Kobe Suma Sea World Hotel

The other day, my family and I stayed at Suma Sea World Hotel. My elderly mother said she wanted to visit the newly renovated Suma aquarium but couldn’t walk anymore, so I made a Reservation at the Hotel to celebrate her birthday while she’s still feeling well. Since I requested a wheelchair when making the online Reservation, everything went very smoothly. The front desk staff and restaurant team were all kind and sincere, which made our stay truly comfortable. The restaurant meals were buffet-style, and every dish was delicious and beautifully presented. The view from our Room balcony was wonderful, and just watching the dolphins swimming in the pool was so relaxing. I had reserved a birthday cake via Room service in advance, but forgot to request a message card—thank you for leaving such a lovely card in our Room anyway. The cake with the large orca message cookie was also delicious. My mother was very happy as well. If we have another chance, we would like to make a Reservation again.

I stayed with my husband for my birthday and had such a wonderful time, filled with gratitude for the staff’s warm, natural smiles and cheerful voices. The Room was spotless, and I was thrilled to see the Dolphin Lagoon directly below from the balcony! Both the buffet-style dinner and breakfast were beautifully presented and absolutely delicious—I was truly impressed. And here again, everyone was so kind (I especially remember the live kitchen staff greeting me with a smile; I was moved by how gentle and thoughtful everyone was). It was such a comforting stay that I’d love to visit again and again. I also watched the SeaWorld dolphin and orca shows three times each—tears in my eyes every time. It was a performance full of love and emotion that I want to brag about to people all over the world! At both the Hotel and SeaWorld, I could really feel how sincerely hard-working and attentive all the staff were, which made everything even more pleasant. Thank you very much! Lastly, when making my Reservation I had requested—“if possible”—a high-floor Room, and I was so happy that you remembered and made it happen.
