    I enjoyed winter in Okinawa!

    I stayed for two nights. I used the limousine bus from the airport, but since Shuttle Service to the nearest station was available, I arrived smoothly. I used the Shuttle Service several times, and perhaps because it was the off-season, I was accommodated without any waiting time. The Room was quite spacious for two people, allowing for a comfortable stay, and the view from the open window was spectacular. I enjoyed the morning Tai Chi and yoga programs, as well as the bath, making the Hotel stay very enjoyable. Additionally, the shared spaces were frequently checked by the staff, and everything, including the restrooms, was always clean and pleasant to use. There are only two restaurants, but both the main dining and teppanyaki were very delicious. Since the Room service seems to be well-equipped, I would like to try it next time.

    Lost

    There is no signboard when coming from the south on the local road, and when I saw the hotel and turned right, it was only the staff parking lot. I circled around the hotel from there. There are no signs, or if there are, they are hard to see. Even entering coordinates into the navigation system was impossible. It would have been nice if the website or phone had mentioned that access is almost only possible from the north side. The room and breakfast were wonderful. Having a washing machine is amazing. With that bed size, there was plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 children with Child Sharing Existing Bedding up to lower elementary school age. I was happy with the free beer and ice cream, but I wished they would discount the price by that amount. The difficulty of finding the way determined the evaluation.

    On your fifth stay...

    At check-in, we were not given the New Year's program, nor were we informed about it at all, so we missed out on the schedule for New Year's soba and the countdown live. It was especially disappointing because we have had New Year's soba every year. Similarly, at check-in, when I asked if we could take breakfast in a box to eat in the room if the breakfast buffet was crowded, I was clearly told that it was not possible. However, when I went to the breakfast venue, it was possible to take it back to the room. When we requested in-room dining (hand-rolled sushi), only the ingredients and rice were delivered, and there was no seaweed, tableware, or rice paddle. Even after contacting, perhaps due to being busy, the seaweed arrived 20 minutes later, and the tableware and rice paddle arrived 40 minutes later. By the time we ate, the rice had become dry. This has never happened before, and it was disappointing because it was a hotel we regularly stayed at in Okinawa. The room was clean, convenient, and there are staff who are very considerate, so I think it was just a series of unfortunate events.

    Attracted by the reviews, I stayed, but there was nothing particularly impressive. Perhaps because it was a stay in January, the outdoor corridor was windy and, to make matters worse, it smelled of compost. The elevator hall really smelled. The food was mediocre, and I felt suspicious about the good reviews.

    As everyone has reviewed, it was a beautiful and very stylish hotel with great views and overflowing hospitality. It became a wonderful memory. Since it was New Year's, I assume it was busy, but even so, when a small trouble occurred, they quickly and smartly proposed an alternative, and instead of feeling uncomfortable, I was impressed by the hospitality and had a very comfortable stay. Thank you very much. I would like to use it again in the future, so I will mention just two points that concern me. Service: Most of the staff had wonderful smiles and warmth, but a small number of them were a bit indifferent, which stood out because the others were so excellent, and it was a little disappointing. Room's Bathroom: It was clean, spacious, bright, and comfortable, but if I had to say one thing... I was concerned about mold growing under the apron part of the bathtub and under the shelf. It's a hard-to-see place, but I would appreciate it if you could clean there as well. Although I wrote a few negative things, I really liked this hotel. I would like to use it again.

    Comfortable stay-type Hotel

    I was surprised at how spacious and clean the room was! It was very convenient with a microwave, drum-type washing machine, and a large refrigerator! The coffee powder for the kettle was particularly delicious. The high-quality amenities such as hair irons and skincare were also well-stocked, and the large public bath was an attractive feature. There were pots and cooking utensils available, but there were no shops nearby to procure ingredients, so I couldn't use them. If you are promoting a stay-type hotel, I think that aspect is necessary. However, since there are many restaurants in Onna Village, I personally didn't feel the need. I was grateful that I could check in without having to wait while sitting. However, the staff at that time had a gal-like atmosphere and a dismissive tone and demeanor, so I was disappointed that my excitement for the visit was dampened from the start. The seafood bowl at the breakfast buffet was as delicious as the reviews said. However, the selection was a bit sparse, and I thought it would have been better if there were more recommended menu items. After the cleaning on the third night, the bathrobe and coffee powder were not replenished, and if that's the system, I would have liked an explanation. Overall, it was a wonderful hotel with a high level of satisfaction. I would love to visit again. Thank you very much.

