Hotel Emion Sapporo

This was my third stay.I was curious about the breakfast outside the Club Floor, so I made a Reservation this time. I was very satisfied, as it offered a wider variety of Hokkaido specialties. It was also fun to make my own miso butter corn ramen! The haskap juice was delicious.Having stayed in both, I prefer the Club Floor, so when I want a more luxurious trip to Hokkaido, I would like to stay on the Club Floor again.

Because Hotel Emion Kyoto was so wonderful, I stayed here for the first time on this trip. It was just as great as expected! The location, Room size, Facility features, large public bath, and overall design were all excellent. After arriving at Sapporo Station, I walked above ground to the Hotel and initially thought, “It’s about a 7–8 minute walk from the station—maybe a bit far.” Once you get familiar with the area, though, using the underground passages makes it easy and convenient to reach Sapporo Station as well as Odori and Susukino smoothly. Even in winter, it should be warm thanks to the underground walkway. The large public bath is spacious, and there are plenty of lockers in the changing area. A female staff member was collecting used towels and cleaning the floor, which made me feel reassured about cleanliness and hygiene. Thank you for your work even late at night. I stayed in a twin Room; it was spacious enough even with luggage for two people. The hanger rack is practical and stylishly designed. The drip coffee was also delicious. At check-in, you also handled what I had mentioned by email in advance very well—I appreciated the attentive service. Not only is the Facility great, but housekeeping greeted us pleasantly as well; the front desk staff were polite and thorough too, so I truly enjoyed my stay at this Hotel in comfort. As expected from Emion! Next time I’d like to book a Plan that includes lounge access. Thank you very much.
