    I was very satisfied.

    We were delighted to be upgraded to a higher-grade Room than the one we originally booked. The buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, and we ended up eating too much! The Room was clean, well-equipped with amenities, and provided a relaxing stay. From the balcony, we could see the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge beautifully lit up from evening to night. Stella and Ran, the orcas, were adorable as well. We look forward to visiting again next year!

    A wonderful Hotel.

    I stayed with my mother. The staff kindly assisted my mother, who has difficulty walking, and offered their help. Everyone on the staff was very kind and attentive, making our stay very comfortable. The hotel was very clean, and the meals were absolutely delicious—we were extremely satisfied. I would definitely like to stay here again!

    Hotel I want to visit again

    Located right next to Suma Sea World, it was very convenient. The front staff were all very friendly and welcoming with their smiles, which made the stay pleasant. The Room was equipped with a separate bath with a washing area and toilet, making it easy to use. It would have been better if the table in front of the sofa was slightly larger. Both dinner and breakfast were leisurely enjoyed, accompanied by beautiful views from the window. We relished a variety of delicious dishes without having to wait in line, especially enjoying the seafood cuisine. One slight disappointment was that we couldn't participate in the morning orca viewing due to insufficient time before check-out. Thanks to the bright, energetic, and kind young staff members, it turned out to be a wonderful trip!

    Recommended for all generations

    Still new and very clean! We stayed in the Sea World Aqua room, which features an aquarium, and our son, who loves marine life, was thrilled. He enjoyed watching the fish while relaxing in the living room or soaking in the bath. From the balcony, we could see dolphins in the on-site pool and a beautiful beach right in front of us—such extraordinary views were truly refreshing. The abundance of power outlets was also a plus. The meals were absolutely delicious, satisfying even for adults. If there’s one downside, it would be the lack of room service—we would have loved to enjoy a meal leisurely in that amazing room! Perhaps because it’s a newer hotel, I felt that service quality wasn’t quite at par with top-tier hotels in Tokyo yet—but I see this as potential for growth and look forward to improvements! For families with kids who love animals, this accommodation offers an exceptional experience. We definitely plan to visit again!

    All rooms offer ocea...

    All rooms offer ocean views, and you can even watch dolphins from the balcony—a wonderful hotel. The live-cooked meals were incredibly delicious. The nearby aquarium allowed for close interaction with marine life and was very enjoyable at a relaxed pace. I would love to stay here again when visiting Kobe. It would be great if the checkout time could be around 11:00 instead of 10:00.

    47th Wedding Anniversary

    I was born and raised in Kobe, so I often visited Suma Aquarium as a child. This time, I visited for the first time since it became Suma Sea World. The dolphin show and orca show were very enjoyable. When we checked in after 3 PM, our room was ocean-view, and we could see dolphins from the balcony, which was very soothing. What impressed me the most was the meal at the restaurant. The sushi, steak, shrimp with mayonnaise—everything was truly delicious. Although it's close enough for a day trip, we decided to stay overnight at the hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary. In the morning, we enjoyed a walk along the beach and watched both the dolphin and orca shows twice each—it made us feel that staying overnight was absolutely worth it. When I told my daughter about it, she said she wanted to go too, so we've made another reservation. Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience!

    Hair found in buffet dishes

    When opening the food warmer lid, I found a strand of hair stuck to the rolled omelet. I informed the staff, but they did not replace it immediately, and I felt their response was not very satisfactory.

    It was a very nice Hotel.

    The staff's smiles were wonderful. The meals were delicious and satisfying—absolutely perfect. Although we are seniors, we appreciated the thoughtful arrangements during the night tour walk and morning orca stroll, which allowed us to participate comfortably. We will definitely use your services again!

    First Time in Suma

    It was a very beautiful hotel. However, there were no gym, lounge, or shops. There was no onsen either, so it felt boring. It just felt like a clean and expensive business hotel. I was surprised that even though it is located far from the city, parking for guests still cost 3,000 yen.

    Relax with dolphins

    The Room offered a relaxing view of the dolphins in the pool below. The sea was also visible from the Room, and everything was clean and well-maintained, making it a perfect Hotel for a leisurely stay. The meals were delicious! However, the loud sound of the air conditioner startled me a bit (・・;). As an official Hotel, early entry was possible, but I felt there could be more priority spots for viewing shows without waiting in line.

    They accommodated sudden requests.

