The buffet was delicious, and this Hotel was perfect for families with children! We’ll definitely stay again!

A Favorite Place
As a local resident, my family and I occasionally stay here for a “hotel vacation.” The view from the guest rooms—of the harbor, the mountains, and above all the spacious stadium—is something you can only experience here. It was also a new discovery that the nighttime laser show feels even more powerful from the stands than looking down from the room, with much more impactful sound and light. No matter how many times we visit, it remains one of our favorite places. The breakfast has improved as well, and you can really feel the effort being made. This time, I’m deducting one star because I was told that both massage chairs in the relaxation area next to the men’s bath were out of order. We’ll continue to support you!

Wonderful
I requested allergy accommodations in advance. The lounge, room service, and breakfast were all prepared perfectly, and I was truly impressed by the care—beyond my expectations. I would definitely like to stay again if I have the opportunity!

Excellent.
I visited Nagasaki City for the first time in half a century because I wanted to stay at the soccer stadium Hotel. It was amazing—you can see the stadium from the Hotel lobby, the breakfast venue, and even the large public bath. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of Nagasaki specialties. On days without matches, you can sit in the seats as much as you like; I brought stadium food from the second floor and ate it in my seat. It’s wonderful that they don’t separate the stadium from the surrounding Facility areas. You can have plenty of fun without even going out beyond the Hotel and nearby Facility areas—though then there’d be no point in coming all this way to Nagasaki. Today is Peace Day and also the opening day of J1. I hope they fight with their hearts fired up in this stadium.

Hotel Private Parking Lot
Very hard to find. I managed to get there during the day, but at night it would be even more difficult. Without putting up a few signboards along the way, first-time visitors will almost certainly get lost.

Soccer Stadium
The soccer stadium is visible from the Room, and on match days, soccer fans will have an amazing time. A welcome drink was also provided, which was a nice service on a hot day. There were no towels prepared at the large public bath, so it would have been better if there were a few more towels in the Room. We were able to enjoy a great time with the stadium tour and zipline experience. Thank you very much.

Multiple Night Stay and Lost & Found
I stayed for one night with breakfast and dinner included, and when I asked about sightseeing in Nagasaki, they recommended getting around by streetcar and kindly explained everything in detail using a handmade map. The Room overlooked the stadium, and both breakfast and dinner were excellent, so I extended my stay for a Multiple Night Stay. After returning home, I realized I had left something behind, and they handled it politely over the phone. Thank you very much.

Can’t wait to come back!
Overall, it was excellent. Because this is a Hotel attached to the stadium—more like inside the stadium—it felt like a unique space in a good way, and I loved it from the front desk onward. Since I had informed you that I would be staying with an elderly family member, we were placed near the elevator, and that consideration was wonderful. As others have likely described the Room in detail, I’ll keep it brief: it was very comfortable. When I mentioned that this stay also celebrated my companion’s 88th birthday, we even received a message card, which truly moved us. As for the on-site Facility areas, we only used the large public bath, but overall it was easy to use. Others have mentioned how to use the lockers; while a dial lock is fine in principle, the lettering is small and may be difficult for elderly guests. A simple wristband-style key might be more user-friendly. Also, because it faces the stadium side, the interior feels dark; for elderly-only use this seems somewhat lacking in consideration. More attention should be given—at least in the large public bath—for older guests rather than focusing mainly on younger users. There are also not many handrails. We only used breakfast dining: it was delicious with plenty of variety, and we were very satisfied with both quality and selection. However, because of the long layout of the venue, guests seated farthest away have quite a walk to reach the buffet. It would help to create an additional section near the elevators (for example with partitions) and place cold items there while keeping hot dishes closer to the kitchen—or arrange seating on the stadium side accordingly. Still, there aren’t many Hotels as clean and distinctive as this one; any questionable points are outweighed by how great it is overall. I would definitely like to stay again. Finally: apparently there is some kind of nighttime light-up show on the stadium side, but no one at reception mentioned it—disappointing. For guests not staying on that side (or who may not notice), please provide guidance. Also, we were happy to see an excellent grab bar installed by our Room’s bathtub—but when holding near where shampoo and other amenities are placed (above/around those bottles), it felt slippery and clearly hadn’t been cleaned. From a housekeeping perspective that area may be easy to overlook because bottles are there; however since it’s directly above/near shower fixtures where elderly guests will instinctively grab without thinking twice, grab bars need to be kept clean so they don’t become slippery—otherwise someone could slip or fall and ultimately cause problems for both guest safety and your Hotel as well.

