    The Club Lounge is highly recommended.

    This was my second stay. I booked a plan with access to the club lounge again because I really enjoyed it last time. This time, my stay was for attending a theater performance, so unfortunately, I couldn't fully enjoy the lounge at leisure, but even in a short time, it was delightful. What disappointed me this time was the public bath. Perhaps because I could only use it during busy hours, there were guests with noticeable tattoos and others leaving their belongings in the washing area despite the crowd. While it's a challenging area to monitor, I hope some measures can be taken to address these issues.

    I had a pleasant stay.

    We stayed with children. Upon making the Reservation, we received a prompt response to our email, which gave us peace of mind. Located near Sapporo Station North Exit, it is convenient for station access. There is a convenience store next door where we could purchase local products. The large public bath was perfect for relieving travel fatigue.

    Perfect

    There are limited dining options nearby, and the public bath was a bit crowded, but everything else was excellent. The quality of the breakfast was particularly impressive—especially the soup curry and pudding. The hotel is conveniently located near the station, and with a Starbucks opening soon next door, I would love to stay here again as a base for exploring Sapporo.

    A new and comfortable Hotel.

    We stayed here on the second night of our trip to Hokkaido with my daughter and grandchildren. Since we had plans for sushi in Sapporo at night, we opted for a No Meals Included stay. The room with four beds was very clean and spacious, which made both my daughter and grandchildren very happy. The hotel itself is new, and the elevator required a card to access the floor of our room, ensuring excellent security. Additionally, having a large public bath was another great feature. Although it wasn’t an Onsen, towels were provided, and it was relaxing after a day of walking around. After dinner, we visited the bar where there were no taxes or Service Fees added; we enjoyed delicious cocktails at reasonable prices. The location is excellent with convenient parking arrangements that included discounts through partner facilities. I highly recommend this place to everyone. It was a wonderful trip—thank you!

    This is my third stay.

    I always choose Emion for my business trips to Sapporo. The staff provides excellent service without requiring any extra effort from guests, even accommodating late check-ins with care. The Room is modern, compact, and very clean. During morning cleaning, the staff greets you cheerfully with a bright "Good morning." The breakfast buffet is outstanding, offering a variety of dishes and rice that let you savor the flavors of Hokkaido. The dessert pudding is mildly sweet and highlights the delicious taste of eggs. Lastly, the buffet staff also greet guests warmly with smiles. I look forward to staying again!

    If the Room has a bathtub

    I am a repeat guest and stayed in the Club Single Room for three nights. The room was clean, user-friendly, and comfortable. However, it was disappointing that there was no bathtub. Recently, with many inbound guests, I feel it’s difficult to relax in the public bath. Since I couldn’t enjoy a bath leisurely in the room, I felt that long stays might be challenging for me. As for the Club Lounge: The menu during tea time and cocktail time was almost identical, which became monotonous and disappointing. It would be nice if the content changed depending on the day of the week. The breakfast at the lounge is also basically the same every day; however, I enjoyed their daily soup. On a personal note: I felt it would have been great if even Club Single Rooms had bathtubs—it’s unfortunate they don’t.

    It was comfortable.

    It was a bit of a walk from the station, but the surroundings were quiet. The Room was spacious, and having a convenience store downstairs was very convenient. The breakfast was very delicious. The large public bath helped relieve my fatigue. I had a pleasant Multiple Night Stay.

    It was the best Hotel.

    It was very easy to navigate from Sapporo Station via the underground route, with clear signboards along the way. The accommodation was new and clean, and the breakfast buffet offered a variety of delicious dishes that changed daily. The dessert pudding was exceptional. The room wear was comfortable with nice colors, and the slippers were easy to wear. It was great that towels in the bath area were unlimited. Both the room and bathroom were clean. Although I extended the dryer for an additional 30 minutes, it didn’t dry well, but I appreciated having plenty of hangers in the room to air-dry clothes. The affordable price made this hotel an excellent value for money. Even if prices are higher next time, I would still choose to stay here because it’s such a fantastic hotel. Thank you for making my trip enjoyable!

