the 10th floor this time. From the front desk on the 7th floor, you can get a panoramic view of the stadium, with the green artificial turf spreading out before you. At first, it was a view that made it hard to believe it was a Hotel. The tables and sofas in the lobby are also designed with a soccer theme, which makes it a very enjoyable space for soccer enthusiasts. From the Room on the 10th floor, you can not only get a panoramic view of the stadium but also see Inasayama on the opposite side and the sea of Nagasaki (around Ohato?) on the left, making it enjoyable no matter which direction you look. The Room was for four people, so I thought it might be cramped, but it was spacious enough, and the toilet and shower were separate, making them easy and comfortable to use. I enjoyed wondering if the Hotel's facilities and amenities were the ones sold by Japanet. The -1 for Facility is because the entrance to the Hotel is hard to find, and although the exterior is simple and stylish, it felt a bit dark. Inside the stadium, there are food courts and spectator seats open, making it feel like a facility friendly to the locals where anyone can drop by.

    Multiple Night Stay is...

    It was a stay in a room with a lounge for a multiple night stay. The room with a great view of the stadium was wonderful. On the first night, we were told to feel free to use the contents of the refrigerator. Of course, I thought the contents would be replenished on the second night as well, but in the case of a multiple night stay, they are not replenished on the second day. Really... is that possible even though we are paying the same rate!? Moreover, the used cups, etc., were left as they were without being replenished... I wonder about this... Wouldn't it be better to book each night separately even if staying for two nights? It was a stay that made me think so. There were also few guests using the lounge, which felt a bit awkward. I rarely have such an experience with a multiple night stay.

    Meals?

    We stayed for one night on New Year's Eve. There were six of us, including our grandchildren. The grandchildren were very happy and enjoyed the heated pool, which was great. However, despite requesting at the time of reservation to use the hotel's parking lot, we were told two days before that we had to use the adjacent multi-story parking lot, which meant we had to walk around quite a bit with our luggage. Also, we were looking forward to the breakfast buffet, but it was the worst we've ever had. It would be great if they could improve it, considering it's a hotel with a stadium and a heated pool, so families with children would enjoy the buffet. I would like to bring another family next time, but it was very disappointing.

    I was able to refresh!

    We stayed as a family of three at the end of the year. The pool was spacious, and we could swim leisurely while watching the stadium. The sauna, which you enter in swimwear, was also nice. The large public bath was also spacious, allowing us to relax and warm up. For dinner, there are many restaurants in Stadium City, so it was convenient to hop around, with my daughter having cutlet curry and my husband and I having Turkish rice. We also enjoyed beer at a restaurant with a brewery. The night illumination was also nice. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of bread and was delicious. My daughter seemed to enjoy it so much that she said she wanted to stay again. It was our first time at a hotel with a stadium view, but it was a very refreshing and good hotel.

    I had a great time.

    Even without staying, you can freely explore the spectator seats closest to the pitch in Japan, enjoy laser shows, zip lines, and other entertainment at Nagasaki Stadium City. Wanting to take my time in such a place, I stayed in a room with a stadium view. With beautiful interiors that make you want to linger, you can watch people enjoying the zip line from the same height on the terrace, and enjoy the pool and large bath exclusively for guests, making it a very satisfying one-night, two-day stay. There was a review stating that the entrance to the hotel parking lot was hard to find, so I checked the detailed guide on the website in advance and arrived without getting lost. Since I had entered my vehicle number when making the hotel reservation, parking was a breeze. I have already made a reservation for the Lantern Festival period next year. Of course, I will visit the festival, but I also want to enjoy the hotel's pool and large bath, so it looks like it will be a busy one-night, two-day stay.

    Please enhance the lounge facilities.

    When reserving a hotel, I reserve a room with lounge access. Among the hotels I've been to, the lounge's amenities were the lowest. I stayed for three nights, but on the first day, the leftovers from dessert time were dry during cocktail time. After informing the staff, it got a little better from the next day. There were no salads, hot meals, or fruits, so it was a lounge in name only. There were hardly any guests with lounge access. When I reserved, it was a 20% discount for the opening anniversary, but the price had dropped by about 20,000 yen, possibly due to lack of reservations. With this, I can't become a repeater, nor will I recommend it to my friends. The room was spacious and had a good view, so I thought it was a waste.

    It was fun.

    I stayed because I wanted to see Nagasaki Stadium City. Although I couldn't get a ticket for the J.League match, I was suggested to use a restaurant where I could feel the atmosphere of the match, and I had a very enjoyable time. I look forward to a wonderful stadium city that makes use of various ideas in the future. Thank you very much.

    A Blissful Moment

    This was my first time using the service. I had a wonderful stay and was very satisfied with the two days. The room's facilities were excellent. The Hotel staff were well-trained and I was impressed by their wonderful service. I was surprised to hear that it is operated by Japanet Takata (Japanet Takata). I didn't know they had such expertise. I would like to use it again next time. Thank you very much.
