    It was a convenient and clean Hotel.

    We stayed for two nights as a couple. The hotel is close to the station, the Facility is new, we were satisfied with the breakfast buffet, and we also used the large public bath, so we had a very comfortable stay. One thing we were dissatisfied with was that basic skincare amenities were not readily available. My wife felt a bit disappointed because she hesitated to ask staff to bring them. Even if you do not keep them out at all times, I would appreciate it if you could place a card saying something like, “Skincare items are available upon request.” Please consider this.

    I was satisfied!

    We stayed here to celebrate my sister’s anniversary. Our Room was on an upper floor, and the romantic view overlooking the harbor was wonderful. I was truly touched to find flowers arranged in the Room with a card attached. The Room was spacious, and there was also a hot bath Facility, so we were able to spend our time very comfortably. When I asked the front desk for recommendations for local cafes, they kindly took the time—despite being busy—to print out a detailed map and even contacted the cafe to confirm their business hours. They made our one-night trip feel absolutely special. If I have another chance to visit Nagasaki, I would definitely like to stay again.

    I stay in an Executive Room every time. The Room isn’t large, but it’s clean and comfortable. One of the reasons I choose this hotel is the Executive Lounge. During cocktail time from 5:00 p.m., when alcohol is served, I was surprised to see it so crowded for the first time—almost full—but both food and drinks were replenished promptly, so nothing ran out. The staff also provided very courteous service; in particular, a female staff member from Nepal and a young male staff member offered pleasant service that left a great impression. The area for improvement is the spa. It may have been fully booked overall, but some foreign guests from Asia had extremely poor manners in the hot bath area—walking around inside the bathroom with muddy sneakers on (an elderly Japanese woman tried to warn them, but they ignored her). The floor was soaking wet, and the powder room was left in disarray, which was disappointing. There were no towels at all (they are usually neatly stacked), and even though the bath isn’t large, it was overcrowded—so I left quickly. I believe regular checks are necessary, including cleanliness management. Since spa hours are only until 10:00 p.m., I would also be happy if that could be improved. I will visit again, so I would appreciate your consideration of these points.

    From the moment I entered the Hotel, I was warmly welcomed, and my first trip to Nagasaki instantly became a wonderful journey. Thoughtful attention to detail could be felt everywhere, and the staff’s welcoming atmosphere was truly comforting—I’m really glad I chose this place.

    Visiting Nagasaki for errands

    I traveled to Nagasaki for an errand. Whenever I stay in Nagasaki City, I always choose Hilton Nagasaki. The Hotel staff are pleasant, and the interior spaces are clean and beautiful. The Room is also spotless and comfortable, and I wanted to spend as much time as possible inside the Hotel. The Onsen is very clean and convenient to use, and it’s something I look forward to whenever I stay here. I always feel like I want to come back again.

    A bit disappointing

    After turning 60, I’ve been through a long illness, years of long-distance caregiving, and looking after my grandchildren. As a milestone in my life and a reward to myself, I took a solo trip all the way to Nagasaki. I was really looking forward to a Multiple Night Stay at the Hilton. First of all, I was excited about the view from the Hotel, but when I opened the curtains, what I saw was JR trains. Hmm… I had imagined a view of Mt. Inasa on my own, so it was a bit disappointing… I was also looking forward to my favorite coffee, but unexpectedly… it left me feeling frustrated—come on, Hilton! In addition, does the hair dryer in the Room not have a styling mode? I was disappointed that I couldn’t use it with a brush for blow-drying and styling… Also, there was dust collected near the top part of the bathroom door. It was slightly disappointing overall. Other than that, everything was wonderful—especially the staff service, which I was very satisfied with.

    A very lovely Hotel

    Right in front of Nagasaki Station, so it’s very convenient. They were able to store our luggage before our stay and also after check-out, which was a big help. The Room was also wonderful. The Room bathroom was separate and spacious, which was great, but there was also a large public bath, so we used that instead. All the staff were very pleasant. The price felt slightly high, but if I have the chance to visit Nagasaki again, I would definitely like to stay here again.

    I stayed on the Executive Floor.

    We stayed with three female childhood friends to celebrate our 60th birthdays. We had hoped to stay on the Executive Floor, but there were no vacancies, so we made a Reservation on a standard floor. For some reason, when making the Reservation, it showed three women but also reflected one man. We called to let you know that three women would be staying and that we were looking forward to celebrating our 60th birthdays. After that, we found an available Room on the Executive Floor, canceled the first Room, and made a new Reservation, but we did not contact you at that time. When we entered our Room on the day of arrival, there were roses and a message card prepared for us. My friends were very happy as well, and it made me truly glad. It was clear that what I shared in my initial call had been communicated properly, and I felt your internal coordination was excellent. The Executive Lounge was also very comfortable. While we were enjoying tea time and chatting with friends, a staff member kindly asked if they should bring us beer since cocktail time would begin soon. Thanks to that thoughtful gesture, we enjoyed cocktail time as well. We went out around 7:00 p.m. to see the night view from Mt. Inasa and planned to return by 8:30 p.m., but the ropeway was extremely crowded. We waited one hour to board and another hour to get off, so we did not return to the Hotel until after 10:00 p.m. We had been looking forward to using the Onsen Facility as well, but unfortunately it was already closed by then. Since we had signed up for a morning Gunkanjima landing tour the next day, it wasn’t possible for us to use the Onsen Facility. The person who assisted us when we left our luggage is from overseas, but they understood Japanese well and even wrote down my name in hiragana. I was impressed. Your training is clearly thorough. The location is great too—we were very satisfied overall.

