    I had a relaxing stay.

    Conveniently located near the station, making it an excellent choice for sightseeing in Nagasaki. The hotel is new, and the rooms are very clean and well-maintained. The room features separate bath and toilet facilities, but having a public bath was a great addition. Although not large, the public bath was quiet in the morning, offering a private-like experience—highly recommended. Breakfast was enjoyed via room service; it arrived at the scheduled time reserved the day before, allowing for a relaxing morning. The staff provided excellent service—truly Hilton quality. Thanks to this experience, we had a wonderful trip. Thank you!

    A high-quality Hotel conveniently located near the station.

    Located right in front of JR Nagasaki Station, this Hotel is very convenient and offers high-quality service. The Room was spacious, with separate bath and toilet facilities, making it very user-friendly. Amenities were well-prepared, so there was no need to bring anything extra. However, a few points of dissatisfaction were the narrow changing area in the public bath and the Room switches being labeled only in English, which made them hard to understand. The nightwear provided in pajama style was comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of dishes and was highly satisfying. Local specialties like Goto Udon noodles and Hatoshi were delicious!

    The view from the Room is excellent, and the breakfast offers a wide variety.

    I stayed for two nights with my daughter. The room faced the Inariyama area, offering a great view. The room had separate toilet and bath areas, and the bath included a washing space, allowing for a relaxing soak. I used the bathing facility once; though it was slightly small, the spacious bathtub was very pleasant. Breakfast was a buffet with a wide variety of dishes including Sara Udon, Goto Udon, and Castella cake. Even after two days, I didn’t get tired of it. I met up with a friend living in Nagasaki and received Goto wine as a souvenir. Since it was heavy to carry back, I sent it via courier from the hotel—the packaging was excellent! If I have another chance to visit Nagasaki, I would love to stay here again.

    Attention to detail and clean Facility

    We stayed here on our wedding anniversary on August 6, 2025. The staff smoothly accommodated our early arrival, offered kind congratulatory words, and even prepared a beautiful flower arrangement in the Room. It became an unforgettable stay for us. We are truly grateful.

    Thank you for your patronage.

    I used this accommodation because my elderly mother wanted to visit Nagasaki. The cleanliness of the Room, the bed, and the breakfast were all very satisfying. If I may add a suggestion, the spa locker and dial were a bit challenging for those with presbyopia. Also, it would be appreciated if lower lockers could be assigned for shorter elderly guests. With its almost direct connection to the station and high convenience, I would love to visit again!

    Lovely Room, delicious breakfast.

    I stayed at the accommodation for work at the adjacent Dejima Messe Nagasaki. The access from Nagasaki Station was convenient, allowing me to spend my time comfortably without any loss of time. The room had a sleek and sophisticated design, making it very comfortable. The large public bath helped relieve my fatigue. Breakfast offered a variety of Japanese, Western, and local dishes, all of which were delicious. My stay in Nagasaki turned out to be truly wonderful. Thank you for your hospitality!

    I made a same-day Reservation as I wanted a place close to the station due to the heat and fatigue from drinking. The hoteliers, bartenders, and staff were all friendly and very comforting. This is a Hotel I definitely want to visit again.

    Perfect

    This is my second stay. The quality of service from the Hotel staff, the cleanliness of the Facility—everything is perfect. I believe this is not just the best Hotel in Nagasaki but even surpasses some 5-star Hotels in Tokyo. Recently, many Hotels in Tokyo seem to focus only on raising prices while compromising overall quality. They should take inspiration from Hilton Nagasaki. Thank you for providing such a comfortable stay. I will definitely visit again!

    Close to both the station and the conference venue!

    Convenient Hotel for transportation and business meetings. The meals were delicious, the Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. One downside is the public bath policy; slippers and Room wear are not allowed there. This can be inconvenient for guests who only have business suits or limited clothing options, making it less appealing to use. Other than that, it’s an excellent Hotel!

    It was my first stay, but they were very kind and accommodating to my detailed requests. The room was clean, spacious enough, and I had a comfortable stay. I will use this accommodation again when I visit Nagasaki.

    Female amenities must be brought by guests.

    The guest rooms were new, clean, and satisfactory, but this was the first Hotel I stayed at that did not provide women's amenities like makeup remover, face wash, or lotion. Breakfast was average. There was a live kitchen, but the variety of dishes wasn't extensive enough to be completely satisfying. The high percentage of foreign group guests seems to reflect the current times.

    Hotel where you can experience the charm of Nagasaki

    This was my second stay at Hilton Nagasaki, and I was thoroughly satisfied once again. Although I arrived early, I was allowed to check in ahead of time as the room was ready, which was very helpful. The room had a clean and sophisticated design with a calm atmosphere, providing the reliable comfort unique to Hilton. As with my previous visit, the dining experience left a lasting impression. The breakfast buffet featured local Nagasaki specialties such as Sara Udon and Hatoshi, offering an abundance of regional flavors that were absolutely delicious—worth visiting just for the food alone! While we didn’t use them this time, the facilities within the hotel are well-equipped with options like fitness areas and an Onsen. I look forward to trying them during my next stay. Whether for sightseeing or business purposes, this is a highly recommended accommodation for anyone visiting Nagasaki. I will definitely return!

    This was my third stay. Unfortunately, I couldn't enjoy the facility as I didn't have time to relax at the hotel, but thank you for your always thoughtful and attentive service. I appreciate being able to rest comfortably and start my day with a delicious breakfast. I love looking up at the beautiful staircase from the first floor, so much so that I wish there were a sofa placed there. (But then I might not want to move, so maybe that's not a good idea.) I look forward to staying here again in the future. Thank you!

