    Love Okinawa, Miyakojima

    As the start of my trips to Okinawa almost every month, thank you for always taking care of me at Excel, my No.1 Hotel near Haneda Airport. This is my second stay this month. Once again, from check-in onward, the staff were kind and helpful, the Hotel was quiet throughout, and I was able to spend a comfortable time in the Room. Last month in Miyakojima, I also stayed at Tokyu Resort, and I recently realized it is part of the same group. I have stayed there several times as well—it was another wonderful Hotel. Next month and the following month I will be departing on the same day due to work, but my next stay is planned for November and around year-end. Thank you in advance.

    I’ve stayed here several times, but…

    I was glad to have a more spacious Room this time—but that feeling didn’t last long. Are the toilets really being cleaned? It was very disappointing. It looks new, but is it actually old? I use this place for convenience, but I think keeping the Room and bathroom areas a bit cleaner would help guests feel more at ease.

    No consideration during meals.

    During breakfast, there was still food left on my plate, but a female staff member asked if she could clear it, so I hurried to finish what was left. I felt this Hotel is not a place where you can enjoy a relaxed meal. When using Haneda, I park my car at the airport parking lot and don’t want to walk outside in the heat, so I use this Hotel out of necessity; however, when I have more time and peace of mind, I plan to stay at my usual Hotel in Tenkubashi.

    The front desk service was excellent.

    I understood that check-in was at 14:00, so I planned to arrive about 15 minutes early and wait, but they kindly let me check in since the Room was already ready. The service was excellent, and even though I had an early flight the next day, I’m glad I stayed here. I would like to stay again.

    Ai Love Miyakojima

    Thank you always for taking care of us at the start of our trips. We stay here the night before our monthly Okinawa energy-boost trip. I will leave a Review every month. This is the No. 1 Hotel for stays near Haneda Airport. This time, I stayed with my daughter and grandchildren. You kindly accommodated our request to set up the Room for a young child, and my daughter was very happy. The Room, hallways, and other areas were clean and quiet, and we slept soundly through the night and were able to depart feeling refreshed. The warm welcome at the entrance is wonderful. We will be back again in two weeks—thank you in advance. I have Reservations every month through next July, so I look forward to staying with you again.

    I always stay at this Hotel the night before my flight from Haneda.

    This may be my third or fourth stay. Whenever I have an early morning flight, I stay here the night before. Even early in the morning, front desk staff are always on duty and can assist with check-out, which is reassuring. There are also self-service machines, and dedicated staff are on hand to help, so everything goes smoothly.

    Airplanes right in front of you

    My daughter and her husband, who hope to work in the aviation industry, stayed here. They were thrilled by the large aircraft right in front of them, and left early the next morning to return to Sydney. I was worried it might be too noisy to sleep with planes so close, but the soundproofing was perfect and they slept very well. Thank you very much. We would love to stay again.

    Convenient for an overnight stay before an early flight.

    It’s convenient for avoiding the risk of traveling from home when catching an early-morning flight. However, since it’s located in Terminal 2, it’s a bit short of Terminal 1 if you’re flying with JAL.

    Conveniently connected directly to Haneda Airport Terminal 2.

    My international flight departed from Terminal 2, so I stayed here the night before. It was my first time staying here, so I can’t comment on the details, but I was able to spend my time comfortably without any issues.

    Love Okinawa.

    I stay at Excel every month as the starting point for my trips to Okinawa. Thank you again for your hospitality last month—I think it’s the No. 1 Hotel near Haneda. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Compared with other hotels, it’s also quiet inside, so I can sleep well before heading out. I’ve already made a Reservation for the night before my trip to Ishigaki Island in early next month. I also have two Reservations in August. Thank you in advance.

    A Comfortable Night's Stay

    I stayed here because my group trip departed early in the morning. It was a bit tiring because I had to take the elevator up from the lobby and walk down a long hallway.

    Used due to an early morning flight.

    Since it’s not in the JAL terminal, I used this one. If you’re taking an early-morning flight, staying overnight is convenient. The shower curtain had an unpleasant smell. The bed was comfortable. The American-style coffee was also good. It would be nice to have a few more amenities, but there were hardly any.

    Love Okinawa.

    For the past two years, I’ve been so impressed by Okinawa that I visit every month. Each time, I stay the night before my flight because of parking and early-morning departures. I’ve used all the airport Hotels, and Excel is No. 1. Direct access to the ANA boarding gates, spotless cleanliness, and outstanding staff service. I posted a review before, but it’s been a while so I’m posting again. Nothing has changed—full marks in every category. I already have monthly overnight Reservations through next May.     The breakfast was delicious.

    I stayed here for one night after an overseas trip. Since it’s directly connected to the airport, I could check in right away, which was very convenient. The breakfast selection was extensive and satisfying. It was great to enjoy rice, miso soup, and natto again after a long time—they were delicious.

    I stayed the night before to catch an early morning flight. The convenience of being able to enter ANA security just two minutes after checking out is a major advantage, especially for early departures. If your flight is a bit later, I recommend enjoying the high-quality breakfast buffet in the spacious restaurant before heading out. It may even be worth staying here simply to enjoy Haneda Airport. One note: compared with newer Business Hotels, the self check-in process feels a bit complicated, so it’s best to arrive with plenty of time and patience.

    We used this for a same-day stay for family returning on an international flight from Haneda Airport Terminal 2. After they took a shower and got ready, we were able to send them off on time.

    Directly connected to Haneda Airport Terminal 2—perfect for picking up family!

    I stayed the night before to welcome my family arriving at Haneda Airport on a direct flight from Milan Malpensa. The location is a major advantage. On the higher floors on the runway side, the view from a twin Room is wonderful. While the Facility feels a bit dated, being able to take a shower right after arrival and relax with in-Room dining is a real plus and helped me recover after a long-haul flight. It’s just the right Hotel to welcome family and start a new life in Japan.

    The foreign Hotel staff were always smiling and provided very polite service, which was wonderful. The room was clean and more spacious than I expected, and I was happy to be able to see airplanes as well. I would like to stay here again.
