    Wonderful Hotel

    The Room was clean, and everyone at the Hotel was kind, which made our stay very pleasant. Breakfast also had a wide variety of options, and we were very satisfied. The only downside was that the bath towels were too large, and there were no smaller towels provided in the Room for use in the public bath.

    We stayed here with four close couples.

    We stayed for a Multiple Night Stay because we wanted to go to the Lantern Festival. The Hotel was very nice, but the Room we chose to save money was, as expected, a bit small and it made everyone laugh. We should have chosen a slightly larger Room (lol). Still, we were impressed by the laser show we could see from the Room. Of course, we didn’t just enjoy the Lantern Festival—we also walked around various parts of the city. I wish there had been one more towel per person—even a small towel would have been fine. When I took one to the bath, I didn’t have a face towel to use the next day. Also, we ran out of water and asked for extra. Thank you. The Inasayama sightseeing bus stops at various hotels as departure points, so I wish it had stopped at this Hotel as well. It was disappointing that we had to walk to and from another Hotel one stop away. Also, some of the locker keys in the bath area no longer locked properly. I think it would be good to check them. Overall we were very satisfied; these are why I’m giving 4 stars. Some of us couples are already saying we’d like to come again next year—it was that satisfying of a trip.

    The only downside is the parking.

    February 14, 2026 – Review of a Suite City View stay We arrived by private car, but the surrounding road layout was confusing. Even though we checked in advance, we ended up circling the same area about twice. After entering the property, we still couldn’t find where to park, so we asked a staff member and were directed to the multi-story parking garage, where we parked. However, it took about a 4–5 minute walk from the garage to the Hotel. Moving with my elderly mother and our luggage felt somewhat burdensome. It would have been even more difficult with multiple suitcases. I feel it would be helpful if your website provided clearer directions and walking routes to the parking area. It would also improve convenience if on-site staff offered considerate guidance such as recommending that guests drop off luggage at the Hotel entrance before parking. In addition, since I understand the Hotel parking can accommodate around 60 cars, offering priority guidance for Suite guests or other service aligned with added value would further increase satisfaction. While there is an exclusive feel in being able to use the lounge as a Suite guest, it was a bit surprising that we still needed to walk several minutes carrying luggage. I hope this will be improved in the future. That said, we were very satisfied with the guest room, lounge, and breakfast, and had a comfortable stay.

    Great value for money, with many families staying here.

    The Room was spacious and good value for money. Breakfast was also delicious. The large public bath didn’t really feel like an Onsen. There were many families with small children, so it may not be suitable for those who want a quiet stay. It felt like there were children swimming and running around in the large public bath. We had a corner Room, but we could hear some mysterious music. It was unclear whether it was coming from next door or somewhere else.

    It was excellent.

    I stayed for two nights from February 11, 2026, in a 13th-floor Suite City View Room (Twin). I received an email in advance from IKYU.com with parking instructions, but the directions did not make it clear how to reach the Hotel parking entrance, so I was confused. However, everything from the reception to the Room, the club lounge, and the pool—and especially the staff’s service—was excellent. Just as described in the Plan, I was able to enjoy a luxurious break from everyday life. Thank you very much.

    It was a very pleasant stay.

    About a 10-minute walk from Nagasaki Station, and with a convenience store and supermarket nearby, shopping is easy. The standout feature was the stadium view through the wall-to-wall windows. You can also take it in from the front desk floor, creating a truly luxurious atmosphere. The Room was spacious and well equipped with bathrobes and a sofa, making for a very comfortable stay. You can even see the stadium from the large public bath, allowing for the indulgent experience of soaking in the bath during live events. There is also an on-site gym and pool—there’s hardly enough time to enjoy everything. It was my first time in Nagasaki, and I had a wonderful, comfortable stay. I would definitely like to stay again next time.

    A Hotel Offering a New Way to Enjoy

    Stayed during the winter holiday after New Year's, on a day when a basketball game was held. As mentioned in other reviews, the check-in process was not smooth and took quite some time. It might be worth considering introducing an automated check-in machine or preparing in advance to speed up individual procedures. Other than that, the room was new, and above all, I fully enjoyed unique facilities not found elsewhere. The free massage chair in the bath's relaxation room and the nighttime laser show were very satisfying. Despite being during the New Year period, the price was reasonable, and I plan to reserve again on a weekday when there seem to be fewer guests.

    The Room was excellent.

    Everything about the stay was excellent. The room was perfect—100 out of 100, I absolutely loved it. The view was great, and I could relax on the sofa by the window while enjoying the cityscape of Nagasaki. The lounge and drinks were well-stocked, allowing me to enjoy each time of day. Other guests quietly enjoyed their own time, creating a calm and pleasant atmosphere. If I had to point out one thing, during the pre-dinner hors d'oeuvres time when I was enjoying some drinks, it would have been better if there were more appetizer-style hors d'oeuvres available (it looked slightly different from the photos). Midway through, bread was replenished instead of appetizers, which was a bit disappointing. However, the snacks during nightcap time were great. The room truly stood out as exceptional, so I've already decided to return! I’ll be visiting again for a Multiple Night Stay in mid-January.

