I’d definitely stay here again.
We stayed in a Japanese-Western style Room with access to the executive lounge. The Room was flawless, and we had a very comfortable stay. We stayed for three nights (Multiple Night Stay), and housekeeping was basically not provided unless requested. That system was great because we didn’t have to worry about someone entering the Room while we were out. If you leave used towels, pajamas, and trash in the hallway, they will collect them and replenish fresh items. Some Reviews mention that having only three elevators causes extreme congestion, but it seemed like two additional elevators had been added, making a total of five available, so it wasn’t particularly stressful. We only used the breakfast buffet. It wasn’t the “one perfect signature dish” type; rather, it felt like a safe, well-rounded selection with strength in variety. For the large public bath, you have to bring towels from your Room, and there is no facial cleanser in the bathing area—so amenities get -1. It gets extremely crowded around 9:00 PM when the pool closes, so be aware. We used the pool from early afternoon, but perhaps because of Okinawa’s sun warming it up, it felt more like lukewarm bathwater and didn’t feel refreshing—so -1. The floating water obstacle course has fewer usable time slots than expected due to tides/wind and fitting it into your schedule, so if that’s your main purpose for visiting, I recommend checking with the Hotel in advance. There were some minor points that stood out to us here and there, but overall we had a fun and comfortable stay every day. Even though it was during peak summer vacation season (a busy period), we never felt worn out by crowds. If we go to Okinawa again, we’d love to return!

I would stay again, but…
Stayed again this year to use the pool. As before, there was a very long line at check-in and not enough staff. There also aren’t enough elevators, so we often had to use the stairs, and the step in the guest room felt unsafe. Honestly, it can be stressful at times, but as long as that pool is there, I’ll keep coming back. The meals were satisfying as well. Improving the Facility may be difficult, but I do hope you can increase staffing.

I’m satisfied.
The lazy river pool and water slides are very popular with children. Excellent value for money at this price. However, I would have liked bath towels to be provided in the large public bath.

To make your stay even more comfortable.
We stayed for two nights as two families. The Facility was very clean, and all the staff were consistently kind and helpful. It was also great that there was daily entertainment such as Eisa performances and fireworks, along with plenty of activities the kids could enjoy. That said, I’d like to share a few points where we felt, “It would be even more comfortable if this were improved!” 1) Please add shelves or lockers by the poolside where guests can place their belongings. Since there’s nowhere to put bags, many people spread their things out on the loungers to reserve space, so hardly anyone was actually relaxing on them. 2) Most guests use the pool, but there is nowhere in the Room to hang wet swimsuits or clothes. It would help to provide a drying rack, or at least install a drying bar in the bathroom where hangers can be used. Also, it would be great to have a swimsuit spin dryer either by the poolside or near the large public bath. 3) The changing area lockers in the bath have doors but cannot be locked, and you have to open them to see whether they’re available—an unusual setup. There is a valuables box near where you remove your shoes, but its key is attached to a regular keychain rather than something you can wear on your wrist, so you can’t bring it into the bath and end up having no choice but to leave it in an unlocked locker—this raised security concerns for us. 4) With the all-inclusive plan, drinks (beer and juice) and snacks (nuts and chocolate) are served at set times in the lounge next to the first-floor lobby. However, everything is packed into a small area so it gets extremely crowded. Please consider splitting service into two or three stations, or offering sweets individually wrapped / pre-portioned instead of buffet-style so they’re easier to pick up and congestion is reduced. 5) Please lower the temperature of both the pool(s) and cold bath slightly. Both pools—the main pool and lazy river—were not just lukewarm but actually hot. The cold bath in the large public bath also felt around 30°C. I’ve mentioned quite a few things, but overall we made wonderful memories here. Thank you very much.