This has been my fav...
This has been my favorite Hotel lately, and I’ve been staying here almost every month for a Multiple Night Stay. The pricing is reasonable, and the Room, spa, and amenities are all excellent. However, I was a bit disappointed to see the snack selection in the executive lounge gradually change. The lounge is now split into two sessions, and while the afternoon petit cakes are cute and enjoyable to look at, it was disappointing that the hot snacks previously offered (such as gratin, pizza, shumai), along with hors d’oeuvres like escabeche and light pinchos-style snacks that pair well with drinks, have disappeared—leaving mostly bread items. The cheese and prosciutto were good, but I would be happy if you could reconsider the overall selection. I stayed at Hilton the day before and used their executive lounge; the quality of their liquors, wine selection, hot dishes, and breakfast offerings was noticeably better. Also regarding refrigerator supplies during a Multiple Night Stay: they had improved last time, but they seem to have changed again this time—so I would appreciate it if this could be addressed as well. The main reason I choose a suite is being able to use the executive lounge at any time. This is one of my favorite places, so I hope you can continue to deliver that “wow” feeling whenever I visit.

It was a wonderful Hotel.
Everything was excellent, including the location, Facility, and all services such as the breakfast buffet. If I had to mention one thing, breakfast was assigned by time slot, so it got crowded and we ended up waiting. If that is improved, everything will be perfect.

Spacious Room!
We stayed in one Room for four people, and even with four beds there was still an incredible amount of space! It was really helpful for spreading out our suitcases. The Facility also felt quite new, and the amenities in the large public bath were high quality, making it very comfortable. It’s also about a 10-minute walk to Nagasaki Station, so the location is very convenient. One thing to note: the road in front of the Hotel and the route into the parking lot are very hard to find. If you take a wrong turn, you might end up on a one-way street, so please be careful if you’re driving or arriving directly by taxi from out of town. Local city taxis seemed to know their way around.

I’m a returning guest.
This was our fourth stay. It’s our current favorite Hotel—one that makes us think, “We want to come back!” even if it means traveling all the way from Tokyo—so we always book a Multiple Night Stay. This time we stayed for three nights in the same suite Room as usual, and we never got tired of it at all. Our family loves traveling, and we spend over 40 nights a year on trips both overseas and within Japan. Our travel style is not so much sightseeing; rather, the purpose of our trips is to “stay” at the Hotel itself. This 13th-floor suite Room, along with the lounge, amenities, spa, and other facilities, is highly satisfying in terms of hardware—but what truly defines a Hotel’s impression is human service. The lounge staff are always warmly welcoming with wonderful smiles whenever we visit—polite and courteous, yet lively and pleasantly friendly—which leaves a great impression. Being able to see familiar staff members has also become one of our joys. We stayed for three nights in April, and we’re planning to return again in June.

Looks great.
Each time I return home to Nagasaki, it feels like the city is changing. I wondered whether such a large, urban-style Facility really fits a small town, but since it had been a while and I had the chance to visit my parents’ home with my daughter, we decided to stay overnight. The city view from the Room, and the scenery beyond the stadium—such as Mt. Inasa— made this a wonderful Facility that brings new views and color while making the most of what’s great about my hometown. We stayed on a weekday, so it was very calm and quiet. On checkout day, there was Yuzu’s live concert at the arena in the afternoon, a soccer match at the stadium, and even a wedding at the Hotel—so it was an event-filled, lively weekend. Thinking that this contrast brings energy to Nagasaki made me truly happy. The Room was clean and lovely, and we had a very comfortable stay. Next time, I’d like to visit again with my parents and family who haven’t stayed here yet. Thank you very much.

Mother’s Day Family Trip
We stayed for one night on a family trip around Mother’s Day. Our Room had a city-view, the interior was lovely, and there was a bench-like seat by the window where we could sit and enjoy tea while looking out at Mt. Inasa. Most amenities we needed were provided. The pajamas were comfortable, and the bed firmness suited us well, so we had a very restful stay. We used the large public bath, so we didn’t use it much, but the bathroom in the Room was spacious and had a separate toilet. Breakfast offered such a wide variety and great flavors that even staying two nights or more wouldn’t get boring—especially the pork shabu-shabu prepared by the chef, which was outstanding. You can enjoy stadium views from many areas of the Hotel, and the fresh morning view from the breakfast venue was also wonderful. I would like to give this Hotel a 5-star rating including staff service; however, while cleaning was generally well done, it was disappointing to find dirt built up in one corner of the toilet floor in our Room. Since this is still a new Hotel, I believe that with consistently thorough cleaning it can remain an excellent Hotel that won’t feel dated even after 10 years. We truly enjoyed our stay as a family and would love to return again. Thank you very much.