    Hokkaido Tour: Idol Concert

    Stayed during a live tour. Early check-in allowed me to relax and prepare in the room before the concert. The accommodation, including the interior, rooms, and large public bath, was very clean and comfortable. The convenient location near the station makes me want to stay again. The staff's service was clear, polite, and impressive. One suggestion would be to extend the large public bath hours by one hour until 2:00 AM if possible.

    Hotel Excited for the Completion of the Shinkansen

    Thanks to IKYU's recommendation, I stayed on the north side of Sapporo Station for the first time, and it was a great choice. Despite being during a holiday period, the Hotel was quiet, especially the club lounge which was fantastic. Even after getting tired from sightseeing in the city, I could relax with a leisurely high tea. The breakfast at the restaurant on the second floor featured many Hokkaido specialties and was so delicious that I ended up eating too much. The public bath was clean, and even though I stayed with my family for a Multiple Night Stay, we were able to enjoy it stress-free by using congestion information. While I'm hesitant to praise it too much as it might make it harder to Complete my Reservation next time, Emion's club rooms are not overly luxurious but are highly recommended for those who prefer a relaxed atmosphere. Thank you for your hospitality!

    Breakfast is served on the 2nd floor.

    The bed was not a typical extra bed, so it was very comfortable to sleep on. The lounge I visited at night had a great selection of wines, and I ended up staying longer than planned. For breakfast, I chose the 2nd-floor restaurant, which turned out to be an excellent decision! The menu featured a wide variety of dishes made with Hokkaido ingredients, and it was absolutely satisfying. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming.

    The club lounge offers a relaxing atmosphere.

    This was my second stay on the club floor. The room's hairdryer was a ReFa. It was a bit disappointing that the double room didn’t have a bathtub, but I enjoyed using the large public bath when it was empty. I love the silky bath. Among city accommodations, I think this hotel's lounge offers the best quality food. While not an extensive variety, everything feels carefully prepared and is very satisfying. The freshly made omelets at breakfast were delightful as well. Although breakfast doesn’t have an overwhelming selection, it’s calm and relaxing without the usual buffet hustle and bustle, which I appreciated. Living in the city myself, I don’t particularly seek seafood for breakfast, but for those who do, perhaps opting for their buffet would be better. By the way, from Sapporo Station to this hotel, it's actually quicker to go above ground rather than through underground paths. This is an excellent hotel with no major areas needing improvement; however, it would be nice if we could use the lounge in our accommodation wear after visiting the public bath—it’s a bit of a hassle to change clothes just to grab drinks afterward. Thank you for your hospitality; I'd love to visit again!

    Highly satisfied.

    I had a very comfortable stay. Although it is a bit far from Sapporo Station, the direct underground access was convenient. The large public bath was great, and being able to check the crowd level on TV was also helpful. There were a decent number of washing areas and lockers available. I enjoyed relaxing in the lounge, and the staff provided kind and attentive service. If I may suggest, having a few more sweets during tea time would be wonderful. I would love to stay again if I have the chance. Thank you very much!

    A clean and well-maintained standard Hotel

    【Positive Points】 - The hotel is new, and both the lobby and Room are clean with thorough housekeeping. - Stayed in a triple Room where the bathroom and toilet were separate, allowing for a relaxing soak in the bathtub after a tiring day of travel. - The Room was almost exactly as shown in the photos. 【Negative Points】 - Although it was advertised as directly connected to Sapporo Station via an underground path, it was extremely far when coming from the East Exit (possibly due to construction?). - The Room amenities were minimal; only green tea teabags were provided (disappointing that there was no black tea). - During room cleaning, the mugs were not replaced; using rinsed ones for two days felt uncomfortable.

    The coordination between the large public bath and the front desk is excellent.

