An Unforgettable Experience!!
This was my second stay. This time, my wish finally came true and I was able to stay on match day. I enjoyed Stadium City even before the game, then after check-in I took a break—using the pool and Onsen and relaxing in the Room while watching the pitch being prepared—before heading to the stadium. And after the match, I went straight from the stadium concourse back to my Room!! I took a long, relaxing bath while looking out over the stadium with spectators still inside. It’s an experience you can only have by staying at this Hotel. Everything was truly moving—100 out of 100. That said, I have a request to help make it even more comfortable: I’d love to have a coin laundry within the Hotel Facility. With the pool and gym—and all the sweating from watching matches—I don’t think I’m the only one who wished we could do laundry in-house. Also, this time three of us stayed in a twin Room. Amenities were prepared for three people, but only two gowns were provided in the Room, and there were drinks in the refrigerator for only two people. I wondered if that is standard. If these points are addressed, it would be 120 out of 100!! The hospitality from all staff members was also wonderful. We’ll be back!!

Thank you very much.
I stayed here to watch a soccer match, and everything was comfortable and pleasant throughout. I would love to stay again, and I appreciate your continued support. If you’re coming to watch a soccer match, I highly recommend staying here—you’ll be truly impressed.

Excellent access from the airport—we were very satisfied.
This Hotel had caught my eye ever since I started planning my trip to Nagasaki. It became a great deal on IKYU, so I changed my first night’s Accommodation at the last minute and stayed here—and it was absolutely the right choice. You can get here directly from the airport by limousine bus, and with both a bus stop and a streetcar stop nearby, getting to each sightseeing spot is very smooth. The Room was clean, and even though it was a triple, it didn’t feel cramped at all! I was disappointed that I couldn’t make a dinner Reservation, but there’s also a food court, so we enjoyed takeout while relaxing and watching the stadium. Breakfast the next morning was delicious as well, and all of the staff were kind—making for a truly enjoyable stay. At night, we could watch projection mapping in the stadium even when there wasn’t a game on, and there are plenty of activities along with the Hotel pool and facilities attached to the stadium—perfect for a family trip. Above all, my child was thrilled with the stadium view visible from the front desk. The only downside was that there is no coin laundry. I thought it would be fine for just one night, but during our stay it was extremely hot, and after enjoying sightseeing and activities we ended up with lots of laundry. Next time I’d like to do a Multiple Night Stay, so I hope you will consider adding coin laundry facilities. Thank you very much for such an enjoyable stay.

A Favorite Place
As a local resident, my family and I occasionally stay here for a “staycation.” The view from the guest rooms—of the harbor, the surrounding mountains, and above all the spacious stadium—is something you can only experience here. It was also a new discovery that the nighttime laser show feels even more powerful from the stands than from looking down from the room, with much more impactful sound and light. No matter how many times we visit, it remains one of our favorite places. The breakfast has improved as well, and you can really feel the effort being made. This time I deducted one star because I was told that both massage chairs in the relaxation area next to the men’s bath were out of order. We’ll continue to support you!

Wonderful
I requested allergy accommodations in advance. The lounge, room service, and breakfast were all prepared perfectly, and I was truly impressed by the care—beyond my expectations. I would definitely like to stay again if I have the chance!

Excellent.
I visited Nagasaki City for the first time in half a century because I wanted to stay at the soccer stadium Hotel. It was amazing to be able to see the stadium from the Hotel lobby, the breakfast venue, and the large public bath. Breakfast was delicious, with many Nagasaki specialties. On days without matches, you can sit in the seats as much as you like. I brought stadium food from the second floor and ate it in my seat. It’s wonderful that they don’t separate the stadium from the surrounding Facility areas. You can have fun without even going out beyond the Hotel and nearby Facilities—though then there’d be no point in coming all this way to Nagasaki. Today is Peace Day and also J1 opening day. I hope they fight with their hearts fired up in this stadium.

Hotel Private Parking Lot
Very hard to find. I managed to get there during the day, but at night it would be even more difficult. Without putting up a few signboards along the way, first-time visitors will almost certainly get lost.

Soccer Stadium
The soccer stadium is visible from the Room, so on match days, soccer fans will have an amazing time. A welcome drink was also provided, which was a nice service on a hot day. There were no towels prepared at the large public bath, so it would have been better if there were a few more towels in the Room. We were able to enjoy a great time with the stadium tour and zipline experience. Thank you very much.

Multiple Night Stay and Lost Items
I stayed for one night with breakfast and dinner included, and when I asked about sightseeing in Nagasaki, they recommended getting around by streetcar and kindly explained everything in detail using a handmade map. The Room overlooked the stadium, and both breakfast and dinner were very delicious, so I extended my stay for a Multiple Night Stay. After returning home, I realized I had left something behind. They handled it politely over the phone. Thank you very much.

