    Beautiful Hotel

    The lobby had many comfortable sofas and was a pleasant space. The Room was also clean. However, the public bath was crowded, the restroom was dirty and unusable, and the floor in the changing room was wet, so I decided to use the facilities in the Room from then on. Additionally, the connection to the subway was farther than expected.

    The Facility is new and clean. However, there are some stains on the trays and dishes in the breakfast area, indicating they may not be thoroughly cleaned. Additionally, please note that your tray might be cleared during your meal.

    Excellent value Hotel with outstanding service and meals.

    We stayed here again this year following last year's visit, and we were well taken care of. However, I would like to make one request: my wife mentioned that the behavior of some foreign guests (Chinese) in the public bath was extremely poor and caused discomfort. I kindly ask for improvements in this regard. Everything else was excellent.

    I love Kyoto Emion, but I also love the new Sapporo Emion.

    The breakfast is delicious, and the Room is new and clean. It takes about 10 minutes from the station at our walking pace. There are lotion, cleansing products, water, ice, and a coin laundry available. The best part might be the spacious bath where you can relax even in the morning and having fresh towels every time. We look forward to staying again. The cleaning staff was a very pleasant young man. Thank you!

    Safe and Reliable Hotel

    I always stay at Emion during my business trips to Sapporo. This time, it was a sudden trip, but as usual, I was warmly welcomed by the highly hospitable front staff. The breakfast featured delicious ingredients from Hokkaido, making this business trip very fulfilling. The hotel is always kept clean, and the room is well-maintained. The cleaning staff also greeted me pleasantly. I will definitely stay here again for future business trips or travels.

    It was raining heavi...

    It was raining heavily upon arrival, but the underground walkway connected to Sapporo Station made it easy to reach the Hotel even with luggage on wheels. There is a convenience store on the first floor of the Hotel. Towels are provided in the large public bath. Room has separate bath and toilet. Mineral water service was available even for the second night of stay. Disposable slippers were an option, and while I wished there was body cream, everything else was nearly perfect. We had a comfortable stay at this ideal Hotel for our family!

    I like beautiful Hotels.

    This was my first stay. The hotel has been open for just over a year and a half, and I like how clean it is. There is a large public bath and sauna, both of which are very clean. I visited the bar at night, and the atmosphere was great. I will stay here again next month. It’s about a 5-minute walk from the station, but it’s not an issue if there’s no snow. Highly recommended!

    Directly connected to the station.

    We stayed for two nights as a couple. The hotel was clean, and the large bath with a sauna was more than sufficient and enjoyable. Even during busy hours, like around 11 PM, it remained comfortable. If I had to mention something, the sauna felt much hotter compared to ones I usually visit; a slightly milder temperature might have allowed for longer stays. Breakfast was delicious, featuring local specialties. The rich tomato juice was so good that I had seconds. The sink area was narrow, making it difficult to spread out cosmetics. I ended up placing my makeup items on the bed and going back and forth between there and the sink area. Perhaps providing a makeup mirror on the table would help resolve this issue. Sapporo Station is indeed directly connected via an underground path—very convenient during snowy seasons—though taking the above-ground route felt closer. The front desk staff were friendly and reassuring. Thank you very much!

    I would like to stay here again.

    It was raining heavily, but I arrived without getting wet by using the underground passage. It’s a bit of a detour from JR, but there is an elevator at the exit, so carrying a suitcase is no problem. I had a comfortable stay at this clean Hotel. I would appreciate having a hairdryer with stronger airflow and disposable slippers. As someone with back pain, I was grateful for the bed that didn’t cause any discomfort. I would like to stay here again when visiting Sapporo.

    The local dishes and pudding at the breakfast buffet were very delicious. The Room was clean and comfortable. I would love to visit again if I have the chance to stay in Sapporo.

    The Room was simple and clean, with a spacious bath, making it a very cost-effective Hotel. While it is directly connected to the subway station, the distance to the platform was much farther than expected.

    Comfortable! Enjoy Sapporo Life!

    I stayed here for a game at Es Con Field. About a 5-minute walk from Sapporo Station. The building has a Seven-Eleven and Starbucks, and by using the underground passage, you can access both the subway and JR without getting wet even if it’s a bit of a detour—great location! I relaxed in the lounge with desserts and wine, enjoying it several times in the evening and night. During the day, I used the coin laundry and spent my time comfortably as if living at home. The status of the laundry or large public bath as well as check-out could all be managed via the Room TV. For breakfast, I alternated between using the lounge and the restaurant on the second floor daily, fully enjoying Hokkaido's local flavors. Special thanks to staff who recommended a delicious Genghis Khan restaurant!

    Perhaps a hotel more suitable for rainy or snowy days

    The hotel is quite far from JR Sapporo Station and Sapporo Subway Station, requiring a long walk which can be tiring. There isn’t much to explore in the surrounding area, making it rather uninteresting. However, there is an underground passage that connects directly to the station. The front desk staff do not inform guests about using parking tickets from adjacent parking lots for a ¥500 discount, which is disappointing. Breakfast options are quite plain and lack any particularly delicious items. The dressing room in the public bath area is very narrow, making it easy to bump into others during crowded times. On a positive note, all staff members are very friendly and accommodating.

