    The staff service, the comfort of the Room, the high-quality meals, and the convenient location—not too far from the station with a convenience store nearby—always make for a fulfilling holiday.The elevator also shows the next floor it will stop at, offering a small but thoughtful touch.

  • Wonderful.

    It was a very comfortable stay at this Hotel, with thoughtful touches throughout, such as full-body moisturizing cream available in the large public bath. It was also quiet and relaxing—perhaps thanks to the good design—as we couldn’t hear any noise from neighboring rooms or the hallway. The toilet area also had a separate hand-washing sink, which felt very hygienic. The silky bath in the large public bath is amazing! Each washing station is also partitioned, and the shampoo and body soap drained into your own space without spreading to adjacent or rear areas, so I could wash without worrying about others. Housekeeping was thorough and made everything feel pleasant. I’d like to stay here again when visiting Sapporo.