Can’t wait to come back!
Overall, it was excellent.\nBecause it’s a Hotel attached to the stadium—almost like being inside the stadium itself—it felt like a unique, special space in a good way, and I loved it from the front desk onward.\nSince I had informed you that I would be traveling with an elderly guest, we were given a Room near the elevator, and that consideration was wonderful. Many others have already described the Room details, so I’ll omit them, but it was very comfortable.\nWhen I mentioned that this stay also celebrated my companion’s 88th birthday, we even received a message card, which truly moved us.\nWe only used the large public bath among the on-site Facilities, but overall it was easy to use. As others have noted about how to use the lockers: while a dial lock is fine in principle, the lettering is small and may be difficult for elderly guests. A simple wristband-style key might be more user-friendly.\nAlso, because it faces the stadium side and feels dark inside, it may not be ideal for elderly-only use. Compared with younger guests’ needs, I hope more consideration can be given specifically in the large public bath for elderly guests—there are also not many handrails.\nWe only used breakfast for dining; it was delicious with plenty of variety and we were very satisfied with what was offered. However, because of the long layout of the venue, those seated farthest away have quite a walk to reach the buffet. It would help if you created an additional section near the elevator (for example by adding partitions) and placed cold items there; then keep hot dishes closer to the kitchen side while arranging seating on the stadium side.\nThat said, there aren’t many Hotels like this even if they’re clean—any minor “hmm” points are outweighed by how great it is overall—and I would definitely like to stay again.\nFinally: apparently there is some kind of light-up show on the stadium side at night; I was disappointed that there was no mention of this at reception. For guests not staying on that side (and who may not notice), please provide guidance.\nAlso, our in-Room bathroom had excellent grab bars—we were delighted at first—but when we grabbed one near where shampoo and other amenities are placed (which elderly guests will naturally do), it felt slippery as if that area hadn’t been cleaned. Since this grab bar is directly above where people operate shower fixtures/faucets and elderly guests may rely on it without thinking twice، please ensure grab bars are kept clean so they don’t become slippery and cause accidents.

This has been my fav...
This has been my favorite Hotel lately, and I’ve been staying here almost every month for a Multiple Night Stay. The pricing is reasonable, and the Room, spa, and amenities are all excellent. However, I was a bit disappointed to see the snack selection in the executive lounge gradually change. The lounge is now split into two sessions, and while the afternoon petit cakes are cute and enjoyable to look at, it was disappointing that the hot snacks previously offered (such as gratin, pizza, shumai), along with hors d’oeuvres like escabeche and light pinchos-style snacks that pair well with drinks, have disappeared—leaving mostly bread items. The cheese and prosciutto were good, but I would be happy if you could reconsider the overall selection. I stayed at Hilton the day before and used their executive lounge; the quality of their liquors, wine selection, hot dishes, and breakfast offerings was noticeably better. Also regarding refrigerator supplies during a Multiple Night Stay: they had improved last time, but they seem to have changed again this time—so I would appreciate it if this could be addressed as well. The main reason I choose a suite is being able to use the executive lounge at any time. This is one of my favorite places, so I hope you can continue to deliver that “wow” feeling whenever I visit.

It was a wonderful Hotel.
Everything was excellent, including the location, Facility, and breakfast buffet. If I had to mention one thing, breakfast was assigned by time slot, so it got crowded and we ended up waiting. If that is improved, everything will be perfect.

Spacious Room!
We stayed in one Room for four people, and even with four beds there was still an incredible amount of space! It was really helpful to be able to open our suitcases comfortably. The Facility still feels quite new, and the amenities in the large public bath were high quality, making it very comfortable. It’s also about a 10-minute walk to Nagasaki Station, so the location is very convenient. One thing to note: the road in front of the Hotel and the entrance to the parking area are very hard to find. If you take a wrong turn, you may end up on a one-way street, so please be careful if you’re driving or arriving directly by taxi from out of town. Local city taxis seemed familiar with it.

I’m a returning guest.
This was our fourth stay. It’s our favorite Hotel lately—so much so that we think, “We want to come back!” even from Tokyo—and we always book a Multiple Night Stay. This time we stayed for three nights in the same suite Room as usual, and it never felt repetitive at all. Our family loves traveling, and we spend over 40 nights a year on the road, both overseas and within Japan. Our travel style is not so much sightseeing; the purpose of our trips is to “stay” at the Hotel itself. This 13th-floor suite Room, the lounge, amenities, and spa are all highly satisfying in terms of facilities, but what truly defines a Hotel is the human service. The lounge staff are always welcoming with wonderful smiles—polite and courteous, yet lively and comfortably friendly—which leaves a great impression every time. Seeing familiar staff members has also become one of our pleasures. We stayed for three nights in April, and we’re planning to return again in June.

