    Excellent

    I stayed in August. I was upgraded to a spacious and beautiful room with a great view, which made me very excited. The refrigerator had Orion Beer and Blue Seal Ice Cream inside. The room had a washer-dryer, so I could do laundry comfortably. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. The staff were very kind, making my stay enjoyable. Thank you very much! I would love to stay again next time.

    It was comfortable!

    Upon check-in, we were upgraded to a spacious suite on the second floor with a large balcony. We enjoyed live music at sunset for two days starting from 6 PM. The sunset view from the infinity pool was magical. The location is excellent, offering a panoramic view of the bay. The open-air bath in the public bath area also had an ocean view, providing relaxation both at night and in the morning. The breakfast buffet, including Okinawan cuisine, was delicious. The front desk service was exceptional, and we would love to stay here again next time. Thank you for two wonderful days!

    Okinawa Travel? Choose HIYORI!

    We stayed at the accommodation again for our summer trip to Okinawa with the family. This was our third stay, and once again, we were extremely satisfied. At check-in, the staff remembered events from our previous stay, which deeply moved all of us. The room is always very clean whenever we visit, and the two-bedroom setup is spacious and comfortable for a family of four. The terrace is also very large, allowing us to relax and enjoy soaking in the jacuzzi. Throughout our stay, we truly felt the hospitality of all the staff members everywhere we went. Our children have grown up and are now high school students, but they said once again how much fun they had this time too: "Next time in Okinawa will be HIYORI again!" This summer gave us unforgettable memories as well. We are already looking forward to our next trip to Okinawa! We would love to stay here again next time!

    Stayed with my 8-mon...

    Stayed with my 8-month-old child. The spacious room kept the baby entertained. Diaper bins and a baby chair were provided, which made feeding baby food in the room very convenient. The kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of bowls, plates, and other essentials. Room service was a great help since we had a child with us. We also enjoyed having breakfast leisurely in the room. One downside was that the borrowed baby crib had noticeable mold, which was concerning. However, the bedding looked fluffy and comfortable.

    Comfortable and Elegant Hotel

    I stayed at the accommodation again this year following last year. The spacious rooms and thorough cleaning, which were well-received by my family, left a pleasant impression. The washing machine and the ability to partition the room were also highly appreciated. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of Japanese and Western dishes, leaving us very satisfied with a full stomach in the morning. However, there were a few minor points that caught my attention. When exiting the elevator to head to the guest rooms, some letters and numbers on the floor guide on the wall facing the automatic doors were missing (possibly due to vandalism). Similarly, some locker numbers in the second-floor bath area appeared to be in similar condition. Additionally, walls and floors visible from the balcony had bird droppings and other dirt. While it may be unavoidable as it's outdoors, it felt like a slight waste considering how beautiful this hotel is overall. Regular cleaning of exterior walls (outside fences) could further enhance its status as an accommodation. That said, overall I was extremely satisfied with this hotel and would definitely like to stay here again when visiting mainland Okinawa next time!

    Stayed for 4 nights as a repeat guest and shared feedback for improvement.

    Having had a wonderful experience last year, I decided to stay again for 4 nights this time. The room, amenities, and overall atmosphere of the hotel were excellent, allowing for a comfortable stay. However, the service and food did not provide the same level of satisfaction as last year, which was disappointing. Service felt somewhat standardized; there were moments when no staff was present at the shop, leaving me waiting. At the restaurant, there was a basic mistake where the hot plate at the buffet wasn’t turned on. As a result, hot sandwiches were undercooked and inedible. Moreover, there was no proactive communication or follow-up from staff—I had to ask why it wasn’t cooking before they noticed and addressed it. This did not feel like professional service and needs improvement. Additionally, some dishes ran out with slow replenishment or lacked novelty in terms of new menu items—this too was disappointing. Despite these issues, I plan to stay again next year. I hope improvements will be made so that I can once again experience the joy I felt previously.

    It was excellent.

    We stayed as a family of five. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The dedicated elevator to the pool and bath was convenient and stress-free. We stayed for four nights, and the meals were delicious with a wide variety of options. It was great that breakfast could be switched to lunch, so we never got bored of the food. Having a washing machine in the room was more convenient than expected. It was perfect! As a family of five, we often prefer condominium-style accommodations, but this is by far our favorite. The staff were friendly and kind, making our stay very comfortable—thank you! I also loved the scent in the lobby and appreciated being able to purchase the same aroma oil at the shop. Although we spent most of our time outside this time and had limited time at the accommodation—which felt like such a shame—it was still an incredibly pleasant stay. Missing out on listening to the sunset live performance is my only regret; I’ll definitely come back! This accommodation made me want to enjoy a relaxing hotel stay next time—truly an exceptional place!

