The facility is excellent, but there is much room for improvement in hospitality.

The asset itself is excellent, but there are several complaints. It seems to be due to unfamiliarity with operations during peak periods. 1. Regarding the restaurant on the 7th floor: Although I called from my room to make a reservation, the accommodation discount for guests was not applied or even mentioned. When I inquired the next day, I was told that the menu differs from regular pricing and refunds cannot be issued since meals were already served. I understand that, but if that's the case, isn't it misleading for the front desk to display "5,500 yen → 4,500 yen for guests"? It should correctly state that there is a special menu at a discounted price for guests. That said, even at 5,500 yen it was delicious and had good volume—but that's not the point here. Improvement is needed. 2. Handling of multiple night stays: Since I made separate reservations by mistake and had to change rooms despite staying multiple nights, I understand it became complicated; however, on my second day no breakfast ticket was provided until I inquired about it myself. On top of that, they said only 6:30 or 9:00 slots were available as others were fully booked. While I originally planned for before 9:00 so this worked out fine—it’s still not ideal hospitality-wise and needs improvement. 3. Breakfast service: There weren’t enough plates available and many dishes ran out frequently—indicating unfamiliarity with breakfast operations during busy periods which left an underwhelming impression overall. Personally speaking—on match days—I think prices could be raised further without issue (though perhaps tougher in J2?). If promoted back into J1 league charging up to 1.5x higher rates would likely fill rooms while enabling better customer service investment too! However current pricing attracts many families leading sometimes questionable manners among guests—a tricky balance indeed requiring thoughtful solutions akin perhaps towards Japanet-style improvements? Despite these issues though—the total asset including stadium remains truly one-of-a-kind making revisits inevitable! Surely opportunities exist creating systems encouraging greater spending potential overall?