Looks good.
Each time I return to my hometown of Nagasaki, it feels like it’s changing. I found myself wondering whether such a large, urban-style Facility really fits a small city, but I decided to stay here when I visited home with my daughter for the first time in a while. The city view from the Room, and the scenery beyond the stadium—such as Mt. Inasa— made me appreciate how this place highlights what’s great about my hometown while adding fresh views and color. It was a wonderful Facility. My stay was on a weekday, so it was very calm and quiet. On checkout day, there was Yuzu’s live concert at the arena in the afternoon, a soccer match at the stadium, and even a wedding at the Hotel—so many events that made for a lively weekend atmosphere. It made me happy to think that this contrast brings energy to Nagasaki. The Room was clean and lovely, and I had a very comfortable stay. Next time, I’d like to visit again with my parents and family who haven’t stayed here yet. Thank you very much.

Mother’s Day Family Trip
We stayed for one night on a family trip for Mother’s Day. Our Room had a city-view, with lovely interior design. By the window there was a bench-style seat, so we could relax and enjoy tea while looking out at Mt. Inasa. Most of the amenities we needed were provided. The pajamas were comfortable, and I liked the firmness of the bed, so our stay was very pleasant. We used the large public bath, so we didn’t use it, but the bathroom in the Room was spacious and separated from the toilet. Breakfast offered such a wide variety and great flavors that you wouldn’t get tired of it even after staying two nights or more—especially the pork shabu-shabu prepared by the chef, which was outstanding. You can enjoy stadium views from many areas of the Hotel, and the fresh morning view from the breakfast venue was also wonderful. I would like to give this Hotel a 5-star rating including staff service. Overall everything was kept very clean; however, it was disappointing to find dirt buildup in one corner of the toilet floor in our Room. Since this is still a new Hotel, I believe that with thorough cleaning it can remain a wonderful Hotel that won’t feel outdated even after 10 years. We had a great time and would love to stay again as a family. Thank you very much.

A spacious Room for a relaxing stay
The street-side Room offered a beautiful, terraced night view unique to Nagasaki throughout the night, and in the morning we were moved by the wonderful sunrise rising over the mountains. The Room was also spacious, and we were able to relax comfortably. One point for improvement: when I asked the front desk about the bus stop for Nagasaki Airport, even though Zeniza-machi bus stop is right in front of the Hotel, I was instead directed to COCOWALK, which takes about a 20-minute walk. They even marked it on a map and circled times on the timetable. The verbal directions also took us on a longer route. I later asked someone who guided me to the bus stop while walking, and they said many guests ask about it because the Hotel’s map is incorrect. Please correct the map and guide guests to Zeniza-machi bus stop right in front of the Hotel, which is about 20 minutes closer than COCOWALK. There are plenty of seats available from here as well, so this should be standard guidance. Most guests have heavy luggage, so please fix this immediately. It caused significant inconvenience—if I had just checked on my phone instead of asking at the front desk, I could have avoided this. If possible, I would like to know why guests are told that such a far bus stop is “nearby.” It was a female staff member who assisted me.

Stayed the night before to join the Gunkanjima cruise.
We stayed for one night to board a cruise ship. First, it was especially helpful on a rainy day that we could take a direct airport bus from Nagasaki Airport to right in front of the Hotel. The next morning, it took about 20 minutes total to reach the cruise terminal with just one tram ride from in front of the Hotel—excellent access. Since it opened last year, all the Facilities are brand-new and really uplifting. We were told it was fully booked the previous day due to a soccer match, but on our day it was very quiet, and we had the pool and sauna almost entirely to ourselves. The massage chairs in the relaxation area overlooking the stadium after a bath were amazing! The changing room had everything you could want—water, a swimsuit spin dryer, Dyson hair dryers, and more. The staff at the front desk and breakfast venue were all very friendly, and you can tell they are well trained. We would definitely stay again if we have another chance!

Wonderful facilities
Located within the large-scale complex Nagasaki Stadium City, it offered an outstanding location with a close-up view of the soccer field. Breakfast was, in my opinion, the best among hotels in Nagasaki. The Room was very clean and comfortable. The amenities were well stocked, and the complimentary water service was excellent.

