    A lovely space.

    The view from the window and the Room itself were both wonderful. I ended up asking the Hotel to extend my stay by one more night, and spent two days there. The rich Nagasaki mandarin orange juice at breakfast became an unforgettable travel memory.

    Looking forward to improvements.

    Although this was my first stay, a series of issues made it very disappointing, especially because I had high expectations. I’m leaving this comment in the hope it will help with future improvements. I stayed in an Executive Deluxe Room, but first the card key sensor cover kept coming off and had to be fixed by staff. The bathtub drain stopper would not close; staff came to assist, but it only closed after multiple attempts and I had to adjust the stopper inside the tub myself. Hot water took a long time to come out. The refrigerator did not cool. The TV remote did not respond—probably due to poor contact on the power button. Overall, it was exhausting. The staff were helpful, but I believe Facility inspections and maintenance are needed first—for the sake of future guests as well.

    It was a great stay.

    The cleaning seems thorough, and the Room is kept very clean. The amenities may be fewer than at other Hilton properties, but I didn’t feel inconvenienced. Both the lounge food and the breakfast restaurant were great, with a nice Nagasaki touch. Since it’s near the station, I wasn’t expecting much of a view, but we had a clear view of Mt. Inasa. It was a great-value Hotel, and the staff service was truly pleasant. When I asked, “Could you help me?”, they warmly replied, “Of course,” which made me happy. I went out at night for the Lantern Festival, so it was a shame I didn’t have time to use the spa. I would appreciate it if you could extend the hours by one more hour.

    It was a clean Hotel.

    It was very convenient with direct access to the station. The Room was modern, clean, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, including Nagasaki sara udon, which I enjoyed. The made-to-order omelet prepared by the chef was also delicious. The Hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. However, it was disappointing that the bath water temperature only rose to about 40°C (just my impression), so it felt a bit cold.

    It wasn’t the stay I had expected.

    I had high expectations, as it is said to be the best Hotel in Nagasaki City, but it fell far short of the level of stay I was hoping for. 1. Room & amenities - The Room was clean and well maintained. - Amenities are “minimal.” It has been a long time since I stayed somewhere that provided only a comb and no brush. - This is partly personal preference, but the body soap left a sticky residue no matter how much I rinsed, and it never felt like it truly washed away dirt from my skin. This type has become quite rare recently, so I find it strange that such an outdated product is still being used. 2. Staff & service - Their language and manners seem proper, but everything stays strictly within the manual—nothing beyond that. - This happened: just after 7:00 a.m., while getting ready to attend a funeral, my battery-powered shaver ran out of power. Since this is a highly rated Hotel, I calmly called service and asked them to provide two AA batteries. The response was: “Buy them at a nearby convenience store.” I was shocked that a Hotel of this class could not supply just two batteries. Of course there are convenience stores in Nagasaki City—though I didn’t know where one was—but they should have understood that I didn’t have 30 minutes to spare in the morning. At check-in, I had already informed them that I would be rushed due to the funeral. - In my view, top-class hotel professionals do not say “no” as long as the request does not violate public order or morals. My regular Hotels (Imperial Hotel and New Otani) handle requests that way. I hope they will improve their operations. 3. Onsen / bath Did not use. 4. Facility & equipment - The design and furnishings seem carefully chosen, but when I opened the curtains in my Room on the 7th floor, all I could see was an expanse of rooftops from nearby buildings. I should have researched more before making my Reservation. - Regarding in-room features: it was surprising—and inconvenient—that the window could not be opened at all (fixed pane). When entering the Room for the first time and when waking up in the morning, I want to ventilate it. - It’s also surprising that a Hotel of this class does not offer free Wi‑Fi access these days. - Since this is outside Tokyo/Osaka-level pricing areas, parking fees should be free for guests staying overnight. 5. Overall satisfaction Barely 3 stars somehow. This feels less like an “upscale stay” and more like simply “providing a bed.” If that’s all it offers, there are plenty of places in town at half the price with similar value; next time I'll look for another Hotel as a learning experience."

    I was able to relax.

    A spacious, comfortable room and a truly delicious breakfast featuring local specialties like sara-udon. We were very satisfied with our stay and have already made our next Reservation. The website said facial cleansing amenities would be provided, but they weren’t available, which was the only disappointment—still, we had more than enough comfort to make up for it.