Perfect for families with children
We stayed for two nights in late July. We had a blast at the pool and the beach, and the breakfast and dinner buffets offered great variety—both my child and I were very satisfied. We had planned to do more sightseeing nearby, but it was so comfortable that we ended up spending almost the entire two days inside the Hotel. Both at the pool and on the beach, there were plenty of lifeguards who watched attentively, so even with a small child we felt safe letting them play. The service was also very polite. The poolside bar and lounge snacks were great as well. The only downside was that there were almost no available pool umbrellas. On the middle day of our Multiple Night Stay, we swam from morning and then relaxed in the large public bath starting at 3:00 PM. It was amazing to have an open-air panoramic bath with blue skies all to ourselves. While bathing, we dried our swimsuits in the coin laundry to get ready for the night pool. This time we also added a snorkeling activity. The spot was only a short distance from the beach, yet we could see lots of fish up close—very satisfying. Our Superior Room was spacious, modern, and comfortable, but it was frustrating that elevators took a long time (both cars passed by full). During high season, I think it’s worth paying a bit extra to stay on an executive floor. Still, even though it was extremely busy during summer vacation season, thanks to the huge banquet space we didn’t have to wait too long for meals, which really helped.

Family Trip
The pool was truly fun. Pool tickets are picked up in the lobby every day, but no one asks for a Room number, and even when getting towels they don’t ask either, so it felt like people could use the pool even without staying at the hotel. Saving seats at the pool is like a competition. If so, I’d like you to make it reservable. The high-floor lounge was excellent, but only one of the three elevators can be used by high-floor guests. I would prefer an elevator that is restricted to high-floor guests only—something that won’t operate unless you tap your key card. You also need to tap a key card to enter the lounge, but when sharing an elevator, the first person taps and then everyone enters as-is, so I think security there should be stricter. The lounge was great, but since the offerings were exactly the same every day, I wanted the drinks and food to change daily. I stayed for a family trip while pregnant before giving birth. I was shocked that there was no parking designated for pregnant guests. There are too few coin laundry machines compared with the number of Rooms, and it became competitive as well; I think you should reconsider things such as separating usage by floor level and improving convenience. Overall, we were satisfied. I hope these points will be improved.

Unfortunately, it feels cheap.
The pool was large and very enjoyable. Due to a setup error, we couldn’t access the lounge. Despite the property’s size and the large number of rooms, there were only three elevators, which led to long waits. The low ceilings also made it feel hot and stuffy, and the food quality was not satisfactory. I hope you will benchmark other hotels and improve your brand image.

The elevator wait times were long, so I’d like to see more elevators added. The all-you-can-eat snacks and drinks were delicious and great. Above all, the water slide and floating obstacle course were a lot of fun, and the kids were very satisfied.

Noisy
The Room, hallways, pool, and dining areas were all noisy, with children shouting and running around while their parents did not correct them.

The entire Hotel was clean and stylish, the Room was spacious, and the lounge snacks were wonderful! The pool had an impressive water slide, and the private beach was amazing!! All of the staff were kind and truly excellent! I’ve visited Grand Mercure in Ise City, Mie Prefecture before, but the service here was completely different—in a great way!!! We stayed for 2 nights this year, but next year we’d like to stay for 4 nights!

Zanpa Cape Resort Accommodation
We had a very fulfilling three-day stay. However, we felt that at check-in you should explain in advance that there may be a wait at breakfast, that Reservations are required, and that the floating water obstacle course has limited capacity and fixed time slots. Because it was stated at the time of booking the Hotel that guests could use the floating water obstacle course, we went there expecting to participate, but it was already full for our time slot. Our child ended up crying hard, and it became a sad memory. It was really disappointing to miss out on such an option. Precisely because this is such a well-known and great Hotel, it felt like a missed opportunity—but we still had an enjoyable stay overall. We would like to stay again if we have the chance.