    This was my first time using this accommodation. It was my partner's birthday that day, and I hadn't reserved a cake in advance. When I asked at the reception if anything could be done, they kindly prepared a plate for us during dinner on short notice. Both my partner and I were very happy, and we are truly grateful to all the staff. Additionally, although it comes with an extra charge to the accommodation fee, I highly recommend the exclusive nighttime aquarium experience for guests. If you have the chance to stay here, please consider participating! I deeply appreciate the warm hospitality of all the staff this time and look forward to staying again in the future.

    We stayed as a group of 11, including children and family members.

    The hotel is new and clean, designed with children in mind due to its aquarium theme, making it very popular among families with kids. Hotel guests enjoyed the morning walk of the orcas, which was a delightful experience. The meals offered a wide variety that left the children very satisfied. However, some adults felt it was slightly lacking, but this might be understandable given the focus on children. There were significant complaints about the hotel parking. Arriving after 2 PM and staying until noon the next day cost 3,000 yen, which felt inconvenient as guests had to interrupt their visit to the aquarium for parking adjustments. Additionally, an extra two hours cost 1,900 yen. The high cost of using hotel parking made it seem not worth it; some improvements would be appreciated in this area.

    The room was clean, ...

    The room was clean, the bath was a view bath and lovely, the closet was spacious and comfortable, and we were very satisfied with our stay, being soothed by the dolphins visible from the balcony. Although Sea World was quite crowded at the end of the year, it was very convenient to be able to enter multiple times through the entrance for hotel guests and to purchase reserved seats for performances. There was a wait for dinner, but it was delicious. We would like to stay again if we have the chance.

    Elevator at the time of check-out

    Stayed for one night from New Year's Eve. Since it is a new hotel, the room was clean, the food was delicious, and we had a comfortable stay. All rooms face south, so the children were looking forward to seeing the first sunrise of the year from the room's balcony... but unfortunately, it was completely blocked by a building adjacent to the hotel. Also, we waited about 20 minutes for the elevator during checkout. It might be necessary to stagger the checkout times for each floor a bit, or have staff guide the number of people who can board the elevator on each floor.

    Celebrate your birthday at Suma Sea World Hotel!!

    We stayed here for the first time as my child wanted to visit Suma Sea World for their birthday celebration. From the Room, we could see dolphins at any time, which was truly soothing just to watch. The amenities and Facilities were well-equipped, allowing us to enjoy a relaxing stay. It became a wonderful birthday memory, and we are very happy about it.

    First Trip with Grandchild

    Originally, my husband and I planned to visit Kanazawa, but since my son-in-law had a business trip, my daughter and grandchild stayed home. Three days before departure, we quickly made a reservation at this hotel. My grandchild was thrilled to see dolphins from the balcony. Watching our grandchild enjoy themselves made our trip even more delightful as a couple. The restaurant's buffet featured various Kobe ingredients; while the selection wasn't extensive, everything was delicious. The room was new, very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Although it was cold at the aquarium, both the orca show and dolphin show were incredibly enjoyable. Despite being a weekday and quite crowded, we thoroughly enjoyed both shows. We hope to visit again during a warmer season!

    The design and theme of the Room are interesting, but being by the seaside, the texture might feel a bit lacking. It’s enjoyable to watch the tropical fish in the large aquarium in the Room and dolphins in the pool below. The buffet is average. Children were delighted, so overall satisfaction is quite high.

    I would like to use it again.

    It was convenient to receive the SeaWorld admission ticket before check-in and leave our luggage to explore SeaWorld. The Room was spacious and easy to use, and the view from the balcony was excellent, with a view of the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge. The meals were buffet-style, but many dishes were served by the chef at the counter, and the seasoning was good and delicious. The best part was being able to observe the orcas in the morning before SeaWorld opened, which made for an enjoyable time.

    I had an enjoyable stay. The performances by the orcas and dolphins were impressive and provided a very entertaining experience. Both dinner and breakfast were buffets, but the food was delicious with a wide variety of options. I would like to use the service again in the future, but I have a small request: since there are many wonderful sights and attractions to visit in the surrounding area, not just SeaWorld, it would be great if there were a Plan with a slightly reduced accommodation price that does not include the SeaWorld admission ticket.

    I was soothed by the dolphins.