    It was excellent.

    Stayed to watch the Nadeshiko Japan match. The stadium view is truly impressive and breathtaking. The entire facility is thoughtfully designed for enjoying Nagasaki's two professional sports, which is fantastic. The room was stylish and comfortable. Would love to stay again!

    An Unprecedented Experience

    Suite with Stadium View. The stadium visible from the room's terrace is breathtaking! While there are many accommodations with great views, this scenery is truly unique and a first-time experience. Even for someone not interested in soccer, it was exciting enough to forget about the game itself. The room's interior and color scheme were also excellent. The only downside was the food on the club floor. Despite being designed for families, two out of four cakes during tea time contained alcohol. Other options included beef jerky, nuts with raisins, and small chocolates—nothing suitable for children to eat. During cocktail time, while alcohol was acceptable, the snacks were underwhelming in taste. Breakfast had a decent variety but turned out to be one of the least enjoyable among all club floor breakfasts I've tried; even the rice was dry and unappetizing. However, the pool with its stunning stadium view and excellent staff service made up for it overall—I left satisfied and will visit again!

    It was comfortable.

    The hotel is still new, so it’s clean and comfortable. The Onsen didn’t feel much like an Onsen, but I was surprised that my skin became so smooth! It’s a bit disappointing that you can’t enter the sauna without a swimsuit, and the lockers are not very user-friendly for those with poor eyesight. At Stadium City, even though there wasn’t a game, we could enter the stadium stands and have meals—something unique and interesting. Although we chose a plan without meals, there were plenty of dining options available, so it wasn’t inconvenient.

    Issues with the front desk service and the room, especially inadequate toilet facilities.

    They may be new, but the replies to inquiries were sometimes off the mark or premature. Please ensure thorough training on how to respond appropriately. Also, the toilet seat and bidet water temperature settings were not adjusted; shouldn’t seasonal adjustments be made during changes in weather?

    Terrible service in the lounge.

    The view from the Room is wonderful. The service at the club lounge is terrible. The check-in explanation was insufficient and ended with, “You’ll understand if you look in the Room.” When I visited before dinner, the shochu bottles were empty, so I ordered from a male staff member, but even after about 10 minutes it was not replenished. When I asked a female staff member, she said it would arrive around noon tomorrow. I don’t understand why the male staff member didn’t explain that, especially since it’s sold at the convenience store downstairs. The next day at checkout, even though I had paid the parking fee, they did not hand me the parking ticket unless I asked. Staff outside of the lounge were professional. The Room is clean and easy to use, but it’s disappointing that the service is lacking.

    I had a very pleasant stay.

    It was convenient and excellent for going anywhere. The front desk staff answered my questions politely, allowing me to reach my destination without any trouble. The window area in the Room was designed like a sofa, and I enjoyed stretching out there while admiring the night view. There is also a large public bath, but the bathroom in the Room has a washing area, so you can relax and take your time.

    Highly satisfied.

    A hotel I’ve wanted to stay at since it opened. The Onsen and pool are especially spacious, allowing for a truly relaxing experience. The restaurant offers delicious meals at reasonable prices.

    I had a relaxing stay.

    Last year, I missed the chance to attend the opening concert and had always wanted to visit, and this time I was able to stay. Being a new facility, the rooms and hallways were kept very clean. The staff were also kind and helpful. Everyone wore navy uniforms, which gave a professional impression, though slightly more pressed suits might look even sharper! (laughs)

    The stadium offered an extraordinary experience!

    We stayed as a family of five during Obon at the request of our eldest son, who plays soccer in high school. Although it took twice as long as usual to travel from Kumamoto to Nagasaki due to the linear rainbands, we were glad we made it safely. We had seen Nagasaki City Stadium on news footage before, but the view from the Hotel was truly extraordinary and felt surreal. We stayed in two types of rooms: an Exciting Room with direct access to stadium seats and a Deluxe Room overlooking the stadium. The difference between the two room types added variety to our stay. The Exciting Room was located on the 5th floor above the stands, making us wish we could stay there during an actual match someday. It would have been even better if we could choose from all four room types when making our Reservation. The Deluxe Room on the 11th floor was spacious with great views, including a beautiful sight of Mount Inasa. The pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and Onsen overlooking the stadium were also fantastic features. For dinner, we enjoyed Nagasaki specialties purchased at a food court while watching a laser show. Strolling around the stadium at night or in the morning felt like such a unique experience. Breakfast was crowded but offered excellent quality and generous portions; we got to enjoy many local Nagasaki dishes even early in the day. Shopping was very convenient with Nagasaki Station and Amu Plaza nearby. Since time ran out this trip and we couldn’t explore much of Nagasaki’s attractions, next time we'd love to enjoy sightseeing along with another stay here!