    For special occasions

    The staff are very polite, and the facility is well-maintained, making it a comfortable hotel to stay in. Despite the high-quality service and facilities, it is reasonably priced, which is truly delightful. I stayed here for a special occasion, and not only did they arrange a cake but also provided flowers—thank you so much! I will visit again.

    The Room is comfortable, and the staff leaves a good impression.

    Overall, it was a great value for the price, especially for a "Hilton." The Room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and bath. The wireless charging for smartphones was also convenient. The Room amenities were minimal yet sufficient, with no unnecessary extras. Personally, I would have preferred a hairbrush over a comb. For some reason, the Wifi didn’t connect, but it might have been an issue with my PC. Breakfast wasn’t particularly outstanding but everything tasted good. What left the biggest impression on me was the staff's service. Everyone was polite and professional—cleaning staff and bellmen included—and left an excellent impression overall. In particular, the front desk staff and one of the more experienced female staff members at breakfast stood out to me with their friendly remarks and responses to questions that went beyond mere professionalism; they added warmth that made my entire trip truly memorable.

    I chose this accommo...

    I chose this accommodation for my first trip to Nagasaki. The deciding factors were its location in front of the station, being a 4-star class or higher hotel, and having a large public bath. However, the operating hours of the public bath were too short and inconvenient. I wish it could be open continuously from check-in at 3 PM until check-out. (Currently, it's open from 5 PM to 10 PM and from 7 AM to 11 AM.) I understand that there is a system where staff at the reception provide locker keys, which limits operating hours, but it would be better if it could be used even without staff present. Also, charging for Wi-Fi unless you are a Hilton Honors member seems questionable. In modern hotels—or rather in high-class hotels I know—Wi-Fi is rarely charged for. Is this perhaps a strategy to encourage membership? Regarding the Blue Seal ice cream voucher: I heard that you can get it at the vacation counter but decided not to bother because my friend had previously been persistently solicited at such facilities and found it troublesome. It seems like they use free ice cream vouchers as an incentive to guide guests there... I don’t want to spend time or energy on such things during my trip. Wouldn't it be better just to offer complimentary ice cream in the room? The breakfast buffet was ¥4,500—quite expensive for a regional area—but felt more like something you'd find in a business hotel level-wise. The room amenities were also very basic. What stood out positively was that all entrance staff on the first floor greeted us with smiles and left a good impression; its location near the station was convenient; and overall, it's relatively new. Nagasaki is an amazing place that I'd love to visit again; however, due to these reasons mentioned above, I don't think I'll choose this accommodation next time.

    Satisfied.

    I planned a trip to Nagasaki to celebrate my 60th birthday. Although it was a short stay as we visited after watching the fireworks at Huis Ten Bosch, it was a wonderful experience. Thank you for your thoughtful gesture for the anniversary. Next time, I hope to stay longer. I look forward to visiting again then!

    Everything was satisfactory. The staff were courteous, the Room was very clean, and I was able to relax and recover from my travel fatigue. The breakfast was delicious, and I would love to visit again.

    I stayed here for a year-end trip to reflect on myself. The access from the station was convenient, and it was an excellent Hotel. If I may suggest, incorporating more of Nagasaki's uniqueness into the breakfast would enhance the experience. I look forward to seeing how Hilton Nagasaki expresses Nagasaki's charm. I will visit again.

    Comfortable 3 Days

    I stayed for three days on a solo trip. The location is perfect, right in front of the station, making it an excellent base. The Room was spacious and clean, and both the bed and the view from the window were impeccable. However, I found it a bit disappointing that Wi-Fi is not free unless you register as a Hilton member (registration is free). Additionally, it was very unfortunate that services like Netflix or other OTT platforms were completely unavailable. Other than that, everything was comfortable and convenient. I highly recommend this Hotel!

    It was great.

    Close to the station with convenient parking next door. The bellman's service was excellent. However, the bathtub in the bathroom lacked a handle, making it slightly inconvenient to get out. Additionally, the variety of amenities was fewer compared to Japan's top-tier accommodations, which might reflect sustainability efforts typical of international hotels. At check-in, I was informed that bedding and slippers were not allowed when visiting the bathing facility; however, I was surprised to see a guest using them in the elevator on our accommodation floor—though this is not uncommon! (laughs)

    The view from the window is stunning!