    Mother’s Day Family Trip to Nagasaki: The Best Stay at Hilton Nagasaki

    We stayed for one night on our first trip to Nagasaki to coincide with Mother’s Day. The Room had stylish yet calming interiors, and we enjoyed the harbor view from the window. The table set up for tea was different from others and allowed us to relax comfortably. The amenities included everything we needed, and the separate bath and toilet were very convenient; everything was also kept impeccably clean. Everyone especially liked being able to use the pleasantly scented body cream right away after washing hands. The large public bath also had bath towels available, and having staff at the front desk there made us feel reassured; aside from there being only a few washing stations, it was perfect. Breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, and we could adjust the portion of sara udon ourselves—it was delicious. Our fruit-loving family members were thrilled with the generous selection of fruit. We were also satisfied with the Hilton-style omelet, and even though we were full, we still happily finished the freshly baked waffles for dessert. The location in front of the station was excellent as well—after sightseeing, we could take our time choosing souvenirs near the station and enjoy Nagasaki until late at night. Finally, when my mother fell in front of the Hotel before check-in this time, your staff’s quick response and thoughtful care truly helped our entire family. Thanks to you, we were able to end our trip with wonderful memories of Nagasaki—and now we’re already saying, “Let’s go again! And of course next time we’ll stay at Hilton Nagasaki!” Please allow me to express my sincere gratitude once again. I’m sure your work is demanding every day, but please take good care of yourselves as you continue your great work. Thank you very much.

    The large public bath is…

    I stayed the night before my trip to the Goto Islands. The Room was very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the large public bath was crowded and entry restrictions were in place. The staff handled it properly, so there was no confusion, but it took a long time for my turn and it disrupted my plans afterward.

    We had a relaxing stay.

    It was a very beautiful Hotel. The Room was also spacious, clean, and well maintained. It had been a while since I stayed at a Hilton property, but I’d love to stay again! It’s right in front of the station… very convenient! The staff were wonderful, and the moment I walked in, I thought, “I’m so glad we chose this Hotel!” Thank you.

    Excellent value for money!

    With breakfast included, just over 20,000 yen for one Room for two people is excellent. It’s also conveniently close to Nagasaki Station. The building is still fairly new, and the Room layout is wonderful—it feels more spacious than the actual square meter size. I even regretted not staying one more night! I really liked Nagasaki as well, and I’ll choose Hilton again next time I visit.

    Conveniently located near JR Nagasaki Station.

    The Hilton Hotel is located in front of JR Nagasaki Station. A Room with a great view. The toilet and bathroom are separate, and a movable partition wall can divide the bed area from the toilet and bath, making the stay comfortable.

    The bath and sauna are excellent.

    I always stay here, and this time was another very pleasant visit. The early-morning bath and sauna are especially refreshing. I strongly hope the Japanese “Tamatebako” breakfast will be brought back!

    It was comfortable.

    I stayed one night with my child who is moving to Nagasaki for university. We arrived at Nagasaki Station after 9:00 p.m. and checked in at a Hotel just a short walk away. We headed straight to the large public bath; I thought it wouldn’t be crowded, but all five washing stations and the single shower booth were fully occupied. After rinsing with the bath water, I soaked in the tub first. The temperature was just right and very relaxing. Due to the layout, everyone’s line of sight faces the washing area, which can’t really be helped, but… The changing room was also clean and very comfortable. Breakfast while looking out at Mt. Inasa was absolutely wonderful. The grand staircase to the entrance and the corridor leading to the large public bath—both with warm wood tones and beautiful design—helped soothe our travel fatigue. Next time, I’d like to use the sauna as well.

    I stayed here while sightseeing in Nagasaki.