    It's a very enjoyable space, but...

    This was my second stay since the Hotel opened last year. It's a place where staying for at least two nights feels worthwhile. The staff, not only at the front desk but also the cleaning team, were all very pleasant. On the first night, we enjoyed an omakase kaiseki course at the Japanese restaurant on the 14th floor. The food was delicious, and we appreciated their thoughtful service. However... there was a group that seemed to be coming from a wedding after-party causing such a commotion that it echoed all the way to our restaurant at the far end of the floor. We were startled when we encountered them in front of the elevator hall! There was only one young female staff member present who noticed us and kindly guided us to an elevator, but then this noisy group barged in and continued their ruckus! It’s unreasonable to leave such a large group for just one staff member to handle alone! I felt sorry for her, and my family—who had traveled all this way to Nagasaki—was left with an unpleasant experience as well. I was shocked that not even one person in that group thought to say something like "There are other guests here..." Moreover, I am disappointed with how unprepared Hotel management seemed for such predictable behavior from an intoxicated crowd. Since this is Japan's first Hotel attached to a soccer stadium, I hope more consideration will be given towards staffing arrangements moving forward. (We were aware of weddings taking place through notices posted in Hotel elevators.)

    First Time at Nagasaki Stadium City

    Due to my husband's sudden work trip to Nagasaki, we decided to book the popular Nagasaki Stadium City Hotel. Although our stay was short, the room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and we enjoyed the onsen. Additionally, we loved experiencing the stadium's atmosphere and would love to visit again.

    Satisfaction

    I stayed in May. It was very nice as it was new. For the price of a Business Hotel, I was satisfied with the amenities, bed, and room bath. The breakfast was also delicious. However, the parking fee of 2000 yen for guests is a bit high. It might be better to make it free on days without matches or events.

    We had a wonderful time.

    We booked a room with a view of the stadium because my husband loves soccer. From the 11th-floor room, we had a great view of the field and could also see Mount Inasa right in front of us. The room was spacious with plenty of storage space, which was very convenient for our family with lots of luggage. The terrace had a table, sofa, and chairs where we could enjoy the sunset-lit stadium all to ourselves. In addition to water, there were soft drinks in the refrigerator, all complimentary, which pleasantly surprised us. The bathrobes in the room were so comfortable that I wanted to purchase one for myself. The parking lot allowed free entry and exit during our stay, which was very helpful as well. We would love to stay here again when visiting Nagasaki!

    It was the best soccer match experience!

    I stayed for one night to watch a soccer match. The room on the 12th floor had a stadium view. The Room featured separate bath and toilet, a bathtub with a washing area, a Dyson hairdryer, bathrobes and loungewear, stylish mugs and glasses in the bathroom, complimentary drinks like juice, tea, cola in the fridge along with 1L of mineral water. The large sofa was very comfortable. As a city Hotel, it was exceptional. Above all, the stadium view from the room was amazing; during nighttime matches, you could see through the roof covering 1/4 of the stadium and enjoy an unobstructed view of everything. For the first half of the match, I watched from the terrace on the lobby floor; for the second half, I enjoyed it from my room's terrace while also watching TV coverage. Since COVID-19 began and due to underlying health conditions, I have avoided attending matches at stadiums directly. However, thanks to this Hotel's setup this time around I was thrilled to watch my favorite team's game up close again! Regarding service: while there were still some formalities that felt rigid at times—efforts made towards reducing waiting times were noticeable & appreciated too! Although certain aspects like elevator placement may be unchangeable issues once inside—the atmosphere remained calm & serene throughout my stay here overall! Looking forward eagerly already toward next year or even beyond when visiting again during future matches surely becomes possible!!

    It was an extraordinary experience for soccer fans!

    I stayed at this accommodation to watch the Trinita match. It was a hotel that offered an incredible stadium experience for soccer enthusiasts! From the room, dining area, and even during transit, I could admire the majestic view of the stadium, which left me in awe throughout my stay. The exclusive access for guests to the supporter seats was particularly appealing, providing a thrilling sense of being part of the action like a player. Initially, I planned for no meals included but decided to add breakfast as an option—and it was absolutely worth it! The delicious dishes made with fresh ingredients from Nagasaki exceeded my expectations and allowed me to fully enjoy Nagasaki's gourmet offerings. Every dish was truly delightful and brought happiness right from the morning. Additionally, the guest-only pool and sauna were fantastic. Without feeling overcrowded, I could relax thoroughly in just the right atmosphere. Before I knew it, I had spent a total of four hours there because it was so comfortable. It completely refreshed both my body and mind. The room itself was impeccably clean down to every corner, including spotless water facilities that made my stay very comfortable. Next time, I'd love to try out their zipline! This stay has turned me into a big fan of this hotel. Thank you for providing such an amazing experience!