    I stayed for 2 nights. The breakfast was very delicious and satisfying. Although the hotel is directly connected to the station, it is a bit of a walk, but being able to reach the station without getting wet in the rain was great.

    A Hotel You'll Want to Stay at Again!

    A very beautiful Hotel with a pleasant fragrance at the front desk. The location is excellent, as you can reach the station without getting wet in the rain. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, which was very satisfying. I would love to stay at this Hotel again when I visit Sapporo.

    Lounge Access Plan

    The clean Room with a single sofa was great. The coffee machine in the Room and POLA cosmetics as amenities made the stay enjoyable. The Plan included access to the lounge, where I could relax with snacks, alcohol, and soft drinks. It was a refreshing experience.

    Comfortable Hotel Life

    A new and clean hotel with a bright front desk and comfortable rooms made the start of my trip truly enjoyable! Although I didn't have high expectations for the large public bath, it was bigger and more pleasant than I anticipated. The presence of many inbound guests felt slightly overwhelming.

    I had a pleasant stay at the new Hotel.

    I stayed in a Club Triple Room for 2 nights and 3 days. Overall, it was a good experience. The positive points were that the room had three regular beds even for three people, the breakfast at the Club Lounge was delicious with plenty of fresh local ingredients, and as many have mentioned, the convenience store on the first floor was surprisingly handy with small souvenirs available. On the downside, during cocktail time at the Club Lounge, we wanted to enjoy tea after dinner but found it disappointing that while alcohol and snacks were available, there were hardly any small sweets and limited soft drink options. For non-drinkers like us, it felt lacking. Other Hotels I’ve stayed at in the past offered more variety during this time, so I hope this can be improved in the future.

    It was excellent.

    I stayed with a friend, and the experience was great. There is a convenience store on the first floor, and the hotel is conveniently located near the station (easy to find from ground level). The public bath was clean and very pleasant. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the lounge as planned because our schedule ran late. If extending lounge hours is difficult, it would be nice if at least drinks and ice cream could be available without time restrictions. The breakfast in the lounge was excellent, so it was disappointing not to fully enjoy it. However, I would definitely stay here again when visiting Sapporo!

    Conveniently located near the station.

    I took the underground passage on the way, but it might be closer to go outside if it’s not raining. There is a convenience store on the first floor, and the Hotel lobby had a pleasant fragrance, giving a very clean impression.

    Very satisfied

    When I tried to leave my luggage an hour before check-in, I was told the Room was ready, so I could check in early. It was very helpful. The Room amenities were well-equipped, and the provided loungewear was very comfortable. There is also a large public bath, allowing for a relaxing stay. It was a very good Hotel. Thank you for your hospitality.

    Everything was comfortable!

    Stylish lobby, clean rooms, and a large public bath with a sauna. Conveniently located near the North Exit Bus Terminal, making it easy to join a one-night, two-day bus tour starting from Sapporo. A convenience store on the first floor and a Starbucks next door are incredibly handy. Excellent staff service and great value for money. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Sapporo!

    I stayed for 4 night...

    I stayed for 4 nights in Sapporo as the final stop of my journey heading south from Wakkanai. Since I didn’t spend much time in the room, I wasn’t expecting much of a view, but when I opened the curtains, there was a multi-story parking lot right in front, so I kept the curtains closed most of the time. It would have been helpful if this detail was mentioned in the room description. Regarding access from Sapporo Station, aiming for Exit 15 underground makes it quite a long walk. The ground-level route is shorter and easier to navigate. Having towels available at the public bath was very convenient. Although you can check congestion at the public bath on TV, even when it showed as not crowded, it was so busy that there were no slippers left to use twice during my stay, and I had to return to my room both times. Since it was a Multiple Night Stay, towel replacement and amenity restocking would have been sufficient for me; however, there wasn’t an option on the door tag for just amenity restocking. As a result, daily cleaning was done each day despite my preference—my apologies for any inconvenience caused!

    I had been intereste...

    I had been interested in this place for a while and decided to stay here this time. It is very convenient as it is close to Nippon Rent-A-Car. The Room is spacious, and there is a large public bath. I would like to stay here again when I visit Sapporo.

    Delicious breakfast

    Located less than a 5-minute walk from the station, and directly connected via an underground path, making it convenient even on rainy days (though it may take a bit longer). There is a convenience store next to the Hotel, and a Seicomart nearby as well. The guest rooms are clean and spacious. The public bath has a slightly small changing area and tends to be crowded at night, but in the morning it's quieter and more relaxing. Breakfast offers an extensive selection, including Hokkaido specialties like soup curry and Zangi—so much that you might not be able to try everything! It was a very enjoyable stay. I would love to visit again.

    Neither good nor bad.

    The room was clean and conveniently close to the station. However, there were no drawers for storing luggage in the room, which was inconvenient. I have stayed at many hotels before, and this is the first time I encountered a hotel without them. Additionally, there were no notepads in the room, which was also a first for me. I probably will not use this hotel again.