    Stayed on the 11th floor with an unobstructed view and large windows offering stunning scenery. Enjoyed both the sunrise and sunset. The amenities included a comb but no brush, which was unexpected. Also, the hairdryer only blew cold air, possibly due to a malfunction. While cold air is good for hair, it took longer to dry and was a bit disappointing. Customer service was perfect! Thank you to all the staff!

    Very satisfied.

    It was a one-night stay with No Meals Included, and the Facility was excellent as expected. The quality of the towels was great, and the amenities were well-stocked. However, the shampoo & conditioner, body soap, and body cream did not suit my skin and caused some itching. The shampoo and body soap felt slightly diluted with a watery texture. While I appreciated that the scent was consistent across products, it wasn't personally to my liking. Overall, I would consider staying again!

    Conveniently located near the station with great value for money.

    The new Hotel was very comfortable, and the convenience to the station and Dejima Messe was outstanding, making it a highly satisfying stay. The staff were also very warm and kind, providing detailed and easy-to-understand tourist information, which made for an excellent experience.     The Hilton in Nagasaki, located in the competitive hotel district near Nagasaki Station, was truly a one-of-a-kind and unforgettable hotel during our trip. Although it is an international hotel, the staff displayed a uniquely Japanese sense of courtesy and professionalism. The tea time at the lounge offered a wide variety of selections, and as we were leaving, a female staff member kindly said, "We look forward to welcoming you again for cocktail time." After the evening cocktail time, another staff member mentioned warmly, "We’ll be waiting for you again tomorrow morning." Having visited many hotel lounges before, this level of attentiveness was new to us. These small but memorable gestures left a lasting impression on us as a couple. The balance between the modern facilities and exceptional hospitality provided by the staff at Hilton Nagasaki was truly remarkable. Even when departing with our luggage carried to the taxi by an experienced male staff member who bowed deeply as we left—it was all very impressive. While other locations like Okinawa Chatan or N.Y Midtown were also excellent, Hilton Nagasaki stands out as top-class in every way. We hope to enjoy a Multiple Night Stay during our next visit to Nagasaki. As busy times like year-end approach, we hope you continue creating memorable experiences for guests like us. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for such wonderful moments!

    The Hotel is still n...

    The Hotel is still new, so everything was clean, and all the staff were friendly and kind with smiles. The Room was spacious, the bathroom was large, and amenities were well-prepared. The lounge (accessible for executive class) had a great selection and delicious offerings, making it very satisfying. It is also close to the station and convenient for shopping. I would like to add this Hotel to my list of places I want to use again.

    The Room is very calm with a serene atmosphere. Hot water is readily available, and amenities are well-provided. Breakfast allows you to enjoy as much as you want of your preferred items, which was highly satisfying.

    Breakfast service needs improvement.

    Stayed here on the second night of a 2-night, 3-day trip to Nagasaki. The front desk, lobby staff, and luggage attendants provided excellent service. However, the staff at the breakfast buffet "Di Barto" need better training. They all seemed tired. Another guest's child spilled juice near our table, and when I asked a female staff member to clean it up, she responded with an unpleasant attitude. Later on, whenever our eyes met, she gave me what felt like glaring looks. Did I do something wrong? Is this really the quality expected from Hilton? The service level at Japan's top three hotels is significantly higher in comparison. I believe improvements should be made for future guests' satisfaction.

    The location is very convenient, just a short distance from Nagasaki Station, whether you arrive by train or limousine bus from the airport. The front desk is on the second floor, but there is a counter on the first floor with staff available at all times. If you arrive before check-in time, you can leave your luggage on the first floor and head out to explore the city right away. When I checked in during the evening and entered my room, my luggage had already been delivered to my room. I found this kind of smart service exceptional as it seems less common these days. The staff were friendly and proactive, offering assistance with a smile even before I asked for help. Their professional hospitality was truly impressive. The Room was spacious enough with separate bath and toilet facilities, along with well-prepared amenities that made for a comfortable stay. Breakfast offered plenty of options in both Japanese and Western styles and was very satisfying overall. The only minor disappointment was the quality of white rice; however, since their live kitchen's omelets and waffles were highly recommended, opting for Western-style breakfast might have resolved this issue. Other than that small detail, it was an incredibly comfortable stay at a wonderful Hotel. Thank you for providing such professional service!