    A Hotel Full of Fun

    I had seen it since the construction phase before the stadium was completed. Although I wasn't interested in soccer, I heard that you could get a full view of the field from the hotel room, and I always wanted to stay there. I decided on a field-side room but debated whether to choose one with or without a bath. In the end, I chose a room with a bath, which turned out to be the right decision as the Onsen was quite crowded. Since there are many families with children, it may not be suitable for couples or those seeking quiet time, but it was such an amazing hotel that it felt like a waste to fall asleep.

    The mismatch between the bed frame and the mattress size is unacceptable.

    There was a mismatch between the bed frame and the size of the mattress. A caution note on the corner of the bed frame advised guests to be careful not to hit their ankles when passing by. However, structurally, the bed frame was longer and had sharp corners, making it difficult to avoid hitting my ankle even with care. As a result, even after nearly a week since returning from my trip, my ankle injury has not healed and remains painful. This was disappointing for such a new Hotel. Please consider implementing improvements.

    A short walk from Na...

    A short walk from Nagasaki Station, this is a very clean hotel. I stayed in a 9th-floor room on the stadium-facing side and enjoyed relaxing on the balcony. Unfortunately, I missed seeing the laser beam show at the stadium at night as it was canceled. The large public bath was also relaxing, and the changing room was spacious. Breakfast was very delicious. I will stay here again when visiting Nagasaki.

    Staff shortage

    The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The hallway outside the room was also wide and had a luxurious feel. The room's Dyson hairdryer and the well-stocked amenities were impressive. Even if you don't stay in a stadium-facing room, you can see the stadium from areas like the bath, pool, or front desk, which was exciting. However, there seemed to be a significant staff shortage. While the staff were friendly, check-in guidance felt minimal and resembled that of a business hotel. Breakfast buffet service was particularly challenging; it took time for staff to appear at reception, guests had to find their own seats (many tables appeared available but still had uncleaned dishes), and food at the buffet often ran out despite constant replenishment by an understaffed team that couldn't keep up with demand—resulting in long lines throughout breakfast hours. Increasing staff during breakfast would greatly improve this experience as the food itself tasted good. I stayed here for soccer viewing but found it inconvenient that I couldn't directly enter the hotel after matches; instead, I had to take quite a detour to get back inside—making me question whether being next to the stadium is truly advantageous. There was also a long line of people retrieving luggage stored at reception after matches—it seemed time-consuming enough that depending on your flight schedule, using lockers instead of leaving luggage with reception might be more practical. The large public bath's lockers used passcodes rather than keys—a thoughtful touch eliminating key-carrying concerns—but some guests accidentally locked them without remembering their codes and needed assistance from distant staff who took time arriving; one family even complained about "catching cold while waiting." Additionally, while stylishly designed overall—the high placement of bath towel shelves caused issues when lower shelves emptied as shorter women struggled reaching higher ones. Overall though—with affordable rates or during promotional campaigns—I’d consider staying at this hotel again!

    Brand-new sparkling Hotel

    The parking lot entrance might be a bit confusing, but the dedicated parking for hotel guests is conveniently close to the entrance. The front desk staff left a great impression with their friendly smiles, even when I asked questions multiple times. During check-out, since there were no other guests around, they kindly took a photo of me with the stadium in the background. The onsen reminded me of Karatsu Seaside Hotel East Wing. However, I struggled because without my reading glasses, I couldn’t read the small instructions for locking and unlocking the locker key. I ended up asking another guest for help. A large instruction sign on one of the walls would be very helpful. Unfortunately, I forgot to use the open-air bath—what a shame! The room’s private bath was compact yet pleasant; in fact, in the morning, wanting to wet my hair and relax further, I enjoyed soaking in it—a luxurious start to my day! I had booked one of the most standard rooms but found its size (over 30m²) more than sufficient. Breakfast was delicious overall; however, it was disappointing that my favorite scrambled eggs weren’t creamy enough. On a positive note though, having congee available made me happy. For dinner options: while restaurants within the hotel were quite expensive and food courts didn’t feel relaxing enough for such an occasion—I managed to find something suitable at Stadium City after some effort. Heading towards Nagasaki Station seemed like an option too but felt far by foot or inconvenient by train; it would be nice if Stadium City had more restaurant choices. This time around though—it felt like great value thanks largely due finding this plan during significant discounts!

    Perfect for staying overnight after an event.

    After the event, staying overnight was a great decision as it was pouring rain outside, but I stayed dry and could relax comfortably. Looking down from the Room, the trams and buses looked like a cute diorama. It would be nice if there were chairs in the Room and at the shoe area of the family bath.