This is my second stay.
I stayed here for the second time, aiming for just after the rainy season ended. It was a 3-night, 4-day stay over a weekend, and it was quite busy. For families with children who mainly want to enjoy the pool and the beach, I think this Accommodation is a great fit. Since it was peak season, the Room cleaning felt a bit lacking—for example, there was trash under the bed. If you choose no housekeeping during your stay, you receive a ¥500 voucher per day. We chose a Plan with both dinner and breakfast included, and both meals had an excellent variety. We stayed multiple days, but it seemed there wasn’t much change in the menu overall. Also, unless you go right when breakfast opens, there was usually a wait. And although it’s quite a large Hotel, there are only three elevators, so they were crowded and we often had to wait. This isn’t really related to evaluating the Hotel itself, but since it’s relatively affordable, some guests’ behavior felt poor… People loudly complaining while waiting for elevators. It also seemed like some parents let preschool-aged children enter the pool alone while they relaxed with drinks poolside; at one point a child fell off an inflatable ring and nearly drowned… things like that happened during our stay. That said—despite everything I’ve written—the executive lounge offered Moët & Chandon and Zanpa Premium during night time, and because it’s all-inclusive there were almost no out-of-pocket expenses beyond the accommodation cost, so it felt like very good value. If you’re going mainly for the pool or beach I would visit again; in the off-season I’d probably choose another Accommodation.

Dissatisfied
I think the balance between the breakfast venue capacity and the number of guests is far too poor. At 8:00, there were 68 parties waiting—extremely stressful. The performance is terrible; you should set time slots or something. We had a Multiple Night Stay, but the food was almost exactly the same every day, which was very disappointing. There was a discarded paper cup left by someone next to the elevator, and it was still in the same place the next day—my small child almost picked it up. It’s unhygienic. Don’t you do cleaning patrols? For guests who don’t need Room cleaning, we were told to put the trash bin and towels outside the Room. When we did that, our door locked automatically, and even after contacting the front desk we were kept waiting for over 10 minutes. I was lightly dressed and felt embarrassed. This Okinawa trip is starting to feel like it will become a very bad memory.

It was absolutely terrible...
What I liked: We were able to enjoy pool and beach activities with our child. What I didn’t like: - We stayed on the Executive Floor, but there were almost no amenities in the Room. The public bath was far too crowded, so we used the in-room bath instead, but there weren’t even cotton swabs, which was inconvenient. The tea bags provided were wrinkled and bent and clearly felt reused. When I picked up the bathroom cup, there was hair on the tray it had been placed on, which made it feel unhygienic. - When I tried to complete check-in procedures before 3:00 p.m., I was told to wait. They let me through only after I stated that we were staying on the Executive Floor, but I think staff should have confirmed this themselves. - During check-in, check-out, and throughout our stay, the front desk staff did not understand what we meant and we couldn’t get the answers we needed. All staff who assisted us were foreigners; that in itself is fine, but since this is Japan, at minimum Japanese should be spoken without issue at the front desk—or a Japanese staff member should always be available to support. There was also almost no explanation at check-in; we had to look things up ourselves. - The Executive Lounge seemed to have a broken air conditioner and it was unbearably hot—hot enough to risk heatstroke. We chose a Room with lounge access because we looked forward to relaxing there, but it was so hot that we could barely use it; we couldn’t stop sweating. Having only a few fans wasn’t enough for such a large space. We started feeling sick from the heat and couldn’t possibly relax or enjoy drinks—it was extremely unpleasant. When I asked staff why it was so hot, they simply said something like “It’s been broken since a few days ago and it seems repairs can’t come until next week,” with no apology. If this had happened only that day it would be one thing, but if they had known for days, they could at least have informed guests at reception in advance or posted a notice near the lounge entrance—there was nothing. At an ordinary Hotel you would expect some kind of countermeasure or alternative arrangement; that didn’t seem to be their approach. This didn’t feel like something that can be dismissed as “it can’t be helped” just because it’s an equipment issue. Overall, this Hotel felt completely lacking in hospitality. It may be fine if you go solely for activities knowing in advance that 90% of guests are families with children and everywhere will be extremely crowded.

Well-balanced.
This was my third stay. The first time I stayed in a Superior room with breakfast and dinner included, the second time in an Executive room with No Meals Included, and this time in a Superior room with No Meals Included. I like this Hotel because it has a large public bath (sauna and panoramic bath) and a pool, and even without an Executive stay there are hours when you can use the 1F lounge. Although there were issues at check-in on both my first stay and this stay, the staff handled them appropriately each time. The 1F lounge at night was very crowded and it felt like there were no seats available, but I think that just shows how popular it is.