    It was the most relaxing Hotel I have ever stayed at in Okinawa.

    We stayed for three nights with our two elementary school children and my spouse during the New Year holidays. The room was spacious and clean. The sofa bed for the fourth person was also comfortable. It was our first time staying at a hotel with a kitchen. Although we only used it for coffee, the dishes were clean, and the sponge was new. Detergents and other supplies were readily available, which was convenient. The washer-dryer was soundproofed, so we weren't bothered by the noise during drying. It was helpful to reduce the amount of clothing luggage for the children. We also appreciated the complimentary Orion beer and Blue Seal ice cream. The restaurant and buffet were all very delicious, and the children were delighted. The quality of room service was high, and we used it for dinner every night except the first. The staff (at the front desk, restaurant, and cleaning) were very warm and kind to the children. It was comfortable to go to the pool and large bath in room wear from the room. We've been to various hotels in Okinawa, but this was the most relaxing hotel we've stayed at so far. Since it faces a major road, it might be different from a secluded resort hotel, but it was generally quiet both day and night. We did notice when modified cars passed by, but that's the same at any hotel. I thought the good access to the surroundings was an advantage. Moon Beach is a 2-3 minute drive away (parking fees apply), and we enjoyed the sea. During the New Year's countdown, fireworks were launched from other hotels along the coast, and we enjoyed them from the special seat on the balcony. It's a hotel we would like to repeat.

    Satisfied.

    A hotel that I had been curious about for a while. This time, we stayed with 7 people (3 generations) in 2 rooms. The rooms were spacious, the balcony was large, and we had a wonderful stay. The facilities, including the large public bath, gym, and pool, were well-equipped, and the staff were kind and pleasant. We had requested a room near the elevator for my mother, who has difficulty walking, and we are grateful for the accommodation. The only downside is that when entering the hotel from the direction of Naha City, there is a central divider, and you have to take a detour to enter the hotel. It's frustrating not to be able to enter even though the hotel is right next to you. Being on a hill, the sea view is great, but the sea is not close. It might be a bit inconvenient for swimming in the summer. However, since it was winter this time, there was no problem. The door of the washing machine in the room wouldn't close unless supported from below. It seemed to be malfunctioning, as it kept running and sometimes didn't finish drying even after half a day. Considering the age, it might be good to have it inspected. We had breakfast. The seafood bowl and other dishes were very delicious. I thought it would have been nice to have a bit more variety in the hot meals (like live-cooked omelets?). The location is something that can't be helped, but it was a good hotel that made you forget about it. I have stayed at almost all the nearby hotels, and this one ranks high in satisfaction. I would like to repeat my stay someday.

    Use for family trips during the New Year holidays.

    We used the facility for the first time with four family members (all adults) during the New Year holidays. The room was spacious and comfortable, but the extra bed for four people was a simple one and not recommended for adult use. The service from the staff may have been affected by the New Year holiday crowd, but I felt it did not match the price. We requested room service by phone, but after 1 hour and 30 minutes, when we called to check, we were told that the order had not been placed. The person who responded was courteous and quickly processed the order, which was appreciated, but this issue was not addressed at checkout, indicating that the systematic service is not functioning. The price may be due to the New Year holiday rates, but if you expect a resort for adults to enjoy, I think the service level does not match the price at all.

    I had a very comfortable stay.

    I stayed with my one-and-a-half-year-old child. I contacted them in advance and they prepared a bed guard and a trash can for diapers. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff's response was excellent! Very satisfied! I was able to spend a very comfortable time!

    A sense of openness

    This time, my daughter gave me a present for my 60th birthday celebration. I wasn't very enthusiastic because the sea seemed far away, but as soon as I entered the Room, the sense of openness was amazing. The upgraded Room on the 9th floor offered a wonderful view as if the sea was right in front of us. Also, with a checkout time of 12:00, we could spend our time leisurely. We changed breakfast to lunch and relaxed while enjoying the view. The lunch buffet was also very delicious, and everything was satisfying. Thank you very much.

    The hospitality is excellent.

    After 38 years, I visited Okinawa again. Although it was unfortunately rainy, the Hotel was beautiful. The Room was especially spacious and relaxing, and the in-room Facility was fully equipped with a kitchen microwave, IH, dishes, and cooking utensils, allowing us to fully enjoy the resort. It was also helpful that there was a washer and dryer for wet swimsuits from the pool. Additionally, the dinner at the restaurant was stylish and delicious, and the breakfast selection was abundant. The staff's management seemed to be well-organized, as the service was excellent. It is a Hotel I would like to visit again.