    It was the best summer.

    I visit Okinawa every year, but this was my first time staying here. The Facility, Room, meals, and pool were all excellent and exceeded expectations. Although there is no private beach, the children had a great time at the pool. I would definitely love to stay here again.

    The meals are delicious, and the staff's hospitality is excellent!

    We stayed for a Multiple Night Stay, and the kids absolutely loved the spacious Room with a terrace—it was perfect. The breakfast buffet featured a variety of local Okinawan ingredients and was incredibly delicious. We also tried the lunch buffet, which had an abundance of desserts that were very tasty; the kids said they were completely full. For dinner, we enjoyed à la carte options with a wide variety of dishes offering flavors distinct from the buffet. Most notably, thanks to the attentive care of the dining staff, we had an exceptionally comfortable dining experience. Thank you very much!

    This year, we created precious memories with our family.

    We stayed at HIYORI for three nights this year, as my elementary school daughters strongly requested, "We want to stay at HIYORI again!" after our visit last summer. The beautiful entrance, room, scenery, delicious breakfast and lunch, and the kind hospitality of the staff remained unchanged. My wife and daughters were very satisfied. The sunset music and view were exceptional, and I personally felt truly grateful to be able to return. To always remember our trip to HIYORI, we purchased a set of aroma oil and stones from the select shop. When we used it at home right away, my daughters happily said it smells just like HIYORI! Thank you for another wonderful memory this year. We definitely hope to visit again next year!

    Looking forward to improvements

    This was my third stay, made possible through the Onna Village hometown tax system, as I had previously been very fond of this Hotel. However, it left a strong impression of disappointment. The check-in experience was particularly poor and disheartening from the moment of arrival. Being seated at a window spot with intense western sunlight despite many other available seats, being told there was no Reservation in the system, and the subsequent handling without any acknowledgment or apology for their mistake were deeply disappointing. Questions like "Is this your first time at our Hotel?" could have been avoided by simply checking customer history. It left me feeling truly let down and even angry. In the Room, the air conditioning smelled moldy and triggered my rhinitis. Given similar complaints from others, it seems that addressing such issues has been delayed by the Hotel. The towels were also significantly worn out—well past their replacement period for a Hotel of this class. The Room service I used to enjoy every time felt noticeably downgraded in terms of presentation, temperature, and taste. The breakfast venue was more crowded than before and requires fundamental improvements to manage better. That said, apart from check-in staff, most employees appeared dedicated and professional in their work. To not waste their efforts, urgent improvements are needed in management practices as well as facility maintenance. I look forward to seeing positive changes in the future.

    This was my second stay, and while the breakfast menu was almost the same every day, including my previous visit, which was a bit disappointing, everything else was absolutely satisfying.

    I definitely want to stay here again when I visit Okinawa!

    Our family of five (2 adults, 3 children) had the best trip and stay here. - **Room** The room was equipped with dishes and cooking utensils, allowing us to enjoy fruits bought at a local market or order room service for a relaxed meal. It was great that the living area and bedroom could be separated by a door, so after the kids went to bed, we could enjoy drinks. We also had tea time on the balcony and enjoyed evening drinks there. The Hiyori coffee provided in the room was absolutely delicious. Having a washing machine in each room was an incredible advantage—it freed us from laundry stress during and after our trip. - **Infinity Pool** The atmosphere of the infinity pool was wonderful both day and night. Our kids spent most of their time in it! The poolside bar's draft beer and hot dogs were amazing. The flow between the pool, onsen, and rooms was convenient, plus not having to bring towels from our room made things easier. - **Dining** We tried both breakfast buffet and room service—every dish we had was delicious with high quality! Next time, we’d love to try their lunch buffet as well. As mentioned in other reviews, you can hear some road noise due to its location—but everything else about this hotel is so fantastic that it’s easy to overlook this minor issue. One suggestion would be adding junior-sized pajamas (120–140cm), as they currently offer larger adult sizes or smaller ones for kids under 100cm. Staying at this hotel made our entire family happy. We’d definitely choose it again for our next trip to Okinawa!

    I stayed for 3 night...