Our three-generation stay was extremely satisfying.
My spouse and I visited with our family—11 people in total—and stayed in 3 Rooms: our eldest son and his wife, our eldest daughter (kindergarten, middle year) and second daughter (kindergarten, younger year), our eldest daughter’s children (4th grade and 3rd grade), our second daughter’s children (5th grade and 3rd grade), and our second son. Choosing the Executive Floor was absolutely the right decision. We would love to visit again.

I became worried.
We stayed on the Executive Plan. As the title suggests, it was so good that we honestly wondered if the hotel can really afford to offer this level of service at this price! In particular, the Executive Plan lounge had more than enough variety of light snacks and alcoholic drinks—an ideal space for anyone who enjoys alcohol. The pool was also great, with a slide and towel service. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Okinawa next time!

I stayed for two nights in a Ryukyu-style Japanese Room. The air conditioning throughout the Hotel is quite strong, so it’s a good idea to bring something to wear over your clothes. Nothing caused any major problems, but rather than high-touch hospitality, it felt like an international tourist Hotel. There were no staff at the entrance, and guests carry their own luggage to the Room. Many guests were families with small children, so it wasn’t really an atmosphere for quiet relaxation. Also, during busy times the elevators sometimes skipped floors. Breakfast was tasty across the board, but lively and noisy. It was also my first time seeing the next day’s expected number of breakfast users posted by the elevators the day before. One disappointing thing was that a front desk staff member had cigarettes in their chest pocket… It bothered me.

We’ve been staying here for four years in a row!
This has been our kids’ favorite, and we’ve stayed here for four years in a row. This time, we were able to visit Okinawa with the grandparents as well, which made it a wonderful memory. Both breakfast and dinner offer a wide variety of dishes, and even though we want to try everything, we end up getting too full. It happened to be cold on many days this time, so we couldn’t play much in the pool or at the beach—we’ll be back for another try.

Moët & Chandon
I made a Reservation because I heard you could drink Moët & Chandon. The pool seems to be the main attraction, so there were mostly families. That day, due to strong winds, both the beach and the pool kept switching between closed, reopened, and closed again. Even though I arrived at the Hotel at 1:00 p.m., I couldn’t use either the pool or the beach. For about an hour until check-in, information kept changing and I was sent from place to place inside the Hotel. It was extremely tiring. I was told “It’s reopened,” but when I tried to go outside, I was told “No.” Then it was “The front desk said it’s OK.” It felt like communication wasn’t well coordinated. I waited for 3:00 p.m. so I could use the Onsen and the executive lounge. The food and drinks in the executive lounge were good. Especially after 9:00 p.m., although by then I was already drunk. If you’re looking for a quiet stay to relax and refresh, this Hotel may not be a good fit. It seems fun for families. Voices from nearby rooms—even sneezes—came through clearly, and children’s crying could be heard inside my Room as well. If that doesn’t bother you, you’ll probably enjoy it. Also, it was very disappointing to see people smoking on their balconies even though the entire building is non-smoking. This should be communicated more clearly at check-in. The smell comes into other rooms—what are they doing with cigarette butts? Honestly, I feel smokers should avoid staying at a fully non-smoking Hotel. And regarding the front desk staff—sorry, but since this was my first time using your Hotel, I had no idea where anything was. Being spoken to in such a matter-of-fact way left me thinking “Huh?” During that one hour before check-in, I ended up walking around patrolling the Hotel just so I could figure everything out myself. As for the Onsen starting at 3:00 p.m., ropes were still up no matter how long we waited, so another woman and I moved elsewhere. At the outdoor bath on the first floor, there were lines of ants all around the Onsen area so I decided not to go in. The noise was also intense. In any case, when there are strong winds like that day, you really need to be careful about everything.

