    I stayed in a Standard Twin Room, and it was bright, clean, and very comfortable. Since I used the large public bath, I didn’t use the in-Room bath, but I was pleasantly surprised to find it was a proper ceramic tub. The public bath was also just the right size and very relaxing. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, so it was hard to choose, and everything was well seasoned—I was very satisfied. The hotel is also conveniently located near the station. I would like to stay here again when I visit Sapporo.

    It was great.

    I stayed for two nights. The Room was clean, there was a large public bath, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options and was delicious—overall, it was very good. However, I walked from Sapporo Station through the underground passageway and it felt very far; going above ground was shorter. I wish that had been mentioned in the directions.

    I booked without meals, but I’m grateful for the complimentary service.

    Thank you for providing complimentary breakfast on the day of our stay. The Facility was spacious and relaxing, and we especially appreciated the Onsen. Soaking in the hot water at a leisurely pace made our trip truly enjoyable. Thank you very much.

    Clean, convenient, delicious—overall very good.

    There is a large public bath, and the dining hall is spacious. The food selection was varied and delicious. However, we traveled with two grandchildren and their grandparents, assuming we could use the coin laundry. The coin laundry machines are washer-dryer combo units, and once a cycle starts, they cannot be used for 2–3 hours. There are only three machines, so they are in use from evening until early morning. Considering the size of the Hotel, this feels insufficient. Even though we were here to relax, there was always a line of 2–3 groups from evening until midnight. In the end, I woke up at 5 a.m., saw that one had become available (you can see the operating status from your Room), and luckily managed to use it so we could make it before departure. If you plan to rely on the coin laundry while your children are sleeping, it’s better to assume there isn’t one and not count on it. Everything else was very good. Because we were counting on the coin laundry, it was quite stressful. If you bring extra changes of clothes, there should be no problem.

    It was great that we could get there from Sapporo Station via the underground and connecting passages without getting wet. It was also nice that the large public bath was open until late, and that the shower height in the in-Room bath could be adjusted. I may have expected a bit too much from breakfast. The orange juice was delicious, and it was good to have teas such as black tea and herbal tea with unique flavors. Being able to check out from the Room was very convenient.

    I’d love to stay here again!

    The Room was clean, and the breakfast was thoughtfully prepared, making for a wonderful stay. The bath was also spacious and very relaxing. Having a convenience store on the first floor was reassuring. Above all, the front desk staff’s hospitality was outstanding. While many Hotels seem to be getting less welcoming these days, everything here—from cleanliness to smiles and courteous service—was truly comforting. I’d love to stay again. Thank you very much!

    Despite the heavy cr...

    Despite the heavy crowds for a live concert, I was able to relax and take it easy. It’s a new, very clean Hotel with excellent Facilities. Next time, I’d like to stay longer and enjoy the breakfast featuring plenty of local ingredients.

    Completely satisfied with my second stay.

    Ever since I was truly impressed when I previously stayed on a Plan with Club Floor access, I’ve wanted to stay again, so I checked the prices regularly. This time, even during the Snow Festival period, it felt like a great deal with Club Floor access, so I decided to stay again. At check-in, I was happy to hear “Thank you for staying with us again.” It showed a high level of service. Once again, the lounge staff were very attentive, and I was able to spend my time in great comfort. It’s a Hotel that makes me want to go to Sapporo just to stay here again.

    First-time use

    It was a new Hotel and felt very clean. The Room was spacious enough, and the towel service at the large public bath was also good. The breakfast menu was distinctive and very satisfying. I especially liked the herring, tofu, and yogurt. If I had to mention a few things, there was no welcome drink, and there wasn’t enough tea or coffee in the Room. I’m also not a fan of unit bathrooms. Overall, I think it’s a very good Hotel. I’ve stayed at many Hotels in Sapporo, but considering the price, my rating is average.