    I stayed for 3 nights with breakfast included and was very satisfied with the buffet selection. The staff were very kind and accommodating, making my stay comfortable. On the last night, I cooked in the room and experienced a unique trip like never before. The spacious room allowed me to relax while enjoying the ocean view, feeling as if I were at home.     The Second Summer at HIYORI

    This year, due to strong family wishes, we stayed in a room with a jacuzzi at HIYORI. As with last year, the staff's hospitality was excellent, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was very pleasant and comfortable. However, it was unfortunate that we couldn't listen to the performances during our two-night stay as we were out every evening. At check-in, we noticed that the door stopper outside our room was broken. We reported it immediately, and it was promptly repaired. While this quick response was appreciated, as we walked from the 12th-floor outdoor corridor towards the elevator leading to the pool, nearly half of the door stoppers on other rooms appeared bent or damaged. This is a negative point that I hope can be addressed by having staff thoroughly inspect for damages or malfunctions during check-out procedures. Even so, I personally believe this is currently Okinawa's number one suite accommodation for families. Depending on my child's exam schedule next year, I would love to visit again!

    The staff's smiles were wonderful, and their excellent service made for a pleasant stay at the Hotel. However, although I paid the cabana fee for the pool as expected, there were times when no pool staff were present, and several groups used it without permission. I felt that addressing those who do not follow the rules should also be part of hospitality.

    Summer Vacation

    Although there is no private beach, the Hotel is located on a hill, offering great views, and children will be delighted during family trips! The staff at the front desk and restaurant provide excellent service, making for a very satisfying stay! This is a Hotel you would want to stay at again when visiting Okinawa!

    Hospitality at Heart

    I stayed at the accommodation through a friend's recommendation. It exceeded all expectations and provided an exceptional experience. The room was spacious enough for families with children, the water facilities were excellent, the breakfast and dinner were delicious, and the view from the balcony was stunning. Although many of the staff members were still in training and there is room for improvement, everyone served us with genuine hospitality. This heartfelt hospitality might be what made my family say, "We want to come back again." Thank you very much!

    Relax and unwind.

    This was my second stay following last year. Once again, I was able to relax as if I were at home. The Room, as well as the lobby, restrooms within the Hotel, hallways, and baths were all impeccably clean, making every space feel pleasant. Breakfast and the large public bath can get crowded depending on the time of day, but with a little planning around usage times, it wasn’t much of an issue. The reasons for my repeat visit—delicious meals, the hospitality of the staff, and the comfort of the Room—remained consistently excellent. I would love to stay here again when visiting Okinawa!

    Absolutely perfect and completely satisfying!!

    We stayed for the first time as a family for 4 nights and 5 days during the summer vacation. The meals were very luxurious, and both the breakfast buffet and lunch buffet had so many options that we were full every day. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Although we went out often this time, there is a pool, gym, Shisa painting experience, and even a mini kitchen in the room where you can cook. Additionally, having a washer-dryer in the room was incredibly helpful as it allowed us to pack fewer clothes. You can have an amazing time just staying at the accommodation itself. The staff provided excellent service with great attention to detail and maintained their smiles even during busy times—it was truly wonderful. Choosing HIYORI's hotel this time was absolutely the right decision; we created unforgettable summer memories here. Thank you very much!

    The room is just spacious.

    Stayed for 4 nights in July. The Room was clean, very spacious, and comfortable. However, the room was on the 8th floor, and the hallway had only a one-meter-high railing on the entrance side, which was terrifying for someone like me with a fear of heights. As for the pool, both indoor and outdoor pools were quite small and felt full with about five groups using them. Surprisingly, there were no lifeguards present. It was my first time encountering a pool without lifeguards, which shocked me. While regulations apparently allow patrols or surveillance cameras instead of lifeguards, there were neither patrols nor cameras in place here. Additionally, while signs clearly stated that tattoos must not be exposed in public areas like pools or baths, individuals who appeared to be in their 50s or 60s openly displayed their tattoos while sunbathing or swimming without any staff intervention. The public bath opens at 2 PM except on Tuesdays when it starts at 4 PM; however, this change wasn’t announced beforehand—only written in small print on pamphlets—and even signage at the entrance incorrectly stated it opened from 2 PM daily. At breakfast venues where waiting times are inevitable due to crowding during peak hours: guests register upon arrival then wait until called—but this system wasn’t explained upfront either! I arrived hungry only to wait nearly fifty minutes before being seated! While meals themselves weren’t bad overall across four days they lacked variety; even their signature seafood bowl featured trout roe instead of salmon roe as advertised elsewhere! In summary: tattooed individuals freely roamed around unregulated spaces such as non-lifeguarded pools alongside high-rise hallways featuring dangerously low railings—all compounded by insufficient prior communication regarding operational details throughout facilities/services offered here ultimately left much disappointment behind personally speaking wouldn’t consider returning again ever honestly concerned potential accidents happening especially concerning unsupervised swimming areas

    I had a relaxing stay.

