    Always with a smile.

    The Room, amenities, public bath, and breakfast were all excellent. At breakfast, the staff proactively refilled and adjusted the dishes and cleared empty plates as they went along after checking in with guests. The counter and tables were always clean, making it pleasant to dine. The only disappointment was at check-in: when I approached the front desk, everyone looked busy and had rather stiff expressions. When it was my turn, the staff member checked my Check Reservation details and, realizing it was my third stay, said “Thank you for staying with us again” with a smile. I appreciated the smile, but I would be even happier if there were more smiles at all times—even for first-time guests.

    A clean, comfortable Hotel.

    I stayed here over the weekend. I chose this Hotel because it has a bath. The amenities were high-quality Japanese-made products. It’s on the north side of the station, opposite the lively south exit. There isn’t much between the station and the Hotel, so it’s quiet at night. If you want to walk around and explore, it may feel a bit far.

    The staff service, the comfort of the Room, the high-quality meals, and the convenient location—not too far from the station with a convenience store nearby—always make for a fulfilling holiday. The elevator also shows the next floor it will stop at, offering a small but thoughtful touch.

    The Room was clean, ...

    The Room was clean, and the bed suited me well so I slept soundly. The amenities were better than at other Business Hotels. We enjoyed the large public bath as a family. It felt farther from Sapporo Station than I expected, so I recommend allowing extra time for travel. Overall, it was very good.

    It was very relaxing.

    This was my second stay. At check-in, the front desk staff greeted me with a wonderful smile and provided clear, courteous explanations, which left a great impression. The Room was a Club Twin—clean and well maintained—and the bathroom was spacious and very relaxing. I enjoyed breakfast at a quiet club lounge at my leisure; the fresh vegetables were delicious with the country-style dressing. It was a very fulfilling Hotel stay. Thank you very much.

    It was great to have a large public bath.

    The building is new, and the Hotel is convenient with a convenience store on-site. However, the foreign staff are still inexperienced—for example, they referred to breakfast as lunch—and some explanations were hard to understand, so I felt they need a bit more language training. It’s also important for staff to support each other.

    The breakfast was delicious.

    I stayed here on a business trip. The Hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast, in particular, featured plenty of ingredients from Hokkaido, and I really enjoyed it. Having single seats at the counter is also a plus. It’s conveniently located about a 5-minute walk from Sapporo Station.

    A classic choice for staying in Sapporo: Done

    This was my third stay. I was curious about the breakfast outside the Club Floor, so I made a Reservation this time. I was very satisfied, as it offered a wider variety of Hokkaido specialties. It was also fun to make my own miso butter corn ramen! The haskap juice was delicious. Having stayed in both, I prefer the Club Floor, so when I want a more luxurious trip to Hokkaido, I would like to stay on the Club Floor again.

    It was comfortable!

    The Reviews looked good, so I stayed here while also earning points. I chose a Room with lounge access, and it was even more comfortable than I expected! Being able to relax in the lounge from 2:00 PM at almost any time was the best part. The amenities were great, and since I went to the large public bath at a less busy time, I was able to use it almost privately even though it was a weekend. I immediately made my next Reservation. It costs a bit more, but I definitely recommend a Room with lounge access! I’m looking forward to my next stay.

    Stay on a Floor with Lounge Access

    The Plan we stayed on this time included lounge access. The amenities were POLA’s B.A series, which I love, so I was very happy to find them offered as Hotel amenities. The lounge was also great, with Sapporo Classic, a limited-time summer Classic, sake, whisky, wine, light snacks, and Häagen-Dazs. The building is 14 stories and feels a bit low-rise, but the space was especially pleasant so it didn’t bother me at all. My mother and I live nearby and stayed to unwind from everyday fatigue, and we were able to relax here at this Hotel. We also had breakfast in the lounge; while the selection wasn’t large, it was quiet and carefully curated so we could take our time. We used the large public bath as well, and it seemed like there were quite a few international tourists. Since it has only just opened, the Facilities are clean and new. I would definitely like to stay at this Hotel again.

