This was my second stay.At check-in, the front desk staff greeted me with a wonderful smile and provided clear, courteous explanations, which left a great impression.The Room was a Club Twin—clean and well maintained—and the bathroom was spacious and very relaxing.I enjoyed breakfast at a quiet club lounge at my leisure; the fresh vegetables were delicious with the country-style dressing.It was a very fulfilling Hotel stay.Thank you very much.
This was my third stay.I was curious about the breakfast outside the Club Floor, so I made a Reservation this time. I was very satisfied, as it offered a wider variety of Hokkaido specialties. It was also fun to make my own miso butter corn ramen! The haskap juice was delicious.Having stayed in both, I prefer the Club Floor, so when I want a more luxurious trip to Hokkaido, I would like to stay on the Club Floor again.