All-inclusive
We stayed on Sunday, June 7, with six men. We arrived split into a golf group and a sightseeing group. Although rain was forecast due to a tropical depression, we avoided the rain. The sightseeing group arrived early and enjoyed the pool and other facilities. This time we also had access to the Executive Lounge, so we could relax. The golf group arrived after 6:00 p.m., met up in the lounge, and we enjoyed dinner at the buffet on the second floor. The dinner selection was extensive with a wide variety of dishes, and we were very satisfied. The drink options were also plentiful and enjoyable. After that, we had a second round in the lounge before going to bed, and in the morning we had a delicious breakfast in the lounge. There was an souvenir service; it was given to the sightseeing group but not to the golf group, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, we were more satisfied than expected.

This was our first stay. There were so many Plans to choose from, but choosing the all-inclusive option with everything included was absolutely the right decision! I wanted to enjoy an extraordinary evening in the Executive Lounge.
This was my second stay on the Executive Lounge Access Plan (dinner and breakfast included). Last time I stayed for one night, but this time I chose a two-night Multiple Night Stay to fully enjoy the Hotel services. Because of the typhoon, I debated whether to stay or cancel, and in the end I added an extra night before my original booking—so it became a three-night Multiple Night Stay (lol). Due to the typhoon, I couldn’t use the pool on either day, and on one day the rain and wind were so strong that I couldn’t even go out. Even the Executive Lounge—my one real highlight—was disappointing at times: noisy children, and people lining up their laptops by the window seats with the best view and essentially reserving them from morning until night while working. I was looking forward to feeling refreshed away from everyday life, so it was a bit disheartening. I found myself thinking about things like: could families with children be guided to sit on sofas near the entrance? Or could people working on PCs be asked to use private rooms away from the windows? All I wanted was to relax slowly while enjoying the view, but instead I ended up thinking about things I didn’t want to think about. It even made me wonder if the only differences between the lounge and the 2nd-floor restaurant are really just the view and alcohol. On my first night this time, it didn’t feel as good as when I stayed previously. On my second night, though, it felt like things had calmed down in the lounge. Maybe there were different guests. I decided it was just bad timing. The food at the 2nd-floor restaurant has a wide variety and is very filling, but maybe because I ate something spicy, when it came time for champagne in the lounge from 9 p.m., it suddenly became hard for me to drink. In hindsight, having tantanmen before champagne was a mistake. If you’re looking forward to champagne but don’t handle alcohol well, you may want to avoid spicy foods. Overall, though, I really like this Hotel. Despite everything that happened, I’d like to stay again on an Executive Lounge Access Plan (dinner and breakfast included).

I’m full!
This time, after debating whether to stay or cancel due to the typhoon, I decided to downgrade the room and add one extra night. I planned to fully enjoy the Hotel services, so I wasn’t too worried about the typhoon. By arriving a day early, I was able to explore around the Hotel, check in at 3:00 PM, and even use the pool, which was very satisfying. With all-inclusive, I could freely choose as much food and alcohol as I wanted without worrying about extra costs, so it felt safer and more enjoyable than drinking outside.

Moët & Chandon
I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay of three nights in a twin room with access to the upper-floor lounge, recommended by an acquaintance. It was all-inclusive with a buffet dinner included, reasonably priced, and all the staff were very pleasant. During bar time, Moët was indeed available as much as you like, and the freshly baked bread was delicious. If possible, I would have liked the snacks and buffet selection to change at least a little each day. I was also completely satisfied with the large public bath.

Almost perfect in every way, but overall we were satisfied!
The Room was clean, spacious, and had a separate bath and toilet, which was great, but it was disappointing that there were not many drawers for a Multiple Night Stay. The large public bath was nice, but if guests have to bring towels from the Room, it was disappointing that there were so few towels provided in the Room. The Executive Lounge is good, but when it gets crowded you have to line up for food, coffee, sweets, etc., so the layout is disappointing. Still, at this price I am generally satisfied. Also, the reciprocal access with Hotel Nikko Alivila was great—I hope you continue it. I would stay again if I have another opportunity.