    This was my first trip to Nagasaki, and my first time staying at a Hilton. Before check-in, the bell desk on the 1st floor kindly stored our luggage and told us, “We’ll bring it up to your Room,” which made us feel at ease and enjoy sightseeing without worry. I knew Wi‑Fi required pre-registration and prepared in advance, but connecting in the guest Room still felt a bit cumbersome. This time we made a Reservation with lounge access, attracted by the convenient location near the station, the newness of the property, the views, and the large public bath. However, for a sightseeing-focused trip, the large public bath hours felt slightly short. Since we went out at night to Mt. Inasa and the Lantern Festival, we used the in-room bath instead; although simple in appearance, the tub was comfortable and more relaxing than expected. A bath chair would have been even better. The Room was comfortable overall—circulation flow, lighting, and outlet placement were well thought out—but there were a few points that stood out: water stains on the sink area, a small stain on the bed coverlet, hair near the pillowside area,, and howly folded bathrobe. Because everything else aboutthe Room was so good,, it was a little disappointing. Compared with another Japanese hotel lounge I used recently,, this club lounge felt more minimal than warm in both layout of food offeringsand atmosphere.. The food tasted good,, but if there were just a bit more personal touch,, it would feel more special.. That said,, one female staff member at reception was exceptionally pleasant—the strongest sense of hospitality during this stay came from her. Breakfast was excellent—especially champon-style noodles (sara udon)and omelets fromthe live kitchen.. Onthe other hand,, sometimes portions on display were low; when only one piece of bacon remained I hesitated to take it thinking of others.. Items were replenished,but I would have appreciateda little more breathing roomto choose calmly.. The restaurant’s layout allows you to see escalatorsandthe front desk,and my husband felt his seat made people’s movement easyto notice.. The staff were professional,but timing for clearing plates varied,and at timesit createda slightly tense impression.. Since this wasa fast-paced sightseeing tripandwe dressed for mobility,I sometimesfelt agap between thes relaxed atmosphereof being ableto walk tothe large public bathin loungewearandthe hotel’s overall cool,sophisticated vibe.. It reminded me that what you lookfor ina sightseeing trip differs somewhatfroma city hotel stay,butin terms of comfort,the Accommodation itselfwas excellent ina different way.. Overall,I think this Hotel offers good valuefor money.

    The front desk staff...

    The front desk staff, especially the room service team, provided excellent service. The room interior was stylish, functional, and very comfortable. The chef who prepared the breakfast omelets was also very courteous and attentive. However, when I arrived before the stated breakfast start time, many guests were already dining and the best seats were taken. I understand breakfast was started earlier than posted for a group, but in that case I think it would have been better to seat them first in the larger area toward the back rather than by the windows. It was disappointing since I arrived on time as scheduled.

    It is a clean Hotel.

    The front desk atmosphere, the staff’s service, and the Room size and usability were exactly what I would expect from the Hilton Group. The view from the Room window is also nice. On the other hand, in-room Wi-Fi is only available if you join the Hotel’s free membership program, and since the large public bath is positioned as a gym facility, bathing hours are limited. This may be a Hilton Group policy, but compared with other Hotels in the same price range, I felt the services were somewhat lacking. Other than that, there were no issues at all. I had a very comfortable stay.

    Overall satisfied, but I’m deducting a point just to be picky.

    The only downside was that the provided hand soap had an overly strong, perfumed scent. The smell lingered on my hands for a long time and was noticeable even during meals. Otherwise, I was very satisfied.

    A little more.

    The Room was spacious, open, and wonderful. However, I would have liked a coffee machine such as a Nespresso. There were also no bathrobes, and the slippers were thin like those in a Business Hotel, which was a bit disappointing. Since the Room has plenty of space, it would be even better if there were a sofa by the window.

    The Club Floor is the best.

    The Club Floor lounge is highly recommended. There is a wide selection of alcoholic beverages, and plenty of soft drinks as well. I was also delighted to find even curry available. Although I didn’t make it in time for tea time while sightseeing, I was happy that sweets were still available after 5 p.m. If I had to ask for one thing, I would have liked a bit more cheese. The lady at the entrance was very pleasant and welcoming, and all the staff inside were genuinely kind and friendly. This is what Hilton should be like. I wish other Hilton properties offered this same level of hospitality—honestly, I may not have experienced service as warm as at Hilton Nagasaki at other Hiltons. The Eggs Benedict in the lounge in the morning was delicious, and you can easily have a full breakfast there. Since my Plan included breakfast, I also went to the main breakfast venue, which had an excellent variety of menu items. Although it was raining and sightseeing was difficult, my time at Hilton Nagasaki was truly fulfilling. Thank you very much.

    I’d like to stay here again when I visit Nagasaki.

    I used the “Nagasaki Time” moisturizing Plan. It came with perks such as a face mask, a Glover Garden admission ticket, a one-day streetcar pass, and bath salts, making it perfect for my first trip to Nagasaki. The front desk staff were kind and gave me detailed directions, including how to get to Mt. Inasa. The Room had a separate bath and toilet, and I was able to relax and soothe my travel fatigue with the bath salts included as a perk. It was an Mt. Inasa view Room, and I had a very comfortable stay. A small but appreciated touch was that the magnifying makeup mirror could be moved (many Hotels have them fixed to the wall). It was also convenient because it is directly connected to the station.

    The natural design throughout the Room and the entire building, unified in earth tones, created an impression of warmth, cleanliness, calm, and comfort. Not only the facilities but also the consistently high level of hospitality from the staff was particularly noteworthy. I had a very pleasant stay. When staying in Nagasaki, I would gladly choose this Hotel again—it is so outstanding that even luxury-oriented IKYU members will be fully satisfied.