    Consistently reliable: Hotel Emion

    Because Hotel Emion Kyoto was so wonderful, I stayed here for the first time on this trip. It was just as great as expected! The location, Room size, Facility features, large public bath, and overall design were all excellent. After arriving at Sapporo Station, I walked above ground to the Hotel and initially thought, “It’s about a 7–8 minute walk from the station—maybe a bit far.” Once you get familiar with the area, though, using the underground passages makes it easy and convenient to reach Sapporo Station as well as Odori and Susukino smoothly. Even in winter, it should be warm thanks to the underground walkway. The large public bath is spacious, and there are plenty of lockers in the changing area. A female staff member was collecting used towels and cleaning the floor, which made me feel reassured about cleanliness and hygiene. Thank you for your work even late at night. I stayed in a twin Room; it was spacious enough even with luggage for two people. The hanger rack is practical and stylishly designed. The drip coffee was also delicious. At check-in, you also handled what I had mentioned by email in advance very well—I appreciated the attentive service. Not only is the Facility great, but housekeeping greeted us pleasantly as well; the front desk staff were polite and thorough too, so I truly enjoyed my stay at this Hotel in comfort. As expected from Emion! Next time I’d like to book a Plan that includes lounge access. Thank you very much.

    I’d love to stay here again.

    I had a few Hotel options in mind—“good breakfast, a large public bath, and as close to the station as possible”—and chose this one after reading Reviews saying it was clean and quiet. It turned out to be exactly the right choice. There were festivals happening in various places on the day I stayed, but the north exit side was quiet. It was also easy to get here smoothly from Sapporo Station. The thoughtful touches—separate top-and-bottom pajamas and a non-woven bag you can take to the large public bath—were really appreciated. I went to the large public bath around 9 p.m., and it was crowded, so I couldn’t fully relax (since the bathtub in my Room is spacious, using that might have been an option), but overall I’m satisfied because everything else more than made up for it. The breakfast venue wasn’t crowded either on Monday in the 7 o’clock hour, so I could eat at a leisurely pace. I’d definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

    Triple Room

    We stayed for a Multiple Night Stay in a triple Room. Last year we had a triple Room with club lounge access, so we were concerned it might feel a bit smaller this time, but it didn’t feel cramped at all and we had a comfortable stay. The Room is always clean and easy to use. Being able to go to the large public bath in pajamas and slippers is very relaxing, which I think is a great feature. The breakfast offers one of the widest selections among Hotels in Sapporo. The quality is very satisfying, and we look forward to it every time. We had another enjoyable stay this time as well. Thank you very much. It’s a Hotel that makes us want to visit again.

    Peace of Mind at Emion

    We enjoyed a Multiple Night Stay during our trip to Sapporo. On the first night, we had access to the club lounge. Our Room was a twin with breakfast included. The club lounge, bath, and the Room’s comfort and cleanliness were excellent as expected, and every member of the Hotel staff welcomed us with warm smiles. It made our stay truly pleasant. There are many Hotels near Sapporo Station, but for our family, Emion is the only choice. Thank you again for another wonderful stay.

    The bathroom has an unpleasant odor.

    Although the Hotel exterior and the Room were impressive, the bathroom smelled bad! I wondered why, and then realized that when I flushed the toilet, it smelled—so the water itself seemed to have an odor. If the water smells, I can’t use the bidet either; it was truly unpleasant. It’s close to the station and in a great location, which makes this such a shame. I didn’t eat there, but with a toilet where foul-smelling water runs, it makes me not want to have breakfast either.

    Annual Fighters Game Attendance

    Every Golden Week, I come to Sapporo to watch the Fighters at ES CON FIELD. Last year, I stayed at this Hotel for the first time. You can also reach the Hotel from Sapporo Station via the underground walkway, so the access is excellent. I highly recommend the Club Floor. Breakfast can be enjoyed at a relaxed pace, and in the evening you can have alcohol and snacks in the lounge. The large public bath is clean and very pleasant. Above all, the staff are wonderful. When I checked out and was leaving, they said “Have a safe trip,” which made me want to come back again.

    I’d love to stay here again.