    I had always wanted to stay here after reading other reviews, and I was able to make a great reservation during a time sale. When I arrived early, I was informed that the room was ready, so I could check in immediately. The rooms and club lounge feel simpler compared to typical hotel club floors in Tokyo, but the pricing is much more reasonable, making it an easy choice. Compared to hotels with club floors in Sapporo city, I found this lounge's food offerings to be the most impressive. During cocktail time, while other hotels often only offer simple snacks which feel lacking, this lounge provided pâté, carpaccio, cheese, honey, and more—an excellent selection. The public bath is very clean. Although the showerheads and hairdryers are not ReFa brand in the public bath area, they are available in club floor rooms—a nice distinction from standard floors. For women entering the public bath area, a dedicated card key is required for added security and peace of mind. However, I accidentally left my room card key inside my room when heading to the public bath with just my dedicated card key for entry there. When I explained this situation at the entrance of the public bath area to a staff member present there at that moment—they kindly arranged for an additional card key issuance through reception on my behalf! All while allowing me simply wait seated nearby without much delay either—it amazed me how quick their service response turned out being overall too!     Impressive breakfast!

    I have stayed at various Business Hotels before, but I have never been as impressed with breakfast as I was here! The variety was abundant, and you could feel the attention to quality ingredients, leaving me completely satisfied. Even the kiwi fruit was impressively delicious. The Room was clean and had a fresh feel, with comfortable beds and pillows (there were two types of pillows!). I would definitely love to stay here again when visiting Sapporo.

    A Reward for Yourself

    I made a Reservation for a Plan that includes access to the club lounge to indulge in luxury as a birthday treat for myself. The schedule included tea time, cocktail time, and breakfast, and of course, I enjoyed all of them. I was delighted by the staff's attentive service and took many photos to capture the memorable variety of food and drinks. Luxury Hotels with club lounges often lack large public baths, but this Hotel had one, which I personally appreciated very much. The Room amenities were mostly new, allowing me to fully enjoy an extraordinary experience for my birthday celebration. Thank you very much! I would love to stay here again.

    A Satisfying Hotel

    I frequently used this Hotel for business trips. The staff are very kind and pleasant. The sauna is open until late at night, allowing relaxation even after a long workday. Having a convenience store on-site was especially helpful during winter. The breakfast offers a wide variety and is very delicious. I've stayed at many other Hotels, but considering the cleanliness of the Room, meals, location, large bath (with sauna), and price range, I find this Hotel extremely satisfying.

    As a returning guest, I stayed in the Club Single Room for a Multiple Night Stay of 3 nights. I’ve become accustomed to the underground passage, making it easy to access from Sapporo Station. It’s great not getting wet on rainy days. The room was clean with a large TV. However, I felt that higher-quality slippers would be preferable. A shower cap would also be a nice addition. Regarding the Club Lounge: During tea time, the donuts and canelés were delicious. For cocktail time, there were stylish appetizers available. Breakfast had fewer options but was of high quality and very satisfying. Although there was no rice and only bread available, the bacon (possibly Barnabas Ham?) and sausages were excellent. The warm soup was delicious and comforting for the body. Personally, I think it would be nice to have French bread or rye bread as well. As for my wishes for the lounge: It would be delightful if Guarana Cola could be added to the drink selection and if there were more ice cream flavors besides vanilla. I’m planning another stay next month!

    Convenient and comfortable!

    On the check-in day, due to bad weather at Haneda Airport, our flight was delayed significantly as we were stuck on the plane waiting for takeoff clearance. Despite being exhausted upon arrival, the hotel kindly prepared a twin room for us, allowing us to stay very comfortably. The accommodation also had a large public bath where we could relax after arriving and prepare ourselves for the next day. The card key security system for the bath and elevator provided peace of mind, and it was convenient to check the crowd status of the public bath on the room's TV. Being able to check out from our room was incredibly convenient and stress-free! Additionally, when I accidentally left something behind in my room, the front desk staff who assisted me provided excellent service. I would definitely choose this accommodation again when visiting Sapporo in the future.

    Had a very comfortable stay.

    The room had a calm atmosphere and was very clean. The bath was spacious, and it was convenient that towels were provided in the bathing area, so there was no need to bring bath towels from the room. Also, thank you for upgrading us as there were vacant rooms available. I would love to stay here again.