    Close to Nagasaki Station. Extremely convenient.

    Luggage storage is available even after check-out. With the hotel being close to the station, it's easy to visit local popular restaurants and buy souvenirs. Convenience stores and other facilities make it extremely convenient. First time visiting Nagasaki: Destinations include Peace Park, Atomic Bomb Museum, One-Legged Torii Gate, Mount Inasa above Nagasaki Station; Glover Garden, Dejima, Megane Bridge, Shinchi Chinatown, and Gunkanjima below. For such a trip, a hotel near Nagasaki Station is highly recommended. Hilton Nagasaki offers an excellent location with clean rooms and 24-hour fitness facilities. Although the public bath closes at 10 PM which might be inconvenient for some guests, the room's bathroom is spacious with a separate toilet for added comfort when traveling with others. The public bath opens at 7 AM in the morning so you can enjoy your room's bath at night and use the public bath in the morning instead. The hotel staff provides exceptional service with warm smiles that make your stay very comfortable. I had a wonderful trip to Nagasaki thanks to this lovely experience! I would love to stay here again!

    I had a comfortable stay.

    We were upgraded to a spacious Room this time, and we had a very comfortable stay. Thank you very much. It was a bit disappointing that the bathing Facility was slightly crowded, but the breakfast was delicious. We would love to stay here again when we visit Nagasaki.

    A premium Hotel with exceptional hospitality and outstanding cleanliness.

    Even at a first-class Hotel, it might be the first time I have experienced such pleasant service from all the staff. Perhaps it's due to the unique charm of Nagasaki, but everyone seemed composed and proud of their work. The Facility is new, with beautiful architecture and interior design. The price was also reasonable, making it a highly satisfying stay. I strongly feel that I would love to use this Hotel again during my next visit to Nagasaki.

    Business Hotel in Front of the Station

    【Meals】 Breakfast at the Business Hotel: The omelet and cheese were a nice touch. Compared to Tokyo's Hilton... Dinner was also underwhelming, with a menu catered to foreign tourists. 【Bath】 Not recommended. Expected better, similar to Kyoritsu or Monterey, but... 【Room】 View: A distant glimpse of the sea. All rooms are the same. No bath salts provided... 【Summary】 An international Business Hotel with reasonable pricing, making it a good choice for a hotel near the station. Recommended for foreign visitors as well.

    Hilton Grade

    In Tokyo, I usually prefer using the lounge at Conrad over Hilton, but I stayed at Nagasaki Hilton as it is a new accommodation conveniently located near the station. The executive floor lounge space could be more comfortable with a better layout, fewer seats, and more sofa seating. It would also be great if the quality of drinks and food were improved slightly. The public bath is a nice feature (and you can even check its occupancy status from your room), so it might be worth using it here. The breakfast on the second floor offers a wide variety of options, but including more local produce would make it even better. Since Nagasaki is said to be the birthplace of coffee in Japan, offering freshly brewed coffee instead of machine-made would add value to the service. The room had a Bluetooth speaker and a very comfortable bed!

    We stayed here for my mother's 80th birthday trip. The concierge kindly assisted us even before our stay, and the sightseeing taxi reserved through the hotel had a very friendly driver, making it a wonderful memory. Our room was decorated with celebratory flowers, and a chair for elderly guests was provided in the bathroom, which showed thoughtful attention to detail. We would love to stay here again on our next visit to Nagasaki.

    I had a relaxing stay.

    Conveniently located near the station, making it an excellent choice for sightseeing in Nagasaki. The hotel is new, and the rooms are very clean and well-maintained. The room features separate bath and toilet facilities, but having a public bath was a great addition. Although not large, the public bath was quiet in the morning, offering a private-like experience—highly recommended. Breakfast was enjoyed via room service; it arrived at the scheduled time reserved the day before, allowing for a relaxing morning. The staff provided excellent service—truly Hilton quality. Thanks to this experience, we had a wonderful trip. Thank you!
