    University entrance exam

    I stayed for four nights while sightseeing. The Room, large bath, restaurant, and other Facilities are very new, so I was able to spend my time comfortably in a clean environment. The service is also excellent. However, since I stayed for four nights, it would have been appreciated if the breakfast had a bit more variety. Overall, I am satisfied and would like to use it again when visiting Nagasaki. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

    It is a place with a relaxing atmosphere that makes you want to say "I'm home." Conveniently located near the station.

    You can relax and enjoy a calm atmosphere.

    I was able to relax in the spacious rooms unique to Hilton. There were no concerns about noise from neighbors or the hallway like in a Business Hotel. We had a meeting at the tea lounge, which seemed popular despite its small size, and there were many people. The staff seemed overwhelmed as they were managing alone. I ordered a cake set, and it was nice to be able to choose my favorite from the showcase filled with delicious-looking cakes. When checking out the next day, I noticed that a pastry chef was transporting cakes on a wagon with them placed openly near their feet, which made me question its hygiene. I felt hesitant about eating cakes transported this way. For breakfast, I heard that omelets are made using eggs from Unzen (Unzen). The style of having them prepared is typical of Hotels but tasted much better than other hotels'. Perhaps it's due to the taste of the eggs... It felt different from other hotels. However, despite having several staff members present, replenishing food and drinks was slow; one staff member wore heels that clicked loudly with every step—this really caught my attention—and it seemed like they weren't aware of it since other staff wore quieter shoes instead. Most employees appeared young; hence some additional training would be beneficial as guests expect more sophistication given how relatively quiet and calm breakfast venues usually are—it’s unfortunate otherwise. Onsen facilities can be found on floor six: although not an actual Onsen per se nor particularly large by any means—it still provided relaxation nonetheless. To Hhonors members: I'm registered under one account alongside my husband who holds HGV membership while being listed as an official member himself within Hhonors too—this time around though when making reservations independently for work purposes—I learned such stays cannot contribute towards personal records due solely based upon Hilton's system limitations so please bear caution accordingly during future bookings! Despite sharing various observations here today overall experience remains positive albeit room exists where further refinement among personnel could enhance satisfaction levels even higher moving forward!

    I stayed during the ...

    I stayed during the Lantern Festival. It was very helpful that the Hotel was close to the station, allowing me to check in without using an umbrella as it was raining when I arrived. The breakfast was very delicious, and I enjoyed a leisurely morning. As expected from an international Hotel, the lobby and Room interiors were lovely, utilizing indirect lighting for a relaxing atmosphere. The staff's attentiveness was also excellent, making for a very enjoyable stay. I would definitely like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

    Thank you for your hospitality the other day. The direct connection to the station was attractive as we were scheduled to arrive in Nagasaki late. We were able to relax comfortably in the room, and the bath in the room was very pleasant. We had a very comfortable stay. It was a pity that we couldn't use the large public bath because we checked in late and checked out early. The breakfast had a wide variety, including Nagasaki specialties such as Sara Udon, Hatoshi, and Nagasaki Castella, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you very much for storing our luggage after check-out and for your courteous response when we inquired about something upon luggage collection, even though we asked on the off chance. We visited Nagasaki for sightseeing, and staying here further enhanced our satisfaction with the trip. We would like to use your property again if we have the opportunity. Thank you very much.

    I was able to stay at the Hilton at a great price.

    Stayed for one night on a weekday during a long weekend. Got a great deal. The breakfast had a lot of variety, and the most delicious was the miso soup. When I asked where the miso was from, they immediately answered that they use barley miso from Shimabara. It's a wonderful Hotel.

    Thanks to the beautiful front desk staff.

    I stayed on February 8th. During my city tour after checking out the next day, I realized I had forgotten my dentures (which I paid for myself) in the room. I immediately called the hotel, but soon received a message that they were not found. Still hopeful, when I returned to the hotel to pick up my luggage after the city tour, I asked the beautiful staff member at the front desk who had assisted me earlier. She kindly checked even the drains and said, "We haven't found them yet, but the trash hasn't gone to the incinerator, so we'll check urgently and contact you if we find them." I had given up and was heading to the bus stop for Huis Ten Bosch. However, I received a call saying, "We found them!" and she waited for me at the entrance closest to the station. I was so happy that I forgot to ask her name and just thanked her before heading back to the bus stop. Thanks to her, I was able to continue my trip pleasantly, and it became a memorable trip to Nagasaki. I returned home safely, but I wanted to express my gratitude to that beautiful staff member and everyone at the hotel, so I wrote this here. When I told my husband, he said such thorough service is typical of Hilton, and we decided to stay here again next time. Thank you very much. I am truly grateful. Please take care of yourselves and continue your good work.