    Although it is a day-trip distance from Osaka to Suma, we decided to stay here because we wanted to fully enjoy Sea World. It was a great decision! The hotel itself was new, clean, and pleasant, and we could always see dolphins swimming in the pool. Both dinner and breakfast were buffets, with a wide variety of delicious dishes. The decorations were also creative and visually enjoyable. Most importantly, the hotel guest ticket allowed unlimited entry and exit to Sea World. With a regular ticket, you couldn't re-enter once you left, so this was a significant advantage. In fact, the restaurants inside Sea World were quite crowded, so we were able to leave, eat outside, re-enter, and return to the aquarium, making efficient use of our time. It was a bit disappointing that there was no onsen, but we were able to relax in a clean bath with a washing area, so it was fine. Overall, it was a lot of fun!!

    Hotel with a good view

    I stayed with a friend. You can see the sea and dolphins in the fish pen from the room, which is soothing. The room is clean, and the bathtub in the bathroom is a bit deep, so it's pleasant to fill it with water and soak in it. The meals were buffet-style in the morning and evening, and everything was delicious, including local dishes. There is also a kids' menu, which I thought was great for families with children. The stay included aquarium tickets, and you could enter through a guest-only gate. Although there is a fee, you can also make reservations for shows at the hotel, so it was really nice to arrive just before the show started and get a good seat. There are few aquariums where you can see an orca show, so if you go, you should definitely see it. It was a lot of fun. Thank you very much.

    A hotel close to the new sea and aquarium.

    It is located in a convenient place close to the sea and Suma Aquarium, having been open for only a few months. I was surprised by the long line at the buffet, but other than that, I was able to spend my time comfortably and without stress.

    You can see dolphins...

    You can see dolphins from the balcony at any time. It was great to see both the yacht harbor and the sea. The food was delicious, and my elderly mother was pleased. I would like to stay again.

    I was able to enjoy the aquarium in a luxurious way with a two-day ticket, the ability to make a reservation for reserved seats if available, and access to the entrance and exit. From the balcony of the room, I could always see dolphins swimming in the pool, and dining on the terrace while watching the dolphins was truly extraordinary and wonderful. As mentioned in the reviews, the meals offered a wide variety of dishes, each stylish and delicious. I thought it might be slightly over budget, but considering the included tickets, room comfort, and meal quality, it was worth it. I really had a great time. Next time, I definitely want to stay in the summer if there is availability.

    The dolphin pool was wonderful.

    The Dolphin Pool view from the Room made me want to keep watching forever. The meals were healthy and delicious, and I was satisfied. It was nice to have free access to Sea World. The bathtub in the Room was spacious, but it was disappointing that there was no spa despite the ocean view.

    A hotel you'll want to stay at again

    Luggage storage was available from arrival to after departure, which was helpful. The meals were buffet-style, but both breakfast and dinner were delicious and satisfying. The Room had a dolphin pool spread out below, and during our stay, we enjoyed watching it from the balcony. The balcony had chairs and a table, making it the perfect Room to enjoy the sea and dolphins during good weather. It was a bit disappointing that the Hotel didn't have a café corner or souvenir shop, but thank you for the wonderful two days.

    I want to see orcas!

    Decided on a trip with just one word: "I want to see the orcas!" Hotel guests can enter and exit through a special gate, making it convenient. Meal times cannot be reserved, but you can ask at the front desk for available times to reduce waiting. The variety of meal choices was great. The only disappointing point was the lack of a shower cap, which was inconvenient for someone with short hair like me. The staff were all kind, making it an enjoyable trip. Thank you.

    If we refine our services, we can become the best Hotel.

    I stayed in a Premier Twin Room. The room was new and clean, with a spacious terrace and bath, making it very convenient. The amenities were fitting for a premier room, with high-quality items provided. The meals, both breakfast and dinner, were surprisingly high in quality and very satisfying. However, I was concerned that all the staff seemed to be student part-timers. Although each of them was doing their best, it felt like there was no clear assignment of responsibilities. Was there no person in charge? The explanations about the rooms, facilities, and activities were insufficient. For example, I wasn't informed that I could reserve seats for the aquarium show, and I only found out from someone else's blog at night, prompting me to inquire. Even then, the guidance was inadequate, and I only learned about the fees the next day when exchanging tickets. I also found out about the rooftop terrace just before checking out. If the guidance is inconsistent, it might be helpful to compile all available activities, services, and facilities on a paper and hand it out. The parking lot requires a prior reservation and costs 3,000 yen, but the guidance was insufficient. There was no one at the car stop or entrance, and I didn't know where to park. When I went to call someone, despite there being many staff, no one came out from the front desk, and there was an atmosphere of "Who should go?" Paying over 100,000 yen for one night and receiving this level of service was very disappointing. The facility itself is quite good, so I thought it could become a great hotel if the staff underwent training by staying at a proper hotel.