    After reading the Reviews, I chose a Hotel in Sapporo that I was visiting for the first time in 20 years. Since I had read that the underground passageways can be confusing, I took the above-ground route instead. The cherry blossoms in front of the First Government Office Building were in full bloom, so I was able to enjoy them on my way there. The Room was even cleaner than it looked in the photos, and the amenities were very well stocked. There is no bathtub, but there are two types of showers, and they are separated from the toilet, which made it very convenient to use. For the large public bath, you can check how crowded it is on a monitor. It was busy at night, so I went first thing in the morning and was able to relax and enjoy it. Breakfast also felt private—perhaps because I ate in an area reserved for our floor—and it was almost like having the place to myself. A chef spoke with me and made their recommended omelet for me. I could take my time and was extremely satisfied. It was so wonderful that I definitely want to stay at this Hotel again next time as well. Thank you for a lovely stay.

    I only learned upon ...

    I only learned upon arriving at the Hotel that luggage storage on the day of stay starts from 12:00. While it was fine that the previous day was a closed day, I think this should have been stated at the time of Reservation. I had plans to leave my luggage in the morning, so this was inconvenient. It’s also disappointing that the large public bath is always crowded and often unavailable. The Room and breakfast are excellent. I will continue to use this Accommodation.

    It was a good Hotel overall.

    The front desk staff were kind and courteous. The large public bath was also decent. The Room felt a bit nicer than a typical Business Hotel, though I couldn’t quite figure out the temperature controls. Most noteworthy was the breakfast—it was very delicious. I won’t go into details, but it’s definitely worth trying. Opinions may differ on whether access from the station is convenient or not.

    Parking is ¥1,000 for 24 hours from entry (¥500 discount applied for Accommodation guests).

    I was able to park at the Navi Park lot next to the Accommodation. It has plenty of spaces, and although it’s normally 1,500 yen per 24 hours (standard car), I could park for 1,000 yen. Since I’m planning a Multiple Night Stay in June as well, this price really helps! However, I got this rate because I didn’t plan to take the car in and out. If you’ll be coming and going often, the Accommodation’s dedicated parking (with unlimited entry/exit) may feel more reassuring. To reach the parking lot, you have to walk a short distance along an outdoor passageway. I’m not sure about snowy season, but during snow-free periods it felt fine. There is a risk that if it fills up during events or in summer, you’ll need to find parking on your own. That said, considering the staff support at the Accommodation, how easy it is to get to the station, and how convenient it is for shopping overall, Emion is excellent! There’s also a convenience store right next door, but its shelves were sold out both day and night. In that case, it might be better to walk a bit farther to Seicomart (about 100 meters past one traffic light), which may have a better selection. Because I’m very cautious about COVID hygiene, cleanliness was my top priority. However, there were what looked like drink marks on the table that came off when wiped, so I cleaned it before putting my belongings down. For hanging clothes there are only wall hooks. The table is small as well, and there isn’t space for large luggage. If you place luggage by the entrance, the door can only open slightly when going in and out due to your bags—so I think a suitcase would be difficult (Double B). You can either sit on the edge of the bed with your laptop on the small table and keep documents on the bed, or work in the large shared space on the first floor. If you’re not someone who feels stressed by tight spaces, with a bit of creativity you can stay comfortably. Although it was quite small room-wise, even so Emion Hotel is highly recommended near Sapporo Station. *I didn’t use the bath/onsen facilities so I can’t comment on them.*

    I stayed in a Standard Twin Room, and it was bright, clean, and very comfortable. Since I used the large public bath, I didn’t use the in-Room bath, but I was pleasantly surprised to find it was a proper ceramic tub. The public bath was also just the right size and very relaxing. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, so it was hard to choose, and everything was well seasoned—I was very satisfied. The hotel is also conveniently located near the station. I would like to stay here again when I visit Sapporo.

    It was great.

    I stayed for two nights. The Room was clean, there was a large public bath, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options and was delicious—overall, it was very good. However, I walked from Sapporo Station through the underground passageway and it felt very far; going above ground was shorter. I wish that had been mentioned in the directions.