    Only the bath was disappointing...

    As expected from Hilton, the Room was well-prepared and I was able to enjoy a pleasant stay. The meals were also delicious. Being close to the station, it was very helpful that they stored our luggage before check-in and after check-out. Thank you very much. However, the only disappointment was the bathing Facility. The operating hours are short, from 7:00 to 11:00 and 17:00 to 22:00. Furthermore, it was crowded during bathing times, so I couldn't use it. There was a notice about the congestion at check-in, but after viewing the night scenery from Inasayama, my chilled body ended up in the Room's bath, which was disappointing. I would appreciate it if you could consider extending the hours to start at 6:00 in the morning and until 23:00 at night.

    Everything was perfect.

    Due to bad weather, the Gunkanjima tour was canceled, and since it was snowing and cold, I spent my time in the club lounge. It was very nice. The curry available during cocktail time earned high points. The Room was spacious and clean, and I thought Hilton would be my only choice when visiting Nagasaki.

    The best city Hotel

    The Facility, Room, and customer service are impeccable. The breakfast is delicious, and the plain omelet is S-rank. The banquet dishes are also of high quality. I would like to make this my regular Property in Nagasaki.

    I will use it again.

    Conveniently located just steps from the station. Although small, there is also a large public bath. For dinner, I chose tempura, which was delicious. The Room was well air-conditioned and clean.

    Easily accessible from JR Nagasaki and very comfortable to stay.

    It was a very comfortable Hotel. A Hotel that combines the reliability of a global Hotel with the charm of Japan, making for a pleasant stay. The breakfast had a wide variety and was delicious. There were plenty of power outlets, so there was no need to compete for them, and everyone had enough. The bathroom was not a unit bath but a Japanese-style setup with a separate bathtub and washing area, allowing me to stretch my tired legs and soak in the hot water after walking around. It was a great stay.

    I was very satisfied with the "warm hospitality".

    I stayed on the Executive Floor for four nights. I was worried because there were some reviews saying "the service is not great," but that was not the case. The staff, especially those in the club lounge, provided very warm hospitality, and I was extremely satisfied. Despite many restaurants being fully booked due to events, they made a great effort to find a place that met our preferences, which was impressive. The hotel's Chinese restaurant was also very impressive, with a high level of quality from appetizers to main dishes and desserts. However, for the sake of fairness, I will also mention things that I would like to see improved. ● If you are not a Hilton member, Wi-Fi is charged at 900 yen per day. Others have mentioned this as well, and it seems excessive. ● On weekends, the lounge is quite noisy with children. I believe this is a benefit for Hilton members, not guests staying on the Executive Floor. Many parents do not caution their loud children, so we left the lounge early on weekends. ● The hairdryer and amenities are lacking. I would like to request a better quality hairdryer. Even with these shortcomings, it was a hotel that made me want to stay again. Thank you to the staff for their warm hospitality.

    For anniversary use.

    We used it for an anniversary. Thanks to your various attentions, it became a very good memory. Being close to the station, it was very convenient for sightseeing and shopping. We will visit again.

    Conveniently located near the station.

    I had a Multiple Night Stay. It is conveniently located near Nagasaki Station. The service was courteous, and I had a good impression from the response when they held my luggage before check-in. Below are my impressions compared to other international hotels. The breakfast, while not having a large variety, was delicious. The public bath seems to be aimed at gym users, as the changing room is cramped and not relaxing. The room amenities were simplified, which was disappointing as I was looking forward to them. There might be seasonal pricing, but overall, it felt overpriced.

    Executive Deluxe Room Double Twin

    I stayed for two nights in an Executive Deluxe with lounge access. It was a room change from the previous day, but thanks to the hotel's consideration, I was able to check out while leaving my luggage in the room, and they moved it to the next room for me. Since it was New Year's, the lounge offered dishes reminiscent of ozoni and osechi, allowing me to enjoy the New Year's atmosphere comfortably. (One downside was that there was a family with a child around 2-3 years old, and the child running around the lounge was noisy.) When I asked the lounge staff for places to visit for a few hours before my return flight, they kindly provided suggestions. Although I had visited Nagasaki many times, I was able to fully enjoy a different view of Nagasaki, making it a memorable experience. The room was on the 11th floor, the same as the lounge, and faced south. The bed mattress at this hotel was extremely comfortable. The double twin beds in the Executive Deluxe Room were 135cm wide each, making for a very comfortable stay. The room layout was also user-friendly. The BOSE Bluetooth speaker provided was excellent, enriching my time at the hotel. I think both the location and the hospitality of the hotel are top-notch.