    Family Travel

    Stayed for 3 nights with a 1-year-old and a 5-year-old. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and never felt repetitive. We visited between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM on weekdays, and about half the seats were available. Children's pajamas (elementary school size) were oversized but usable. There were no pajamas for toddlers. A diaper disposal bin was available for rent. The beds could be moved, so we connected three single beds to create a spacious sleeping area where the kids wouldn’t fall off. Both the guest room and the public bath were very clean. The shoe-drying machine was very helpful. The hotel connects to JR via an underground passage, but walking above ground is faster. However, we used the underground route during bad weather or when carrying luggage with wheels.

    Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. My suitcase, which I left before check-in, was kindly delivered to my Room. The meals were delightful, including Kuromatsunai cheese, omelets, and bread from Shirokuma Bakery. The lounge provided a calm and relaxing space. One minor concern was the handling of cheese in the lounge; it was slightly difficult to serve, possibly due to the temperature rising under the lighting. That said, I thoroughly enjoyed my comfortable stay.

    The lounge is comfortable.

    The room is new and clean, with modern and cute interiors. Although the room only had a shower, the large public bath made up for it. I was happy to find a Refa hair dryer in the room. You can enjoy breakfast in a relaxed atmosphere at the lounge. It was delicious!

    Functional Room

    Stayed here on the last day of our trip. The Room was functional and, though small, provided a comfortable stay. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, making it enjoyable to choose from. The young staff brought energy to the Hotel. However, when we greeted them upon leaving the Hotel, they seemed a bit rushed due to being busy, which was the only slight disappointment.

    The room was clean, the Onsen was great, and the room was spacious—absolutely perfect! Online check-out made everything hassle-free, making it an excellent Hotel. If a friend asks me about a Hotel in Sapporo, I would definitely recommend this one!

    I stayed on the Club Floor. I spent time in the lounge during breakfast, evening, and nighttime between work, and it was always calm with a great view, allowing me to relax. Both the food and drinks were delicious. Due to my work schedule, I couldn't use the public bath, and I was initially unsure about having only a shower in the room. However, the shower was incredibly refreshing and exceeded my expectations. The staff kindly assisted with reissuing my key card and storing my luggage with smiles throughout. I truly appreciated their help. I would love to stay here again!

    First time in Hokkaido

    I stayed here during my first trip to Hokkaido. The staff were kind, and the Hotel was clean. What I loved the most was the Onsen. It was very cold outside, and my body felt chilled, but I could warm up from the core thanks to the Onsen—it was perfect. I would love to stay here again on my next visit to Hokkaido.

    Close to Sapporo Station, with clean rooms and a large public bath that I love. This Hotel is always my first choice when visiting Sapporo. The only downside is the rising prices.

    I used it for a staycation. The Hotel was very clean, and the staff at the reception were very polite. It was great to be able to check congestion status on the in-room TV. It was also convenient to return to the Hotel from the subway late at night. I would like to use it again for a staycation and have already recommended it to my friends. Thank you very much!

    The public bath was comfortable.

    The public bath was relatively spacious, clean, and comfortable. Towels were readily available, which was convenient. The breakfast had a decent variety, and even during a 2-night stay, it remained enjoyable without becoming repetitive. I stayed in a Double Room, but the chair and table were small and not suitable for business use. With the quality of the public bath and breakfast, along with easy access from the station without getting wet, it would be perfect if the table and chair were more practical.

    A Hotel for a Comfortable and Relaxing Stay

    The Room was clean, the large public bath was available, and the breakfast was very delicious. Conveniently located near the station, with a convenience store, Starbucks, and a soba noodle shop nearby. The parking lot accommodated vehicles without worrying about height restrictions, which was very helpful. I would love to stay again!

    Good.

    This was my first stay. The large public bath was available, and bath towels were provided at the entrance, making it a pleasant experience. The Room wear was not yukata but something more comfortable to move in. Being able to check out directly from the Room was very convenient.