    One more step to go.

    We stayed in the Ocean Corner Suite for two nights with three adults. It was very spacious and had a great view. Although it felt like a twin bed and an extra bed, the arrangement was somewhat concerning. We tried various configurations, but it was still not quite right. Without a headboard, the pillows would fall unless placed against something. The beds themselves were not fixed, so they wobbled and felt unstable, which made us very cautious about sleeping there. The breakfast menu was somewhat lacking, with not many options to choose from. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful.

    It was the best family trip that will remain in our memories forever.

    It's been 6 years since our last trip to Okinawa. With our eldest son and daughter already independent and our second son starting his job next spring, we thought it might be difficult to travel as a family in the future. So, we planned a trip to Okinawa to coincide with our wedding anniversary (11/22) and compared various hotels. A spacious room for five people... Ocean view... (since we live in a mountainous area) Convenient for sightseeing and close to the IC... Our sons love saunas... The women in our family look forward to delicious meals... After considering various reviews, HIYORI was the only choice that met everyone's wishes and conditions. We stayed for three nights and it exceeded our expectations, making us want to stay even longer. What impressed everyone the most was: - The spacious sofa where we enjoyed family conversations - The washer-dryer we used every day - The bottled water and welcome drinks (Orion beer and ice, etc.) that were replenished every time we went out - The breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options (we had seafood bowls every day, of course) - The bathhouse that we could use after checking the congestion on the in-room TV We lost track of time and truly enjoyed our stay. A few minor disappointments were: - The wait at the breakfast venue (only on one day; we made an effort to wake up early on other days) - The parking space for one car (perhaps it felt small because we had a minivan) - The dim lighting in the bathroom's washing area (only on the first day? I couldn't read the labels on the three bottles and made a mistake) That said, after returning home, we realized we had taken a charging cable from the room, and we caused some trouble by contacting the hotel to send it back. Over the four days, we had a more comfortable time than at any other hotel in Japan we've stayed at. We will definitely choose HIYORI again when we visit Okinawa.

    Stress-Free Hotel

    This time, I frequently used the room with the best access to the elevator in front of the gym, pool, and bath. I was satisfied with the lunch buffet after changing breakfast to lunch. However, it was unfortunate that the air conditioner was broken, and I was troubled by the air conditioner's light all night. If the facilities were maintained, I would consider a long-term stay.

    Hotel with high-quality service

    The Hotel had very good Reviews on IKYU, so I decided to stay here with high expectations, and I was very satisfied as expected. The basic services, such as helping with luggage upon arrival and the check-in process, were very courteous. The Room was very spacious, which was great for my 1-year-old child to move around. The amenities and Room facilities were excellent, and having a washing machine with a dryer and a microwave in the Room was very convenient. The breakfast was stylish and very delicious, making it a Hotel I would like to revisit after a long time. The pool was clean, and although it seemed to cater mainly to families, it was enjoyable. I plan to stay here again when I visit Okinawa, so I look forward to your continued hospitality.

    I didn't want to leave.

    I stayed in the Lanai Suite for 4 nights. Although it was on the second floor, the sea view was sufficient, and the spacious lanai doubled as a playground for the children. There are too many good things to write about, but the atmosphere at the outdoor entrance in front of the pool with "HIYORI" written on it was absolutely amazing. The sunset music I heard there was so surreal that it almost made me cry. This time, I got to listen to the saxophone and cello, but I would love to hear the ukulele and guitar too. The setting sun was also incredibly beautiful. It's great that you can experience painting Shisa within the Hotel. The breakfast was very delicious, and although it didn't stand out, the salad chicken was extremely tasty. The tacos I had for lunch were also excellent. The staff were very accommodating, and the cleaning was thorough. (Thank you to the cleaning staff!!) It's not on the beach, but I went to Moon Beach, which is introduced on the homepage, and it also had a very nice atmosphere. For my next trip to Okinawa, I would like to try a different Hotel, but HIYORI was so amazing that I want to stay again (laughs).

    The seafood bowl for...

    The seafood bowl for breakfast was delicious!! The infinity pool was also a relaxing experience, and moving between it and the indoor pool was smooth. I was surprised to find everything from a washing machine to a frying pan in the Room. Above all, the staff's courteous service made me feel at ease during my stay. It was a very good trip.     The breakfast is excellent.