    Optimal location

    I used it on New Year's Day. The front staff, restaurant floor staff, and cleaning staff all provided very pleasant service. The room was on the 10th floor facing south, and the night view of the port and Megami Bridge was wonderful. The breakfast on the 2nd was a bit disappointing as it was very crowded, possibly due to the large number of guests or the small capacity of the breakfast restaurant, with many people waiting after writing their names. Also, there were only a few items reminiscent of osechi, such as kamaboko and kazunoko. However, overall, the convenience was good, and the room was clean and comfortable, so I was glad to stay.

    The breakfast buffet and the bathing Facility were also good!

    The location is on the opposite side of the tram stop, so it takes a bit of a walk to get on the tram or bus, but the Facility and Room were clean, and I was able to stay without being bothered by the noise from the adjacent station. The breakfast buffet, being New Year's Day, offered New Year's dishes such as ozoni, all of which were delicious, and I ended up eating quite a lot. As for the bathing Facility, I checked the congestion status on TV and saw that it was crowded for both men and women at night, so I decided not to go, but when I went first thing in the morning, it was more relaxing than I had imagined and was very nice. Thank you very much.

    It was a wonderful Room on the ocean side corner.

    The Room was excellent, but there were some minor issues such as the body soap not lathering, no laundry bag, and the temperature control panel in the Room being difficult to use. I am satisfied with the staff's smiles and greetings. I like Hilton.

    Not recommended!

    The veteran-looking male front desk staff next to me at check-in kept glancing over and whispering something to the staff attending to me, which was very unpleasant! Since it happened several times, I thought about asking directly, "What is it?" but I held back, thinking it might be too immature. These days, if you say something, you might be accused of customer harassment, which I wanted to avoid... As a travel enthusiast, I have stayed at various hotels, but this was the first time I felt so uncomfortable. Such an attitude is unimaginable at a hotel in Tokyo. Is this kind of behavior normal in a place like Nagasaki? I regret choosing Hilton for the last day of my trip, as it was a mistake! Honestly, I thought I never want to stay at Hilton again!

    I enjoyed it.

    The staff were very pleasant and courteous, which was satisfying. It was convenient to have a large public bath, which is rare for a city Hotel. It was a Hotel worth repeating.

    Air purifier

    There was a high-performance air purifier with a humidifying function, but the water was empty, so the humidifying function did not work, and I had to refill it myself. It was a new Facility with pleasant service, so that was the only thing that stood out.

    The level is very high, but the software aspect is lacking.

    The facilities were at the Hilton level globally, and the kind service was reassuringly at the Japanese level, but there were moments where I thought, "Huh?" in terms of handling specific situations. (Using hotels of the same level in Tokyo as a standard) Indeed, when gathering such a large number of employees at once in a regional area, it might take some time for the soft aspects to mature. Also, it might have been a coincidence and not necessarily a bad thing, but there seemed to be many young and beautiful employees, which made me feel that lookism might be emphasized in hiring, which was a bit concerning. This is because such hotel men/women might be a bit nervous but are doing their best (so as a guest, we should watch over them warmly), which can honestly be tiring if it continues. It might be more calming if the ratio of older employees were a bit higher. It was disappointing that the public bath was only open until 10 PM, and when I went to the lounge to eat cake at 9:30 PM, it was already over. Especially for the public bath, it could be open a bit later. I deliberately wrote only the negative aspects, but it was a very enjoyable stay.

    It was wonderful.

    As it was established in 2021, I was satisfied with everything including the Facility, rooms, location, and staff. It was very quiet and nice as the general public does not enter. The breakfast venue was of an appropriate size, and I was healed by the delicious food and the gentle words of the staff.

    The attention to detail was indeed that of a first-class Hotel!

    Although it was a 2-night, 3-day stay and I personally experienced various events, I was very grateful for the detailed consideration, and I thought it was indeed a first-class Hotel. Unfortunately, I stayed on the day when the tropical depression that changed from Typhoon No. 21 directly hit Nagasaki, but I was able to see various Nagasaki landscapes from the Hotel, such as lightning and fast-moving clouds over Nagasaki and Inasayama after the storm passed, which was nice!! I would like to use it again.