A spacious Room for a relaxing stay
The street-side Room offered a beautiful, terraced night view unique to Nagasaki throughout the night, and in the morning we were moved by the wonderful sunrise rising over the mountains. The Room was also spacious, and we were able to relax comfortably. One point for improvement: when I asked the front desk about the bus stop for Nagasaki Airport, even though Zeniza-machi bus stop is right in front of the Hotel, I was instead directed to COCOWALK, which takes about a 20-minute walk. They even marked it on a map and circled times on the timetable. The verbal directions also took us on a longer route. I later asked someone who guided me to the bus stop while walking, and they said many guests ask about it because the Hotel’s map is incorrect. Please correct the map and guide guests to Zeniza-machi bus stop right in front of the Hotel, which is about 20 minutes closer than COCOWALK. There are plenty of seats available from here as well, so this should be standard guidance. Most guests have heavy luggage, so please fix this immediately. It caused significant inconvenience—if I had just checked on my phone instead of asking at the front desk, I could have avoided this. If possible, I would like to know why guests are told that such a far bus stop is “nearby.” It was a female staff member who assisted me.

Stayed the night before to join the Gunkanjima cruise.
We stayed for one night to board a cruise ship. First, it was especially helpful on a rainy day that we could take a direct airport bus from Nagasaki Airport to right in front of the Hotel. The next morning, it took about 20 minutes total to reach the cruise terminal with just one tram ride from in front of the Hotel—excellent access. Since it opened last year, all the Facilities are brand-new and really uplifting. We were told it was fully booked the previous day due to a soccer match, but on our day it was very quiet, and we had the pool and sauna almost entirely to ourselves. The massage chairs in the relaxation area overlooking the stadium after a bath were amazing! The changing room had everything you could want—water, a swimsuit spin dryer, Dyson hair dryers, and more. The staff at the front desk and breakfast venue were all very friendly, and you can tell they are well trained. We would definitely stay again if we have another chance!

Wonderful facilities
Located within the large-scale complex Nagasaki Stadium City, it offered an outstanding location with a close-up view of the soccer field. Breakfast was, in my opinion, the best among hotels in Nagasaki. The Room was very clean and comfortable. The amenities were well stocked, and the complimentary water service was excellent.

New and clean
Overall, it offers excellent value for money. I was happy that the drinks in the refrigerator were in easy-to-carry plastic bottles. You can see the stadium from both the pool and the bath. Towels and bath towels are provided at the pool, there is a spin dryer, and it connects directly to the bath area, making everything very convenient to use. I also appreciated that regular mowing and cleaning of the stadium seemed like a meaningful contribution to the team.

I stayed for two nig...
I stayed for two nights in a City View Suite. Perhaps because there was no soccer match during my stay, I was able to book at a relatively reasonable rate. Below are the points I liked and the points that concerned me. [What I liked] - The Room was new and functional, and the cleaning was flawless. - The large public bath and pool were relatively quiet and comfortable. - Breakfast was very delicious, with many local specialties. [What concerned me] - The lounge was quiet and very comfortable, but outside breakfast hours the food selection (beyond drinks) was limited, with almost no snacks. I would have appreciated a better selection. - I had heard that suite Reservers could check in at the lounge, but I wasn’t able to go directly there and instead lined up at the front desk with everyone else. When a staff member passed by, I asked whether check-in should be at the lounge; they seemed flustered, then another staff member came out from the back and escorted me. This happens occasionally at other hotels as well, but I’d like them to have one staff member stationed near the elevators to guide guests. - Parking was 2,000 yen per night (parking allowed until 12:00 after checkout), so I paid in advance; however, when I exited around 11:15, I was charged an additional 300 yen. It was pouring rain, and going back to complain over 300 yen felt petty, so I left as is—but it didn’t feel good. Whether it was a machine error or a processing mistake by staff, this is something they should be careful about. Overall it’s a recommended Hotel, but the staff didn’t feel friendly and generally gave off a rather gloomy impression—that part stood out to me.

Very clean!
Everything was very clean, both the Room and the Facility, perhaps because it is still new. The lounge food was also delicious. If I had to say, the breakfast selection was a bit limited, but it was fine since we could enjoy it at a relaxed pace in the lounge. It was also nice that it was on the same floor as our guest Room. In the city-view Room, the noise from passing bullet trains and traffic outside was quite loud. A stadium-side Room might be better. My child loved the pool. I would like to stay again if I have another opportunity.