    This was my 7th visit to Okinawa, and my first stay at this Hotel. The Room was a condominium type where you could take off your shoes and relax on a comfortable sofa. The amenities and drinks were well-stocked, making me want to spend all day in the Room. Although the Plan did not include dinner, on the second day, I didn’t have an outside reservation and felt too tired to go out. I ordered room service instead, which had a wide variety of menu options featuring unique Okinawan dishes. The only downside was the public bath. I wish it had been larger with more baths available for variety—it would have been more enjoyable that way. While you can check busy times on TV to avoid crowds, it wasn’t as relaxing when it was crowded. Since it's not an Onsen, bath salts are provided for use in your Room’s bathtub, which made soaking in the private bath very pleasant! Other than that, everything else was perfect—the staff were friendly, the Room was lovely, and the view from the Room was beautiful. I’d love to visit again!

    The view of the sea from the hilltop is also wonderful.

    The accommodation in Onna Village exceeded my expectations with its stunning view, even though I didn't anticipate much due to previous stays at beachfront accommodations. The room meal plan is highly recommended as it allows you to enjoy meals at your own pace. The facility, service, and cleanliness were all excellent; however, the access directions from Ishikawa IC by car could be improved significantly. There are challenges such as unclear routes and narrow paths along the way. It might be better to guide guests via the westward route, even if it takes a bit longer.

    It was comfortable!

    This was my first time staying here. I usually stay at the same Hotel in Okinawa, but I had been curious about this place and decided to try it for one night. From the warm welcome to the spacious and clean Room, as well as the excellent detailed Facilities, everything lifted my spirits! The view from the balcony was also fantastic! I thoroughly enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi, and bath. However, it was a bit concerning to see small children walking along the narrow poolside on the ocean side—it took away from the great location and made me worry they might fall. The late check-out option and breakfast-to-lunch change were very much appreciated and delicious! Thank you to all staff members for a wonderful experience.

    Wonderful Hotel

    We stayed for 4 nights as a family. It’s a lovely place. We enjoyed the morning yoga activities, breakfast, pool, fitness room, spa, and large public bath. However, there were some disappointing points... When using the fitness room, a Japanese parent and child used the machines in their swimsuits after swimming without wearing shoes, leaving the machines wet. Even though two staff members passed by, they ignored it. Children were diving into the pool despite it being prohibited with no warnings given to them. Children from overseas were running along the slippery edges of the pool; we ended up having to warn them ourselves to stop for safety reasons. On a rainy evening after it cleared up, there was an overwhelming number of winged ants at the entrance area that entered our Room when going in or out. The children got scared and we decided not to go out that night. The front desk explained they had sprayed insecticide but given how many there were, it didn’t seem effective. For eco-friendly purposes, we were encouraged to skip cleaning in exchange for receiving a ¥500 voucher per day but requested cleaning on one day instead. On that cleaning day though only towels and water bottles were replenished and trash was collected—there was no floor cleaning or bed-making done at all! In hindsight daily cleaning would have been better; also having either a handheld vacuum or broom available in the Room would be helpful. Even though rules stated tattoos should be covered up while on-site this wasn’t enforced at all—if so why even have such restrictions? While this stay was meant for relaxation these issues left us feeling unsettled overall.

    Had a great stay.

    The room was equipped with a washer-dryer, a full set of kitchen utensils, and even chargers and hair irons—everything you could possibly need. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of delicious options. While the menu didn’t change much, which might feel repetitive during a Multiple Night Stay, the wide selection ensures an enjoyable experience. During sunset, live performances with instruments like ukuleles and cellos created a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended for those who want to enjoy a leisurely Hotel stay.

    This is my second stay.

    My first stay two years ago was excellent in both service and room quality, which is why I decided to visit again. However, this time, the staff's response was somewhat lacking, possibly because they were new. Their approach felt more procedural than hospitable. I stayed for three nights without requesting cleaning services, but there was no mention of the service voucher that was provided during my previous stay. When I inquired about it, they gave it to me; however, I believe such information should be offered proactively if available. The foreign staff member from my previous visit always had a smile and provided wonderful service.