    We had a wonderful time. We stayed with lounge access to celebrate a special occasion. The lounge offered Nagasaki specialties like Sara Udon and delicious curry. Although the Castella shop we asked about at the reception was unfortunately closed, the staff kindly guided us on how to transfer between trams. If we have another chance to visit Nagasaki, we would love to stay here again. It became a memorable experience for us. Thank you very much!

    Overall, it leaves a good impression, but...

    Stayed for 2 nights in a Deluxe Twin Room on the 7th floor overlooking the Urakami River, with breakfast included. Upon arrival, we left our luggage with the bell staff on the first floor and informed the front desk (concierge?) on the second floor that it was our first trip to Nagasaki. They provided us with detailed and friendly guidance about tourist spots, directions, and nearby restaurants, leaving a very positive impression. The room was clean and well-maintained. The inclusion of bath sheets was a nice touch. Lying on the bed and looking out of the window felt like admiring a painting. However, compared to similar hotels, I found the amenities to be slightly lacking in quality. As for breakfast, due to Golden Week crowds, we waited about 30 minutes in the lobby. While it was mentioned at check-in that "it may be crowded," I thought it would have been better if there had been an option like "we'll contact you when there's availability so you can wait in your room." Regarding service quality, staff seemed somewhat fatigued; there were no smiles or greetings during both entry and exit (even on day two). Additionally—though this might seem minor—I noticed tables being wiped but trash left unnoticed on floors; this could be improved. Having worked for many years at an international hotel chain myself, perhaps I'm more attuned to such details than most guests might be. That said though—it’s important Hilton continues upholding its brand reputation diligently!

    It was a comfortable accommodation.

    As a new hotel, it was clean and very functional, providing a comfortable stay. I stayed in an Executive Floor room, and the Executive Lounge offered substantial meals and beverages, including alcohol, in the evening. This was helpful when my companion was too tired to go out for dinner. There was also a large public bath where I could stretch my legs and relax in the tub, which was delightful. The front desk is on the second floor, but entering from the first-floor entrance felt slightly inconvenient as I was stopped by the doorman.

    It was a room for three family members, but we were able to relax comfortably.

    The room was very clean, and the bathroom was spacious, allowing for a relaxing bath. Breakfast had a wide variety of options and was excellent. Considering it’s a Hilton, the price was quite reasonable—I wish I had booked a Multiple Night Stay. It felt a bit lonely with only one shop available.

    It was a calm and sophisticated executive floor.

    For the second night in Nagasaki during the Lantern Festival, I chose this conveniently located hotel near the station. The executive floor was quiet and elegant, even during the busy festival period, allowing for a relaxing stay. Breakfast included a reserved Eggs Benedict along with local Nagasaki dishes and Castella, which were very satisfying. There was local shochu and sake available, but I wished there had been sparkling options as well. The staff provided attentive service that made me feel at ease. However, the lack of amenities reduced some of the enjoyment... The public bath was unexpectedly small, so it’s better to avoid peak hours!

    Excellent value for money

    We stayed here on the first night of our trip to Nagasaki and Kumamoto. Usually, we stay at Onsen Ryokans or Hotels, but this time we chose a city hotel for the first time to explore Nagasaki City and visit Gunkanjima. As it was a two-day sightseeing trip, we stayed at different hotels each day. The room was spacious with excellent facilities, offering great views of Nagasaki Bay and Mount Inasa from the window. Additionally, having access to the executive lounge made our stay even more satisfying. The drinks and food in the lounge were more than satisfactory, and above all, the staff's hospitality was exceptional. The delicious breakfast also exceeded expectations in quality. It felt almost unbelievable that such an enriching experience came at this price point! Thank you very much for a wonderful stay!

    You can access the 2...

    You can access the 2nd-floor front desk from Nagasaki Station through Dejima Messe without getting wet in the rain. The facility is modern and stylish, and combined with the staff's excellent hospitality, it is a wonderful hotel. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the breakfast includes an omelet service, which is delightful. I would love to stay here again when visiting Nagasaki.

    Executive Room Use

    Recently, I’ve been seeing Nagasaki frequently on TV and social media, which made me want to visit suddenly. Hilton is directly connected to the station, making it very convenient. The Hotel is still new and beautifully maintained. The staff provided excellent and pleasant service. After using the lounge (cocktail time), as I was leaving my Room, they kindly said, "Have a wonderful evening." I’ve visited many hotel lounges before but was momentarily surprised by this first-time greeting—such a lovely gesture! It left a great impression on me. I would love to visit again—a truly wonderful Hotel!

    Disappointing

    The Room was on the 6th floor, so the view was limited to the rooftop of a neighboring building. Since the Hotel seems to have a wood-themed concept, it was clear that both the design and scent of the Room emphasized wood. However, personally, I found the scent uncomfortable. That said, the Room was clean, functional, and overall very good. One thing that bothered me was that a vacuum cleaner was left in front of my Room from check-in until check-out. I had breakfast at the Hotel, but neither the hall staff nor kitchen staff showed any smiles at all—it made me wonder if something had happened—and it left me feeling slightly uncomfortable. My companion mentioned feeling similarly, so I don't think it was just me who felt this way. The food itself tasted good but lacked variety. Overall, I felt that hospitality could have been better; it did not meet my expectations.

    Wonderful Hotel

    The Room was absolutely wonderful. It was new and spacious. Additionally, the package included a streetcar ticket and admission to Glover Garden, which made it feel like great value. The breakfast was also delicious. This is a Hotel I would definitely stay at again and highly recommend when visiting Nagasaki.