New and clean
Overall, it offers excellent value for money. I was happy that the drinks in the refrigerator were in easy-to-carry plastic bottles. You can see the stadium from both the pool and the bath. Towels and bath towels are provided at the pool, there is a spin dryer, and it connects directly to the bath area, making everything very convenient to use. I also appreciated that regular mowing and cleaning of the stadium seemed like a meaningful contribution to the team.

I stayed for two nig...
I stayed for two nights in a City View Suite. Perhaps because there was no soccer match during my stay, I was able to book at a relatively reasonable rate. Below are the points I liked and the points that concerned me. [What I liked] - The Room was new and functional, and the cleaning was flawless. - The large public bath and pool were relatively quiet and comfortable. - Breakfast was very delicious, with many local specialties. [What concerned me] - The lounge was quiet and very comfortable, but outside breakfast hours the food selection (beyond drinks) was limited, with almost no snacks. I would have appreciated a better selection. - I had heard that suite Reservers could check in at the lounge, but I wasn’t able to go directly there and instead lined up at the front desk with everyone else. When a staff member passed by, I asked whether check-in should be at the lounge; they seemed flustered, then another staff member came out from the back and escorted me. This happens occasionally at other hotels as well, but I’d like them to have one staff member stationed near the elevators to guide guests. - Parking was 2,000 yen per night (parking allowed until 12:00 after checkout), so I paid in advance; however, when I exited around 11:15, I was charged an additional 300 yen. It was pouring rain, and going back to complain over 300 yen felt petty, so I left as is—but it didn’t feel good. Whether it was a machine error or a processing mistake by staff, this is something they should be careful about. Overall it’s a recommended Hotel, but the staff didn’t feel friendly and generally gave off a rather gloomy impression—that part stood out to me.

Very clean!
Everything was very clean, both the Room and the Facility, perhaps because it is still new. The lounge food was also delicious. If I had to say, the breakfast selection was a bit limited, but it was fine since we could enjoy it at a relaxed pace in the lounge. It was also nice that it was on the same floor as our guest Room. In the city-view Room, the noise from passing bullet trains and traffic outside was quite loud. A stadium-side Room might be better. My child loved the pool. I would like to stay again if I have another opportunity.

It was new and comfortable.
We stayed for a Multiple Night Stay for our child’s entrance exams. This is a unique type of Hotel attached to a stadium. We didn’t dine in the Hotel, but we used the shops inside the stadium and were very satisfied. The Room facilities were easy to use, and we had a comfortable stay. The large public bath was spacious and clean, and we used it on both days. We would like to stay here again when we visit Nagasaki. Thank you very much.

Recommended Hotel
I made a Reservation at this Hotel for my son, who loves soccer. It was surprisingly affordable for a three-day holiday, and the Facility was new and very well maintained, so I had a truly comfortable stay. I also used the lounge; it was quiet, and the items provided were carefully selected, which I really appreciated. The staff still seemed a bit inexperienced, but many were young and worked hard to assist us, which left a good impression. If this Hotel were on Honshu, I would want to stay here again and again. I would like to use it again if I have another chance to visit Nagasaki. Pros - New Facility and very clean - Wonderful view from the Room (stadium view) - L’OCCITANE amenities - A 24-hour convenience store nearby Cons / Points to note - A little far from the station - The breakfast buffet is average—neither particularly good nor bad - No towels in the large public bath; you need to bring them from your Room
- 4.67長崎のねこ게시일: 2026. 2. 25.
Wonderful Hotel
The Room was clean, and everyone at the Hotel was kind, which made our stay very pleasant. Breakfast also had a wide variety of options, and we were very satisfied. The only downside was that the bath towels were too large, and there were no smaller towels provided in the Room for use in the public bath.

We stayed here with four close couples.
We stayed for a Multiple Night Stay because we wanted to go to the Lantern Festival. The Hotel was very nice, but the Room we chose to save money was, as expected, a bit small and it made everyone laugh. We should have chosen a slightly larger Room (lol). Still, we were impressed by the laser show we could see from the Room. Of course, we didn’t just enjoy the Lantern Festival—we also walked around various parts of the city. I wish there had been one more towel per person—even a small towel would have been fine. When I took one to the bath, I didn’t have a face towel to use the next day. Also, we ran out of water and asked for extra. Thank you. The Inasayama sightseeing bus stops at various hotels as departure points, so I wish it had stopped at this Hotel as well. It was disappointing that we had to walk to and from another Hotel one stop away. Also, some of the locker keys in the bath area no longer locked properly. I think it would be good to check them. Overall we were very satisfied; these are why I’m giving 4 stars. Some of us couples are already saying we’d like to come again next year—it was that satisfying of a trip.