It was new and comfortable.
We stayed for a Multiple Night Stay for our child’s entrance exams. This is a unique type of Hotel attached to a stadium. We didn’t dine in the Hotel, but we used the shops inside the stadium and were very satisfied. The Room facilities were easy to use, and we had a comfortable stay. The large public bath was spacious and clean, and we used it on both days. We would like to stay here again when we visit Nagasaki. Thank you very much.

Recommended Hotel
I made a Reservation at this Hotel for my son, who loves soccer. It was surprisingly affordable for a three-day holiday, and the Facility was new and very well maintained, so I had a truly comfortable stay. I also used the lounge; it was quiet, and the items provided were carefully selected, which I really appreciated. The staff still seemed a bit inexperienced, but many were young and worked hard to assist us, which left a good impression. If this Hotel were on Honshu, I would want to stay here again and again. I would like to use it again if I have another chance to visit Nagasaki. Pros - New Facility and very clean - Wonderful view from the Room (stadium view) - L’OCCITANE amenities - A 24-hour convenience store nearby Cons / Points to note - A little far from the station - The breakfast buffet is average—neither particularly good nor bad - No towels in the large public bath; you need to bring them from your Room

Wonderful Hotel
The Room was clean, and everyone at the Hotel was kind, which made our stay very pleasant. Breakfast also had a wide variety of options, and we were very satisfied. The only downside was that the bath towels were too large, and there were no smaller towels provided in the Room for use in the public bath.

We stayed here with four close couples.
We stayed for a Multiple Night Stay because we wanted to go to the Lantern Festival. The Hotel was very nice, but the Room we chose to save money was, as expected, a bit small and it made everyone laugh. We should have chosen a slightly larger Room (lol). Still, we were impressed by the laser show we could see from the Room. Of course, we didn’t just enjoy the Lantern Festival—we also walked around various parts of the city. I wish there had been one more towel per person—even a small towel would have been fine. When I took one to the bath, I didn’t have a face towel to use the next day. Also, we ran out of water and asked for extra. Thank you. The Inasayama sightseeing bus stops at various hotels as departure points, so I wish it had stopped at this Hotel as well. It was disappointing that we had to walk to and from another Hotel one stop away. Also, some of the locker keys in the bath area no longer locked properly. I think it would be good to check them. Overall we were very satisfied; these are why I’m giving 4 stars. Some of us couples are already saying we’d like to come again next year—it was that satisfying of a trip.

The only downside is the parking.
February 14, 2026 – Review of a Suite City View stay We arrived by private car, but the surrounding road layout was confusing. Even though we checked in advance, we ended up circling the same area about twice. After entering the property, we still couldn’t find where to park, so we asked a staff member and were directed to the multi-story parking garage, where we parked. However, it took about a 4–5 minute walk from the garage to the Hotel. Moving with my elderly mother and our luggage felt somewhat burdensome. It would have been even more difficult with multiple suitcases. I feel it would be helpful if your website provided clearer directions and walking routes to the parking area. It would also improve convenience if on-site staff offered considerate guidance such as recommending that guests drop off luggage at the Hotel entrance before parking. In addition, since I understand the Hotel parking can accommodate around 60 cars, offering priority guidance for Suite guests or other service aligned with added value would further increase satisfaction. While there is an exclusive feel in being able to use the lounge as a Suite guest, it was a bit surprising that we still needed to walk several minutes carrying luggage. I hope this will be improved in the future. That said, we were very satisfied with the guest room, lounge, and breakfast, and had a comfortable stay.

Great value for money, with many families staying here.
The Room was spacious and good value for money. Breakfast was also delicious. The large public bath didn’t really feel like an Onsen. There were many families with small children, so it may not be suitable for those who want a quiet stay. It felt like there were children swimming and running around in the large public bath. We had a corner Room, but we could hear some mysterious music. It was unclear whether it was coming from next door or somewhere else.

It was excellent.
I stayed for two nights from February 11, 2026, in a 13th-floor Suite City View Room (Twin). I received an email in advance from IKYU.com with parking instructions, but the directions did not make it clear how to reach the Hotel parking entrance, so I was confused. However, everything from the reception to the Room, the club lounge, and the pool—and especially the staff’s service—was excellent. Just as described in the Plan, I was able to enjoy a luxurious break from everyday life. Thank you very much.