    A quiet and relaxing Hotel close to the station

    First-time visit. On the day of my stay, it was rainy, so I appreciated being able to reach the accommodation from Sapporo Station via the underground walkway. Although it took longer than 4 minutes on foot, there were plenty of signs along the way, making the route easy to follow. The hotel is new, very clean, and provided a pleasant stay. I used the large public bath; perhaps because I went early, it was not crowded and very comfortable. It allowed me to enjoy a sense of relaxation during my trip. I was happy with the abundance of towels available. Despite being close to the station and located along a main road, it was quiet and offered a peaceful experience. I think this is a calm and excellent hotel!

    I would love to stay again.

    This was my second stay. All the staff were kind and welcoming with smiles, the cleaning was spotless, and even though I went for breakfast late, it was served until the end. I’m glad I chose this Hotel again. The fried chicken (Zangi) and ramen recommended by the lady at the front desk were incredibly delicious. Thank you for your kindness!

    A Hotel That Brings Smiles!

    This is my fifth stay, and every time I check out, I think, "I want to stay here again!" Staying on the Club Floor of this accommodation is incredibly comfortable. I'm especially a fan of the quiet space in the Club Floor exclusive lounge. The cocktail time is highly recommended! Additionally, at breakfast in the Club Floor exclusive lounge, you can enjoy eggs made to your preference at the egg station by the chef. I always ask for over-easy eggs, which is very helpful. The coffee machine in the room on the Club Floor offers four flavors, and both decaf coffee and tea are delicious! What always impresses me are the front desk staff members. Their courteous handling of rental items is much appreciated! The large public bath has been thoughtfully designed for guests from various cultural backgrounds... I hope everyone learns from our bathing customs so that it becomes a hotel stay filled with smiles for all!

    A quiet and excellent Hotel directly connected to the station.

    I stayed on the Club Floor for three nights. While there is some walking underground, the direct connection makes it convenient. The location offers excellent access to both the subway and JR lines. It was quiet and relaxing without any sense of hustle and bustle. I enjoyed using the Club Lounge during breakfast, tea time, and cocktail time. Each session offered delicious food and drinks in a calm, serene atmosphere that made for a delightful experience. The bacon and omelets at breakfast were exceptional. The colorful macarons during tea time were not only adorable but also tasty, along with delicious canelés. During cocktail time, I enjoyed a variety of drinks such as shochu, whiskey, wine, sparkling wine, etc., paired with snacks like smoked octopus delicacies, cheese, nuts, rice crackers with peanuts (kaki-pi), chocolates—allowing for diverse pairings to savor. Being able to enjoy Häagen-Dazs ice cream morning through night was another highlight of my stay! The Room was spacious and perfect for relaxation—absolutely satisfying in every way. Having an attached convenience store added extra convenience as well. Checking out directly from the Room made the process smooth and hassle-free. This has become a Hotel I would love to stay at again!

    I had a comfortable stay.

    I stayed in a Club Single Room for a Multiple Night Stay of 3 nights. The room was spacious, allowing me to open my suitcase comfortably, making it very convenient. The TV was large at 50 inches and offered not only terrestrial channels but also BS channels. However, it was disappointing that there was no private bath; I used the public bath early to avoid crowds. Regarding the Club Lounge: During tea time, there were sandwiches available. For cocktail time snacks, while they were elaborate, none suited my personal taste. Personally, I think including Hokkaido dishes like Zangi or Genghis Khan would be a nice addition. Breakfast at the lounge consisted only of Western-style options with limited variety but high quality that left me satisfied. The bacon, salad, and soup were particularly delicious. The oranges were nicely peeled as well. Drinks included ripe tomato juice and sparkling wine which added to the enjoyment. It was pleasant to have breakfast in a quiet lounge setting at a relaxed pace. Personally, I would have liked French bread or rye bread as an option. I plan to continue using this facility every month for the foreseeable future!