    We stayed here for two consecutive years. Last year, we were impressed by the wonderful service of the staff, so we visited again this year. However, during the breakfast guidance, the staff didn't notice when our child fell and just went ahead alone, making the guidance seem careless. Furthermore, when we asked that staff member, "Is it okay to sit here?" they replied, "It's fine, but it's crowded, so you can't change seats next time," which was disappointing and left a bad impression. The breakfast was as delicious as ever, and we also used the in-room dining, which was very tasty and satisfying! The room was spacious, the bed was really comfortable, and above all, having a washing machine was truly helpful for families with small children. Having detergent included was also fantastic! The ocean view was beautiful, and the live music in the evening was as excellent as ever! One more disappointment was that we were told at check-in that the evening drink service was available, but when we tried to use it the next day, it was labeled as JTB exclusive. When we asked the staff, they said it wasn't available, which made the guidance confusing. When we visited last year, our child was delighted, but on the second day, we were told it was JTB exclusive and couldn't use it, which was a bit disappointing.

    The view from every window is amazing.

    I used this place for the first time. I had a welcome drink in the lobby. It was citrus sanpin tea that day. Delicious~. I sat down and checked in slowly. The explanation was thorough and easy to understand. When going to the room... the view from the window after getting off the elevator was amazing! It was like a painting. The corridor to the room, being on a high floor this time, offered a view of the mountains and the distant eastern sea, which was surprising. Furthermore, upon entering the room, there was a full-window oceanfront view. Luckily, the weather was favorable, so I enjoyed this view while staying at the hotel. Only on the first day, but there was canned beer (Orion Draft), canned sanpin tea, and Blue Seal ice candy in the fridge and freezer (enough for the number of people!), and they were free. There was one original snack and a few jelly-like gummy candies. You need to boil water and drip the coffee yourself, but you can drink incredibly delicious coffee in the room. Coffee beans can be replenished if you ask at the front desk. It was so comfortable that I didn't even need to leave the room. The amenities in the room and the large public bath were all herb-scented and pleasant, which alone made me feel calm. The large public bath is not very spacious, but you can check the congestion status on the room's TV, so you can enter at the right time. There is a beach bag (jute bag) in the room, which you can take home. The inside is vinyl-coated, making it perfect for the beach. I had a plan with breakfast included, but I could change it to a lunch buffet by telling the front desk, so I slept in one morning and enjoyed lunch. Seafood seems to be a specialty, but personally, I really liked the various breads and the cakes (only two types) served at lunch. The fluffy pancakes at lunch came out after 12 o'clock, and they were also delicious. In the early morning, there are programs where you can reserve yoga or tai chi for free on a daily basis, and I participated in tai chi. For about 40 minutes, I imitated the movements, worked up a good sweat, strengthened my lower body, and yet my heart rate didn't go up, making it perfect exercise for menopause. The breakfast buffet might get boring if you take a lot at once, but if you use it wisely each day, I think there are enough varieties to keep it interesting. Overall, it was so comfortable that I didn't want to leave the hotel.

    I used it during the summer vacation.

    I stayed here during the summer vacation. Although I have visited Okinawa many times, this was my first time using this hotel. I think this hotel is perfect for families with small children. The indoor and outdoor pools are connected, making them easy to use. Since everything is compactly arranged, children won't wander off, which should give parents peace of mind. However, as there are many children, the sound of them running around can be quite loud. Since I'm not used to living with children, this was a bit tough for me. Another issue, which is not a fault of the hotel itself, is the location. Being next to a main road, the loud noise from Okinawa's street racers at night made it difficult to keep the windows open or relax on the spacious terrace, which was unfortunate. The large public bath is also open to the outside, allowing you to gaze at the starry sky, but the constant noise from the street racers made it hard to fully relax. I love Okinawa, but I really hope the police can do something about the street racers. The room was very spacious, and items like Orion beer, Sanpin tea, and Blue Seal ice bars in the refrigerator were included in the service, which was nice. Many hotels in Okinawa surprisingly don't have freezers, so having one was appreciated. The breakfast had a wide variety, and even if you go at a later time, you can enjoy many different options. The taste was also very good. The staff provided very courteous service.

    It was excellent.

    Repeat visit to Lanai. The staff is courteous and considerate, engaging in conversation with the guests in mind. The place is clean and well-maintained, and the spacious lanai naturally invites you to step outside and enjoy the gentle breeze. You can relax and play barefoot, and the kids start saying they want to come back again on the way home. It's a wonderful hotel where you can have a pleasant stay.
